Law's backstory always makes me bawl my eyes out, especially watching him grow and become a bratty kid again while with Cora, then Cora dies for Law, and Law lives for Cora. With the help of Luffy, they take down Doflamingo.
His hometown, his family, his friends, it's all gone, and he's the only known survivor. Every Doctor looked at kid Law as if he was a monster, even White Lead disease wasn't even contagious. The government didn't do anything, they covered it up, and left the whole town that made them soooo much money die.
The world building, feelings and based on real events in time and history that Oda shoves into One Piece is genius and increasingly heartbreaking when you look into it.
Lead poisoning was a real problem from lead being used in so many different products all around the world, furniture, dishware and cosmetics causing death and child deformities. I've heard that it's slow and agonizing, the fact that our sweet and brave Law is still alive after such a traumatic time of his life; showing how the stubborn, childish and serious boy become a strong, loyal and caring man.
Even if, our snow leopard is an aloof, grumpy dork. XD
One single person's love and genuine kindness can change a person's life.

Happy International Snow Leopard Day! ❄️ Ft. Law helping a snow leopard cub with a minor arm injury.
-> for some snow leopard facts, click the readmore!
Snow leopards are sometimes referred to “ghosts of the mountains” for their elusiveness and solitary nature.
They are found in the icy mountainous regions of Central Asia (i.e Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, etc.), South Asia (i.e. Nepal, Bhutan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India, etc.), Russia, Mongolia, and China.
In northern Dolpo Nepalese folklore, it is sometimes believed that snow leopards carry the sins of their past lives & whoever kills them “inherits” their sins.
Often opportunistic hunters and less aggressive compared to other big cats when it comes to hunting their prey, as they will retreat from a kill if another predator threatens them. However, they are able to kill prey 3 times their own weight.
They’re more related to tigers than leopards.
They can jump 6 times their body length.
They typically have blue, green, or grey eyes & can see 6 times better than humans.
Their short nasal cavity warms the air they inhale before entering their lungs.
Their tails can serve as scarves & they sometimes like to nom on them.
-> Visit Snow Leopard Trust to learn more about snow leopards & conservation efforts, as there is less than around 10,000 in the wild!

Law doesn't like bread, poor baby.
Can you imagine the scowl or sneer on his face as he glares at the whole bread isle while following his lover at the grocery store? XD Not giving a damn about other people giving him weird looks.
Then he grows flustered and blushes, trying to cover his face with his hat as his lover giggles, calling him "cute."
Can I not tell him I cooked meat using bread crumbs? He won't be able to taste it? Damn it, I wouldn't have the heart to lie to him.
