Pakkun grooming/raising chibi Kakashi would probably leave him with some interesting child rearing traits. Which would lead to a different team 7.
They pass the test and he has to leave because he's freaking out. All parentals/mentors are dead, so who is he supposed to ask. Pakkun?
He does and gets straight up dog rearing advice that he follows to a T because he didn't start with a three man team! That's a whole litter right there.
So, he would absolutely refuse to leave his pups sides at first. It doesn't matter that they're three teenagers, two of which have been living on their own for many years. They are young, newborns really in the world of Shinobi. They can barely even climb a tree! Naruto can't even feed himself so of course he can't be left alone. Sasuke most likely doesn't sleep, so Kakashi knows he needs someone to put him in bed. Sakura is smart, but she needs a guiding hand to help her use those smarts.
So he kidnaps them.
Legally.
By planning a training trip, since that's the only way he can keep them safe from everyone in the village but not open up the compound. No one needs to be in there, especially newborn pups.
Once they start to get their little wobbly legs under them, Pakkun says they need to socialize. So he plans play dates training with the other rookies, just so his pups can learn how to play carefully when they need to.
Anyway, that's all I can think of tonight. It's after midnight.
But other notes:
He absolutely lifts them by the collar of their shirts
Pakkun leads the grooming circles. All kids now have puplicks
Kakashi 100% doesn't know these are the mothers behaviors
Pakkun one time mentions that orphaned puppy care can be tricky and ends up telling Kakashi things you have to watch out for: hypothermia or low body temperature, dehydration or loss of body fluids, and hypoglycemia or low blood sugar.
He still does not realize that's for puppies, not children.
What's ultra hilarious is the fact that all this advice Pakkun keeps giving Kakashi?
It works.
It works really really well.
The leashes that double as resistance training, the clicker training, the hand signals and barking, the head pats and treats. The puppy piles, the grooming, the way Kakashi-sensei keeps giving them parts of his wardrobe so they're carrying something properly scented.
All of it works very very well.

New story up!! There's this reverse-trope/anti-tropes list running around (thank u @bornonthebreakofdawn for sharing <3) and I was pretty enamored with the 'really nice guy that hates only you' trope.
And this came out of it!!
SUMMARY
Hinata wants to do a hiking trip this summer. Adventure and all. A shame that her tour guide is such an asshole. She definitely didn't plan on being more on her knees than on her two feet.
Quick sneak-peak into Naruto and Hinata's personalities
Naruto (whenever Hinata is around)

Hinata (probably throughout the whole story)

If sakura and hinata were redeemed in naruto, would anyone even care? I feel as if I wouldn't care much, especially for sakura, cuz they've done too much. I think I would still hate them and some others wouldnt buy it.
I mean, say like Sakura was redeemed all of a sudden in boruto, would that be enough to overcome how she she treated other's throughout all the story? Especially Sasuke. Would redeeming her be enough to overcome how she harasses him all the time? Would it be enough to overcome how she chased sasuke and gave him a child he never wanted? Like she gets redeemed and goes "oops, I know you never wanted this but I'm sorry now and I'm a changed person, won't happen again." Like the damage is done, she's harassed him and chased him till he gave in, how can you better yourself after you've gotten what you wanted? redeeming can't reverse that damage. Or how she treated Naruto "sorry for being a bully and hitting you for no reason but I'm changed now, won't do it again." Apart from narusaku audience, which audience is gonna buy that? Like it's unconvincing she would get redeemed and then would apologize to naruto as it just so happens to be when he's hokage and she's got her prize Sasuke. Or for ino she gets redeemed and apologises for how she treated her, but it unconvincing because sakura has won Sasuke, so she and ino aren't fighting over him anymore.
Or for Hinata,"S..so...sorry n.nn....naruto-kun for guilt tripping you to marry me, I.. I.. I won't do it again, I'm better and changed." Like, he's already married to her and started a family. It's not going to mean much?
Based of the ask someone sent abt if it's possible Sakura and hinata could get redeemed. Like you've said in your reply, anyone can get redeemed, but I feel like it would be unconvincing or at the least, take a lot of work to redeem these two. This is just my opinion I could be wrong.
But that's the thing. If Sakura and Hinata were redeemed in Naruto, it would have meant something significant, and it would have contributed to the narrative and plot, because if the plan were to redeem them, then logically Naruto and Sasuke would be made to get together at the end. Look at what Sakura and Hinata represent. Two heteronormative selfish, entitled, unsympathetic, boy crazy girls who would potentially make into women who would force gay men to marry them to keep their illusions of love afloat. They don't give a shit as long as they get what they want, even at the expense of their spouses' well being or their own long term happiness. It was necessary for them to be written that way to facilitate the Brokeback Mountainesque situation in Boruto, no? What with the whole story being a love story and Sakura and Hinata as tools that were used to keep Naruto and Sasuke prisoners to their miserable lives, life of a shinobi who is supposed to live in the darkness, enduring all the misery silently. It's not the kind of world that will accept them, certainly not Naruto, someone who was systematically and institutionally ostracized, an orphaned, homosexual boy who is fated to be THE person in the world that will change it for the better. And this was the only way to resolve this story, in order for it to justify the new gen story, hence becoming the tragic ending that we hate. So the antipathy towards these ladies never got resolved. However, in order for their redemption to happen in the manga, a lot of things would need changing. Like the state of the shinobi world. A lot of things would need changing if Sasuke and Naruto were written to finally get together. Yes, the ending as it is now feels contrived. It is contrived. But it is not meaningless. The shinobi world has been established as a cruel world, where people don't get what they deserve. Look at Haku, look at Madara, look at Kisame, look at Neji, Sasuke, Naruto, Uchiha clan. And those who get it, don't deserve it. Look at Sakura, look at Hinata, look at Sarutobi, look at Tobirama, look at Danzo, look at village elders.
I agree with you that it won't matter if they were redeemed in Boruto. Boruto is not about the boys, they are supporting characters in it. Their story was Naruto and Shippuden. Which is over. And obviously, Kishi made it a point post Shippuden to keep Hinata and Sakura's the same as before, so it doesn't look like he is planning to redeem them. Looks like status quo would persist in the distant future.
However, it could have been done in Shippuden. And like I said in the other post you mentioned, anyone can be redeemed in a show and it is all believable as long as the writer justifies it within the story itself. I used the example of Orange is the new black, because it shows a whole host of complex characters, deeply flawed and yet realistic characters who were written to justly finish their redemption arc. Take Maria's character, a secondary antagonist in the story. Maria is quiet and shy as a kid but given her circumstances, she transforms into a take charge dynamo of a person, very impressive and self assured, she takes after her religious leader/drug trafficker father, who can charm the masses and lead them. She steals from her place of work, she cheats on her husband, she doesn't feel any regret about it. She gets caught and is sentenced for fraud. She works her way in the prison, but navigating the prison life brings out the worst in her, she eventually becomes the leader of the prison riot. She becomes a full fledged bully, a sadist, she has no ethical compass anymore. This leads to her stint in the max security prison, where she is made to eat the humble pie, she learns that life could get even harder, and the choices she has been making has been leading her into even deeper shit, away from her daughter that she loves so much, away from her friends that were her family in the prison. She joins the church, she makes amends to people she has harmed. Her redemption arc is shown throughout the last two seasons, by the end of which, she makes the least destructive of all choices, she apologizes to Gloria, her close friend whom she betrayed, and lets her loving and kind husband to marry the woman he loves, her husband whom she treated very unkindly in the past, despite him being so devoted to her. She agrees to let her husband marry another woman, a woman he loves genuinely, because for once, she thinks about her husband, and not herself. She commits a selfless act.
There were many instances where Sakura was written with a possibility to demonstrate maturity. The reason why Kishi wrote those scenes that way was that, when a character does something decidedly immature at a place or time where the opportunity was so damn ripe to do something mature, and doesn't do it despite everything that has happened before in the plot which had led to the current situation, the character loses credibility in the eyes of the audience. Audiences aren't foolish. Any good writer knows this. The way Kishi wrote Sakura's scenes, stresses even more on the fact that her character simply didn't evolve. Remained the same. That's what narrative motifs are about. This way, the reader is able to glean the meaning out of the scene, as intended by the author easily. It makes the impression the author wants his writing to make. Kishi made it quite clear that the reason why Naruto followed Sasuke was to save him and help him, to relieve his loneliness, to protect him. To be there for him, because he loves Sasuke and he KNOWS Sasuke reciprocates his feelings, even if he makes excuses to hide them, actions speak louder than words. As is evidenced in vote one especially. Sakura was written to chase after Sasuke for her own selfish reasons, where she simply ignores the need to know the truth about Uchiha massacre or any wish to actually know or understand Sasuke. Which Sasuke is clearly shown to understand about her. That's why he keeps telling her that she is annoying, just casually, an off the cuff remark lol. But when Naruto follows him, he gets very reactive, very disturbed, very distracted. Because he knows why Naruto is doing it, he suspects it. He keeps asking Naruto why because he wants to get confirmation from Naruto. Which he gets at the end. Point is, Sakura was shown to be selfish till the end, starting with part one, and then in the kage arc, war arc, just before vote two, at the end when she responds to Sasuke's apology as if she deserved it all along, and then asks if Sasuke would take her on his redemption journey. And then in Boruto and Gaiden.
Naruto on the other hand is shown as the one who is ready to share Sasuke's burdens and die with him in the same scene where Sakura tried to stab Sasuke in the back.
If you truly have conviction in your love, if you know that you love for the right reasons and if you truly care about your object of love, you would do things very differently from what Sakura did to Sasuke consistently in the manga. And all of it was shown to be done by Naruto. Who knows he loves for the right reasons, he would be a fool in love but not leave Sasuke's side because that's how much he believes, they resonated with each other even when they didn't know how to articulate it, they were both lonely. Naruto believes in his love for Sasuke and he knows Sasuke loves him, because he showed it to Naruto, with actions more than words. Naruto changes, he evolves in the course of the manga, he becomes better in every aspect, because he is constantly inspired by the memory of Sasuke, because of the motivation of protecting him and being his rock.
True love is courageous. True love doesn't hide behind empty words and excuses. True love justifies the words that have been said by the lovers. True love doesn't say the words and then take them back in the face of adversities. True love makes it happen despite the odds. That's the glory of true love. That's why it inspires us. That's why Sasuke was convinced by Naruto and not anyone else at the end. Sakura was given all the chances and suggestive realisations but still no redemptive action. Same with Hinata. She realises she is being selfish when jumping in the fight against Pein but she does it anyway because she couldn't help being attracted to Naruto and needed to make an impression on him at the expense of the whole village and Naruto's life, followed by getting trolled by Kishi when Sakura hugs Naruto in front of her. Still no redemptive action. Not even in the war arc when Neji died.
If you can make it believable, anyone can be redeemed, just need to justify it properly. And of course, it won't be an isolated event, it would influence the plot and characters that are connected with them.
Like for example, think about a character such as Oro. He was written to be dreaded, reviled, to cause shivers down the spine, and nervousness, to create a feeling of unease and anticipation, right? Because he is cruel and an evil genius, he is always a step ahead of his opponent, he is clever as a fox. But even he was redeemed. And no, the idea of his redemption was not just at the end when he supported the war efforts. The feeling of antipathy towards him went once he confronts the dead kages in the war arc and supports Sasuke. All through Shippuden, the audience is made to see how none of the adults in their world even attempts to understand Sasuke's predicament and given the amount of focus Kishi spent on making the readers understand Sasuke's tragic past, it makes you feel frustrated to see how no one in the plot tries to even understand Sasuke's side.
This was Kakashi.
Tumblr media
Even though Kakashi is shown to acknowledge that Sasuke has truly suffered given his past, he still doesn't understand him. And Sasuke's attitude towards him doesn't improve till the end. At best, he becomes close to indifferent to Kakashi at the end. It's all understandable because it makes sense, because Kakashi has already been established as a complacent and unquestioning tool of the shinobi system. He is emotionally inept and doesn't understand his own team members. And he thinks Naruto and Sasuke are just rivals while Sakura's love for Sasuke has matured, she really loves Sasuke, a girl who is kind and gentle. Lol.
This was Itachi, but who's surprised? Itachi is the definition of tool of the system.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
With Itachi, Sasuke tries his best to express his frustration with the system that was evidently so deeply unfair, he tried to explain where his anger came from, which is all very justified. He appeals to Itachi's love for him, and Itachi admits he was wrong to treat Sasuke as a blank canvas, as a kid who didn't understand the world. We again get to see yet another adult, someone who is this close to Sasuke, not understand Sasuke's predicament. Despite Sasuke's desperate attempts. Even Sasuke gets it at the end that there's no point explaining anything further to Itachi, he is brainwashed to the hilt. But he was still Sasuke's brother, and he did take the blame for being the reason why Sasuke was the way he was. But the audience is left frustrated nevertheless. After all this build up to show how cruel Danzo was and how the elders and Sarutobi were complicit in the massacre, we still see them regarding it lightly, as if it is an everyday event. And it compounds our frustration.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
No cost is big enough for the apparent safety of Konoha, as per Danzo, but we all know Danzo did it for personal gain, his megalomania, the power hungry despot in him who traded power for hate and destroyed a whole clan like so many stray animals. Danzo was basically a hypocrite. A lot of characters were, in the name of Konoha.
This was Sakura.
Tumblr media
After which she promptly made a plan to go kill Sasuke and attempted it.
And then there were others.
Tumblr media
No one really cared. Except Naruto of course, shown in kage arc.
Oro is the only adult who supports Sasuke and says something that all the sane audiences have been wanting for someone to say. Someone reliable, someone who would make sense of it, someone who would reassure us that we weren't crazy, that whatever we are feeling is justified. Kishi is not blind to it either, but he needed to set up this world as deeply unfair, and he was going for eternity apparently, lol, which is why nothing really changed much even after Shippuden. None of these characters were redeemed, the ones that never understood Sasuke.
Tumblr media
We are clearly shown by Kishi why it was that Oro changed his decision, he was not interested in participating in the war at all, his objectives were in no way benefited from the war. He was interested in Sasuke and even when he is reincarnated by Sasuke, he is still after Sasuke's body. But Sasuke had his own reasons to have brought back Oro and he tells him, Oro is intrigued. He is concerned so he tells Sasuke to not get embroiled, but Sasuke lets him know he can handle it and that he isn't a child. Sasuke shows agency. He is determined, there's a mature look to him, a certain calm strength of will. He realized what Sasuke has been through, he who understands Sasuke's motivation very well. He knew Sasuke went through hell, to be able to kill Itachi, and then he was told the truth about him, he was manipulated even by him, as he himself admits, but he can see that Sasuke has changed, grown. And this convinces Oro to help him, who is now invested in Sasuke's future, even if he doesn't particularly benefit from it. In the scene when all the dead kages are brought back, we are waiting to see what will happen with baited breath, it's a big deal. The crescendo is building and building, big credit to Oro who kept goading and goading, putting all those thoughts in words that we were thinking all along.
Tumblr media
"It's really not that complex a jutsu....". He tells it like it is with such dry wit and sharp sarcasm, he trolls Tobirama and how. Hahahah. He calls him out left and right and it is then reiterated by Hashirama. Full entertainment guaranteed. He unequivocally takes Sasuke's side and he doesn't have a hidden agenda anymore. He threatens to destroy Konoha himself lol. He threatens all the kages, all the leaders of Konoha, people who made very bad decisions. He genuinely wants to see the way Sasuke's wind would blow. And when he feels Sasuke's life is being threatened by Tobirama, he positions himself for retaliation and is ready to protect Sasuke.
Tumblr media
Sasuke resonates with Oro. Even though Oro was portrayed as a ruthless, mad genius, cruel and manipulative villain, whose past (childhood) was suggested to be equally unfair, but who has been hunting our favourite characters, harming them, torturing them, of course he was reviled by readers. But then, he is made to do the one thing no other adult could do. And it suits him very well. He is one who wanted to get all the victims of this unfair world together and make his own village, he was a non conformist, he was the outlier, someone who understands the ways of this world very well and takes advantage of it for his own benefit without regret, he refused to pander to the shinobi world's ways, he decided to make his own. It suited him to go his own way, being disinterested in war and to root for something/someone he was interested in. Sasuke. He puts his hand where his mouth is. Unlike others, he is not a hypocrite. He has seen wars too closely and he knows what it does to people. All the collateral damage. Sasuke is able to relate with Oro. This is what redeemed Oro, to whatever extent he has been redeemed to. Of course it doesn't make all his other actions alright, but it does soften our impression of him and we lose the edge of antipathy towards him.
And this was done properly. It was made to look believable. You are right, it takes work. The ladies' redemption doesn't mean anything now, in Boruto. It could have meant something back then, but Kishi wasn't going for it in any case.

Van Hell

Sasuke x Hinata | Abandon from my WIP Folder
“I can’t I don’t love you. Hinata managed to push out.
“What?” Naruto’s hand holding out the ring fell into his lap as he stared at her, confused. He lost the massive grin that had been plastered to his face. “I thought… I mean, you did.”
“I can’t do this.” Hinata squeaked, disheveling, feeling her face twisted up as she started to cry.
“I don’t understand. Everything’s been great. What happened?” Naruto wondered.
“Everything’s been great for you.” Hinata snapped at him. It was harsher than she meant it. “I can’t live like this anymore. We don’t know where we are going to end up, and we don’t know if we will be able to support ourselves in the next town. And you want to raise kids like this?”
“Is the ring too cheap?” As usual, he wasn’t listening to her. He heard something about money must be the ring.
“No, it’s lovely, but I can’t be what you want. And I don’t think you can be what I won’t either.” It broke her heart, but after all this time, it had to be the truth. She was never going to be happy in this van no matter what he did to it, no matter how it ‘improved.’
“You left everything to do this with me. I thought this is what you wanted.” Naruto sat back from his knee, collapsing to the van’s floor. “To just be with me because you loved me, no matter where.”
“I didn’t think this was going to be permanent! I saw it as an adventure, not a lifestyle.” Hinata admitted. “You never want to be normal again, and I didn’t think you planned we could live in this van forever and have children here.”
Naruto waved his hand, flapping it on the bed. “We can get a bigger van, like a bus, one with stuff closer to a house.” Hinata fought, her eyes rolling. Like proper water? Or an oven? “You could teach the kids when they get older you’re smart.”
“No, no. I do not want to raise kids like that. I can’t socialize children and I don’t want to raise them without a scrap of privacy.” Hinata rubbed her temples. This is what she had meant. They were different. She did love him. She just didn’t love him enough to put all this doubt and worry aside for his preferred lifestyle, especially since he wouldn’t do the same. They had never had a conversation about what she wanted or if that was even an option. She wouldn’t have hated this so much if it was part-time. If they had a small home somewhere for a few months and worked, and then when they had made enough, they headed out on the road and then repeated, but he wouldn’t even think about that.
“I think we can work it out.” Naruto sighed, looking disappointed, but he clearly wasn’t getting the idea she wasn’t going to be happy.
“I don’t think we can.” Hinata whimpered.
Naruto got up. “Oh, of course we can.” He rubbed her shoulders in a tight hug, but she didn’t feel comforted. She felt like he hadn’t heard a single word she had said.
“… I want to go back to Konoha,” Hinata told him.
“Like now?” Naruto looked at her weirdly. “I guess we can head back, but it’s going to be a couple-day trip you don’t want to hit anywhere else on the way by?”
Hinata sniffed, wiping her face and shaking her head.
“Alright.” Naruto patted her leg. “I think maybe with time back, you’ll feel better, and we can get back on the road, huh?”
Hinata didn’t make any move to agree. She couldn’t explain it to him. She wasn’t going to attempt to, but when she got there, she was getting out, and she would be happy to never see another van again.
--**--
Naruto spent the entire trip talking about getting a school bus and converting it to a small, drivable apartment, where they could split the back into an extra little room for at least two, maybe even three kids. He thought maybe they could get a hot water tank for a tiny shower. Maybe even a toilet
Hinata could put together what he had wanted in her head, but she couldn’t imagine herself there. It sounded fun for vacation, just not her whole life.
“It’s going to be alright.” Hinata blinked, realizing that Naruto finally noticed she hadn’t been in a good mood. He took her hand with the one he wasn’t driving with and smiled at her. She offered a neutral face. He wasn’t going to understand it was the end until she stepped out with her bag. She wasn’t going to try to break his heart earlier.
--**--
“Hinata!” Hinata was hugged tightly by Kiba and Shino, then turned to Tenten and the ever-aggressively loving Lee to be engulfed with more much-needed hugs. She smiled, feeling the first nugget of happiness she felt in weeks.
She looked back at Naruto hugging people in his circle of friends from college, and she turned back to lower her voice to say what she couldn’t with her and Naruto’s shared cell phone. “I… I need a place to stay.”
Neji’s face immediately dropped. “Are you okay?”
Hinata waved her hand to assure him nothing was seriously wrong. “I’m fine. I just can’t live like this, and I have nowhere to get footing. Please, I will pay anyone back as soon as I get a job and move out as soon as I have enough money to put something down on an apartment.”
Faces looked worried as she effectively sucked the warm moment dry of its happiness. Kiba started. “What’s happening…” Shino nudged him harshly.
“I have the room!” Lee told her proudly. Hinata felt a wave of relief. Just because she had asked for help didn’t mean she would have gotten it. Neji couldn’t take her in, and her friends also had families. “It’ll be great. Since Tenten moved out, my place is too empty and needs more youth.” Hinata thanked him profusely.
“But really, Hinata is everything okay.” Tenten was clearly checking her over.
“Yeah, I’m fine, it’s just. Naruto-kun and I see things differently, and I can’t get him to hear me, and…” Hinata was rambling. She felt someone wipe her cheek. She hadn’t even noticed she had been crying.
“We’ll figure it out. It’ll be okay, Hinata.” Tenten rubbed her shoulders. “Do you have your bags packed?”
Hinata nodded.
“Right after we’re all done with a happy return, we’ll grab them to not make too much of a scene, okay?” Tenten assured her
--**--
“Wait, woah.” Naruto grabbed her bags and held them so Hinata couldn’t pull them out of the van. “What do you mean you’re leaving?”
“I mean, I am leaving. I can’t do this. I told you.” Hinata yanked them out of his hands to give them to Tenten’s waiting hands out the door.
“Is this because I proposed? We don’t have to get married.” Naruto frantically concluded.
“No! This is not about getting married. It’s about living like this. I can’t do it, and you’re not going to change.” Hinata took a deep breath. “I do love you, but not enough to put up with this. I can’t push everything I want aside in favor of this. It’s not fair to me, and you are never going to compromise.”
“But I love you.” Naruto reached for her, and she let him take her hands.
“I don’t think you really do.” Hinata's voice broke. “If you did, you would see I’m not happy here. You would listen to what I had to say and compromise with me. You love this.” She waved her hand at the van. “You just wanted someone to share it with.”
“I want that to be you.” Her heart broke, and she closed her eyes.
Hinata knew that anything she said was going to go right through his ears. “I’m sorry.”
Hinata stepped out of the van. Lee wrapped an arm around her back, hugging her to him. “This is going to be so much fun to have you back!”
Hinata could only hope he was right.
--**--
Lee’s apartment was… interesting. He had piles of projects everywhere. He showed her proudly how the couch pulled out and the fluffy blanket he had for her. She honestly enjoyed the enthusiasm.
Hinata looked around at his manikins. Lee was really talented for a guy who refused to wear much more than a green jumpsuit all through university. She honestly thought that he had put more work in with the track team coach than he did into his fashion design degree, but he was always more interested in dressing women than himself.
They were all interesting works of art.
Lee waved his hand toward the kitchen area and jogged over, opening cabinets and the fridge. “There’s always food, healthy and filling!”
Hinata giggled. “There is a bar around the corner, right?”
Lee blinked in surprise. “I didn’t think you drank.”
“No, no, I don’t really.” Hinata waved her hands. “But I need a job. I’m not going to freeload here even for a day.”
Lee frowned for a moment. She was sure she was going to a lecture on how she should take a break, but instead, he smiled. “You’re determined. I like it. Seize the day! Let’s go!” He cheered.
Hinata honestly couldn’t think of a better person for her nerves right now. He tossed her coat and offered his arm. She giggled and linked with him as they headed for the elevator.
--**--
Her friends didn’t quite understand at first. Hinata didn’t know how to explain how she felt.
“I think I get it. I just never thought you would leave Naruto, of all people.” Kiba mumbled thoughtfully. “Like you thought the van thing was awesome, and you have had this crush on him since we were kids.”
“I did. I still love him in a way I’m not sure will ever really go away, but I can’t keep giving everything and receiving only what he thinks I want. I guess I got to the point where I had no more to give.” Hinata sighed.
“That makes sense,” Shino assured her.
“Now that you’re back, do you need a job? It’s not much, but I think my sister might be able to have you work at least part-time at the vet. It’s gross cleaning and stuff, but it’s something.” Kiba offered.
Hinata smiled. “Thank you. I already have a job.”
“Already? You got back yesterday.” Shino frowned.
“There is a bar on the block that Lee-san’s apartment is on. When we were in need of cash in the van, we would work dive bars on the weekend to make cash. I would work the bar, and Naruto-kun would work the stockroom or bouncing.” Hinata explained.
“I can’t really see you in a bar.” Kiba scrunched his face.
“We’ll head in sometime to see your new skills,” Shino added in support.
--**--
Hinata slept during the day. She became a heavy sleeper early on in the van so that she didn’t die of fright. Lee’s music didn’t stand a chance, and she reminded him it was his apartment. He could sing as loud as he wanted. It was his place. He didn’t have to change for her.
She couldn’t be happier with the odd night schedule because it was a schedule. She could control it. She wasn’t at a different bar at a different time every few nights or flopping between day and night work. Lee seemed to love having her around, and Hinata was happy if he was happy.
The tips she was getting were more regular than she got anywhere else as people got used to her and knew she would get them drinks quickly. It made some of the other girls mad because she wasn’t working hard to flirt for her tips. It wasn’t like she was taking their tips because she didn’t get by guys who wanted to be flirted with. All her best tips came from guys who wanted to be left alone and to have their drink. It was usually older, grumpy men, but she found Sasuke Uchiha to be one of them.
Sasuke didn’t look happy to see her the first night he came in, but she served him with no other word to him. She could feel him watching her around the bar. They had been in the same mutual friend group through Naruto, so she was sure he felt no obligation to be nice to her now, as she had broken his best friend’s heart.
Sasuke came in after work, still in his suit. After the first few times he had come in, he started waiting for her to get his drinks so he didn’t have to deal with the other girls. He told them flatly he wouldn’t be tipping them, and he wasn’t interested. It didn’t deter all of them, but the majority dropped their act and moved on.
“The usual?” Hinata got out a glass for his tap beer.
Sasuke grunted his confirmation and took his drink. “What are you doing here?”
“I couldn’t stay with him.” That was the only answer she had.
“No, not that.” Sasuke made a disgusted face. Maybe he didn’t resent her for that as much as she thought. “The Hyuga heiress, most likely to be a businesswoman or a trophy wife or both, and you’re tending a bar?”
Hinata looked down the bar. It was a slow Tuesday, and she wasn’t being hailed so she could talk for a minute. “I tended when I was living on the road. Knowing what goes into a drink and how to keep drinks full was something I could carry from place to place and start up quickly. It’s all I really have right now.”
“I’m surprised you put up with it that long.” Sasuke took a big swig of his beer, and she laughed. He was always Naruto’s worst critic.
“I think I was blind to the problems for a while because it wasn’t as bad as I felt at home. When I left, it definitely felt like freedom, but after no showers and no idea whether we had enough money to fix the van or eat, it got old. We did okay with the idea that we could just deal with it all until it came to the point that I realized he wanted to do that forever, and I wanted to be able to have a savings account and stability if something went wrong.” Hinata sighed, looking down at the bar.
Sasuke made a face of disgust. Hinata grinned, noticing a drink low. She headed down the bar, feeling Sasuke’s eyes still on her.
When she ended up back after another round, she washed glasses in front of his chair. “What is it you do now?”
“I work at the family company with my brother. What else?” That is naturally what he would do. “You know it was a shit storm when you left. Your father told anyone who’d listen about you running off and whoring with a dropout.” Naruto wasn’t even a dropout. “But honestly, I don’t blame you. I can’t sit in a meeting with him and not feel like I want to punch him.”
Hinata let out a snort. “He’s not pleasant.”
Sasuke nodded, giving her a knowing look. “Did you ever think about turning around and using your degree?”
“I don’t think it’s really an option right now. I have no work experience other than for my father’s company, and he, under no circumstances, would ever recommend me. I would likely have to do an internship for free, and I can’t do that right now.” Hinata explained.
“You should come to work for my family. I want to see the look on that bastard’s face.” Sasuke took another grumpy swig.
“I wouldn’t want to give you and Itachi-san the trouble he would cause.” Hinata was sure if she tried to get back into the business world, she would have to go super small and hope her father didn’t hear of it because he would make her boss’s life a living hell if she weren’t fired.
“Well, you can at least pour a beer that isn’t all foam.” Sasuke tipped his glass up at her.
Hinata didn’t know why, but the validation made her really happy.

I think when I wrote this, I was watching a lot of Van Life content, and I actually think that it's cool. I don't think you should cram 3 kids into shelves while you have a normal-sized bed and use them for content on the internet, but... moving on.
I try not to do anything internet trend-wise that is going to age my content, so this never got made. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I don't get one part of Sakura's confession to Naruto. She said "That idiot has a crush on me" and then confessed to Naruto to stop him from going after Sasuke. But Naruto said it's not about the promise. Then Sakura stalks off and after some time Sai says Sakura probably knew how Naruto would react but she still wanted to release Naruto from the promise before trying to kill Sasuke herself. My question is do you think what Sai said was correct? The part where Sakura knew how Naruto would react? Because this was never confirmed by Sakura herself. She stalked off after Naruto's rejection and hit Kiba in the foot. But if she was prepared for the rejection why she acted so angrily? And did it in a public place where everyone was watching them instead of in private? Could she just not keep her feelings in check after she got humiliated even though she foresaw it? Makes me think she was expecting a different outcome. This part of the arc was done weirdly with many flashbacks and the scenes were put in a non-linear way which makes it confusing. And for a lot it there were other characters speaking on behalf of other characters. Done with purpose surely. But it's not clear to me if she truly knew how Naruto would react or not. Because based on only what Sakura said/did/thought the answer is no. Which is why she got so angry when Naruto reacted the way he did. The rest was just Sai's input. Another character trying to justify her actions somewhat. What are your thoughts?
sakura truly expected a different outcome, it’s pretty obvious by her actions and reactions. there is a chapter named “sakura’s decision”, which is the one she decides she would fake confess to naruto and try to kill sasuke, and the reason she chooses to do that is explained in the chapter as well:
Tumblr media
she truly believes naruto “has such a crush on her”, that she must be the one to act on it lol. a lot of characters are discussing how they should deal with naruto and sasuke in this chapter but the chapter is named sakura’s decision, why would kishimoto emphasise that? well, we find out what her decision is in a chapter that also emphasises her actions, which is “sakura’s confession”, just by the chapter’s names we see that her decision was to fake confess to naruto.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
bear in mind that shizune says in “sakura’s decision” that naruto wants to save sasuke himself, but we do not see sakura’s reaction to what shizune says, even though kishimoto draws her right after it. just when sai puts on the table that they all rely on naruto too much that kishimoto gives us three panels of sakura’s reaction, lowering her head, it seems to weight a bit on her. she is there in the whole conversation, yet it only seems to matter to her that they are placing too much of a burden on naruto, but not what naruto really wants (to save sasuke more than anything), which isn’t surprising btw when we see how egocentric her character is through the manga, the main character syndrome that she has… (and btw there’s something very interesting about this chapter as well k).
during the confession itself she gets surprised when naruto is annoyed and that’s when she starts getting angry and guilt tripping naruto by saying he thinks a girl in love is stupid or something. naruto just very much knows she is lying and she gets angry for getting busted… light yagami behaviour tbh.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
just pay attention to her reactions. and she brings the promise again, because of course to her it’s about it… until naruto says it’s not and then she looks surprised AGAIN.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
right after naruto says it was never about the promise, she kinda doesn’t know what to do… kiba even interrupts and goes “what now, sakura?” because her plan backfired. like- it’s so obvious. and let’s be real… it makes no sense of her to fake confess to naruto if she knew it wouldn’t work, why would she do that anyway?

Ya know Kishimoto's got a good sense of humor, Both Hinata and Sakura had scenes where they charge towards an enemy clearly stronger than them without a plan against everyone's wishes and get owned needing to be saved instead. Yet Kishimoto had Karin do the exact same thing, she charges head first without a plan, and she freaking wreaks the enemy! and gives an opening for her team who back her up to stun Obito. and unlike the other two she's not even combat trained lol.
Yup, also Ino is always working flawlessly with Shikamaru and Choji as InoShikaCho. Despite being introduced as a fangirl, she contributed a lot in the war and always kept her focus in the battle.
Compare that to;
Hinata leaving her teammates and post to run to Naruto, despite the fact he was already being taken care of by a medical ninja, only to trip over a rock and then begging Neji's ghost to protect Naruto. Pathetic.
Sakura constantly being left behind and being upset because Sasuke-kun won't pay attention to her ridiculous shenanigans. It's not like there's a fucking war going on that's going to decide the fate of the whole world. Pathetic.
Despite being introduced as fangirls, Ino and Karin were shown to be levels above Sakura and Hinata when it comes to proper behavior in battle.

im actually rewriting the canon in my own story and now that you mention it i think i want Naruto to become a chunin
you say in your au he's gonna be too busy to re-take the chunin exams but is there a point where he actually could have?
i've never seen the Naruto (the anime) before and i started watching it recently i got all the way to ep 143 of shppuden with the movies that came out in order
i don't know a whole lot about the war im watching Sasuke fight the rap jinchuriki guy so it would help me out if there is some point you think he could actually get to become a chunin cause im rewriting stuff and i want itachi and Sasuke to come home sooner i know itachi doesn't live but we are playing pretend right now so i want him and Sasuke to come home
Anon said "in the og manga had ample opportunity to make it a cool" That anon that said that please tell me what was the the part they could have made it cool i need to know about that
rambling and getting side-tracked
just my question whole question of this ask:
is there a point where he actually could have?
There are two main "moments" that come to mind... First during the two years he was with Jiraiya, he could have taken the exam somehow, finding a team for him and even doing it for training would be possible for Jiraiya. I think 🤔
And then, since shippuden takes at least one year, Tsunade herself could have arranged for Naruto to take one of the exams at some point before the Pein attack. Or even after it, she could just promote him! I think that would be the most logic and easy way to fit in the "schedule".
Now stopping to think of other moments... there's the small break he takes to develop the rasen shuriken, if the timing is right, the exam could happen while he's on it and team 10 is having their revenge mission - he still arrives right on time BUT this time wearing his chunin jacket!
Or before Sai joins the team and they leave with Yamato. Insert a small arc after he returns from the sand village and say "We can't send a genin on missions alongside an ANBU/jonin. Go take the exam!" - even adding the excuse that Jiraiya returned with him on time for the exam, but he almost missed it because of the kazekage rescue.
At the start of the war arc (I think this is a spoiler?) There's a moment Naruto goes on a special training trip, but instead they could motivate him by saying it's a special chunin exam for him (since he doesn't have a genin team), and actually evaluate him or already be planning to promote him anyway - bc he is clearly above chunin level by now come ON.

[Naruto rant/criticism]
Please don’t interact if you’re going to insult me for having an opinion that differs from your, I will correctly tag this post so if you’re a nh stan read at your own risk. I’m not responsible of your actions.
In the recent days I’ve really been having a naruhina hate brainrot. I’ve actually always disliked that pair since the first days I started watching this anime. But the more I think about this ship and the more I dislike it and see less reasons to enjoy it.
Yeah I used to ship ss in the past, because even if Sasuke never has been interested at least he was Sakura’s teammate and had plenty of missions together. (Well I learnt from my mistakes but that’s not the topic of this post!)
However, what do Naruto and Hinata have seriously? For being characters who got married and one of them being the mc their interactions were barely existent and Naruto having basic human decency toward her isn’t a proof of him having romantic feelings. I still literally can’t picture him being on a relationship with her either, no matter how much I try. I always used to find this ship painfully bland, boring, tasteless. I would rate it a solid 1/10 at best, and I’m on a good mood rn.
I got spoiled very early that they were going to be together at the end and even despite that when I watched the last episodes it blew my mind when I saw them going to be married all of sudden. It was so hard to believe. If they were so planned to be together since the beginning they could’ve at least given them some development idk it’s not even that complicated I don’t ask Kishimoto to write peak romance. Don’t even talk to me about "The Last" lol that movie is just laughable. It’s basically Naruto into a genjutsu and Sakura forcing him, guilt tripping him to love Hinata and telling him how much "he deserves her". No sorry but I can’t take this sh*t seriously.
Another thing, when I still was into the first episodes of the series I used to think that Hinata will have a development, she will be strong and all but I was apparently wrong as hell because she’s just as pointless, irrelevant but more annoying and her whole existence stills revolve around N-Naruto-kun 🥺👉👈. The shippuden era was the moment when she seriously started to get on my nerves. She reached a new low when Neji frustratingly f*cking died for her the the only thing she was thinking about was N-Naruto-kun’s big warm and manly hand. The audacity lmao. I would be so ashamed to myself at her place. Also there’s nothing wrong with her being a housewife, raising kids is far from being an easy task by the way but she could’ve at least done something for her clan as the "Hyuga princess", especially about the oppression and slavery that endured the secondary branch through generations and that caused the death of her cousin in front of her. But no, she got married to N-Naruto-kun, so it doesn’t matter, damn why am I even surprised, that was the only goal of her life anyway. That cute uwu girl’s """"development"""" disappointed me a lot, to say the least, I saw a lot of potential in her not gonna lie.
Poor her, she existed only for the sake of a ship that happened just for the dull sequel also more commonly known as "Boruto".

I had once this weird dream (but that I really liked tbh) where TBOAH world was going to end but, like, not for the White Star nor anything.
It was just going to die spontaneously and everyone there was going there was just going to join the flow of souls (think of it like the rukh in Magi, because my unconscious likes to add Magi hints to everything. Love that anime tho).
But due bad timing synchronization, the flow was already too filled and if it happened, souls would collide against each others and the sequels would cause massive amounts of chaos and stuff in the other worlds from the sane section.
Which was obviously bad.
So the gods in charge of that section decide that the best action course (and the only plausible one) is getting a conductor to direct the energy and souls of this world smoothly into the flow. Of course, the conductor has to be a living being with a strong will to be able to drive a whole ass world's living essence into a single path.
Ideally, the conductor also had to have a connection with Time. After all, time and space were linked and redirecting life into the flow was separating it from a time-space and releasing it into a river where time and space worked different (if it did. Work, that is.)
A regressor, they decided. The conductor has to be a regressor.
Then, the God of Death— because of it was him— nominated a human child. A god from a different section, but who also was responsible for a world in this one, seconded it.
After inspecting said human, the gods agreed he would be a good choice.
So, Eruhaben went on a trip— his last one in this life— to Rain City, because the world tree requested him to find a person.
A child that was supposed to bring an end and a new start to this world and its people.
Well, the world tree had said that this human was technically an adult. But for Eruhaben who had lived for thousands of years, a human who wasn't even on his second decade was practically a little kid.
Cale Henituse.
What was special about him, that the gods believed him capable of accomplish such a task?
——————————
It went longer but I'm stoping there now. It was a Naruto crossover btw. And that Cale is Og!Cale. He did succeeded leading the world into the cycle, then everyone got reincarnated in Naruto.
Cale was born as his mom's son again and they were both Uzumakis because my brain said that it fits them (my brain it's not wrong, tho). Eruhaben was his dad this time and Karin was his little sister. I don't know if biologic or if she was Cale's relative that they adopted.
I'm pretty sure that the Soo's appeared and CJS was a Hyuuha or an Uchiha (but that could be because I would like him and Shisui to be friends and my brain went with it), KRS was a Nara (no surprises there), I don't remember what about LSH antecedents, and I think they were planning on opening a store together.

“Keeping it a secret” (1/2)
Fic for the 2nd day of SS Shoujo week 2023! At first I wanted to keep it short, but eventually turned out that it's out of my league. This is the first part of the story, I will hopefully post the second (and the last) one tomorrow, as of my fic for the 3rd day of the event. And it will surely contain much more SasuSaku! Building it up now. :] Prompt: Class trip Summary: Hiding your relationship in with Mr Popular may be difficult. Especially on a school trip! Word count: 1851
One dreaming of living in the bosom of nature could never find a better place to stay than Suna. Spending whole evenings on romantic walks along those white-sand beaches. Bidding a farewell to the down-going Sun as it’s on its way to rest, leaving the world in the Moon’s care. Suna truly seemed to be the perfect area to anyone seeking peaceful oasis throughout the summer.
Although, that wasn’t the case here. Kakashi truly hated the climate of the place he had to spend his next few days at, but what was even more frustrating than high temperatures making him feel as if he was boiling within the four walls of an average hostel, was the ear-splitting noise accompanying him for most of the time. Upon hearing another cry of the most unpredictable pupil Konoha Highschool was to ever have, Kakashi rose his eyes from the book he was reading visibly annoyed. Glancing over at his students gathered around him, he exhaled deeply with a tired look on his face.
“You kids… Make me remember something”, he admitted, in a serious tone of his voice, whilst the group of boys was looking at him with their hearts beating wildly fast, waiting for the permission they were hoping to receive. “I really hate this job.”
Defeated groans of the bunch of teens carried in the hostel’s living room. Disenchanted. That’s how one could describe what was going in their heads right now. This aura was certainly sensed by Might Guy, PE teacher, who was just entering the longue and gave them a surprised look. Putting his hand on his hip, he asked:
“It’s 9 am and you guys are already in such a bad mood? No way.”
That was their chance. The last chance, to get what they desired and have been planning for weeks now, ever since the school trip was announced. They had to take all the measures, to win this. They needed someone with perseverance, who will fight for their case until the last drop of their blood. And upon having noticed their last resort, Naruto as a self-proclaimed leader of the group forced his way through the classmates. As he stood in front of the teacher, he put a serious face on, contradictory to the pleading look in his eyes.
“Please, convince Mr Kakashi so that we could organise a party tonight.”
Guy shook his head, moving his gaze to Kakashi who was now back to reading his favourite Icha-Icha Paradise.
“Boys. You must learn that youthfulness isn’t just about having fun. It’s also the time when you need to learn the sense responsibility, that you will pass like a torch to your families in the future”, as he was speaking, the last hope was flowing out of Naruto’s body. How come they lost? It wasn’t just, and he could never agree to it. But then, Guy proceeded with his short speech. “Therefore. Just make sure you bring no alcohol to the party. If I smell it from anyone of you… you will be running around the hostel all day tomorrow.”
Seeing his legendary pose, with his thumbs up and smile shinning brighter than the Sun on the sky in the middle of summer, boys caught their breaths for a minute, when processing what just happened. And then, it was high time to explode with joy.
“Come on boys! We have a party to prepare!”, Naruto yelled, feeling the pride flowing in his veins.
Sasuke sighed. He had already made plans on how he was going to spend this day. And now he was sure, sneaking out with his girlfriend of five weeks, won’t be as easy as he hoped it would be.
We have a problem.               Guy gave them his permission.
Sakura could feel a vein pulsing on her forehead when she read the text from her boyfriend. Of course, Naruto managed to get that freaking permission. Usually she admired his persistence, but today, it could get no worse! They were supposed to sneak out in the evening together with Sasuke to spend some time on their own. She even found online some pretty beach bar nearby, where they could stay for some cold drinks. And now, it seemed that it all was gone to a burton.
Having noticed the annoyance boiling up in her friend, Ino stole a glance at her phone. A smile creeped onto her face as she read the name of the sender.
“Oh, you two lovebirds!” she sighed, wrapping an arm around girl’s shoulder. “Seems Naruto accidentally put a spoke in your wheel, no?”
Upon hearing her voice and the words flowing out of her mouth, Sakura immediately hugged her phone in fluster, covering its screen.
“Pig!” Her voice was surprisingly high-pitched. “How many times do I have to tell you this! Don’t look at my phone, when I’m texting with someone!”
Ino laughed and fell onto the sofa. Sitting with her legs crossed she seemed to be wondering about something, while Sakura was fighting with the blush conquering her cheeks. Lovebirds, she wasn’t quite used to it yet. It still felt so fresh and awkward to think they were dating, even though she has been dreaming about it for a really long time now.
“You should be more quiet when speaking about it”, she said once she composed herself enough to use her regular voice. “I don’t want others to find out.”
“Yes, yes… But Sakura, I still don’t get it!”, she protested. “Why are you guys hiding? Girl, you’ve pulled the hottest guy we have at school! There’s nothing to be ashamed of!”
Sakura immediately hushed her, taking a place next to her on the sofa, thinking about the answer. Honestly, she wasn’t sure herself. At first, she only wanted to enjoy the bloom of their relationship in silence, away from questions and curious looks. Sasuke wasn’t a fan of this idea once she brought it up on their first day. Actually, Sakura was almost certain her boyfriend wouldn’t agree to it. But he eventually chose to respect her wish and give them some time before announcing that they are dating.
However, that definitely wasn’t her only reason. The more days was passing, the more worried she was about the reaction of others. She didn’t want to make a big deal out of it, but on the other hand, she started to fear their friends will be disappointed with them for keeping it a secret for so long.
“Anyway…”, Ino broke the silence between them, knowing she probably won’t receive any answer as her friend was already immersed in thoughts. “Nothing is lost yet. You and Sasuke can still sneak out during the party.”
“Huh? But Ino, Naruto wanted to have an all-male party… He’s going through his alpha phase after he argued with Hinata.” Sakura had a disappointed look in her eyes, and Ino couldn’t stand that.
“What about it? All-male party… that’s cute. If they don’t invite us, we will invite ourselves.”
Haruno still had no idea how to do it. But the wink the blonde gave her was clear. She had a plan.
Preparations for the party were in full flow. A small square of the beach with a furnace fell within the area of the hostel they were accommodated in. Naruto had hard times convincing the owner to let him have a party there, but again, for whatever reason he managed to get his way. And now, the boys were bringing all the stuff they could find useful. They even convinced Neji from a parallel class to lend them his Bluetooth speaker to have some music playing.
Sasuke was grumpier than ever. That is, to say the very least. Standing under a rooftop covering the terrace, he kept observing every step of his classmates. He was trying to figure out how to leave unnoticed, and every new idea seemed even more stupid than the previous one. Naruto had already declared that he will make sure Uchiha has the time of his life tonight, and he will be by his side the whole time. Like the best buddy should.
This must be a fucking joke, Sasuke thought to himself. He knew that Uzumaki was through a rough breakup, but there’s a limit to everything. Naruto totally perceived him as a partner in his solitude, and Sasuke totally didn’t intend to be one.
“You’re a prime example that a real man needs no gal! Shoulda taken your cue long time ago!”, he once said when being completely wiped out. It was shortly after they got together with Sakura. Naruto called him for him, telling him it’s an emergency. And things couldn’t get more awkward. He still could feel the shiver going down his spine, thinking about all the rubbish Naruto spitted that night.
Before he even realised, most of the work was already done. Some of the guys went to buy some drinks and snacks, while others took some seats and kept discussing something keenly. As he was about to join them to see what the exact plans for the night are, he heard his phone vibrating. He took it out of his pocket and unlocked the screen.
We will get into the party. In advance, don’t be mad at me! x
He read the text from his girlfriend once. Then once again. What on earth was she planning? No idea. Was he getting worried? Heck, yeah. Sasuke didn’t have enough time to get lost in thought any more. A group of girls was already visible from afar.
She still couldn’t believe Ino’s idea won.
“Told you, boys are boys. Simple as ABC. What do they like? Drinking, girls, and fun. Can you merge those three things into anything better than spin the bottle?”, she asked unfazed as she was fixing her makeup in their room.
“Boys aren’t that simple at all… There is absolutely no way they are going to outvote Naruto just because of some silly game”, Sakura said ending her sentence with a humph.
And there she was. Standing among the people as the party was about to start. She adjusted the strap of her dress, looking around to find Sasuke. They were classmates after all, no? This won’t be suspicious if she approaches him during the party.
Having finally spotted the boy that made her heart skip a beat every single time he looked at her, she started walking towards him with a smile on her face. Sasuke was leaning against the wall of the terrace, staring at the sea.
“Hi!”, she smiled at him, as there was now less than a meter between them. She was so happy to talk to him. Ever since they came here, they kept missing each other. Boys and girls were lately terribly divided in their class, even though the alignment of their team was amazing before.
“Hey”, he responded, sizing her up. She wasn’t sure if it was a sudden cool breeze of the wind, or was it the atmosphere that suddenly grew cold, but she could feel the goosebumps forming on her skin. Something was off.

something something flattery gets you everywhere lol
✨ Give you and your writing a compliment. Go on now. You know you deserve it. 😉
uh... i have a very strong and distinct narrative voice. i think that translates into clear delineations between character voices in my fics
👀 Tell me about an up and coming wip please!
so, i don't have a definitive new wip and want to work on what i currently have. but! i was planning talks w @rozaceous to maybe think of a short multi-chapter naruto oc. very two-kids-in-a-trench-coat vibe.
hm... i guess it counts... there are a bunch of what-ifs one shots for ball is life. that's where i was practicing writing stuff. yknow 😏
🤲 Would you please share a snippet of a wip?
(uuggghhh... so a lot of the 'later' stuff i have is either too far ahead and will be extreme spoilers, or are too far ahead and are now outdated... and i don't wanna give false promises)
so here's something from dream before daybreak ch 20

"Our last duel ended in a draw," Wei Wuxian called out in a singsong tone. "We should add incentives for this bout!"
I ignored him to stretch out my shoulders. Cultivation or not, it was still best to be gentle with my rotator cuffs.
"Let me call you by 'Zhu Lin' if I win - that is your birth name, right?"
The fucking audacity of it all had me turn my full attention back to him, stretching neglected. "Stakes should carry equal value. This one wants nothing that Wei-Gongzi can offer."
"Zhu Yunxun is known for his strict observance of propriety… among his peers, at least," Wei Wuxian said with mocking. "What if I offer 'Wei Ying' in return?"
"An unnecessary gesture."
"Ha, that's what Lan Zhan said at first, and yet the indomitable Second Jade of Lan was worn down." Wei Wuxian's cheeriness was endless. "If it is like that with Lan Zhan, then surely we're as close as that?"
What even was 'that'? In front of all my fellow sect disciples and honored master, you allude to a 'that'?
All the Shuangfeng kids were watching like vultures, and Hou-Shifu's earlier smile turned back to his normal sweaty grimace. And yet, here Wei Wuxian stood, with shamelessness that could only be topped if he stripped naked.
"At least, I'd like to think so," he continued, grin dialed back to a winsome smile.
My whole back itched as I turned away to position myself at a distance. He took my ready stance as a confirmation and readied himself.
Hou-Shifu waved off our start.
Like I said since my journeyman trip, Wei Wuxian didn't know how to fight hand-to-hand beyond messy brawling. Predictable, over- and under-committing in all the wrong ways and at the same time. Maybe it'd be nice to take this singular moment, this one fated chance, to deck the protagonist as hard as I could in the throat.
(… fuck, it was tempting.)
He stepped in and feinted a cross, hoping to take initiative. There have been enough punches thrown my way in this second life that I moved forward to avoid his attack, using his arm to guide me in rather than retreat with instinctive caution.
Then an automatic hook, swinging wide and already past my arm because of positioning, what would be a tight follow-up if not for his lost feint -
Wei Wuxian's wide-eyed look, as he tumbled over my feet from his fist being pulled forward, didn't bring me as much joy as I thought it would. It was like that instant you overeat an indulgent dessert - immediate loss of appeal and appetite.
My hand pulling him switched to stopping his collapse towards me with a forearm. The jab to the throat lost form and resulted in a flick across his Adam's apple with the back of my index and middle fingers. It would, at the very least, feel weird and annoying even if harmless.
For once, Wei Wuxian didn't need someone to call him off. He nearly tripped backwards, rubbing at his throat and coughing. "… then, this would happen to be the area of expertise for the Yenan-Gongzi," he said, looking ungratefully wide-eyed and doleful.

Custom Toonami Block Week 143 Rundown
Spy X Family: So despite being Bluey-level involved parents, apparently the neighbors are now suspicious of Loid because he’s out working late every night on Spy shit which it’s kinda funny because the show never shows us Loid or Yor doing their jobs all that much and somehow neither really gets in the way of their family façade but apparently Loid’s been out doing Spy shit this whole time and it’s one of those Fairly Oddparents retcons of ‘oh yeah it’s always been this way because that’s how it has to be for the plot/joke to work’. So yeah, despite being a walking zombie Loid plans an Aquarium trip for some fatherly-enforced family fun, honestly planning a trip and putting a lot of pressure on the family to ‘have fun or else’ is probably the most normal dad thing Loid’s done so far. I mean not that Loid can’t be a cheating husband with a double life AND take his family to the aquarium but people seem stupid so it’s probably fine. Loid gets another mission while at the aquarium and he has to… get info out of a penguin, that seems like the dumbest way to exchange info like can’t you just stick it in one of the statues or tanks or something holy shit why stick it inside an animal? Apparently Anya can read penguin minds too so that’s fucking dope but because they’re penguins it’s not much to read. Still Loid’s able to break in and get to the penguin she finds that looks suspicious and is it just me or does the Forger family seem kinda like Team Rocket in that they feel like they have an excellent set of skills to do several other jobs than the one they’re doing, like Loid could definitely retire and become a penguin wrangler. Anyway after some hiccups, Loid gets the penguin and Anya reverse-kidnaps herself to have Yor beat the shit out of the enemy spy so mission accomplished. There’s also a little skit of Anya giving her review of the house before being stopped before going in Loid or Yor’s rooms which is pretty cute, nice way to end off the first half of the season.
Inuyasha: With last week’s revelation that the literal last jewel shard is at Inuyasha’s dad’s grave we spend a good portion of the episode going ‘wait how did that work again?’ given it was like, episode five we’re over a hundred episodes in at this point and unlike Naruto, Inuyasha doesn’t flash back to the same few key scenes every couple episodes despite being as absurdly long and filler-ridden. Inuyasha goes to find Myoga and Totosai to get him to yank the death portal out of his eye but they’re like ‘sorry bro, one way trip, gotta take it up with the guy who made it’ and it’s really funny because they really abuse the pearl in Yashahime and kinda plaster over it by throwing New Hosenki from this episode in there to be like ‘yeah I fixed it and made it better’ despite him saying in this episode it’d take him a hundred years to do it but I also vaguely recall Riku having some shenanigans on that front. Anyway Hakudoshi’s basically stringing Inuyasha along this whole episode and making it clear he has no fucking clue how to get into the afterlife and is teasing Inuyasha so he can do it first and Hakudoshi can pull an Ocarina of Time and be like ‘well since you opened the door for me’ and it’s really silly because Hakudoshi appears to Inuyasha and ONLY Inuyasha just to ‘neener neener neener, I’ll get to the grave first’ and then like two hours later sends Kagura to deliver a message about how to actually get there so Inuyasha does all the life-risking grunt work but like BITCH YOU JUST TALKED TO HIM AN HOUR AGO AND SAID NOTHING OF VALUE, YOU COULDN’T HAVE TOLD HIM THEN!? Like they don’t even play it smart and make it look like Kagura’s rebelling again and telling them something they shouldn’t know, she straight up says Hakudoshi told her to tell them this, so Hakudoshi’s just being an extra little albino bitch but he’s like eight days old at this point so I guess I have to cut him some slack.
Yu Yu Hakusho: Well Yusuke is definitely 100% dead forever and Hiei, Kurama and Kuwabara immediately power up to follow Sensui through the tunnel. Hiei blasts a Dragon of the Darkness Flame and it really just pushes Sensui into demon world but it does fucking obliterate every minor demon that was on its way so the tunnel is clear for the moment, also Kurama is apparently able to turn into Yoko as like a Super Saiyan form while keeping his own personality now so it just goes to show those two have not been taking a single fight in this arc seriously up until now. Meanwhile we catch up with the Koenmas, our usual Koenma basically spelling out Sensui’s plan to enrage everyone to chase him into demon world and have Kuwabara slice through the mosquito net barrier stopping the eldritch demons from coming out meanwhile King Yamma is mobilizing the Law & Order Special Demons Unit to go take care of some shit but he’s vague about what he means exactly. Meanwhile in the limbo world that proves Bleach really did steal everything from YYH, Kuwabara jokes about the grid pattern basically being a video game and Hiei who was just literally in a video game where they had to murder a child to get out tells him to shut the fuck up. They get to the big barrier and Sensui’s not a demon so he can run right through but because Hiei and Kurama are now Super Saiyan demons they got blocked, now Kuwbara either has to fight Sensui alone or slice up the barrier to let them through. Now there’s a couple things I like about this exchange: 1. They absolutely don’t have to continue the fight, they can actually just fucking walk away right now and Sensui’s kinda screwed like he can’t chase them or cut the barrier on his own, but nobody’s willing to just let Sensui go after he killed Yusuke. 2. When Kuwabara does cut through the barrier, unlike usual when he does something stupid, no one tells him to stop and I like to think that Hiei and especially Kurama are smart enough to know Sensui’s playing them but they’re not willing to back down at this point, even if it means making things on Earth a whole lot worse. 3. Kuwabara does have the option of being headstrong and self-sacrificing as usual and throw himself at Sensui and die senselessly while claiming he doesn’t need anybody’s help but he admits he can’t beat Sensui on his own and needs help from his friends and does the (relatively) more level-headed thing. So yeah, Sensui gets through to Demon World and checks ‘see the world of the creatures you thoughtlessly murdered’ off his bucket list and goes into his super ultimate armor form which is basically just ‘no’ the ability, you can’t be stronger than it, can’t break through it, just no. Like Hiei swallows the dragon and does his DBZ shit, Kurama does some kinda hell plant thing, notably Sensui does still have to dodge Kuwabara’s dimension sword so if they were able to pin him down and force that to hit him that might have worked but yeah everyone’s just kinda fucked at this point.
Jujutsu Kaisen: We get brief flashbacks of the adults making vague attempts to stop Yuji from charging in and of Junpei getting his Jellyfish Shikikami powers and then the fight is on. Yuji’s double punch shit does about as much to the jellyfish as Flats punching Spongebob but he’s able to maneuver around enough to be able to hit Junpei directly and for some reason the jellyfish’s poison doesn’t seem to affect him at all. After a round of beating the shit out of each other, Yuji gets Junpei calm enough to just fucking tell him what happened with his mom and shit and how Junpei’s basically like ‘people don’t have feelings because the alternative is the people who killed my mom are sociopaths and that’s harder to reconcile’ and Yuji gets the idea to recruit Junpei to be the late stage starter pack but before we can change the opening song too much Mahito jumps in and turns Junpei into a soul gremlin like a few seconds after he has the revelation that MAYBE the dude doing soul experiments in the sewer might be a bad guy. Yuji asks Sukuna to heal Junpei and Sukuna either can’t or won’t, he plays it off as a ‘oh watching you beg is a lot more fun than helping even for power’ but it’s most likely either he can’t heal other people or making a second pact would override the one he already made with Yuji which kinda flies in the face of Mahito’s plan and the plan further falls apart when Junpei apparently dies and Yuji gets SO fucking pissed that he PUNCHES MAHITO’S SOUL like I don’t quite understand the lingo of this show yet but getting so pissed you punch out someone’s soul is badass no matter how you slice it, it has something to do with the Yami Yugi thing Yuji and Sukuna have going but apparently Yuji can punch you so hard it literally hits your very soul and that’s freaking cool as hell. They fight for a while and it’s pretty neat because Yuji’s pissed/dumb enough to just facetank all of Mahito’s chimera shit and Mahito’s basically human silly putty so any damage doesn’t last too long. He tries to turn Yuji into a soul gremlin so he’ll have to ask Sukuna to reverse it but Sukuna stops him like ‘What the fuck you think you’re doing bro, get your dirty ass hands off my soul you franekstein motherfucker before I ram your soul so far up your ass…’ and before Mahito can properly counterattack Kento shows up and realizes Yuji has soul-punching powers so they’re gonna team up to fight this guy and that’ll be fun.
Chainsaw Man: It’s the finale and this one kinda caught me by surprise, like I thought I had two episodes left but apparently I lost count and this is it. After last week and the Ghost Devil nearly killing Aki, this time it’s decided it wants to play nice and gives him the cigarette Himeno told him he could have when he grew up and because he has no fear of the ghost devil anymore it legit can’t see him (though he also walks on it and presumably it can feel him so maybe it just wanted to die instead of being controlled by snake girl idk) He beheads it and before Snake Girl can get her snake on, Kobeni pops out of nowhere using her Sloppy Blowjob Devil powers and captures her. Denji and Power come up against a room full of zombies and Power charges right in and Denji’s just like ‘nope’ and steps back into the elevator which is probably good because the next floor has Katana Man on it. Katana Fucker is still pissed about Denji killing his grandpa which is like one of the few things Denji was NOT in the wrong about like not only did he not kill him till he was already a zombie but the dude blackmailed him all his life into indentured servitude, we’ve established that Denji’s a heartless asshole and Katana Man not wanting to even kill zombies confirms that’s not part of the Devil Man process but something innate to Denji’s character, but he was well within his rights to fucking murder that guy long before he did. Anyway the two fight and do their Spider-Man 2 train sequence and it’s cool and shit but Denji gets both his arms cut off when Katana Man starts doing his anime katana move because he has the power of god and anime on his side. They do the super awesome run past each other and slash deal where Denji says he’s gonna cut him down with his head blade but since Denji’s a lying sack of shit he pulls out his secret move, LEG CHAINSAWS and completely subverts the whole clash which is fun. Katana Boi wakes up chained to the train and I’m not entirely sure why he can’t just transform again but I guess he ran out of blood like Denji does and Denji and Aki take turns kicking him in the balls for killing Himeno which is insanely satisfying like there’s this weird kind of fusion between the ‘we won’t kill you, justice will be served’ and the sure juvenile joy of the nutshots that makes it very fun like it’s not even severe enough torture to be an ethical dilemma it’s just like ‘eh, it’ll make us feel a bit better’ and it is a nice bonding moment between Aki and Denji, even almost makes me forget that Katana Dude didn’t actually kill Himeno at all and they should be mad at Snake girl since she was the one that ate the Ghost Devil and invalidated the sacrifice in the first place (also did we ever get a reason for why Katana Man wouldn’t stay dead even under Aki’s ‘definitely kill you’ sword or was that just chalked up to ‘Devil Men basically can’t die, do not pass go do not collect $200’?). But yeah, everyone’s good, Makima says that the Gun Devil jewel shards they got from the bust gave them enough to track the Gun Devil, Snake Girl dies horrifically in front of Kobeni for maximum trauma and we get a cool montage of Denji, Power and Aki just enjoying running errands to close off the season. Also Denji has the dream he had from the beginning of the season about talking to Pochita from through a doorway which I’m guessing is his Naruto/Kurama seal place and if he opens it Pochita will take back over and drive Denji out.
So yeah, that’s the end of Season 1 for Chainsaw Man and I had a lot of fun and I want more but that’s it for now, dunno if I’ll figure out a new anime to watch for next week or just cut the block a little shorter, I’ll see how I feel when it gets closer.
Ranking of Kings: So we get a new opening and this opening song is actually how I first heard of this series and it does fucking slap so that’s cool. Bojji and Kage are still on their way to the castle and apparently Despa is on his way too but is a ways behind because, and I shit you not, his horse got too fat. Meanwhile Hilling is assaulting the gate and Sword Guy has trained Kirito Guard to become Crossbow Guy and help him infiltrate the castle to destroy the gate to the Underworld. Meanwhile Miranjo’s busted the Underworld Criminals out of prison and is just like ‘yeah go nuts I don’t give a fuck’ and they just like immediately kill her puppets but luckily she has Koro-sensei’s absolute defense mode so no one can smash her mirror. The majority of the episode is getting a feel for these criminal dudes and there are some that are just generic tough guys, one that seems to be more of a schemer and one that’s a fucking Dark Souls dude who cuts into Big Strong Guy #3 Kingbo’s tendons so he can’t hold his sword or stand and just acupunctures his back a bunch and lets him bleed out. This guy is Ouken and my working theory is that he has the same kind of training Bojji does where his fighting style targets vital points for disabling rather than crushing with strength only he went the dark murdery ‘disable and let your enemies bleed out’ route on his skill tree. They just kinda yeet Kingbo out of the castle and schemer guy takes over, Snake Guy tells the snakes to bury Kingbo but turns out he’s still alive which shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone because I don’t think anyone who’s died during this series has actually stayed dead.
Vinland Saga: Askeladd runs his men fucking ragged to try and outrun Thorkell’s advancing army that outnumbers him five to one, sending for reinforcements while heading up the river with them hot on their trails. Bjorn confronts Askeladd about his uneasiness and Askeladd admits Canute’s kind of a downer considering if they win he’s supposed to be the King of England. However they’re able to get away from Thorkell using the English’s one eternal weakness: forgetting other countries exist. They escape to Wales, the red-headed stepchild of the United Kingdom where Askeladd has some contacts that are willing to escort Canute on the chance that when he becomes King of England he’ll stay the fuck out of their country. Like Canute seems like he’d keep his word but would it really be England if they minded their own business? Negotiations do not go well because Canute is, in clinical terms, a fucking pussy. Still they set off with Thorfinn acting as Canute’s personal bodyguard as they work to reunite with the rest of the army in the nearest fort. On the way Askeladd admits that despite claiming to be a great judge of character, having faith in people like Thors hasn’t really worked out for him so maybe someone he has absolutely no faith in like Canute is the change of pace the world needs. Before they can get too deep into navelgazing they’re immediately ambushed in the next town, some deity out there heard Askeladd reminiscing about Thors and fucking trapped him in the same archer high ground bullshit he used on him.

The comments are all on Hinata's side of things, saying she's kind etc😑. Even saying she should kill both Naruto and Sasuke etc😔 blaming it all on Naruto for being 'really selfish' and him having 'a perfect marriage to a trophy wife to continue his bloodline' like... lol lmao that's Naruto being the trophy husband to Hinata not the other way around.
This is why reading SNS fanfics is sometimes😨😵(though there is a NH tag as well but I thought it'd be SNS ending but nope it's going to be NHS threesome apparently... Really wish I could delete this fanfic from my mind).
Hahahaha. Well what can you expect from such a fanfic and its readers who utter such idiotic non sense?
Because all these fics hinge on all sorts of incredibly faulty interpretations of the manga. It was Hinata who pursued Naruto, and not the other way round. It's Hinata who wanted to marry Naruto, be by his side, no matter how much he ignored her. It was her being selfish and not just with Naruto but also with Neji. Naruto is the trophy husband, what has she even done to be a trophy? Lol. She is a well established liability, a weird looking (Naruto's words, not mine) liability. And even if Naruto wanted a divorce, she would sacrifice her kids to the sungod before she would divorce Naruto. Kill Naruto and Sasuke, lol. It's them who are carrying the franchise on their shoulders while Hinata is less than a side character. It's one thing that fans like a character and want what they think is best for them but denying or dismissing a whole ass story for a character that's barely even there, is just plain juvenile. Anyone could be killed lol. I would like to see Hinata try. Except she would probably trip on a tiny ass pebble, fall face first and then request Neji's ghost to do it for her while crying her ass in her squeaky voice. Lol. She epitomizes weakness of both spirit and body. Also, she doesn't have the brains or presence of mind that she would require to even plan an attack. Her stans are masters at overestimating her when Kishi did everything to write her as weak, pathetic, entitled and self absorbed.
Eh these fans are probably just kids whose sense of comprehension is still WIP. Don't take them seriously. There are all sorts of fans in the fandom, just find who you gel with and avoid the rest. Otherwise you are in for a lot of disappointment and annoyance.

🫐 and 🍇 for the ask game!
Hey ✨
🫐 What’s your favorite underrated thing in your fandom? (A ship that only you seem to write for, a character there’s almost no fics about, a trope that criminally hasn’t been written yet, etc.)
I'm gonna be deliberately obtuse and answer this slightly sideways
Also, this is just me brainstorming and getting excited, I am in no way attacking my fellow writers, readers, and creators etc
For Naruto, it would be Canon Divergence that's not just about Team Seven (NaruSasuSaku or KakaObiRin) or the Warring Clans era, I really think it's such a shame that we don't have more obscure characters getting attention - where are my Tenzo is the Senju!Revival fics, where are my Zabuza Accidentally Becomes Leader of Wave Country, where are my Karin Revives Uzushio fics, my Temari is a Desert Princess fics, what ifs about Minato and Kushina centric, what about Asuma in the Capital, what about Hikaku having to lead the Uchiha after Madara goes missing, what about all these countless opportunities to play in the sandbox? I just think that there's a LOT that's still so fresh and exciting!
For other fandoms-
LotR/Hobbit/etc: why not more about interim years between the main character adventures? More focus on other characters and how they could've diverged canon! I want Eowyn to go fucking buckwild and do a Mulan and have a whole alter ego as Theodred's most trusted Rohirrim and save her cousin's life because 'that Eowyn is so hard to find in Edoras, if she's not up a roof thatching in her best white dress then she's missing for three days on a riding trip with supplies for the next settlement, there's no point keeping track' and the only one who really knows IS theodred, better yet if the Rohirrim occasionally meet with the Gondor Scouts and she's Faramir's bisexual crush in both names lmao
Akagami no Shirayuki-hime: I am BEGGING both my fellow fans and myself (be the change you wanna see in the world) to do some more canon divergence and rewrites because there is so much potential for shirayuki to be paired with others, to have lots of culture and world building between regions and countries, for different skills and combinations and... Urgh just, it's so intriguing
My Hero Academia:.... I think we can all see a trend here 🤡😂 because I desperately want character centric world building and more canon divergence... I've done a lot of brainstorming and my Tokoyami-centric fic is really just the tip of the iceberg, I have a lot of plans for Ochako, Momo, Amajiki, Mirko... There are some phenomenal works about AFO/OFA, Midoriya, Todoroki, Dabi, Hawks, Bakugou etc, so it would be incredible to see fics pick up more characters like that
TL;DR: more obscure character centric works, more obscure what-ifs, more alternative world building and more canon divergence
🍇 Is there a particular scene/episode/book/etc that you want to just write a million fics about, over and over? Which one?
Want to rewrite? Because I'm gonna come out and say it: I hate dealing with Danzo and the Uchiha Coup/Massacre. It's actually hilariously ironic that my favourite, Shisui, is always smack bang in the middle of that arc because I just hate it lol. Maybe that's why I fix it so furiously? But I am sick of it, I never read Itachi fics because I hate the arc so much, I rarely want to write it but it always feels so important to the stories that I do want to address so it's like... A self-enforced inevitability
Wanting to write a scene directly from canon.... For the angst train, I'm always obsessed with people's reactions to Shisui's death/near death (depending on if it's AU fix it or not etc) because it's very gratifying, writing desperate care and affirmation like that and it's also therapeutic as well. A more happier scene is generally AU 😂
I rambled a lot in this but 🤷 thanks for playing!

My Life In...
Naruto
After some extensive research, we've concluded that you are best matched with...BAKI! Congrats!
Tumblr media
In this universe, you and Baki work together and you've helped the Sand Siblings grow up to be who they are today. Nowadays, you and Baki have a travel blog together and lots of love. Here's your love story...
Matched with: Baki Skills/career: Baki’s assistant. You help teach the Sand Siblings. You are very proficient with all kinds of jutsus, but you mostly focus on air jutsu. Song: Forever by KISS Best Friends: Rasa, Gaara, Kankuro, TemariLove at first sight: Totally.
How you met: Rasa had asked you to become Baki’s assistant. You were to help him with teaching the Sand Siblings how to fight and become stronger shinobi. But you became a mother figure to them in a way. They clung to you like you were the best thing in the world, and Baki found you so sweet and so caring. From the get go, he couldn’t stop himself from being so attracted to you. You really showed him softness he hadn’t seen in so long. You two worked hard together, and it wasn’t long before you realized how good of a team you made.
How you fell in love:  It didn’t take long at all. Baki was a little shy about it, despite his gruff exterior. He would often find himself longing for you. In the cold nights in his bedroom, he would imagine you here warming up his bed. Eventually, he decided to just try and get closer to you. He would find ways to accidentally brush up against you. Then it was soft whispers whenever you needed him to repeat himself. You were starting to fall for him hard. You could see his true nature under that tough exterior. And one night, before you left for home, he kissed you softly on the cheek. Your heart skipped a beat and you knew he was the one for you.
Your first date: Baki had it all nice and planned. He was taking you out on this romantic weekend alone with you. The two of you had planned to take this little trip outside of the Sand Village. Rasa had approved and you were really excited to leave the village. It was in this beautiful inn near the water. You don’t even really remember what village it was, but it was so breathtaking. The whole weekend, Baki took you to all kinds of places. Little gift shops, sightseeing, eating your favorite foods. It was honestly one of the best weekends of your entire life and you always look back on it fondly.
Your first time being intimate: He took it slow with you. It was during that little getaway weekend, but he was still so romantic about it. He ran you a bath, filling the water with sweet rose petals. Baki took his time washing you and massaging you. Then he brought you to the bed, where the two of you shared a bottle of wine. You were so full of love and warmth. Baki took his time with you, but it became so frantic so quick as well. You enjoyed every single moment of it. He loved to kiss you all over.
“Such a beautiful girl,” Baki mutters against your skin. He’s pressed against you as close as he can. His cock brushes up against your sweet spot again, making you moan softly.
You cling to him, your body shaking as you sit right there on the edge. Baki has been edging you for so long, you can’t even remember what time it is. You can barely keep up with everything he’s been doing to you. Your body is lined with a small amount of sweat, and the smell of you is driving him crazy.
He ruts his hips quickly, and you begin whining his name. You’ve never had a lover before. Baki was your first, and he enjoys it so much. You’re all his now. This whole weekend was going better than he had anticipated. Another soft whine, and he’s capturing your lips with his. A few more thrusts, and you feel the coil in your stomach snap. White hot pleasure possesses your body and you can barely catch your breath.
“Good girl, cumming so hard for daddy.”
Those words push you even further, and your juices run down your ass and thighs as you soak Baki in your essence. He fucks you through every little wave of pleasure, and your nails dig into the sinewy muscle of his arms. This is truly heaven.
Where are you now: You and Baki still help Gaara with his Kazekage affairs and you still try to visit Kankuro and Temari as much as possible. You and Baki have decided to start traveling the world and you actually do a travel blog. Baki wants to marry you, but he hasn’t been able to pluck up the courage to ask you. What you both don’t know just yet is that you are pregnant with Baki’s baby!
General headcanons:
When it gets cold in the desert nights, Baki loves to bundle the two of you up in blankets and cuddle up. It’s so cozy with you in the linens and watching a show together.
You love to make him lunch and homemade lemonade and you bring this to him often whenever he’s in the office with Gaara. And of course, you make Gaara lunch as well.
Baki likes to take long baths after long days. His favorite thing is to have you in the bath with you and you’re both soothing your sore muscles.
He loves traveling the world with you. He always tries to find a sweet little souvenir to buy so that you’ll have something to use as a decoration when the two of you get home.
He will still spar with you and he will probably want you both to continue your training. Baki enjoys that you’re both shinobi and that you both can fight very well.
Baki will take you somewhere to stargaze whenever he gets the chance. To see your eyes shine in the moonlight, it’s something he’ll never forget. He likes to see you like this often.
Sexy headcanons:
Baki enjoys that he’s quite a bit taller than you. He likes that he can pin you to the wall and have his way with you. Sometimes he’s frustrated and he needs you now.
Baki also enjoys being sweet with you. He’ll be good for aftercare, cuddling you and pillow talk. He enjoys bathing you and massaging you a lot. He just loves doting on you, but even more so after sex.
He’ll have you squirting like a fountain. Baki knows how to make you feel good, he’s mapped out all the spots you enjoy being stimulated in the most.
He’s very vocal and loud during sex. He loves to mutter all these sexy little things in your ear. Anything to rile you up even more. He just wants you to know how good you feel.
From time to time, Baki enjoys you taking charge. Tie him up, strap a vibrator to his cock, edge him until he’s just begging to cum, slap him around a little. Baki can take it and he enjoys it.
If you were to wear any kind of special lingerie or cute little kimonos that leave not much to the imagination, he will lose his mind. Baki adores seeing you all dolled up for him.
