Details of this episode like the golden thread (just like in mismag). Grimoire’s presence, as in the place you must not run from her, extending a MILE. Eursulon being established at good at painting. TOPH the diamond wrapped in coal who warmed Grandma Wren her first night here and knew Taro and sat beneath the keep of the Witch of the Watching Fire. Suvi invoking Grimoire as a Monster while using a magical secret so intimately tied with how she became herself. Suvi humming the rain road because she has a subconscious ear worm. The episode was one hour for us and one hour for the characters and was meaty as hell.

Okay, I’ll say it now that is one hell of a way to end a season, and more than one way to seed discomfort and make an audience scared of what’s going to happen next.
We know that John has ulterior motives now, but I’d wager it’s more along the lines of a similar deal to the one Arthur made with Kayne. John needs Arthur to go to New York for some reason, and it very well could have something to do with the order of the fallen star, but John did say Kayne needed him to bring Arthur somewhere very specific, likely as part of their own deal, likely a deal made to get John back in touch with Arthur, and that’s not even mentioning whatever the hell Yellow is doing with Larson right now.
This is the first time in a while John has really had a plan that involves him knowing far more about the current situation than Arthur, and I fully expect it’s going to be very tied up in managing yellow (who I would wager John already knows is definitely still a problem, maybe even from the moment Arthur made his deal with Kayne, but that’s making a lot of assumptions) and even more so tied up helping both Arthur and himself, though possibly more the former.
So yeah, think it’s probably safe to assume Arthur was spot on with his feelings that something big was coming.
Either way one hell of a way to end a season🙃

It was an eventful episode, and although it ended well, it is going to be such a problem in the future, but i trust John anyway

It seems like I only post TMA content. Anyway. Today's episode was MAG 28 Skinthight.
I love Melanie and the fact that Jon was trying to stay so professional to not mention his connections to Georgie.
But what got me so much was the graffiti "SILK WILL NOT STICH THE BUTCHER'S MEAT" and while they had nothing to do with the statement, I just loved it. I know it's probably something about medical stuff during the war was made of silk but just for a second imagine it's the Web.
Like an avatar/follower of the Felsh or Slaughter had beef with the Web and went in and painted it up to assert dominance. Like that is some petty shit man.
And also the tresspassing bit fror Sarah. Like I get it, it's the domain of the Slaughter and they have beef with the whole old Unknowing but hey.
Anyways if anybody can reccomend a fic that deals with this let me know!

May 28:
On this date in 1990, The Breeders released their debut album, Pod.
On this date in 1991, Smashing Pumpkins released their debut album, Gish.
I remember seeing the band tour off this album, at a club on South Beach roughly the size of my kitchen. That was me, sitting on top of the broken Galaga machine, frowning sometimes because I thought they were a pretty heavy band, but one that werre sometimes a little too psychedelic.
On the 28th of May, 2002, High On Fire unleashed Surrounded by Thieves, their second album.
And,
on this date in 2008, Swedish metal band Opeth released their ninth album, Watershed.

MAC and I spend a week in New York City
7/28/2011. Thursday 8:48pm Out front of our house. Cool breeze. Laughter and mosquitos fill the air. So, we move inside.
MAC’s on a walk.  I got a moment to “be”.
Departure days are stress-- Full.
This leaving time reminds me of the many times Jim and I left. Usually with a glass of white wine toast as a parting gesture. Now, it’s a toast to the wonders of a clear mind all day. Open. Wide. Easy.
MAC and I bought new suit cases on wheels at Target today. I also bought him an  I-Pod. He loved it! Made him happy. Reminded him of a time that he owned one. It meant  a lot to him.
So,, leaving time is not as hard as I thought it might be. Now, after all this, it seems natural. And, it’s all paid for.
MAC said today that he’s a little nervous. He won’t believe it happened until we get home.
I still can’t quite believe it either,
8:58pm I’m getting tired and the night is young. That new suit case is great. It’s huge. I have room left over. An, I love the wheels.
9pm. Rocky Horror Picture Show begins on Logo
Perfect send off.
7/29/2011. 12:12 Eastern Standard Time Saturday: in flight
Thank God!. We made it!
Because  of Thunderstorms and a disabled plane on the ground, we circled and circled and ran out of gas—almost.
We had to land in Allentown! Ahhhhh!
But, it was fun. I sat next to two Brazilians who had been flying for 44 hours from Japan. And then, this. But, we had a great time. I interpreted for them when the Captain came over the intercom with yet another “oh no” speech.
(After the plane lands in New York City) We get to the “Pod” hotel and to our tiny room. One not so big bed. MAC’s not happy, “This won’t work. Can we go home early?”
Oh God! I like it here. We’ll work it out.
Just got served here at the Morning Star Cafe..open 24 hours.
I feel so good! (I had quit drinking in February 2011).
This whole, grueling experience, I’ve felt good. And, today was grueling. United Airlines gives you zero leg room. My legs, well, I was in pain. But, I got a great window seat.
The omelet and potato here at Morning Star are pretty good.
Brash young New York women walk in like they walked out. Loud and obnoxious.
Well, our room is small, but, it’s got air conditioning, it’s own bathroom and all the basics. It’s just tight.
Today’s experience : Tired, Cramped, Tiny. Happy.
End of entries.
In this and in the next several blogs over the next few days, I'm sharing parts of my journal entries of my partner of the time, MAC and my trip to New York City in late July to early August 2011. I had been clean from alcohol since February 2011. MAC was an active heroine user. This combination of sober and active user led to interesting adventures in the city while we were there.
Jim was my partner who died in 2009.
Rocky Picture Horror Show was a 1975 Rock Opera Spoof. It became a cult classic both as a movie and as a musical play.
