I wish I was old money if only so I could own my dream home (plantation), but otherwise use my ostentatious wealth to fund education in my local community and donate to charities and fund advancements to save the planet and ultimately be remembered as a weird old bisexual philanthropist with a deep and passionate love for humanity

National Women's Health and Fitness Day
National Women's Health and Fitness Day focuses on the importance of regular physical activity and health awareness for women, and is the largest annual event of its kind in the country—with 500 local groups and 50,000 to 75,000 women participating each year. Events are held "at senior centers, hospitals, health clubs, park and recreation districts, local health and service organizations, schools, retirement communities, houses of worship, and other community locations." Activities such as walking events, health screenings and workshops, and exercise demonstrations take place. It is a "sister" event to National Senior Health and Fitness Day, which takes place each May, and it takes place during National Women's Health and Fitness Week.
How to Observe
Celebrate the day by searching for an event happening in your area and participating in it. If you would like to host an event, you can register here. If there are no events in your area, you can focus on things dealing with health and fitness on your own, or with friends. Here are a few ideas:
try a sport you haven't played before
workout with a friend
walk or ride your bike somewhere instead of using a vehicle
try out a healthy food you've never eaten, or a new healthy recipe
schedule a checkup with your doctor
set health and fitness goals for yourself
make sure you have been drinking enough fluids
get a massage
take a nap

How did you discover your obsession with French macarons? XD
I discovered my obsession with French Macarons while I was living in Savannah Georgia. One of the girls from my modeling agency told me about it being "like a cookie that has a shell and gooey inside with a creamy filling." I remember she bought some of these "french macarons," in the historic district, and saved me 1 as a late birthday present. I've been hooked ever since. They're so good!
