Here's my annual reminder that I'm still emotionally invested in maybe the most irritating and inconsistent character of the 7th arc.

I feel like Mistystar is one of the most unexplored characters in Warriors, especially in regards to how her various traumas affected her perceptions of clan loyalty.

I mean, being given up by a parent for a deputy position and then returning to the clan that publicly executed your brother for that same position suggests some pretty unhealthy ideals, hopefully this illustration communicates this in some ways!

No reason but when I was younger I really liked the idea of Whitestorm being Graystripe's father.

I just think it would be silly if his goofy cocky personality early on comes from his father being a respected warrior and his great-aunt being leader. He brags to Rusty but he always gets scolded for being a clown anyways.

And idk... Bluestar watching her grand-nephew have a halfclan relationship... leave the clan to be with his kits like she never could...

Stonefur, Featherpaw and Stormpaw being related... Stonefur hadn't wanted to accept his relation to Bluestar at first but he spends his last breath fighting for his family's right to live.

i feel like he was a very doting and caring parent, probably always hanging out with the kits and helping crookedstar with silverstream because his brother had a lot on his plate as leader.

New and improved Purgatory AU designs!!! Haven’t talked about this AU in a while

I made Squilf look similar to my Firestar design here to make some angst for Princess. I also made Princess look a bit like Leafpool too for more angst too.

When she first arrives, Mapleshade, the de facto leader of this little group, is the first to greet Squirrelflight. She’s a little cynical. Waking up after dying and being immediately spoken to by a very old murderess throws you for a loop so Squirrelflight has barely any idea of what’s going on until the very fact settles in that she’s actually dead. Which takes a few days.

Squirrelflight does latch onto Princess on like day one because she’s the least objectionable person and the kindest. Plus she reminds her of Leafpool. Later on, she does get close with Scourge too bc they’re all kin.
