god i want. an au where it dosn't work. where it's just arr g'raha who's woken up, and he doesn't have all these memories and all these people keep looking at him like they're mourning someone. the world has changed and time has changed and all the people he knows have changed, but he hasn't changed, he was just sleeping, just sleeping, and the world nearly ended several times and apparently he helped prevent yet another end but he has no memory of this. they want him to join the scions. he does not know these people. (he barely knows the warrior of light, now, but did he ever truly know them in the first place?) his little sister is alive and well. she looks at him like a ghost. she's changed, and she's older than him now. he acts bratty and loud and brash to cover up the fact that he does not know anything it seems, and he is tired but he was sleeping for so long, so how could he be tired?

he doesn't know these people. they seem to know him. he wonders if he'd killed someone, when it was him and not that exarch who woke up. he wonders if it should have been him who was "killed" in that way, if it is him that lives and not that man who had known and become friends with all these figures from legend. he wonders if he'll always be fated to be a historian one step back from everything, because he simply cannot be a hero.

some headcanons i have while drawing him are semi obvious while others are bc i like it ahehahhaheha

cupid's bow lips! this was semi inspired by Mizuki Umetsu, the actor for Noritoshi in the jjk stage play! hes so. pretty. perfect guy for the role imo! i was captivated therefore my views changed.

longer hair! the thought that his bangs(? are the same length, or longer, as the rest of his hair is nice.. it also makes his inevitable haircut much more refreshing! i also just like long hair and its a fucking waste not to do whatever the i want.

thicker brows and visible eyelashes! i naturally draw thicker eyebrows because it looks pretty, but the eyelashes is so fucking canon bro. dont even fight me on this, you'll lose. i read a fic about Noritoshi where it said he took good care of himself and his appearance inspired jealousy. that fucked me up man, so now i draw him as beautiful as i can.

monolids! I've looked through the manga and i think its highly implied that Noritoshi has monolids? yk those lines in between the eye and eyebrow, he doesnt have them in the manga. i thought it was because of the expressions he had, but no. the others have them, except geto! so geto also having monolids is so fr in my head. i like that feature abt him.

loose hairs! the hairs that i draw on his face. they make him look so cute and a bit more relaxed. he's not trying to be perfect nor have a single strand out of place. he's just a bit more at ease... though if there's something important he has to go through, he sharpens up. becomes.. stiffer?

i adore calamity!mu qing aus but i always think about calamity!feng xin aus cus i have only seen a few (very amazing mind you) ones,, it's so fun to brainstorm how and why fx became a calamity yk? like it's pretty obvious with mq and his trauma because his backstory was explained a lil bit but feng xin was just like a small dot on a whiteboard. so it's fun to imagine what caused fx calamity arc. was it his anger over xl? was it him realizing that he had wronged mq and his anger for xl? was he forced by jw? was he k!lled, then wandered about and just became a calamity because mq's love and xl's grief for his best friend was holding him back from dying?

and how does tgcf play out with fx as a calamity? how does this change affect mq, does he have the full south for himself? how does the fxmq dynamic work? does fx work with hc to find his true love mu qing xl and mq?

I opened one of the millions of doors and got lost in timelines. Insert me calling barbatos "barbatosalittleDtookmyshoesandichaseditintoyourroombutigotlostansnowiminadifferenttimelineandtgelittleDitgettinghungrypleasehelp" translate: "barbatos a little D took my shoes and i chased it into your room but i got lost and now im in a different timeline and the little D is getting hungry please help"

Or maybe I didn't call at all cause one of the other little D's took my phone so now I'm stuck until he realizes I'm gone or I can contact him or one of the others.
