Samvidhan jiwan ka vah marg hai jise rajya ne apne liye apnaya hai.Bharat me samvidhan sabha ki maang ek prakar se rashtriya swatantrata ki hi mang thi.Samvidhan sabha ke siddhant ke sarvpratham darshan 1895 ke 'Swaraj Vidheyak' me hote hain jise Tilak ke nirdeshan me taiyyar kiya gaya tha.

1922 me Mahatma Gandhi, 1928 me Pt. Moti Lal Nehru aur 1934 me Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru thatha Subhash Chandra Bos ne bhi spasht shabdon me kaha tha ki "Bhartiya Samvidhan ke nirmaan hetu Bhartiya Samvidhan Sabha ka gathan kiya jana chahiye." Second world war ki aavashyaktaon aur rashtrya tatha antarashtriya shaktiyon shaktiyon dwara vivash kar diye jane par 1940 ke "Agast Prastav" me british sarakar ne kaha tha ki Bharat ka samvidhan swabhavtah swan Bharatvasi hi karenge. iske baad 1942 ki Krips yojana ke dwara britain ne spashtaya sweekar kiya ki Bharat me ek nirvachit sambvidhan sabha ka gathan hoga jo yuddh ke baad Bharat ke liye samvidhan taiyyar karegi. ant men 1946 ki Cabinet Mission Yojna me Bhartiya samvidhan sabha ke prastaav ko sweekar kar ise vyavharik roop pradan kiya gaya. Cabinet mishan yojana me nishchit kiya gaya ki Bhartiya samvidhan ke nirmaan hetu paroksh nirvachan ke aadhar par ek samvidhan sabha ki sthapna ki jaay, jismen kul 389 sadsya ho.Jismen 292 british pranton ke pratinidhi, 4 Cheef Comissionor kshetron ke pratinidhi aur 93 deshi riyasaton ke pratinidhi hon.

Samvidhan sabha (Constitution Assembly) ka gathan :

    Cabinet Misssion Yojana ke anusar July 1946 men samvidhan sabha ke kul 389 sadasyon me se pranton ke liye nirdharit 296 sadasyon ke liye hi ye chunav hue jisme se Congress ke 208, Muslim Leeg ke 73 aur 15 any dalon ke tatha swatantra ummidwar nirvachit hue.Bad me Muslim Leeg ne apni nirbal sthithi dekhkar samvidhan sabha ke bahishkar ka nishchay kiya tatha Pakistan ke liye bilkul prathak samvidhan sabha ki maang prarambh kar di. vastutah samvidhan sabha ka gathan teen charnon men poora hua. Sarvpratham Cabinet Mission Yojana ke anusar samvidhan sabha ke sadasyon ka nirvachan hua aur total 389 sadasyon ki sankhaya nishchit ki gayi. Second charan ke anusar 3 june, 1947 ki vibhajan yojana se hoti hai jiske anusar samvidhan sabha ka punargathan kiya gaya, jismen 324 pratinidhi hone the. Third charan deshi riyaasaton se sambandhit tha aur unke pratinidhi samvidhan sabaha men alag-alag samay me sammilit hue.Hydrabad hi ek aisi riyasat thi jisake pratinidhi samvidhan sabha men shamil nahin hue.

Samvidhan sabha (Constitution Assembly) ka karykaran :

     Samvidhan sabha ka pratham adhiveshan 9 december, 1946 ko sansad bhawan ke kendriya kakshak me hua. Dr. Sachchidanand Sinha ko sarvsammati se asthayi adhyaksh chuna gaya. Samvidhan sabha ki iss baithak me Dr. Rajendra Prasad ko sabha ka sthayi adhyaksh chuna gaya.B.N Rao ko samvidhan sabha ke "samvaidhanik Salahkar" ki post par appoint kiya gaya.13 December, 1946 ko Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru ne apna prasiddh 'Uddeshya Prastav" prastut kar samvidhan ki aadharshila rakhi.Yah uddshya prastav 23 January, 1947 ko parit kiya gaya.

Ullekhniya hai Mahatma Gandhi ne Samvidhan Sabha se bahar rahana hi uchit samjha tha.

Samvidhan sabha (Constitution Assembly) ki pramukh samitiyan :

Samvidhan sabha ka kary karne ke liye anek samitiyan banayi gayi jinme pramukh thi Dr. Rajendra Prasad ki adhyakshata me sanchalan samiti, Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru ki adhyakshata me sangh samvidhan samiti, Sardar Ballabh Bahi Patel ki adhyakshata me prantiya samvidhan samiti, J.B. Kriplani ki adhyakshata me rashtriya dwaj samiti aur Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar ki adhyakshata me 7 sadasyon ki praroop samiti.

Praroop Samiti (Draftig Committee) :

Samvidhan ka praroop taiyyar karne ke liye 29 August, 1947 ko samvidhan sabha dwara Praroop Samiti (Drafting Committee) ka gathan kiya gaya. ISs samiti ke adhyaksh ke roop me Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar ki niyukti ki gayi. Sarv shri N. Gopalchari ayangar, Alladi Karishanaswami ayyar, K.M .Munshi, T.T. Krishnamachari, Mohammad Sadullah, D.P. Khetan aur N. Madhavrao praroop samiti ke anya sadasya the. Praroop samiti ka kaam tha ki vah samvidhan sabha ki pramarsh shakha dwara taiyyar kiye gaye samvidhan ka parikshan kare aur samvidhan ke praroop ko vichararth samvidhan sabha ke sammukh prastut kare. Praroop samiti ne Bharat ke samvidhan ka jo praroop taiyyar kiya vah february, 1948 me samvidhan sabha ke adhyaksh ko saunpa gaya.

Samvidhan ki swikrati :

Praroop samiti dwara jo "Praroop samvidhan" taiyyar gaya vah Feb. 1948 ke din samvidhan sabha ke adhyaksh ko supurd kiya gaya. 26 November, 1949 ko samvidhan sabha ne Bhartiya samvidhan ko antim roop pradan kiya aur isi din iss par adhyaksh ke hastakshar hue. samvidhan ke kul 15 anuchhed 26 November, 1949 ko hi laagu kar diye gaye parantu shesh samvidhan 26 January, 1950 ko laagu kiya gaya. 26 January, 1950 ko samvidhan laagu karne ka vastvik kaaran yah tha ki 1930 se hi sampoorn Bharat me 26 January ka din "Swadhinta Diwas" ke roop me manaya jata tha. Samvidhan sabha ki antim baithak 24 January, 1950 ko hui aur isi din samvidhan sabha dwara Dr. Rajendra Prasad ko Bharat ka pratham Rashtrapati chuna gaya.

   Sampoorn Samvidhan nirman me 2 Years,11 Months aur 18 Days lage. iss kary par 63 lack 96 hajaar 729 Rs. kharch hue. antim roop se swikrit samvidhan me 395 anuchhed aur 8 anusuchiyan thi.

Samvidhan Nirmatri Sabha :

samvidhan nirman ke liye gathit pratinidhi sabha ko samvidhan nirmatri sabha kaha jata hai.

Bharat me samvidhan nirmatri sabha ka gathan Cabinet Mission Yojana ke aadhar par hua.

Mission ka mat tha ki samvidhan sabha ka gathan vyask matadhikar par ho chunki isse vilamb hota atah vyavharik upaay yah tha ki prantiya vidhan sabhaon ka nirvachankari sansathaon ke roop me upyog kiya jay.

Mission ki shifarish thi ki samvidhan sabha me pranton ka pratinidhitva jansankhya ke aadhar par ho - matdaan ekal sankramaneey mat dwara samanupatik pratinidhitv ke aadhar par ho.

Mission yojna ke anusar July 1946 me samvidhan sabha ke chunav hue. kul 389 sadasyon me se pranton ke liye nirdharit 296 sadasyon ke liye hi chunav hue. Congress ko 208 aur Muslim Leeg ko 73 seaten prapt hui.

Nirvachit sadasyon me Bhartiya janjiwan ke pratyek kshetra ki utkrashttam vibhutiyan sammilit thin.

9 December, 1946 ko samvidhan sabha ke sabse bujurg sadasya Dr. Sachchidanand Sinha ko sabha ka asthayi sabhapati banaya gaya.

11 December 1946 ko Dr. Rajendra Prasad samvidhan sabha ke sthayi adhyaksh nirvachit hue.

29 August 1947 ko samvidhan sabha ne Praroop samiti ki niyukti ki.Dr. Bhim Rao Ambekar ko iss samiti ka adhyaksh chuna gaya.

Samvidhan nirmaan me 2 Varsh, 11 maah, 18 Din lage.

Samvidhan me 395 Anuchched, 8 Anuchuchiyan thi.

Bhartiya samvidhan 26 January, 1950 ko laagu hua.
