Itch Roundup for August and September 2023
Welcome to the bimonthly round-up of interesting games released on itch.io. Like every edition of these, this one is also jam-packed with the creativity, joy, and weirdness of the itch design scene.
Tumblr media
Hark! Says the Frog Magus: An ENNie-nominated, system-agnostic dungeon delve born out of love & fascination with all things amphibian, gets a new version which looks wonderful. (Diwata ng Manila, Dinoberry Press)
Bracknell Horror, Roseville Beach Zine 3: I recently checked out Moonlight on Roseville Beach and it’s a really interesting Psi-Run hack for running very pulpy, very queer mysteries with a cosmic horror angle. I think if you like Brindlewood Bay, you’ll also really like this game. (R Rook Sutdios)
This Mortal Coil: This is setting/hack for Liminal Horror with a weird sci-fi bent. You’re “a space traveler-turned-necromancer on a quest to achieve eternal life by constructing a magical device known and… mastering the forces of the Negaverse”. Seems like a really lush production. (David Garrett)
Dolly, We bought A Dream House: Barbie-inspired game of building a dream house. Think a map-drawing game but way more pink! This can be played be solo or with friends. (Plotbunny Games, also available in German)
Bxllet Clip, The Pinxp Issue: Celebrating the third anniversary of the very punchy, very metal gunslinger game BXLLET, a big zine with expanded content for the game, including a whole new hack by Adira Slattery about girls with demon guns. Most indie games don’t ever get long-term support so this is really cool to see. (Wheels within Wheels Publishing)
Eleventh Beast: A solo monster-hunting trifold game with a very slick design and heaps of grungy Victorian vibes. Exeunt Press, publisher of the Ennie-nominated Exclusion Zone Botanist, do very good work.
Esper Kids: A free one page Lasers & Feelings hack of middle schoolers with psychic powers, inspired by Mob Psycho. Also, someone’s first game, yay! (Robyn, Bitbirdy)
Hiss, A Village Doomed: A creepy town, a pressure cooked scenario, dungeons, NPCs. This is a horror-themed, 30 page module with some great design, meant for an OSR style game. (Idle Cartulary).
Coffee & Chaos: This is a coffee shop game where you bring your characters from your main game (D&D?) to play a one session of low stakes alternate universe shenanigans. (CobblePath Games)
Adventures in Purva City: This is an alternate setting for teenage superhero game Masks. It’s a far-future Mumbai/Bombay and comes out of a huge West Marches style Masks game that I never got to play but have heard lots about. Very cool! (Illicit Peanuts)
-------
My usual disclaimer that I haven’t read or played these games. Usually, I have only seen their store page. But they look cool and sound interesting and they might be something you want to buy. Or you might give the creator a follow on itch. Go wild!
This was originally published in the Indie RPG Newsletter.

my current wip list
Hands Made for Gentleness is about my two dear idiots Vaniah and Anneka, who get married to dodge an arranged-marriage law. Vaniah is incredibly traumatised by events in his past. Anneka discovers this as time goes by. It's a story of healing, mainly, and mental health. Boatload of trigger warnings (Vaniah is severely depressed, suicidal and all that goes with that, while Anneka is in recovery from anorexia) but I love them so much and I love the energy that's between them. At this moment I'm writing a scene in which they're arguing because Vaniah abruptly shut down a kissing scene without explanation and the conversation afterwards got mildly heated. Also they basically end up in a QPR more than a traditional romantic relationship and I love that for them. They're late twenties or so during this novel. First draft.
Patience, Changing is about Patience and her adopted sister Rhona. Patience is my autistic darling, Rhona is my current Discord pfp and anyway I love them. They have interpersonal conflicts that form the nucleus of the novel, but they work them out in the end. Teenagers, and absolutely no romantic relationships in this story which I love. Also it's set in my home city of Melbourne. First draft.
To Kindle a Flame is the first book of an embarrassingly big series. I first wrote the earliest draft for camp nanowrimo or nanowrimo itself, 2017. It started out as one book, in fact started out as a simple response to a concept outlined and failed to bring to a satisfying conclusion by a Christian book by someone in my denomination - In Search of Life by Anna Tikvah. I loved the concept (girl has questions about life, turns to the Bible and reads it, things happen), but then Verity never questioned that the Bible was true, which seemed wack to me. So I started writing a story in which my main character (Adira) found a copy of the Bible and then began to read it, but the whole time she's questioning it. It turned into about 300k of messy drafting (I've drafted it uhh three times by now and am gradually working on overhauling it, grabbing what bits I can and then finishing the draft, ideally this year) and has become a story about mental health, choices and the way people figure out beliefs. In the Gospels there's a line in which Pilate says "What is truth?" - that's basically the tagline of To Kindle a Flame. It's also dystopian. It's my beloved baby. Anyway I'm normal about this story. Also Adira is autistic. Oops. I didn't intend that. I just looked at her character one day and went Yet Another Autistic Character Ay. xD It's also set in Melbourne, but aforementioned dystopia renders Melbourne unrecognisable. I've done a bunch of worldbuilding on her. Also features the character who was the first openly queer character I ever wrote - Tom, who's bi, though he ends up married to Adira and never has a mlm relationship during the story (has prior - in the story he's side B). Somewhere between first and second drafts.
Do Roses Cast Shadows? was the most recent nanowrimo, and I got a grand total of 12k into it. I uh. Don't know what's going on really. I don't recall much, but I'd like to get back to it someday. My characters are Wren and I can't recall the male main character's name.
They Told Me To Name My Demons is a poetry collection I'm working up to publication someday. It's about Christianity, suicidality, depression, autism and identity. I plan to include 100 poems and 7 prose pieces, of which I've so far written and somewhat edited 84 poems (might have a few more, I haven't crossreferenced with my phone lately) and 4 pieces of prose. The title is from a blog post I read years ago and then wrote a poem in response to. Most of the poems have been written in the last year or two. I chase inspiration where I see it. First draft.
Sparks Under Heaven is a collection of five short stories/novellas, all connected to To Kindle a Flame (one features Adira, two her grandfather, one someone another character knew in his youth and the other focuses on an event from To Kindle a Flame but from someone else's perspective). I've had it professionally edited but the edits are sitting there still waiting to be touched, largely. Second-last round of edits before I self publish.
Through Lightning, Through Thunder was nanowrimo 2022, the happiest novel I've ever written and absolutely beloved. It features Taira (rabbit), Paddy (fox), Sheba (lynx), and various less important characters. It started out life as a Narnia fanfic, focused around my original characters with occasional mentions of the Four. It was 15k. Then I fleshed it out into a full original novel, 100k-and-counting. Oopsie. The good guys are trying to stop an evil dragon being resurrected (based on the Witch scene in Prince Caspian). In the end everyone lives happily ever after. Yay. Second draft.
[Inklings story] is about Hadassah, autistic darling of my heart who is thrown through a portal and discovers a found family on the other side, essentially. Downtrodden autistic but becomes happy and confident. First draft.
The Time Travelling Midwife is about Felicity, ALSO autistic (surprise!). I haven't got very far with this one either, it exists mostly in vibes in my mind. It's best summarised as the story with the time travelling midwife, who travels in time, is an angel, tries to stop evil from prevailing and when it does eventually through the building of the tower of Babel (mainly facilitated by one of her colleagues), her time travelling powers are taken away and she ends up settling somewhere in the 1900s and having a happy life. First draft.
Only the first and second are in active development right now. Please ask me about any part of any thing of this post. I copied and pasted directly from the Discord in which I rambled about them.
If I've forgotten any wips that you know about please tell me, lol. And this is only about full length novels or collections, not shorter stories.

A Seven Tears One-Shot
SELKIE!EZRA X F!READER
RATED: EXPLICIT 18+
W/C 1200ish
WARNING: PiV sex in the ocean, rough sex, biting, feral Ezra, selkie Ezra, yes, he will always require his own warning. Set in Ireland, reader is undescribed physically.
As always see something say something. Message me in my DMs and I'll add it.
A/N: Set before Swept Away somewhere between part 2 and 4 no new revelations on the plot of the main story, so if smut is not your thing, you will not be missing anything. I'm still new to writing smut, not 100% sure how this came out. But I am yeeting it into the void and running!
(Happy birthday Adira! Have a smut💚)
4/8/23 did some editing, mostly some typos and grammar issues found.
A stóirín little treasure
Is tú mo stóirín you are my little treasure
Grá Geal Mo Chroí shining or bright love of my heart
Tumblr media
You have never made love in the ocean. The exhilaration, from both the water and the side of Ezra it seems to bring out of him, is unlike anythingyou have ever felt.
The full moon rises, its glow sparkling over the waves. Ezra holds you right where he wants you, firmly in place against the ocean's pull. One arm around your waist, the other hand holding the back of your neck, as he presses his length into your core. Your eyes locked…
He had warned you, as you walked the stretch of shoreline together hand in hand that night, pebbles crunching underfoot. You told him your fantasy, but the Irish Sea, even in summer, is pretty chilly. Your two previous partners were not very keen. Ezra pulled you to him, settling into his favorite place, the juncture of your neck, his warm breath fanning over it-
"Mo stóirín (mu store -een),” he started, his voice low and rough, “I will happily make this fantasy real for you but I must warn you. Even out of my pelt, you and I in coital bliss at sea…"
Ezra pulled away to look at you. His chin up, hooded eyes downward, watching you closely. His hands ran up and down your sides under your sweater.
"I dare say it will bring out a carnality in me that I am hesitant about putting on display."
"Do you worry you would hurt me?"
Ezra leveled his eyes with yours-
"I will never cause you harm, moonbeam"
"Then I think I can handle seeing a little of the seal, my love," you smirked.
The greedy desire that spread across Ezra's face might have alarmed someone who did not know him. But you did. You knew he would keep you safe and that he has been holding back. And you welcomed allowing him to let go.
You looked up and down the strand, Ezra was reminded of seeing you swim so long ago. Finding the it free of anyone you pulled off your sweater then your dress. Ezra pulled off his own sweater and undershirt, then while unbuckling his pants, you began to assist him.  You heard a hum like a growl as you free him of the last of his clothes.
You gave a yelp as he hauled you into the surf. Once deep enough to swim, he circled you, making you feel not unlike prey, and you got the distinct feeling that he plays with his food.
Ezra keeps his eyes on yours, watching for apprehension or pain.
"I always feel safe with you Ezra, I trust you…"  Ezra presses his forehead to yours, then you let out a moan as he begins to move, he blows air through his nose, bristling his mustache with an animalistic grunt as he sets a frenetic pace, pistoning his hips into your center. Giving the seal the lead.
Your legs wrap around his waist and you hold on to the back of his neck, as he devours you chest, shoulder and neck.
"Sometimes…your pull on me is so strong. You are as the tide. Sometimes. I think I'm drowning in you," you confess, each sentence punctuated with his thrusts and your gasps.
Ezra takes you to shallower waters, the surf is mid-tide and falling. The moon is doing her magic he thinks, there is some danger he must be mindful of. Be careful of the riptide. He must keep his precious pearl safe.
He brings you to the shoreline where the waves crash, he blocks most of its force from you, wide and solid digging his feet in the peebles and sand for purchase.
“Mo stóirín, you smell…” Ezras noses your neck, chest, and lower when the water rolls back revealing more of you. "Ripe."
Your hands go into his wet curls, as he rubs his nose and cheek up your torso and brings your hardened nipple into his warm mouth. The cold of the ocean and the heat of his mouth, the heat he is building at your core is overwhelming and almost disorienting. His tongue plays with the sensitive bud and he gives an experimental nip. Your eyes roll as your back arches, pressing your breasts into him.
The pebbles rolled soft and round by the churn of the ocean shift under you.
“Is tú mo stóirín (Iss too mu stor-een), grá geal mo chroí (Graw gee-yal mu kree)," Ezra croons his poetry while he still has you tight in his arms as he ruts into you. His nips become bites, though he lavs over them with his tongue. When you whine at the feeling, he snarls possessively.
Suddenly he flips you with almost alarming strength and ease onto your stomach, bringing your hips up and with the crash of a wave he sheaths himself into you once more. The squeal of his name sends him into a frenzy.
Ezra pulls you upright again, your back pressing against his broad chest. One arm tight across your chest, and the other between your legs. He slaps the bundle of nerves there and you gasp his name in surprised pleasure, as you tighten around him. He continues his assault with deft fingers pressing quick circles as he coos-
“You can do better than that, my pearl. Cry my name for the heavens to hear.”
The waves crash, his hands move to your hips with an arduous grip, and he brings them to him hard and fast. Slamming you into his pelvis. He spills into you with a near roar, and with it what feels like a spring, coiled tight in your belly finally releases and lights start to pop in front of your eyes.
You cry out his name, blissed out.
“That's it moonbeam, so good for me” he croons in your ear, forehead on your shoulder while grinding slow and deep-
"If I am the ocean, you are the moon. I am ensnared by you, your loveliness, the heart that lives on your sleeve, your love of the sea. You may think it is the other way around but it is I, that is helpless, irreparably caught in your pull, long before a single tear fell. ”
He slowly pulls out and you whimper at the loss.
“Oh I am not done with you yet, my pearl,” with supreme gentleness he turns you to face him again, setting you on his lap, your thighs caging his hips and you slip together once more. It is slow and languid. The water seems to have calmed some too, playing at your waist, with slow draws, matching the energy of your coupling. He is softening within you, but neither of you wish to separate.
Ezra suckles at you neck and nips your chin, the man is back in full reign, with his insistent but gentle touch-
“Moonbean, how do you fair?”
“I am wonderful, Ezra, exhausted… and probably terribly sore. But wonderful.”
“My shining pearl. A stór. That, I have always known.”

THEME: Make it Gay
Today's theme is queer games, with a focus on games that give you a chance to explore queer relationships and what it means to be queer. All of these games were made by queer designers, and many of them are explicitly trans-inclusive!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Cows and Boys, by fen slattery:
You are good at two things: cows and boys. You are cowboys at the Raptor Ranch. Your job is to explore unclaimed territories, deal with settlers both friendly and deadly, and defend the Ranch against Western dangers. Sheriff Darcy was shot telling the patrons at Moll's Saloon to settle down and is laid up, leaving you to fend for yourselves.
In Cows and Boys, all cowboys are gay, cowboys can be of any colour, and it's illegal to make Indigenous folks a threat. Character Creation is quick and simple, and the rules are a re-skinning of Lasers and Feelings, which means you only need d6s to play. It's also free! If you want a quick, fun, light-hearted game, I recommend Cows and Boys.
2 FSG#4: Sapphics Against Capital, by Evey "Filth Gnome" Lockhart.
The everyday cruelty of petty market lords is a terrible enough thing to combat, but of course the rich assholes have magic too. Clues to the myriad death cults of capital lie nearly naked all around. It's safe to assume most folx with MBAs regularly sacrifice the poor not just as a source for wealth, but for immortality and other preternatural boons.
These are the queer women standing in the rich cultists' way. The time for direct political action is now.
Sapphics Against Capital is a supplement for the Troika! TTRPG, so it does require another rulebook in order to play. If you like chaotic queer women and assassination of the wealthy, this might be for you!
3. The Girlfriend of my Girlfriend is my Friend, by Sasha Winter, and and The Boyfriend In My Head Isn't Actually My Boyfriend, by Patrick Connor Burke.
The Girlfriend of my Girlfriend is a game about being trans, about art, about young adulthood, and identity. The Boyfriend in My Head is a hack of TGOMG, a game about gay longing and homoerotic subtext. If you love the joy (and ache) of reveling in the gay experience, these might be the games for you.
4. NO LOVE'S LAND by Adira Slattery.
You are a killer robot stationed on the moon of Ahava, covered in a dense radiation field. The only way you have to get a message to your secret girlfriend and fellow killer robot is to send them a message inscribed on a missile. Time to fire...
Love Conquers All. And you were made to Conquer.
No Love's Land is a two-player game where you pass notes in silence, in an attempt to unlock subroutines that allow you to get closer without killing each-other on sight. If you are looking to play a game that you can use to explore a close connection with a loved one, this might be for you.
6. Monsterhearts 2, by Buried Without Ceremony.
By the time they hit adolescence, most people have gotten over their fear of the dark. They spend their midnight hour on gushy phone calls, diary ramblings, and wet dreams. They fall asleep peacefully, assured that the shadows hold no monsters.
But the shadows do hold monsters. You know because you’re one of them. Wickedness dwells within your heart, hunger courses through your veins. High school weighs on you and teen drama puts you on edge, but you have power. What do you do next?
Monsterhearts 2 lets you and your friends create stories about sexy monsters, teenage angst, personal horror, and secret love triangles. When you play, you explore the terror and confusion of having a body that is changing without your permission.
This game is more than just about queerness, but it provides you with a setting that encourages moments where your body and feelings fluctuate without your control. You may develop a crush on someone you didn't expect to fall for, or wrestle with a hunger that you wish you had more power over.
Monsterhearts 2 is the second edition of this critically-acclaimed game, and Powered-by-the-Apocalypse, which means that it uses 2d6s and has a series of playbooks that you can choose from which will direct the kind of story that you will want to tell.
7. Thirsty Sword Lesbians, by April Kit Walsh.
A sword duel can end in kissing, a witch can gain her power by helping others find love, and an entire campaign can be built around wandering matchmakers flying from system to system.
Thirsty Sword Lesbians is a roleplaying game for telling queer stories with friends. If you love angsty disaster lesbians with swords, you have come to the right place.
Thirsty Sword Lesbians is also a Powered-by-the-Apocalypse game. There's no one setting, although if you want a pre-made setting there are suggestions both in the main game book and the extension, Advanced Lovers and Lesbians. If you like games about fighting in the face of oppression, building a supportive community, and kissing right after exchanging blows with your swords, this is the game for you.

💥 and 🌕 for any or all WIPs you have!
'Any or all' you say! I'll answer this for multiple, just because I can. Project names in bold are the tags I use for these ones if you want to look them up (and also feel free to ask me about them!), some more talked of than others.
💥 - What is the main conflict of the wip?
taira - The danger of the dragon rising is becoming more and more prominent, especially once Taira the white rabbit exists. Taira and her friends are trying to stop it from happening. [drafted and unedited]
knitting oc - Patience is angry that she has a new adopted sister, and the main focal point of the story is really them getting to know each other and getting along. Two fun facts: one, Patience is one of my older OCs who I've recently realised is unintentionally autistic, and two, that whole story is heavily inspired by Dear Enemy, only platonic and whatnot. [partially planned]
vaniah - Arranged marriage happens (well, to simplify), and they - already good friends - have to work out how to get along in a marriage. Also Emily discovers how terrible Vaniah's self-esteem is, and also many terrible things he's done she never knew about. They kinda pull each other out of their problems in a way. The conflict is much more internal than anything else. [drafting rn]
adira - Adira trying to work out the truth of the world and how it was created and who God is, really. More complicated than that but it can truly be summed up into What is truth? [much draft but mess]
story:wcb - a short story (well, currently 23k and expected to get more like 25k I think by the time I'm finished the final round of editing). The main conflict is that Miriam and Edward are trying to work out what happens after you die. Because (spoilers) Miriam hasn't got long to live. So there are lots of emotions and things. I never meant to get attached to Miriam as a character tbh - she's a background character already deceased by the time Edward appears in Adira's story. But when I was brainstorming short stories surrounding Adira's, this was one of the stories that came to mind pretty quickly. [on second-last round of edits]
story:hiraeth - another short story (13k, from memory), this one dealing with a crisis of faith of a completely different character, after her father loses his faith. It's an extremely personal story to me, as it deals with what I went through (not entirely the same, of course) after two of my siblings (a couple of years apart) lost their faith. [on second-last round of edits]
judastale - a novel still in the planning stages, which I'd intended to write next but I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up being my nanowrimo project, since vaniah jumped the gun and I started writing it earlier than I intended to xD It's a Bible-based novel about Judas, from a somewhat sympathetic viewpoint, but - of course - ultimately a tragedy. I intend to remain faithful to the Biblical account, but to add in things to make it human and - yes, if I do it right I expect to end up crying over Judas Iscariot. So far I've written a short prologue and nothing more until I get my notes in order; I really might just wait until November and write it then. [planning]
inklings - I originally began to write this as a short story for the Inklings Challenge, for which I was part of Team Lewis during October last year, using an old OC from when I was in year 10 (who is one of the other 'huh she's autistic' characters lol). The story revolves around Hadassah finding a place for herself in the world, really, but she also goes through a portal to a new world during the story. I've written 8k so far, and she's just gone through the portal and beyond that I've basically stopped because I need to do more planning of what happens beyond the portal. I wrote two shorter stories, one of which is available both here and on my website under two different titles I think lol and the other I'm not yet happy with; both were to submit to fairly local competitions, and surprisingly both were commended in their competitions. I'll probably post the other at least to my website at some point. This story is very dear to my heart; though it started out entirely different, it was directly written when I was in year 10 as a coping mechanism because I didn't have many friends and I couldn't understand why I didn't and why I was always the forgettable one. I still don't understand it entirely, but I've got more used to it, and found more friends who don't forget about me. (And friends who get annoyed by me as well as being friends, but that's just life I suppose.) [partly written and planning]
"Do I have any other wips really right now? Ah yes that other one - nope that's nonfiction and wouldn't suit this question. And that other one - wait no that's literally tagged secret project for a reason. What about that one - silly silly I haven't even opened the Scrivener file for months even though I have edits waiting for it, I can't call it a wip at present."
~
I couldn't see an emoji matching the second one you sent... feel free to either give me a different emoji or clarify which one you wanted, sorry!
Ask me to elaborate on anything of what I've mentioned above if you like!

Due to a current boycott of Paramount and Paramount+ I'm watching this from a pirate cove and I'd encourage you to do the same and without further ado live blogging of Star Trek Discovery and as always 🌟SPOILERS🌟
Season 5 Episode 3
I knew it's a unpopular opinion but I like the design of the 32nd century ships they feel so advanced from regular trek that it really helps out the feel of being so far in the future
A joined Trill oh how lucky we are imagine if it wasn't and the trail just went cold
God Damn the Crossfield Class is getting some great angles here
Trill Zhian'tara time
Oooooh I like Saru new diplomat outfit
Giving Saru a plant is nice and fitting
Ah Rayner is getting along with the Discovery crew like a rusty nail and a uncovered foot
I like this Jinaal Bix seems a bit untrustworthy but I'm liking it
Is that a Selay? I always thought they looked cool wish we'd seen more of them tbh
I looked it up my complaint from last week has been solved all that odd looking aliens from the background of 32nd century Discovery have been named! The wonderful Facian, Deakohn, Ckaptir, Sarrotheyn, Schlerm and Hornish all have names and even logos now yipee!!
Mr. Duvin your sounding like the Vulcan purist yourself 🤨
Saurians are Asexual damn just like me for real
Adira and Gray break up? :(
I heard a rumor that Paramount was purposely ending any lgbt representation on Nu-Trek from Seven and Raffi on Picard, Mariner and Jennifer on Lower Decks and SNW didn't have any to erase anyway but I personally always thought that was the reason Discovery got canceled was all the lgbt representation baked into the show you can't get rid off or write off
Saru noooo don't listen to Druvin noooo
Yes T'Rina saw straight through Druvin fear mongering
Twas all a test of morality Bix? I actually like that
Awww Saru apologize
Slug-O-Cola??
Tzenkethi space you say
I'm not big on the game Star Trek Online too much fighting not enough exploration but I did like the appearance and lore they gave the Tzenkethi but I doubt they'll appear on screen but I also wouldn't be too bothered if Discovery went their own way with it
I'm liking the optimism of the future theme this season has so far
A tracking device I was wondering how the bonnie and clyde duo would keep up because I doubt that they'd pass any test
Another really good episode I enjoyed quite a bit and while I've always been neutral towards it Saru and T'Rina has been growing on me
Small edit: I just read Lower Decks is also canceled after 5 seasons maybe it's just the new thing also I forgot to mention how happy I was to see Reno again

Helllo hello!
For the AU:
Star Trek, but Wild West...
Hii!!
Ohhh man this is a good one (I’m just gonna do Discovery instead of all of Trek)
I may have mentioned this ask to @sadmushroomgoblin… who said that Detmer and Owo would be badass lesbian gunslingers and I absolutely agree
but here are mine!
I feel like Paul would be a disaster in this universe. Refuses to have a gun, doesn’t know how to ride a horse properly (so he just rides with Hugh of course), and is the resident weirdo.
Hugh has a horse named Sadie, a black and white speckled horse that he adores.
Gray has a collection of cowboy hats and Adira endlessly teases him for it, but they secretly think Gray looks amazing in every single one of them
These are the only ones I can come up with right now cause I'm really burnt out today. But I wanted to answer this, so I'll add to the list if I think of any more in the future :)
thanks for the ask!!
edit: also, anyone can feel free to add any of their own head canons onto my list if they'd like!!
