Staring underneath is the new Wrangler JL chassis unlike the old Jk chassis which in itself brings loads of improvements and changes to handling and performance off road! Outside we can see the standard adaptive LED lights with optional Laser lights, and a sleek new body design allowing for a .25 coefficient of drag. Compared to the current gen 3 series, the new 4 series is a very different car and compared to the last 4 series it is longer, lower and wider maintaining a 50/50 weight distribution. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ @Allcarnews Spec Sheet: The base 430i and 430i xDrive both get a 2.0L Turbo 4 ming 255HP and 294 lb-ft of torque allowing for 0-60 in just 5.3sec and a 155MPH TopSpeed. Polestar 1 PRODUCTION ⚡️ ______________________________________ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ [8/29/19] Finally after loads of waiting for the brand new state of the art Polestar factory to be built. Volvo’s electric performance arm has official started production of their first model, the Polestar 1! Polestar is also officially its own brand now and not a direct division of Volvo like AMG is to Mercedes and M is to BMW. NOW, Polestar is more like Lexus, Infiniti and Genesis as a stand alone brand. Their brand new facility in China will also soon produce the Polestar 2 EV that will battle the Tesla Model 3. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🏁 @Allcarnews Spec sheet: Powering the Polestar 1 is a unique powertrain pairing a 2.0L Turbo and Supercharged Inline 4 powering the front wheels along with two rear electric motors for a total of 591HP and 738 lb-ft of torque….but those are the European numbers..the US gets 626HP thanks to the exclusion of the EU Particulate filter! The rear EV motors are powered by a 34kWh battery and allows for 93miles of EV only driving. 0-60 times are around 3.8sec too.🏁 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The Polestar 1 is a tech filled beast which easily can be seen from its powertrain, but there is loads more interesting stuff going on with this car. The chassis of the car is very unique made up of both carbon fiber and aluminum with a unique “dragonfly” rear sub section made from carbon for added stiffness and rigidity. It also gets special Ohlins dampers, Pirelli P Zero rubber and massive staggered 22in wheels along with a torque vectoring rear diff. The interior is very Volvo but bathed in carbon fiber, a crystal shift knob, special leather and other unique gold colored touches. WIESMANN is BACK! 🇩🇪 ______________________________________ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ [9/18/19] LADIES AND GENTLEMENN, Wiesemann is back with a new limited edition exotic sports car and out of their bankrupt period. Founded in 1988, Wiesmann is rather new, rather unusual, rather unheard of and somehow returning with Project Gecko. Why?….Well their factory in Germany is basically a massive lizard (this isn’t a joke) along with their logo. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🏁 @Allcarnews Spec Sheet: The Last Wiesmann (pictured above) packed a BMW S58 V10 making 547HP and 502 lb-ft of torque sent through a 6 speed gearbox to the rear wheels. It impressively could do 0-60 in just 3.9sec with a 193MPH TopSpeed and weighed just 3,097lbs. The NEW Wiesmann is set to pack a mid mounted 4.4L TT V8 from BMW making 600HP🏁 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Wiesmann actually announced this car back in 2017 and now finally we are seeing it under a cloth…and it appears to have similar design to the GT MF5 which is pictured above. Other than the company saying it will have a 50-50 weight distribution and RWD, we don’t know the name, the cost, and what it really will look like yet. 2021 M5 Shouid look like this! 😲 ______________________________________ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ [9/21/19] The current M5 hasn’t even been on sale for THAT long and already the 2021 version is coming along with an all new exterior design refresh and probably a bit more power than before! The most notable changes are the all new headlight and taillight designs along with mildly refreshed front and rear fascia designs with the rest of the car remaining relativity the same. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🏁 @Allcarnews Spec sheet: What’s going on under the hood? All this power is sent through a steptronic 8 speed gearbox to all four wheels through M-Xdrive and should do 0-60 in 3.2sec with an (optional) 190MPH TopSpeed! GT500 is PRICY 🤯 🇺🇸 ______________________________________ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ [9/12/19] The GT500 configurator is out and boy can it get expensive really really fast! The super Mustang starts out around $73k before options. Firstly you can select between 11 paint options (Performance blue shown here) and 3 different door stripes. You can also get a $695 black room and Vinyl stripes for $1,000. But if you want the fancy painted stripes…that will be $10k.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🏁 @Allcarnews Spec sheet: Under the hood sits a hand built 5.2L V8 from the GT350 but uses a cross plane crank instead as well as a 2.65L Supercharger! Power is at 760HP and 625 lb-ft of torque, 0-60 near 3-3.5sec, and a true unrestricted top speed over 200MPH! (Yes it is limited from the factory) The Tremec 7 speed DCT is the only gearbox and can perform 80millisecond shifts 🏁 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Then come the packages. The cheaper Handling pack costs just $1,500 but if you want to go hardcore you shall option the $18,500 Carbon Track pack! That monster package gets you a very different car with 20in carbon wheels, Pilot Sport Cup 2 Rubber measuring 305 f/ 315 r, a rear seat delete, carbon interior trim, a GT4 spec rear carbon wing, RECARO leather seats, and a front extended splitter. Then comes the $3k Tech pack that gets you a 12 speaker B&O audio system, Navigation, and safety systems. Bugatti is saying it can do 0-60 under 2.4sec, 0-124MPH in 6.1sec and 0-186MPH in 13.1sec.🏁 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Bugatti took this specially designed Chiron to Ehra-Lessien in Germany and the car was driven by Andy Wallace who was able to achieve 304.773MPH! Based on the Chiron sport, Bugatti basically created a new car by making it more streamline in the air.. think of the McLaren Speedtail for example. Bugatti removed the rear wing, added laser controlled ride height which wont be on the production version, stacked rear exhausts to redirect air flow and added a full roll cage which won’t be on the production version. GT500 is NOT making 850HP 🇺🇸 ______________________________________ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ [8/8/19] Ford has released a crazy metric for the new GT500! The super American sports car seemed to be a bit overshadowed by the Supra and C8 Corvette news but now Ford has shocked everyone with the 0-100-0MPH figure of just 10.6sec… This means that the GT500 can get to 100MPH in around 6.7sec making it faster than a McLaren F1 in this test which does it in 11.5sec and less than a second off of a Bugatti veyron! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🏁 @Allcarnews Spec sheet: Under the hood sits a hand built 5.2L V8 from the GT350 but uses a cross plane crank instead as well as a 2.65L Supercharger! Power is at 760HP and 625 lb-ft of torque, 0-60 near 3-3.5sec, and a true unrestricted top speed over 200MPH! (Yes it is limited from the factory) The Tremec 7 speed DCT is the only gearbox and can perform 80millisecond shifts 🏁 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Now many are saying that this 0-100-0 time is super fast, which it is, and that the GT500 is making more power than claimed! The one thing people are saying is that it is making 760 wheel HP and really 850HP at the crank… but this isn’t necessarily true.. That engine in reality is making over 800HP but the supercharger requires around 90HP to be run so you know…850-90=760HP! A 34HP electric motor is paired into the single clutch gearbox (yes i know ... ugh) but this will provide torque fill and may ease the raging shifts of the gearbox while providing some instant power! Thanks to new titanium valves, the V12 alone makes 774HP and this whole system can do 0-60 under 2.8sec with a 217MPH TopSpeed. 🏁 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But the hybrid motor is just one part of the new system with an all new Lamborghini energy storage unit in place of traditional lithium batteries! This uses a super capacitor which is 3x more powerful and 3x lighter than a normal battery and is capable of being charged and discharged super quickly weighing just 75lbs. Lamborghini has also developed a new regen braking system that charges the super capacitor nearly fully every time you break! Drivers can also use a BOOST feature over 80MPH!
