14/200: 360 Back Core and Surya B practice
Pushing into, and lowering from, high plank is getting so much smoother. I'm trying to build yoga practice into my morning routine because this series is fairly active, so my aim going forward is to get at least half of my flows in before noon, which as a bonus should help with energy regulation throughout the day.
