Here's the thing, I have nothing against Lou/Tommy, but the accessive enthusiasm of him returning and everyone already talking about him showing up for next season,
Which if any of you watched for the last 7 seasons, it is very possible because writers love to drag temps over to the next seasons because apparently breakups are for season beginners, mostly (except for taylor),
is very off-putting.
1. Because the dude literally just showed up and they haven't even had one worthy make out session to even call it a situationship.
2. Buck hurt Eddie physically to get into Tommy's mouth and pants, which ruined it for me from the start tbh and Tommy had nothing to do with it, he was just there.
3. Buck has made Maddie's day, his coming out party - that is a big NO in my book. Because one, dude you literally came out, what if you decide eventually that you don't want this or don't want this with this specific first-guy-ever anymore? And two SHE IS YOUR SISTER THE LEAST YOU CAN DO IS HAVE HER LEAVE ON HER HONEYMOON BEFORE YOU KILL YOUR PARENTS OF A HEART- ATTACK.
Even if they "seem accepting" to Buck’s face, this takes time to process, something better revealed in time and in private, once one is sure. Not thinking and talking about this the whole wedding!
And yes, I know, Buck is impulsive, but think for a second, would you want your baby brother to hijacke your wedding after so long of planning it? I know I would have killed him.
Would have told him in advance that if he's bringing his new boyfriend to my wedding, he better tell our parents first. Because this is my fucking day!
I love Buck, but his self-centered personality rubs me the wrong way this season.
Maybe because I wanted to see him growing the fuck up after 7 years and so many traumas and experiences and therapy that he went through, but nope, same old Buck, only instead of the dating the girl who gave him attention, he's seeing the guy who gave him attention.
It's annoying, it's off putting and frankly I am so mad at the writers and Tim for this because these characters deserved better.
And don't talk to me about representation because Shonda did the bi representation in Station 19 perfectly to the point that I was bummed that Travis and Eli didn't end up as endgame even though I loved Emmett with Travis.
Again somehow the 911 writers managed to taint for me what should have been and amazing experience, independent completely of buddie, but no they managed to not only mix Eddie and Buck with Tommy, the whole thing came at the expense of Eddie, physically and mentally, because not only did Buck not apologized to Eddie, Eddie also lost his new friend who now fawns over Buck.
So screw this storyline, I hate it and I hate how everyone is OK with everything that happened in the story, just because Buck is doing a dude(kissing really, there was no doing yet).
There's a lot of blocking in my future, most are just ppl who either came in now because of bi Buck or those who came from other disappointing fandoms and are just here for the rep not the actual story.
But some of us have been here since S1, we want the rep, but we want it to be complimenting, we want to fall in love with the character before it turns into a LI, we want the emotion, the connection, the obvious love building over several years.
Like Casey and Gabby and Severide and Stella, like Maya and Carina, like Travis and Emmett (even though I liked Eli better for him) like Sullivan and Natasha.
I want an emotional payout, give up the surprises, and the wrecked trucks and ships, just tell a good story!
And for the love of all that's holy, enough with the last-minute changes, those never turn out well in the long run. They literally started from scratch when they made the switch between Eddie and Buck.
Also in my opinion, Eddie had a LOT more chemistry with Lou/Tommy than Buck. It would have made so much more sense, in the catholic guilt and internal homophobia department, the nun and supposedly commitment issues was weak at best.
It could have been epic. 😩
And yes, Buck could have started the season single, no harm in that, maybe make him, I don't know, actually growing into something that he would like without someone else to pet his ego? Go back to therapy, work for the LT. exams, be interim captain, realize his worth and learn to love himself for him, not because someone else gave him attention and that made him preen, get him somewhere worthy. Even lessons with Tommy without involving Eddie in this would have been great.
Just something that shows character development, because up until now all I get is S2/S3 Buck and I've seen that movie before, I want my money back.
I realize this is harsh, and normally, I would stick to the light and fun and ignore the rest, but this had to be said out loud so I can go back to that.
That being said, as I said, I will watch Madney wedding purely for Madney. Anything else is just a bonus. I can't wait for that bachelor party and see wth happens to Chimney.
Happy Monday, my loves. ❤️

70.6 - 7.07 Speculation/ Buddie Meta
I am a writer y'know hehe
So, Buddie is happening.
Now let me explain.
Bi buck always existed, but the problem is that most of his consistent emotional relationship one could argue realistically romantically has been with a man he's known for years.
But has always been bi yes, but he's also been in love with his best friend for a really long time.
Friends to lovers where Y'all at? I see y'all madney truthers
Anyways I understand but what has kind of been bothering me is the fact that Buddie the ship has been abandoned/negated as not an important past of the puzzle for bi buck realization despite the fact that Eddie is physically present throughout his entire relationship/storyline.
I could argue that because they're mirrors to each other (corny soulmate type shit is perfect for network tv) this is the best way to ease people into it.
Buck and Eddie are the two beloved firefighters (and respective sex symbols). They have an appeal for the straight audience for that reason.
Lou already spoiled it but he's only here for a while.
There's been almost blatant explanations and dialogue that leads to the fact that this relationship is going to directly lead into buddie one way or another.
Tommy has from the beginning suspected that Buck (I'm calling him Evan in my head in regards to him and it's so weird 😖) and Eddie have an unusual relationship or that Buck is in love with Eddie at least.
(MY attention? is the biggest example.)
My prediction is that their mirrors of each other, the parallels, and red flags pop up too often now.
I know they're still writing the show and are likely watching audience engagement and ao3 (I'm watching you Tim ik you're here I'm new but ik you got shooters out here) for where to go with the story.
In Eddie's (frankly oddly portrayed) plotline is related to his Catholic guilt and his nonexistent relationship with Marisol (no last name?). As the episode maybe suggests they don't know their partners well enough.
Shame to Eddie because it's been months in universe like come on man. In Buck's it's literally been a few weeks, and most of the time Tommy spent with Eddie and not with him.
I like them as a couple and find them affordable. I can't quite bring myself to ship them or be as enthusiastic as others and that's okay.
I still admire the relationship they have and won't bash others for enjoying it.
Hell they still have Taylor and Buck enjoyers and maybe even Abby (i assume I haven't met any honestly).
The reason why I'm a bit confused on why Buddie isn't being all that embraced as a vital part of the storyline is because in a way it is.
I think it spurred the writers on to lean into it heavily due to the actors chemistry and portrayal of the relationship.
Now I'm not saying he wouldn't be bi regardless, because he's always been written that way.
His interactions with worm guy, a gay married couple, Carlos (who I've been waiting to say this but I can't hold myself any longer is Latino, shorter than him, brown eyes, dark hair - Eddie lite/he had a bit of a type aka cute guys.)
I clocked him flirting with him with his cute fact spilling as a way of affection because I do it to to people I love. (🤗i love my ADHD rep!) When he saw him look at the girl he became more platonic in his interactions. Then there was Eddie.
And Eddie honestly is the biggest part of the puzzle.
Yes he likes Tommy, and I don't deny he likes strong confident (suspiciously Eddie shaped 😂) guys.
He has always been attracted to strong personalities regardless of gender.
I do think he did pursue him and I think because Tommy is gay he recognized the flirting Buck does with both men and women as that, flirting.
Eddie doesn't count cause he has a whole can of worms he gotta figure out himself.
If Buck had consistent scenes with an out queer man on the show he'd have been at least clocked. (Eddie was kind of in the way with Josh and the Dispatch crew/his gaydar pinged a lil around him)
I've been saying that now that he's canonically bisexual and it's a known fact, you can't deny he's quite literally been flirting with his best friend the entire show (as a coparent??? Idk man they both said they skip steps/impatient 🤷🏾‍♀️).
When new fans watch it it's obvious, when older fans recall it it's either enlightening or redefining that relationship regardless.
The red flags that are coming up is Eddie's statement of moving too fast and Buck literally moving to fast with his second date (i assume idk how in world time works it's a tv show 🤷🏾‍♀️) being his sister's wedding.
Realistically I know you only invite people to events like that if you're fully committed to each other for a long term thing.
I'm not saying that he's on his wheel but in a way I'm tilting my head at some similarities of Tommy and his past relationships and Buck's tendencies.
Buck will be Buck.
Tommy knows him as Evan, and calls him such.
Which didn't get me wrong cute or whatever but rubs me there wrong away, because we know he prefers Buck as it's his chosen name for a reason. It's defined him and been contextualized and even accepted by his parents.
I believe in calling people the name they choose to be called and I just don't like when that's ignored.
It also doesn't help that he continues to call him that in an episode called You don't know me (you can Even tie it in to Marisol No last name) that deals with identities and lack of knowledge.
Buck has spent most of his remaining twenties with that identity and has defended it so the casualness of him calling him that unnerves me.
It's meant to close the distance and be portrayed as romantic but it can also be interpreted as him seeing Evan, not Buck when with him.
But I did see a post that changed my perspective on calling a name with love instead can recontextualize the meaning of it and I found that sweet and fitting. In that case I can swing either way about it.
If it does make him more accepting of that side of his identity that's great that he's beginning to heal from a path when his name/personhood was used as a weapon or item.
But, I also still feel a bit iffy that it's not interchangeably used with Buck because his family and everyone he knows calls him that. Even his previous romantic partners did and I didn't mind him being called it but I would like it if both names would be used as that is the new part of him where Evan exists as well.
Also narratively they spent too much time on defining his name and what it means to him and everyone around him to not show the importance of his identity being acknowledged in a new unfamiliar relationship.
(whew i think I'm just mad at the writers or this may just be on purpose who knows 🤷🏾‍♀️)
I'm getting to the meta I promise I'm just finally processing what's been plaguing me about this relationship and i gotta let the monster out
Tumblr media
That would also explain why he doesn't know the ADHD rants that Buck blabs on about.
But then again the episode is called you don't know me and they weren't even friends he just jumped into a relationship.
(ps you can just start dating someone and learn as you go I'm just saying 🤷🏾‍♀️)
The biggest problem with their relationship is that he's in love with his best friend.
He literally only began to open up and flirt when he realized that he wasn't a romantic threat to his family.
(Which trifling Buck! Your man can't get wined and dined?? He deserves love too!/j)
He literally relaxed/his shoulders open up when Tommy assures him that his son still loves and idolizes him and that Eddie still likes him and he's irreplaceable in his life.
After that's secured he begins to make his move and become more flirtatious (cough sexually open cough) to this confident man in his kitchen in the dim lights and glowy atmosphere.
Damn I'd kiss him too 🤷🏾‍♀️ (if I was a guy ofc)
I also didn't like the parallels of Buck being left (which has happened with his female love interests) and then Buck still having to reach out.
I don't think Tommy is bad for Buck, but I'm still not convinced that he's 100% good. But then again he's been here literally a two episodes and barely any screentime.
And the one he does makes it seem like he's interested but not too invested.
(which makes sense and I will elaborate a bit later in the meta speculation)
The Tommy that everyone is talking about exists solely in fan spaces and head canon and that's why I think I can't get into it. The facts of him are plain in the show but in the fan spaces he has a different image.
Which valid, once again he's almost a blank sheet of what we wish a Buck gets and deserves in a love interest but that's what he is as of now. A blank-ish sheet. Kind of like a projection sheet for movies.
Tommy seems like a caring partner and sure of himself. He's shown himself to be funny, considerate, and as unhinged as the rest of the 118 (ah the fruity fire badasses).
Also i wanna point your Buck likes em a lil older sometimes haha
But back on topic, I can see Tommy being like Natalia (which makes sense as that storyline could've been used) In the fact that he sees that the space in his life is occupied and respectfully backs out.
My meta for 7.06 is this.
Tommy helps out somehow. Buck is ecstatic rightfully so.
They kiss dance and are cute.
The family is very welcoming, the 118 is still loving, but then he sees something that affirms his suspicions.
It's a normal scene for us.
Either Buck is taking care of Chris and then talks to Eddie.
He sees the look in Buck's eyes and the fondness there. He looks at Eddie and sees the same on his face.
He notices how they work together and laugh, them at the family and life he's built all around him, and decides he can't be apart of this. There's no space for him.
It feels too real too fast and he'll only end to heartbroken because he's just interested, not invested yet.
So he gracefully bows out and let's him know that he has enough love in his life if he'd just look for it.
(i also found out he used the word interested in the cafe scene where i recognized it as the ana date. Also Buck was wearing a white patterned shirt and i had a heart attack because it wasn't great the last time he wore it 😬)
Then it leads into ghost of a second chance.
(now imma say this i will be posting more specs about the these episodes I'm just on my buddie storyline juice rn)
This is now Buck trying to salvage/figure out what went wrong and maybe try to contact him again.
In the case of Marisol it's safe to assume they break up, the reason why isn't clear.
It could be related to his sisters disapproval of their relationship (as they're supposed to be coming out did the show forget??) or apprehension towards her as they've been raised/watched him grow up.
They know what makes him happy.
For ghost a second chance I didn't have much buddie assumptions but I'm pretty sure that one is more in relation to other members of the cast most likely and maybe Buck trying to salvage his relationship.
7.08-10 isn't complete so who knows🤷🏾‍♀️ how they must switch it up for more drama?
But I will say, we gotta dive into the Eddie of it all.
Y'all thought I forgot about him?
The bi Buck storyline isn't complete without Eddie either romantically or platonically.
In real life their queer storylines were always interchangeable and they're both feeling out the GA and fans reaction.
Buddie not going canon doesn't make sense because realistically it's one of the biggest ships and the most talked about things for the online fans.
It's a good reason many fans started (me included🙋🏾‍♀️) and stay (if the beautiful found family didn't hit it for them).
The way that they were both discussed and Ryan is fine with Buddie still kind of matches his character honestly. Demi Eddie is a head canon and honestly Eddie would only be comfortable with dating a man at this stage of his life if it's someone he loves already aka Buck.
There could be other reasons but as a Buddie warrior truther (as they named it which is still so insane) as his old interviews alluded to the fact that he loves Buck so much he can't really see himself with another guy he just met like that.
He also maybe wanted a easier storyline as he had always been a bit of a heavy character.
For women it's easier as he's raised to do it and it's "natural" or right for him to do so.
His parents said it, the church says it, God says it so it must be right.
He loves commitment, has said he's a nester and constantly yearns for a family unit.
The only family unit he knows of it feels is acceptable due to his upbringing is man, woman, child.
Not that he's homophobic cause duh, HenRen is literally there, but his standards and pressure doesn't even let him fathom it for himself.
It's also likely if the demi part is true, he's highly unlikely to be like Buck and view others sexually and even realize he's able to have a family/relationship with a man.
I suspect no Buddie this season. I actually hope and pray for it.
Because from both a business and story point it's best to keep the will-they won't-they into season 8 to keep viewers engaged/tuning in and not to rush the story and get some really good emotional moments.
I won't lie I miss the angst we got in the other seasons and as a result the show's identity with Eddie has faltered a bit.
I didn't love episode 5 but I didn't hate it. I still enjoy the show and if they feel a bit unusual it's okay.
There were still some great moments in it.
Eddie's character is now happy but as a result he's also somewhat unfamiliar (that speaks to the whump heavy storylines he has) as he seems less mature. You can argue now that he has a stable support system he's able to let loose because he knows his needs will be covered.
That's also a great point and easy way of showing his development.
His Catholic guilt now that it's been introduced will have to be deconstructed as he will have to redefine his life, what he's looking for/allow himself to be and dare to dream of a life not given to him by someone else or pressure.
This season he's only just started to accept things that make him feel good (which for now is Marisol) and be open and honest about it.
I can argue it is a great sign of improvement of his character.
A bit ooc portrayal yes, but the message of looking deeper still applies.
This can apply to Buddie probably leading through the next half of season 7 by being ramped up and then going full speed ahead season 8.
At the time though since they're still writing they may take a hard right turn and keep it platonic (😭).
But what would be inevitable is Eddie's coming out/self discovery arc that isn't tied to the church or sense of duty.
Which yay! More self discovery I love the message of finding yourself lasts throughout your life and due to life's unexpected events you can change to be a better version of yourself all the time.
We got bi buck (which evidently was influenced by Eddie in some way) now let's free Eddie to even if they didn't do it for Buddie (once again😭😭😭).
Now that I've got it mostly off my chest I'm definitely gonna do an analysis of the parallels and the way it's played pt.2 (and more as seasons passed cause Ryan and Oliver 😘 muah 10/10 no notes).
Okay bye.

Note
this episode really burnt any last hope i had of buddie actually becoming canon
i just knew they were gonna force bucktommy and then have eddie just be ‘supportive best friend’ but now that it’s actually out there i’m so disappointed
just completely ignoring the past 6 years of buildup between buck and eddie
anyway ig it was fun while it lasted
I wouldn’t lose hope AT ALL
Like yeah they’re pushing buck and Tommy and Eddie and Marisol a little bit but there are SO MANY things that warrant buddie optimism:
• the fact that they gave us bi buck in the first place
• THE INTERVIEWS bro I only saw snippets so far of the newest because travelling and yada yada but in one when asked about Tommy and buck, lou flat out said we should be happy abt bucktommy and that it can be a trial run to work out the kinks if buddie were to go canon and also Ryan saying that as far as Eddie’s sexuality goes, Eddie is very catholic and grew up a certain way but is learning he can explore a little more (aka unlearning comphet🫡) and something about how there is/will be the amount of queer rep expected in a Ryan Murphy/tim minear show (a lot) - I love Ryan sm cos he FEEDS us
• they saw ratings stay HIGH (I think they rose even??) with the Tommy and buck kiss so now all the issues Tim described as being factors to consider when deciding whether to make buddie canon are now non issues- actors= on board, Network and higher ups= love queer rep, Ratings = staying high (and I think rose from the kiss but i don’t wanna misinform)
• Eddie’s whole storyline this episode is just confirming the existence of his catholic guilt, like it’s the most ridiculous stupid storyline they could’ve chose but maybe this was its purpose cos that’s the only thing that makes sense to me
• the parallels and POINTED lines this season are off the charts- as a general rule in film EVERYTHING IS INTENTIONAL think checkovs gun type thing SO MANY LINES just have to mean something
• it seems the leaked script was legit and the fact they scrapped the “brother” line is VERY telling, this means either the script was a draft and they didn’t like it and it didn’t feel right orrr that they edited the line out in post production which could be recent and could mean they waited to see the ratings for the bucktommy kiss before either confirming buddie platonic to please whatever homophobes that popped up or to roll with buddie and not confirm or deny yet
•also we knew Tommy is here briefly
Look maybe I am just delusional and enjoying it but seriously I do NOT think anyone should lose hope at all
Love ya guys and stay delulu comrades🤝🫡🫡

To me, shipping bu**ie (have to censored because there will be ppl after me) is actually fine.
But the toxic fans are living in another spectrum of delusional nearly to crack addict, they got a taste of bi evan instead of seeing this as a good rep they went hammock (dragging Tommy and Lou on twt is insane behaviour). Like if it's not Tommy I'm sure it's going to be Buck with another random woman and Eddie stays the same. The network already risk once with making one of their main core cast interested in a same sex relationship after 7 seasons and I don think ppl know how big of a deal that is. It's literally gambling with reintroduce a well established character as queer. Like they were on the edge of their seats praying for their lives and it paid off. You aren't bad people when u yourself want to see good representation of your community. Jumping ships is fine and none have to apologize about it.
I like the fact that they reconstructed Tommy with off screen char dev, basically a character that are known b4 instead giving Buck a random ass man with no connections to other ppl -> hence a dull plot. I also like how they pick Tommy since Tommy is the only strong character with an arc that made appearence enough in s2 that can return as Buck interest. Tommy treats Buck well, respect his boundaries and agree to meet him after that second date (because I would not have done that after experienced THAT first date like he's such a good lad). It's realistic in a way that you can hear this dialouges and interactions happened between real people irl instead of a more ficticious approach. Tommy is his own person and he treat Buck as a person instead of wanting sth from him like the previous love interests.
Also I would always rather go 4 a gay canonical ship because edging for a relationship between 2 characters that may never happened is tiresome for me. Don't even get me started on those delulu cheating theory like that would have tanked the whole Buck bi representation as a whole.
Both Evan and Tommy are categorized as big macho men and we don't see that gay relationship with big macho men much in media. Usually queer relationship always have to look a certain way, dress a certain way to be identify as queer u know what i mean?
Ending note: I don't care if bucktommy is not endgame I want to just see this beautiful relationship developed.
P/s: if you r a fan of mass effect then bucktommy reminds me so much of Mshenko.

Not Good for Maidens, by Tori Bovalino
CW: discussion of antisemitism
Tumblr media
⭐⭐
Eighteen years ago, Laura entered the goblin market to rescue her sister, May, who had followed a goblin girl down into the darkness. While she succeeded, the experience left both girls changed, their minds and hearts scarred by what they'd faced in the market. Now, it's Laura's daughter Lou's turn to descend into the market, this time in search of her young aunt Neela. As history seeks to repeat itself, Lou will have to fight not just to save her friend, but also to avoid the deadly mistakes her mother had made.
Y'all. Let's talk about goblin markets. So, their origin(the poem Goblin Market, by Christina Rossetti) is commonly agreed upon to have contained antisemitic depictions. You can find details on google, and I encourage you to read up if you're unfamiliar. So it's one of those things that you should tread carefully with. Maybe be extra careful not to Jewish-code your predatory goblins, right?
Unfortunately, I didn't find this book to be very careful about it. Not only did this version of goblins draw from several elements associated with negative portrayals of or conspiracies about Jews(green skin, monstrous appearance, untrustworthy, habitually disguising themselves in plain sight among the non-goblin population to seek prey, etc), but also the plot veered far too close to blood libel for my liking. Namely, the fact that the goblins are portrayed as tricking young people so that they would get trapped in the market, where the goblins would consume their flesh and, as described often and in great detail, their blood.
So that's my thoughts on that. The horror plot would have been fine without the elements that read as Jewish-coding, but with that being how it was it made me very uncomfortable to read. And it's a shame because there were other parts of this book that were so good, especially the way the relationships between each pair was written and the alternating present-past chapters. Even the environment of the market and the way the horror and suspense elements were written was great, but because of the elephant in the room I couldn't fully immerse myself in rooting for either pair of girls.
Readers who enjoy LGBTQ stories will find a number of characters here: Lou is asexual, May is explicitly bisexual, and Neela is assumed to be pansexual. I'd been concerned at first that the book might be saying something weird about bi/pan people and vulnerability to sexual temptation, but by the end of the story my concerns were assuaged. The queer rep in this book is fine. Love a good ace lead. I just wish the rest of it had avoided the antisemitic baggage.

Over the years, I’ve collected a lot of queer books that I haven’t had a chance to read so I’m making a goal this pride month to get through as many as I can. Some of these titles are a little more obscure so if you’re curious about them, I’ll put some brief info on them under a read more!
Teeth is a dark bi romance with a mermaid boy! I hear it’s got some heavier subject matter but bi representation, especially masc bi rep, is so difficult to find.
A Little Gay History is a British Museum publication with a general look at homosexuality throughout the ages.
How to Repair a Mechanical Heart is a self-published nerdy love story between two boys, I bought it to support the author a few years ago and just haven’t had the chance to crack it open.
What If It’s Us is a meet-cute romance between two boys, a friend gifted it to me and I’ve never read anything by Adam Silvera (probably a sin for any book-reading queer to admit) so this will be my first foray into his writing.
THE REST OF THE BOOKS ARE TRANS ORIENTED uwu
The Cage of Zeus is what I’m reading first! It’s a sci-fi about bio-engineered humans (called Rounds) that have both male and female genitals, perfectly formed and functional (acknowledges there being a difference from people born Intersex). Very curious about how its handled, its a Japanese book from the 2004 , translated in 2011 and the translation uses ey/em/eir pronouns for the Rounds so overall, seems like it’ll be an interesting time capsule.
Something That May Shock and Discredit You is a humour based memoir of a trans man. I’ve seen some really funny and impactful quotes float around online from this book so I expect it’ll be a really fun read.
We Both Laughed in Pleasure are the diaries of a gay trans man named Lou Sullivan, who was monumental in changing how medicine addressed trans men that didn’t conform to gender stereotypes (by way of fact that he was attracted to men). I expect it’ll also be quite funny, raunchy, and a little sad. He was a victim of AIDS.
Symptoms of Being Human is a teen book about a gender fluid teen navigating high school.
Witch Boy I’ve read! It’s a graphic novel that isn’t necessarily queer, but it tackles themes about gender stereotypes and expectations surrounding them.
Wandering Son is another graphic novel (technically manga) about two young trans kids, a trans boy and a trans girl. I keep meaning to continue the series or at least watch the anime that came out years ago. I remember it being very wholesome.

Heartland: I am a horse girl plain and simple, and Heartland is very much horsey show it has its problems (the my physically abusive stepdad being not that bad storyline still to this day pisses me off) it can be improved as (make Lou bi you cowards) the rep of POC and LGBTQIA is pretty much non existent in later seasons (and friendship outside of the farm/family no really the entire world could get blown up and no one would know like I love this family but can they have friends again? interact with people who aren’t related to them and are not clients please? Yeah if character doesn’t have a story they get chucked into the void and for the most part never mentioned again.
It is very much past its prime and lost the feel of the original 6/7 seasons (seriously its started filming season 14 WTF) but I still enjoy it cos A horses B scenery C music (we still don’t have a proper soundtrack for it and that also annoys me)
Tumblr media
2. Charmed: I love this show have done so for years
Tumblr media
3. Grimm its a bit gruesome but it was enjoyable (I just ignore aspects of the first few seasons and the relationship for the main character fucking nadalind)
Tumblr media
4. Alias: I love these two sisters so much
Tumblr media
5. BBC Ghosts: a new show and its a sitcom inside a haunted house and season 2 just aired (despite the comedy you will get very sad at times)
Tumblr media
also episode 4 of the first season was a great help from healing from the 100 season 7 disaster
at the moment I don’t know who to tag soo... @ all of you

Arm Workout For Mass - Build Huge Bi`s and Tri`s
Who does not desire bigger arms? Arms are the one muscular tissue group that the remainder of the globe could see when you remain in a t-shirt. If it is large arms that you look for, prepare to push on your own. This arm workout for mass integrates bicep and also tricep supersets for a crazy pump and also optimum gains!
To make the most of arm size nutrition plays a critical function. Take a look at my free guide that strolls you via a 5-step activity strategy to maximize your diet regimen for lean mass gains.
Supersets
Doing bicep as well as tricep workouts back-to-back provides a pump like no other. Keep in mind that the tricep has 3 heads (long, medial, lateral) which the bicep has 2 (long, short). This exercise includes different exercises aimed at striking the certain heads of the bi's and tri's to draw out maximum splitting up. The supersets will certainly be extreme so be prepared to push past your convenience zone.
The Workout
None apart from Arnold Schwarzenegger himself is accountable for the appeal of supersets. In fact, this arm exercise is based upon the workouts that Arnold discovered most effective. Arnold's concepts for arm training, nevertheless, go further compared to simply the workouts. Arnold was everything about transforming his vision into fact. He could be quoted as stating that he used to visualize his biceps as mountains and also pictured himself raising very hefty weights. The power of the mind can not be underestimated. In addition, Arnold integrated methods to ensure that his body would certainly never ever get utilized to a specific regimen. He would constantly be switching over up the amount of reps, order of workouts, variety of collections, etc.. Following Arnold's principles for arm training will certainly get you well on your method to the substantial arms you have constantly wanted!
Bicep Curls as well as Head Crushers: 4 Supersets of 10-12 reps
Hammer Swirls and Tricep Press Downs: 4 Supersets of 10-12 reps
Incline Swirls as well as Kneeling Tricep Expansions: 4 Supersets of 10-12 reps
Concentration Curls and Tricep Kickbacks: 4 Supersets of 10-12 reps
Bench Dips: 50 reps
Superset # 1: Bicep Curls as well as Skull Crushers - 4 sets of 10-12 representatives each superset
As to minimize the use of various other muscular tissues, do the bicep swirls sitting on a bench. Concentrate on bringing the dumbbell up in a controlled way and supinating your hold at the top. The bicep crinkle focuses on developing overall bicep mass striking both the lengthy and also short heads. Head crushers are the utmost tricep mass building workout. They emphasize hitting the lengthy head of the tricep, which is likewise the largest component of the tricep. I have had problems with head crushers in the past creating discomfort in my elbow joints, yet that was mainly associated to improper type. You can do skull crushers with either dumbbells or an ez bar. I typically switch over in between the 2. Let The Buff Dudes instruct you the proper type for head crushers.
youtube
Superset # 2: Hammer Swirls and also Tricep Pushdowns - 4 sets of 10-12 associates each superset
Hammer curls are fantastic for targeting the long head of your bicep and also lower arms. There are 2 variants of hammer curls. One variation keeps the dumbbells at the side while the various other brings them closer to the body. I like the last. Does 4X Mr. Olympia Phil Heath. Tricep push downs could be maded with a straight bar, V-bar, or a rope extension. I typically alternate between the V-bar and also rope extension. Lowering with the heal of your hand will certainly permit you to removal maximum weight.
youtube
Superset # 3: Slope Curls as well as Kneeling Tricep Expansions - 4 sets of 10-12 associates per superset
Incline curls placed emphasis on the long head and could actually work to draw out the bicep top. You do not truly require a heavy weight to really feel the contraction. Rest on a 45 degree bench and also maintain your arms slightly behind your body. On top of the motion supinate the grip as well as focus on bending your bicep. I do not see enough people doing incline curls these days. Arnold loved incline curls. Lou Ferrigno (Arnold's major competitor in the 1974 Olympia as well as The Unbelievable Hulk ) states that incline curls are his preferred bicep exercise. Incorporating slope curls with stooping tricep expansions will certainly add to your already crazy pump. I like making use of a bench for stooping tricep extensions as to take my legs entirely from the formula, thus bringing sole emphasis onto the triceps.

Superset # 4: Concentration Swirls and also Tricep Kickbacks - 4 collections of 10-12 reps per extremely collection
The concentration crinkle is one more exercise that was made popular by Arnold. He credited the concentration curl for his towering bicep tops. No workout isolates the bicep lengthy head rather like the concentration crinkle. There are 2 variations of this workout. You can do it remaining on a bench or standing. Arnold preferred the last, therefore do I. Tricep kickbacks fit well right into this superset, as they to are an extreme seclusion workout. Kickbacks additionally have two variants. You can do them with a pinhead or with the cable maker. I favor the cable television equipment since it maintains the muscle mass engaged during the eccentric section of the workout too. At this point your arms will certainly be extremely weary, so don't worry about making use of light weight. At this moment it is all regarding maximizing that pump!

youtube
Finisher: Bench Dips - 50 reps
There are lots of variants of the bench dip. If you're really feeling stressed out then you can do them with your feet on the floor. I like to do them with my feet on an additional bench. Bench dips are a fantastic finisher since they are a tricep substance activity that works all 3 heads. Try to finish 50 associates in as few collections as feasible. Your triceps will definitely get on fire then one!
(P.S. If you would love to download 19 ideas to significantly improve muscle development check out my totally free guide: Macro-Muscle Service)
To Sum Up
I want you to do this arm exercise when a week for 8 weeks.
Bicep Swirls as well as Skull Crushers: 4 Supersets of 10-12 reps

Size Matters
This is big— really, really big. We’ve compiled mass-making advice from 25 of the largest bodybuilders who ever tested the limits of a posing dais. The amateur superheavy- weight division consists of competitors who weigh more than 225. To make our honor roll, these pros each competed at 250-plus, and some topped 300. These are bodybuilding’s super-duper-heavyweights, and they’ve got a lot to say about sizing up.
1. MEAL PREP
“I’d say the most important thing is getting all your meals in. You have to stick to a schedule to make sure you eat at least six high-protein meals every day. The easiest way to do this is to prepare your meals in advance so you just need to microwave them and eat.”—Dallas McCarver
2. DIVERSE ATTACK
“I do a lot of exercises. The bigger the body part, the more exercises I do. So for back and legs, I might do eight exercises each per workout. Sometimes I’ll only do two sets of an exercise, but by getting in so many different exercises I’m able to hit big body parts from a lot of different angles and make sure I’m growing all the different muscles and areas of muscles. Most of the time I get more out of doing two sets of two exercises than four sets of one.”—Art Atwood
3. LESS IS MORE
“One major mistake that most bodybuilders make is to increase training volume over time, feeling that this is how ‘advanced’ people should train. The problem is that even as you grow bigger and stronger, your ability to recover never improves much. And because you’re able to work your muscles heavier and harder, they need less exercise and more recovery time. Most people get this exactly wrong.” —Dorian Yates
4. LOWER REPS, GREATER PUMP
“I don’t commit to a workout plan. Instead, I wait to see how my pump tells me to train on that day. Sometimes I get my best pump with four or six maximum- weight reps. At other times, the best pump might take 10 or more reps. Always, I try to get my best pump with the heaviest weight and lowest reps. That’s hard to do, but it stimulates the fastest growth.” —Markus Rühl
5. GROW DAYS
“I do my best growing only training four days a week. I’ll do chest and triceps on Monday, quads and hams on Tuesday, delts and traps on Thursday, and back and biceps on Friday. It means my workouts last longer than when I train six days per week and hit most body parts alone. But it also means I have three days every week that I don’t go to the gym. I think of those as my ‘grow days’— those days that I’m eating and resting but not training.” —Roelly Winklaar

6. GAS UP THE CAR
“You’ve got to eat real food to gain muscular weight, and you’ve got to eat often. Don’t count your shakes as meals. Take the shakes out of the equation. How many food meals are you eating? You need to get in six real food meals. I always say if you’re not getting your meals in, don’t go to the gym. What’s the point? You’re not going to grow without food. It’s like trying to run a car on no gas.” —Jay Cutler
7. FOCUS MORE ON BIG PARTS
“When it comes down to adding a lot of muscular weight, you need to be aware of where you’re carrying most of it. The two biggest areas are your legs—quads, hams, and butt—and your back—lats and traps, especially. Think about how much bigger your hamstrings are than your triceps, and yet most people do more work for tri’s than hams. They might train bi’s and tri’s separately but quads and hams together. They’ve got it all reversed. They’re undertraining their biggest body parts and overtraining their smallest body parts. Focus more on your biggest body parts and less on your smaller body parts and you’ll see a real change in how much overall muscle you gain.” —Tom Prince
8. GROW STRONGER
“There’s no secret to getting big. You just have to eat right and train hard and always be focused on growing stronger. Try to use a heavier weight or get more reps with the same weight every time you work a body part. As you get stronger for eight to 12 reps, you’ll grow bigger.” —Mamdouh Elssbiay
9. BASIC TRAINING
“For me, it’s always been mostly the basics: squats, leg presses, barbell bench presses, barbell incline presses, barbell shoulder presses. If the choice is between two exercises and you can use more weight in one than the other, that’s your best choice.”—Rasheed Oldacre
10. REST ASSURED
“You don’t grow during the workout. You only grow after the workout when you’ve had the time and nutrition to recover and then add muscle. So if you look at it that way, rest is the most important part of bodybuilding. I have a whole week between training body parts, so I know I’m always getting enough rest to grow.” —Robert Burneika

11. EAT BIG, LIFT BIG
“The first time I got over 300 pounds was back when I was just 20 in 1972, and I went way over 300. Nobody was anywhere near that big back then. Remember, Arnold was winning the Olympia at 230. I just wanted to see how big I could get, so I would eat 8,000 to 10,000 calories a day in seven to eight meals and train heavier. Always I was trying to get stronger and bigger. I put on too much fat then because I rushed on the weight. I wasn’t ready yet to weigh 330. But if you want to get bigger, you’ll have to eat more and train heavier.” —Lou Ferrigno
12. HIGH AND LOW
“For legs, I like to do both higher and lower reps of every exercise. I’ll start with 20 reps and work my way down to six over four sets, going heavier each time. Then I’ll often do a fifth set of 20 reps to really blow out my quads or hams. The key is to push each set—whether it’s six or 20 or something in between—to failure.” —Paco Bautista
13. HIT THE TARGET
“Training with Charles Glass made me realize I was missing the target a lot before. He has a specific purpose for every exercise and every exercise modi cation to hit different areas of the muscles. This can make all the difference in unlocking new growth.” —Günter Schlierkamp
14. HEAVY FIRST
“Do the heavy, barbell basics first in your routine when you’re strongest. So do bench presses before yes, and do EZ-bar curls before concentration curls. The more weight you can use on an exercise, the more effective it’ll be for gaining size.” —Jean-Pierre Fux
15. FORM FOCUS
“Proper technique and a full range of motion are the two most important components of training success. Most people focus on how heavy the weight is. I don’t. If the weight feels heavy, it’s heavy enough. Focus on form.”—Justin Compton

16. RAW SQUATS
“More than any other exercise, squats grew my legs. I love to squat. I go up to 600 pretty much every workout. And I don’t use [knee] wraps or a belt. I feel like they restrict my movement and prevent my tendons and joints from getting strong along with my muscles.” —Akim Williams
17. HIGHER IS HARDER
“I’ve never been into powerlifting. I don’t even do deadlifts. I do like squats for legs, but I don’t go really heavy. To me, a lighter set of 15 reps is a lot harder than a heavier set of five reps. It’s the same with leg presses. It’s a lot easier to do 10 than 30, even though the weight is lighter for the 30. So it might look like I’m training lighter, but I’m really training harder.” —Dennis Wolf
18. INJURY AVOIDANCE
“The most important lesson I learned from my injury was to take all the proper precautions. Always warm up, always pyramid up to your heaviest set, and don’t always go all out with maximum weights for maximum reps. In the long run, the best thing you can do to keep growing is avoid injuries.” —Zack Khan
19. BE FREE
I mostly use machines for legs and back, and those are the most basic machines, like the pulldown and the leg extension. I prefer free weights because of the freer range of motion. Barbells and especially dumbbells make me work harder to balance the weights, and the best workout is the harder workout.” —Alexander Fedorov
20. MASS VIA MODERATION
“When I was young I got into going really heavy and training DC-style [Doggcrapp], and I definitely think that had advantages for building a foundation of strength and size. But it’s also easy to get burned out with that mindset. I think most people can get big just using moderate reps and moderate volume and making sure they get all their meals in.” —Steve Kuclo

21. HEAVY FOR 10
“People saw those videos of me squatting 800 or deadlifting 800 and thought that was how I trained all the time. I didn’t normally do such low reps, though, not after I gave up powerlifting to just be a bodybuilder. I used heavy weights, but I always aimed for 10 reps.” —Ronnie Coleman
22. MARATHON MUSCLE
“Bodybuilding is an endurance sport. By that I mean it’s going to take years and years of training and eating to build the body you want if what you want is to get as big as you possibly can. It might take 10 or more years, and after the first couple of years, it’s going to be hard to see the changes from month to month or maybe from year to year. But you’ve got to stick with it, workout after workout, meal after meal, even when you’re frustrated. It’s not a sprint. It’s a marathon.” —Nasser El Sonbaty
23. THE HARD REPS
“If you’re just going to do what you’ve done before, you’re not going to grow. There’s a place in a set when you get to 10 reps and you could easily quit. The key to growing is to keep going when everything’s telling you to quit. Get another rep or another three. Those are the ones that count. Those are the reps that generate growth—those hard reps you don’t want to do.”—Branch Warren
24. SWEET 15
“People look at me and think I must do all these crazy heavy sets for low reps. The truth is I could never grow much on reps lower than 10. I found I grow best on sets of 15. If you look at my routine, I stick at 15 for every exercise, whether it’s for biceps or legs or abs. I do four sets of 15 for everything. It’s not so high that I can’t go heavy, but it’s high enough that I can feel the muscle working for a long time each set.”—Quincy Taylor
25. CALORIE SURPLUS
“You train and eat for size. Let the cardio and diet bring in the cuts. Don’t confuse the two things. That’s one of the biggest problems guys have. They try to train lighter with machines to dial in cuts, or they don’t eat enough or train heavy enough when they’re trying to add mass because they’re afraid of getting fat. The easiest way to get big is to always eat at least a little more than the calories you’ll burn, especially when those calories come from protein. Yeah, you’ll gain some fat, but you’ll also always get all the nutrients you need to grow, and that extra fat weight will help you use more weight, getting stronger and bigger. Everything has to be in moderation. I never advocate clients eating a lot of junk in the off-season, but you also can’t stay really lean if you want to get really big.” —Dennis James
