today, i met up with some collegues and i almost cried in the middle of our discussion. first of all, it was the first time we met like that, the three of us. we were having good conversations one in one, but not like this. and we are still in the "early" phase of befriending each other as i only knew them since last year august. but we hit it off pretty quickly, and we had a fun time. then somehow, we strayed to the topic of panic attacks during the night. now, one of them told us that she was having them, and mentioned the most touching thing i heard before.

she recalled the time when she had a panic attack during work, and i asked her to come with me to the toilet, showing her the breathing techinque and the app i use for calming down my attacks when they come. she had trouble focusing so i thought telling her "in" and "out" and some whispered encouragement will help. she calmed down and told me she will use the app. now, considering my experience with people, i thought she might forget about the app soon and move on. especially because we weren't close or anything. that's why it absurdly moved me when she said that when she's having an attack during the night, the breathing doesn't help her in itself, only if she thinks about my voice from that one time.

it made me tear up.

i'm overwhelmed with emotions right now, so sorry for the rambling. but please, be kind to each other. we're all humans, we can't be that all the time, but whenever it seems important, please be the one. we can't determine what other's will think about us, or what will they take with themselves from our meetings/ interactions. still, never hurts to try a bit, so someone might keep that little part and not suffer as much as we did. and so maybe there will be a kind stranger for you too, somewhere.

-The man that will cater to all your needs right then and there. Will check up on you and make sure you have everything you need. Requesting you to no wear undergarments when you come over. Every time you see him you have to refer to him as 'daddy' he loves it a lot. He loves photos of you in revealing clothing so when you don't come over he has something to look at while he plays with himself.
