Misty Mountains kind of vibe \\ Sometimes, I YOLO too much and go for a sunrise hike in the rain and dark like this. Also, learned the hard way that my jacket is water-repellent (and not waterproof, despite @thenorthface saying it was), and the importance of checking whether your torchlight has sufficient batteries 😅 It was also super tiring trying to make sure I don't slip in the rain. Met 3 big-ass dogs and they were barking at me (honestly, it was kinda scary), but everyone else I met on the trail was very nice to check if I was okay. A big shout out to Ralph of @histenuscot ranger service for offering to guide me down the crazy, slippery path since the rain was getting heavier while giving a mini historical and botanical lesson. ❤️Jag blir förälskad i varje ny stad jag kommer till! Men av alla städer jag besökt i år, så tar Edinburgh priset! Jag känner mig otroligt hemma här. Vet inte varför, men jag trivs som fisken i vattnet. . 🚌Har hunnit med otroligt mycket idag. Jag har åkt hop’on hop’off bussar hela dagen och klivit av på ställen jag vill utforska mer. Tyvärr har jag bara kunnat se allting utifrån. Tiden har inte räckt till för att gå in på slottet eller alla museum jag egentligen vill besöka. Speciellt nationella museet här i Edinburgh… de har en utställning om Dr Who!!!! Annars var Arthur’s Seat helt jävla amazing! Visst tog det på krafterna att vandra upp på berget, men utsikten… wow! . 🥺Jag har ofta sagt att jag aldrig ångrar någonting. Men det är en lögn. Jag ångrar tusentals saker i mitt liv… Dock ältar jag inte sakerna jag ångrar utan försöker hela tiden titta framåt. Det jag ångrar mest är; Varför reste jag inte mer när jag var ung??? Varför slösade jag miljoner på alkohol, spel och dålig krogmat, istället för att resa? Hur kan jag aldrig ha besökt Edinburgh förut? Jag skulle älskat att vara här för 20 år sedan. Jag är dock glad och stolt över att jag gör allt det här nu. Bättre sent än aldrig. . 🇮🇪Edinburgh har galet mycket kultur och historia. Helt otroligt hur många författare som kommer härifrån! Några av världens största någonsin. Och alla forskare, skådisar (som Sean Connery), kungar drottningar osv osv. Vet inte varför men staden känns som en Harry Potter-bok. Kanske för att J.K. Rowlings kommer härifrån? . 😂Tyvärr verkar mitt #Grindr vara trasigt här också. Brukar försöka intala mig själv att appen är trasig när jag inte får några meddelanden. This archive image is an engraving from 1850 with views over Arthur's Seat and Edinburgh,  the animals grazing the fields. Did “ewe” know that sheep and cattle grazed the areas for many years? Locals farmed the fields around Arthur’s Seat, and sheep were kept in the park until 1975.

Fast forward to #Coosday today and we're back near Arthur's Seat, visiting Hermione and Faddom. If you don’t know why it is - Google! You will understand what I mean if you do. The biggest problem with this, is the price. It’s really expensive. Especially when you travel alone (you still have to pay for the whole cabin = 2 persons). But now they had a deal for solo travellers, and I really want to go. But it’s not a cheap trip still… Just my luck to find this deal, when I’m at my poorest🤦‍♂️ . 🤔Thinking of starting my own company actually. Many people in the business of marketing are working as consultants. So why not me? I know that I lack experiance, but it’s my dream to be my own boss. The problem is that I don’t have any capital to start the business. Well if I’m lucky I can get contribution from the government. But I need to book a meeting with my handler first.
