Ughhhh I wish more fic writers would do historical or fantasy aus like you have (esp. to kill a king😍😍). Do you have any recs for good fics or writers for those categories?

I don't knowwwww. It's one reason I had low expectations about engagement with my stories but also why I decided to share, because I didn't know if there was much interest in that type of story since I didn't see many in the fandom at the time. They're pretty niche and since a lot of writers are hoping for engagement and they take a lot of work to write, maybe they don't get written much?

〰️ Bed Bereft || Epilogue

“You’ve loved your college best friend for ages, too bad he’s got a boyfriend. Twisted decisions lead to revelations about sexualities, secrets, feelings and confrontations.”

➡️ Believe me when I say the idea for this fic was a whole lot filthier and emotionless when I dreamt it up. The idea came to me because of TaeJin flirting openly on stage and well, because I was feeling lonely. The original idea had only a no strings attached threesome. Then Tae happened to look over my shoulder and shoved the whole thing aside. Et Voila, you have this fic. It is admittedly one of my better works and the dynamic is one I’m really proud of for not messing up. (I hope, lol.)

〰️ Aberrations

“First Impressions are important, as they say. You and Yoongi just happen to give each other bad ones.”

➡️ My very first proper fic! I have loved the concept of first impressions going wrong for ages and it usually shows up here and there when I write to this date. Aberrations was honestly my first take on what I imagined AgustD Suga would be like if he was thrown in that AU. The story is complicated, with no pure souls in it and ridden with toxicity but hey, in the end! True love!

〰️ Burn With You

“Namjoon’s eyes remained fixed where the Princess of Liria had left him, speechless and struck, with only one thought.

I want her.”

➡️ Ugh this story. As always, this was going to go a whole lot more differently than it did. Namjoon was not going to be as...mild? as he was because when I imagined him as Jafar, I pictured a lot more ruthless cruelty. However, I am quite satisfied with how the story turned out. It gave the women a lot more agency, and I enjoyed the controlling Namjoon lose some of it to the woman he loves. Of course, our Princess (Queen now) is perhaps my favorite OC. I enjoyed writing her putting people in their places, especially her man. just UGH THIS STORY!

〰️ Agent Provocateur

“You are the top enforcer for Black Kiss, an all female gang - a shadow, a mystery. When you meet the enigma that is Park Jimin, will you keep business and pleasure separate? Will he?”

➡️ OK, Another favorite OC. The reason I wrote this is lost really. I just remember thinking why is it always a female dancer that the male mafia man falls for and there is police and rival gang drama. Fuck it, I enjoyed the premise but GOD, there needed to be a change. Cue, Jimin’s solo dances were watched and some badass girls were vetted and we had our setting for Black Kiss. Jin and Hoseok butted their way in honestly. Is it really over if those two aren’t suited up and making mischief?

〰️ Achilles Heart

“After a year of blissful romance, albeit secret, Your dreams of solidifying the foundations of your relationship with famous Idol Jeon Jungkook crash and burn on the ground of his admission of wanting to call it quits. Desperate to keep him yours, you offer the terms of an Open Relationship.”

➡️ Ah, another fic that just tears me up inside. I have @solastia to thank for this idea primarily but it took on a life on its own from there. Writing the angst for this feels real to me, yk. Much more real than it did when I was writing Aberrations. I feel so rooted in the relationship with Jungkook but the inclusion of Taehyung somehow gives me the sense of adventure that this fic truly needs. A kick, if you will.

I am a little lost on who might have already done this so if you have already please ignore!
