Hey you! Yeah you with that cheeky about-to-go-back-to-work face. Wipe away the tears of joy at your first bookings in half a year, forget lockdown even existed and chow down on some fully-fresh produce from one of the most exciting breakthrough duos to emerge in recent D&B years, PRFCT Mandem. A girl/boy Manchester-based duo who accelerated to fame on Bloc2Bloc in 2019, PRFCT Mandem made such an impression on the Korsakov Music bossman AL/SO when they submitted a track to the label’s recent ‘Future Stars’ collection he snapped them up for a whole EP. That EP was their hair-raising debut release ‘Formation’ back in June. Now fully formed, fully refreshed and fully stocked with more sparkling gully juice, they reload with ‘Hyperdrive’, their most brazen and comprehensive EP to date. The clue is in the title; this is fast lane tackle designed solely for those first big dances many of us are getting to play over the coming months. From the tightly coiled robotic spring and sci-fi sheen of opener ‘Conflict’ to the big dancefloor hook and mechanical funk of the title track, there’s no hiding from the Irish/Latvian duo’s sheer weight and production obscenity. Other tricks they have up their Hyperdriven sleeves include the ironically-titled yet fully devilish 4/4 stomper ‘Stay Quiet’, the raffish head-turning diesel turbine bass funk of ‘Contact’ and the finessed finale ‘Innosense’. A step back from the crazy chaos of the rest of the EP, this one concludes the release sweetly and subtly with a springy, purring alien bass slinking in and out of a pared back steppy rhythm. Hi Trix, We are thrilled to feature you again. What have you been up to since the last time we caught up?

Thank you for having me again. I’ve been busy making some of my own productions which I’m going to start testing in my sets within the next couple of months. So I’m quite excited about that. I’ve been buying various bits of Hardware, including a Korg Minilogue which is my first Hardware Synthesizer. I’ve been having lots of fun making some sound design with that. It’s definitely making me feel more creative!

I’ve also been dabbling in mixing and producing Deep House lately, So maybe I could record a Deep House mix for you guys at some point! I’m into most genres of music and have been really feeling those Deep House vibes lately. It must be all this sun we’ve been having... Just typical as we’re on Lockdown!

Strange times we are living through at the moment, has this affected your DJ Plans?

Yes it really has unfortunately. I was due to play my first DJ sets aboard this year. In Berlin at Superbooth and in Corfu at Escape2Festival. Although Corfu hasn’t actually been cancelled yet, It’s the first week of July so it’s not looking likely at the moment.

I have however, been keeping myself busy music wise during lockdown, playing 3 shows a week from my home studio. I’m live on:

Also, Cornwall DJ’s have been uniting to raise money for the NHS. I had a little chat with BBC Cornwall live on air a few days ago to speak about it. I will drop the link in if anyone would like to donate! DJ Proof set it up and promoted it on the Facebook ‘Newquay Clubbing’ page and we have already smashed the £500 target which is amazing. Us at Yeah,You? Have all been promoting the fundraiser each time we go live.

As usual, expect those dark, deep and heavy vibes from me with a touch of dark techy drum and bass! I always like to play some old classics in my sets, so listen out for them. I’ve brought a lot of new music lately so there’s quite a lot of brand new material in this mix as well as some dubs I’ve been sent from local producers in the Southwest. Oh that is a tough one! Probably Bob Marley - Don’t worry about a thing. It’s nice and chilled and it’s exactly what we all need after all this chaos.

I have this thing where I've moved the bar up high. I friendzoned everyone I only have a passing interest in. There are two men who I have fancied forever and done stuff with before, I know they both still feel attracted to me. When I was like 15 I slept with this guy called S multiple times . He's hella popular but humble as fuck. He's drop dead gorgeous and amazing in bed. We've spoken briefly as adults, enough to know there's something there still.

Funnily enough he introduced me to Bloc2Bloc where I found my only female crush, Kaz. They are friends and I'm sooooo jealous that he knows her irl 😳😍 I wanna meet her too one day😍 maybe it's a sign to start visiting my family again in the hopes I'll see her lol. She's got olive skin, pretty fit, gorgeous Hazel eyes and flowing brown hair. She's the kinda girl who's a straight up 10/10 without even trying to be. Yet she just as humble as S. She doesn't even know I exist though 😔💔

Then there's my ride or die, BB. He's one of my best mates but we've had feelings for each other since college. We made out and traded pics lately and we party together often, singing dancing , holding hands, flirting and snuggling into each other. I am falling for him bad. So much that I am solely focused on him rn, despite S and Kaz existing hahaha 😆

Natural, instinctive behavior is not always appropriate in the workplace. Hence, it is important to make an effort to produce behavioral patterns that lead to productive and effective teamwork, which eventually leads to success.

Natural behavior is based on subjective responses that can often lead not only to negative feelings such as insecurity but also to mistaken perceptions concerning the intentions of other people.

Consequently, behavioral skills that are more constructive include a proven facility to communicate positively and confidently with colleagues at all levels; the swift and generous recognition of the achievements of others; the ability to learn mistakes and failures; and a general approach that is based on collaboration with fellow workers rather than competition.

Behaving Naturally

People at work have the natural tendency to adopt instinctive modes of behavior that are self-protective rather than open and collaborative. This explains why emotion is a strong force in the workplace and why management often reacts fiercely to criticism and usually seeks to control rather than take risks.

People also tend to leap to conclusions and fragment into small, often warring, groups. Companies exhibiting ìnaturalî behavior like this are highly political and emphasize status and hierarchy. They are less pleasant to work for and generally at odds with the needs of people and the market place.

In turn, people who belong to this kind of organization will most likely fail and will have a hard time achieving success.

Hence, in order to succeed in life, it is extremely important to find ways how to generate creative schemes and techniques that would drive you to success.

You have to encompass certain appropriate behavior in order to innovatively change the course of your life and lead everything to success.

What people do not realize yet is that through innovation one can develop, generate commercialism, and select ideas that are appropriate to success.

Moreover, the management of most organizations often seclude themselves in the process of innovation. They believe that they are already exempted in generating new ideas, nurturing oneís skills, and developing basic people skills. What they do not know is that the most important thing for an organization to succeed is for the management to deviate from tending to their own needs and, instead, try to influence behavior rather than to change personalities.

Since most experts contend that innovation is crucial to oneís success, then, it would be better to have those who are in authority to start the process and direct the positive results to develop the other peopleís skills that are necessary to cultivate innovation throughout the society.

Factors that Trigger Innovation to Success

There had been numerous articles that were written to derive positive results on people in order to generate success. However, what they fail to incorporate in their ideas is that fact that there are some factors that needs to be considered before one can truly innovate his or her way to success. Hereís a list of the factors that needs to be considered, especially for people who are in position to influence others to be successful.

1. Inquisitiveness

Success is better administered by those with varied curiosity and an inquisitive character. Hence, for an organization to succeed, it is equally important for the managers, in order to influence others, to know the innovative means in order to achieve success.

It is better to establish facts using a pragmatic approach rather than reacting emotionally when information is received.

2. Individual insight on the process of improvement

Success is often influenced by each personís individual insight to development and advancement. If a person, who governs a certain group, believes that it is better to take risk in an entrepreneurial fashion rather than avoiding risks through fear and insecurity is an ultimate way to success.

3. Constant discovery and nurturing of knowledge is important

Learning should never stop. It should be a continuous process that entails progressive development of oneís skills and ability.

4. Openness

It is better to practice totally open communication rather than spreading gossip throughout the organization.

5. Learn from mistakes

By learning from mistakes, people are able to move forward and generate means needed in advancements. It is better to know where you have failed before rather than dwell on past successes.

Indeed, it is important to incorporate these ideas in order to achieve success on its finest condition. Innovation is not only for technological advancements. It is an important factor that is needed in order to be successful in the industry.
