KIM GUN-WOO - 6/10 on the jealousy scale

♡ gun-woo trusts you sooo much

♡ he knows you'd never cheat on him, so whenever you're talking to another guy, he wouldn't think much of it. he would keep an eye on you, though.

♡ it only really affects him if you start flirting with another guy. he thinks you're wayyy too good for him, even if that's not true. (no, bcuz this man only has eyes for you. he thinks you're the most beautiful girl in the universe) so when you start spending more time with another man and prioritizing them over him, he would get so sad :(

♡ poor baby wouldn't even tell you. he would try to act fine and tell himself that he was just being stupid and overthinking, he'd probably blame himself for it 😭

♡ when you start to notice how he seemed down, he would finally open up and admit that he was jealous. he's so cute i can't

♡ even if gunwoo isn't very extroverted or talkative, he's actually good at communicating his feelings with you. when he's jealous of a guy you're talking to, he would shyly pull you aside and have a conversation with you about how he felt about you hanging out with another man. "hey, can we talk?"

♡ and when you reassure him that he has nothing to worry about and shower him in kisses, he's a timid, smiling mess.

♡ when it comes to possessiveness, it's leaning towards less possessive. sure, if a guy is making you laugh and all, gun-woo will join the conversation, linger his hand on your back or waist innocently and pretend nothing is wrong. but he isn't too over the top, there is a healthy amount of possessiveness.

♡ he doesn't care what you wear, you are your own person, and he knows and respects that. so if you catch the gazes of men, it doesn't make him jealous. i mean, you were so beautiful, how could they not stare, right? besides, he could fight if he needed to. (he will subtly glare at a guy if their gaze gets too explorative, though. not even glare, to be honest. its more of a disappointed look LMAO)

♡ if a guy is making you uncomfortable, that's a different case.

♡ he would notice and act immediately. gunwoo doesn't like to resort to violence, even if he is mad. he would gently pull you away from the person and step in front of you, politely (but sternly) telling the guy that you weren't interested. he wouldn't pick a fight, unless the opponent swings first. even so, he'd stick to defending only, not throwing any life-threatening punches. cause damn, he is strong asf. you're kind of glad he is so non-violent and gentle bcuz if he wasn't, he might've killed someone already.

HONG WOO-JIN - 8/10 on the jealousy scale

♡ woojin does trust you, but the twisted knot in his stomach can overtake his sense of rationality sometimes

♡ he is very clingy. so if he sees you talking with another guy, he will try to join the conversation because he doesn't want to feel left out.

♡ if he's jealous, he'll often wrap an arm around your waist or sling it over your shoulder, or making it very obvious that the two of you are dating. "Oh, how's my precious girlfriend doing?" and then pecks you on the lips. its a little embarrassing sometimes but its woo-jin so its okay

♡ its funny because sometimes he completely ignores the guy's existence and continues to talk to you until you glare at him for being rude

♡ if you ignore woo-jin and continue to focus on the other guy, he will do anything to get your attention. and i mean anything. he will start telling the most unfunny jokes, physically get on the table and do something goofy to make you laugh. this man cannot be stopped.

♡ also, he will not admit that he is jealous. even if you know he is, he wouldn't say it unless you really pry at him. "Okay, fine! I'm jealous, is that what you wanted to hear?"

♡ and then he'll sulk around like a sullen puppy lmaoo

♡ so when it comes to you wearing revealing clothing, i'm sure he loves it the most, to be honest. but he's a little cautious of you wearing it outside, he just doesn't want you to get hurt. he might've tried to get you to wear something else or bring a jacket a couple times. he isn't really fond of others seeing what's his. (!!!)

♡ he's possessive, but he doesn't like to admit it. he'd rather show it through actions, being superrr clingy

♡ if a guy's staring at you and his gaze begins to wander, woo-jin will wrap a hand around you possessively. he might even snarl at the guy.

♡ if anyone makes you uncomfortable, he makes sure to get you out of there, probably threatening the guy a little. he might shove him lightly and get a little aggressive if he's really mad. then afterward, he would make sure you're okay and shit-talk about how the guy was an absolute ass.

Author's Note: Back at it with my insane crush on Gun Woo! Thank you to all the anon's sending in Gun Woo headcanon requests, I promise they are all going on my list! And my requests are open for either of the alphabet types for other characters too, I'm having a lot of fun writing them! 🥰

a -affection (how affectionate are they? how do they show affection?)

As the first romantic interest in Gun Woo's life, it would take him quite a while to get used to being able to be affectionate with you. Every time he reached out to hold your hand he would blush profusely, almost apologetic in his gentle touch. Eventually as he gets more used to being your boyfriend his confidence would grow, and he'd learn how to show affection in his own ways. This would include saving you the seat next to him everywhere he goes, standing or sitting as close to you as possible in every situation, and more often than not, leaning down to place a soft kiss on your cheek any time the urge to touch you gets too overwhelming.

b - beauty (what do they admire about their s/o? what do you think is beautiful about them?)

Gun Woo is not a shallow man, although he does think you are the prettiest person he's ever met. No, this boy can only fall for someone's heart and that's exactly what he does with you. It wouldn't take much time of being your friend to realise how special you are, your kindness, your interests, and maybe most of all, just how safe he feels around you. He's spent so much of his life protecting and caring for others, but when you ask if he's okay or go out of your way to help take care of him, he'd realise he's never felt like that about anyone, and it's something he'd like to keep in his life forever.

It's hard to think of anything about Gun Woo that's not beautiful - he's a statuesque man with a heart of gold. So when he starts putting in an extra effort to spend time around you and find any way he can to help with whatever you're doing, it would be impossible not to fall in love with him.

c- cuddles (do they like to cuddle? how would they cuddle?)

Cuddling wouldn't come naturally to Gun Woo, only because he has little experience of physical affection and most of the time his body is used to fighting rather than loving. That doesn't mean he wouldn't want to cuddle you though, starting off with a more traditional arm over your shoulder after lots of hinting, and flushing completely red the first time you curled up against his broad chest. Eventually he'll get used to opening his arms and letting you collapse into them, but no matter how long you're together you'll still be able to hear his heart hammering in his chest as he feels like the luckiest person in the world to be that close to you.

d - dates (what are dates with them like? do they plan them out or are they spontaneous?)

This boy definitely had to ask both his mum and Woo Jin about where to go on dates and how to be a boyfriend, luckily they would have given him some pretty good advice about making lots of plans with you, but leaving room for spontaneous dates when you both feel like it. Gun Woo would definitely love going for food with you, enjoying showing off his skills and knowledge at a BBQ place and impressing you with cooking the meat perfectly. He doesn't drink but he does know a few cool bars thanks to his friends, and he'll happily be your designated driver if you do want to try a cocktail or two. And if you wanted to go out for a run or a workout together, that would be Gun Woo's absolute favourite, enjoying nothing more than feeling his best and enjoying the outdoors by your side.

e - ending (if they had to break up with their partner, how would they do it?)

It would definitely break Gun Woo's heart to have to hurt someone's feelings, but he would never want to lead someone on so would definitely call it off if he felt like he had to. He'd be very kind but honest with that person, explaining that it's not their fault and keeping it brief and simple, usually a man of few words.

f - fiancee (how do they feel about commitment? how quick would they want to get married?)

Gun Woo's little family means the world to him, so it's only natural that he would very quickly start thinking about forming a formal little family with you. He'd only want that if you did too though, so he'd definitely test the waters before getting too invested in thinking about proposing:

You'd be sitting on the couch on a normal Tuesday night when you realise that Gun Woo has sat up completely straight and turned to face you, looking pensive as you turn off whatever you're watching to give him space to talk. With an almost serious facial expression he would very thoughtfully ask,

"Do you want to get married?" You can feel your heart skip a beat as your boyfriend of only a few months waits for your answer, almost choking out your clarifying question.

"Gun Woo, are you proposing?" His eyes darted wide as he shook his head, only confusing you more, the poor boy now just as lost for words as you are.

"No! Sorry, I should have been more clear. I meant, do you ever want to get married? I know some people don't ever want to, so I just wanted to check. In case..." His voice trails off as he watches a confused look fill your eyes before you respond,

"Do you want to get married, Gun Woo?" A subtle smile traces across his face as he nods, gaze fixed to his feet.

"To you? Very much so." It's hard not to melt at the warmth in his features as he answers, clearly having pictured a future with you already.

"Then I do want to get married." You reply happily, and Gun Woo nods again, his smile growing wider as he coils his arms around you and pulls you to his chest.

"Then I will ask again properly. Another day." He clarifies, already excited to tell his mum the news.

g - gentle (how gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)

Gun Woo is the definition of a gentle giant. He would never want to do anything that might hurt your feelings, knowing how lucky he is to have you in his life, and all the ways you make his every day better. He would never raise his voice, or get angry, even looking at you with only softness in his gaze. He'd also be incredibly careful with his touch, terrified that he doesn't know his own strength and that he could possibly do harm to the one person he would never want to scare or hurt. He loves the way you tenderly brush his face, or lightly graze his skin, so he'd make a very conscious effort to only touch you equally softly, knowing how nice it is to be on the receiving end of those affections.

h - hugs (do they like hugs? how often do they do if? what are their hugs like?)

I don't think he would necessarily be clingy the way Woo Jin would, even though he loves your hugs. It would be enough just to be around you most of the time, getting the warmth and love of your company. But when he's feeling down, or had a particularly tough day, or if he's had to be apart from you, or even if he's just feeling really grateful for something simple you've done for him, then he would immediately envelop you in his arms, fighting back the urge to squeeze as tightly as he can for fear of hurting you. It would be all consuming to be hugged by Gun Woo, his broad frame wrapped all around you, warmth and musky scent flooding your senses as he nuzzles against your neck, his eyes clenching shut as he focuses on how good it feels to hold you.

i - injury (how would they act if they got hurt?)

Gun Woo is so used to getting hurt that he would almost brush it off if he came home hurt. He's not used to being taken care of, so it would surprise him when you insist on gently wiping the blood from his knuckles, holding a cold cloth to his swollen hands before giving them a final 'kiss better' that has his stomach doing flips. After that, he'll get a little bit more used to telling you when he's hurt, enjoying being looked after by your sweet touches and quietly asking if you could kiss him better in case you forget.

If you're hurt then Gun Woo would try to be very practical, getting ready to take you to the emergency room even if it's only the most minor of injuries. You'll have to reassure him that nothings going to happen to you, and that'll you'll be okay, but he still insists on taking you to his mother's place so she can double check you'll be okay and probably make you some emergency soup just in case.

j - jealousy (how jealous do they get? what do they do when they're jealous?)

He's not an insecure man, or someone who gets angry easily, so I don't think Gun Woo would get jealous very easily. He trusts you to the depths of his heart, so seeing a man talk to you would never get him upset or have him making a scene. The only thing that might get him a little bit jealous is if someone starts taking up more of your time and attention, so you couldn't spend as much time with him, just because you are his favourite person to be around. He might show his jealousy by being a bit more needy when you are around him, clinging to you as you move around and telling you how much he missed you while you were gone.

k- kisses (what are their kisses like? where do they like to be kissed?)

You would be the first person that Gun Woo ever kisses, and he'd be immediately sure that he would want you to be the only person too. At first it would just be tentative little pecks, almost too nervous to touch you, letting you take the lead and pull him closer when you're ready. Once he gets a bit more used to the sensation, Gun Woo would be a lot more eager to kiss you again, taking every private moment as an opportunity to capture your lips against his, his kiss firm and passionate, trying to show every ounce of love he feels for you through his actions. He loves when he can feel you smile against him, and when you drift to kiss down his neck or along his jaw, particularly on the side his scar is on, well you can practically feel him melting into a giggling mess beneath you.

l - love language (what is their love language?)

Gun Woo definitely shows his love through acts of service, wanting nothing more than to help his friends and family and do whatever he can to keep them safe and make their lives easier. When you come into his life and start doing little things to help him out, whether it's giving him a home cooked meal, or helping clean up his cuts after a fight, well that's when he starts to realise just how much he's been missing someone exactly like you in his life.

He is also definitely a quality time man. It doesn't matter if you two are sitting in silence, doing different things, even just being in the same room as Gun Woo means the world to him. Be prepared to feel him stealing little glances from time to time, and smiling to himself every time he does, so grateful to be so comfortable by his side.

m - mornings (how are mornings spent with them?)

Gun Woo is definitely an early bird, and it would mean a lot to him if you would sometimes wake up early with him, especially if you join him for a morning workout. But don't worry if you're not really an early morning person, Gun Woo would take a lot of joy of sneaking out of bed without waking you up, taking a few moments to memorise your peaceful sleeping expression and feeling like he was running on air knowing that he's running home to you. If by the time he gets back you're up and working on breakfast, be prepared for him to wrap you in his arms and sweep you off your feet, his adoration for you the only thing he's thought about all morning.

n - nights (how are nights spent with them?)

He's a bit more slow moving in the evening, winding down for the day by lounging with his arms around you, waiting until you start to yawn before suggesting you two get ready for bed. He loves when you're tired enough from the day that you let him carry you upstairs, feeling grateful for every moment he's spent exercising when he can lift you easily and feel you get cosy against his chest.

o - open (when would they start revealing things about themselves? do they say everything all at once or wait a while to reveal things slowly?)

Gun Woo will happily tell you all the basic information about his life from the moment he meets you, his experience with Woo Jin's friendship showing him the value of being open and honest with new people. However he's very used to hiding his emotions and putting on a brave face when he feels like someone is depending on him, so it would take him a lot longer to start telling you when he's having a difficult day or feeling sad or scared. Every time he does, and you comfort him without pity or judgement, he feels like it gets easier to share, and now you're the first person he talks to on his best or worst days.

p - patience (how patient are they usually? what tends to wear their patience thin?)

Gun Woo is the master of patience between his strenuous training and his military service. He'll never get frustrated when it comes to waiting for you, or having to explain things, grateful when you give him the same patience as he slowly adjusts to being a boyfriend, sometimes through the process of trial and error. The only thing that might wear his patience thin is if he hears you talk down to yourself time and time again, frustrated and sad that you can't see yourself the way he does, as easily the most special person in the universe.

q - quality time (how do they like to spend with you?)

Gun Woo just wants to be wherever you are. He loves when he gets to do his favourite things with you, like working out and running, or cooking and eating, and when you come to watch him box it means the world to him. But he also wants to do all your favourite things with you, even if it's something he's never been interested in before, he would try absolutely anything if it meant getting to learn a bit more about you and spend that time together.

r - remember (what is their favourite moment in your relationship?)

When Gun Woo started to fall in love with you, he started to feel self conscious of the long scar down his face, and wondering if he was wrong for turning down the offer of help to improve its healing and appearance. He doesn't think you would judge him on his looks, if you even like him back at all, but he still finds himself trying to sit on a certain side of you, or wearing a mask more to block the scar from your view. He never worried about how his scar would affect his life until he found someone he wanted to grow his life with, growing more and more upset by it until one day Woo Jin calls him out on it, in front of you:

Gun Woo was forced to sit on the other side of you, his scar in plain view, and found himself awkwardly leaning his arm over the back of the chair to rest his face in his hand to hide it.

"Hey, why are you sitting like that weirdo?" Woo Jin teases, laughter turning to concern as his friend breaks into a frown, avoiding eye contact with either of you as he shrugged.

"Just saving both of you for looking at my cheek." He mumbled, trying to play it off, but the pain behind his words was more than a little obvious to the two of you.

"I thought you liked your scar now bro? You're not having second thoughts about the surgery for it?" Woo Jin pries, noticing the way his friend keeps throwing troubled glances in your direction.

"What do you think?" Gun Woo turns to you, reluctantly letting his hand drop from his face so you can take a better look.

"Let me see." You pretend to really consider his face for the first time, something you found yourself doing a hundred times before anyway, lifting the edge of one finger to gently tilt his chin up, trying not to smile at the obvious blush your slight touch brings him. You lean your face in close to really take in every detail of him, watching his sadness melt away as you smile as you look over his features, scar included and nod to yourself,

"I don't think you need to worry about how it looks, especially since you got it from being pretty heroic." Gun Woo smiled, satisfied with your answer, and surprised when you added, "And for what it's worth, some people like scars." He scanned your eyes felt any hint of pity or deception, but noticed instead a hint of rosy warmth flooding your cheeks as you looked almost bashful at your words, letting go of his jaw and smiling to yourself as you looked to Woo Jin for reassurance, who was busy grinning at his now elated friend, who suddenly felt like nothing in the world could keep him from trying to win your heart.

s - security (how protective are they? how would they protect you? how would they like to be protected?)

Oh boy is Gun Woo protective of you. He can't help it, he's protective of everyone around him and because you are the most important person in his life that goes ten fold for you! Whenever you two walk anywhere together he'll always be shoulder to shoulder with you to make sure everyone knows you've got him by your side, and if you ever need to walk somewhere in the dark you best believe Gun Woo is coming to meet you, whether you ask him or not. He believes in being a gentleman, from opening doors and pulling out chairs, to making it his job to keep you safe from all the danger he knows is out in the world.

t - try (how much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)

Gun Woo would always try his best to show you how much you mean to him at every opportunity. He would never take having you in his life for granted and would put the effort into every day domestic tasks to show you how committed he is to building a little home with you; you don't even have to ask for him to do things like buy groceries or clean parts of the house, the things that really show he's ready to settle into a life with you. He's a little bit more clueless when it comes to anniversaries and gifts since he's new to this whole relationship thing, but he'll always try his best to get you something special, and he'd never forget the important dates for the two of you.

u - upset (how do they act when you're upset? how do they act when they're upset?)

Gun Woo's default is to hide his negative feelings from those around him, putting on a brave face in public and waiting until he's alone to collapse into tears. It would take him a long time to get used to letting you see him in the moments he feels weak, but he knows how much he values being the person in your life that you tell about your bad days, so he wants to do that for you too. Gradually he realises just how much better he feels when he shares his problem with you and you throw your arms around his neck, pulling him close while he cries, and gets more open with you about his feelings.

When you're upset Gun Woo's first thought is always finding a solution, something tangible he can do to make this situation better. You might need to explain to him that sometimes you just want to talk and be upset and have him be there for you without needing to fix the problem, but eventually he'll start getting better at knowing when to just listen and hold you.

v - vanity (how concerned are they with their looks?)

Gun Woo knows all the things his body is capable of, and with the exception of having to get used to his new scars, he doesn't really think much about how he looks. He tends to default to athletic clothes given the life he leads, but he'd definitely try a new outfit or haircut if you suggested he might look handsome in it.

w - wildcard (a random headcanon for them.)

I think Gun Woo would really struggle to accept help at first. It's a natural part of a relationship to take care of each other, particularly when you share a home, but having spent most of his life taking care of the people around him, it's a big adjustment for Gun Woo to let someone else look after him for a change. The first time you cook or clean something for him, or even just do him a small favour, he'll be extremely apologetic and insist that you don't have to do things like that for him, already trying to think of ways to pay you back. You'll have to sit him down and take his hands in yours, and gently explain that you've seen the way he always takes care of everyone else, and that it's amazing of him but everyone needs help sometimes, and so can he please let you be the person to look after him occasionally? He'll immediately become a blushing, smiling mess, nodding and apologising for not accepting your help in the first place, practically collapsing into your lap for the rest of the night.

x - x-ray (how easily are they able to read you?)

Gun Woo's not a natural people-person so he might not always know when something is on your mind straight away. You need to get used to being direct with him at first, telling him when he's said something that's upset you, or when you're in a bad mood and need him to do something to help you. He's always more than happy to do what you say, and the longer you two are together, the easiest it becomes for him, but it's not something he'll even find easy.

y - yuck (what things do you do that they hate?)

Gun Woo is very old-fashioned in a lot of ways, and he'll find it a bit off putting if you do something that goes against that code - like disrespecting an elder (even if they deserve it.) That being said if you are the one to open a door or pull out a chair for him, he finds that adorable, giving you his happiest little smile as he proudly follows you.

z - zzz (what is a sleep habit of theirs?)

Gun Woo is so used to sleeping alone that at first he actually finds it a little bit difficult to fall asleep with you lying beside him - he's so excited to have you so close, and he can't quite force himself to stop looking at you long enough to close his eyes, suddenly self conscious of how much space he takes up in bed, not wanting to overstep any unspoken boundaries. When you realise that he's struggling, you intentionally shuffle closer to him, showing he doesn't need to be so worried about touching you. You'd whisper kind things to him in your softest voice, and trace shapes across his arm and back with your fingertips until you can feel his muscles relax into cosy sleep, finally drifting off yourself. Now Gun Woo's starting to realise he can't sleep without you next to him anymore.

bloodhound x fuse?

-Despite outward appearance and general demeanor, Fuse is actually generally much more tidy than Bloodhound, particularly at home. He got tired of losing toes to unorganized explosives. He's not crazy, but he's tidy. Bloodhound, on the other hand, is a gremlin who has lived completely alone for over 20 years and it, in some ways, shows.

-That said, Fuse leaves his towels on the bathroom floor a lot. Bloodhound threatened him with a knife to the goodies after the fifth time. But, you know, in a nice way. Sort of.

-Fuse helps Bloodhound take off all their gear (which they usually do once everything requiring going further than their yard is done for the day). It's a quiet and intimate thing for them, but oddly enough not sexual.

-Except when BH makes it sexual

-BH is the horndog. Pun intended. Fuse just sounds like one.

-They own a matching couples t-shirt and/or knitted sweater.

-Both of these morons first instinct is not the hospital. If Fuse dislocates his flesh shoulder, he's lining it up with the doorway and popping it back into place himself. Bloodhound is the same.

-The age difference isn't really noticable most of the time except for when they watch movies. Fuse falls asleep within the first half hour. BH falls asleep about thirty minutes after him. They wake up around the same time and pretend they both enjoyed the film.

-Fuse is slowly building up Bloodhound's spice tolerance. He made it too spicy once and they tried to say it was good but they couldn't look him in the eye, on account of the tears in their own.

-Fuse learned early on that if Bloodhound is working on something and cussing up a storm, he should stay about 10 feet away. If they quit in the middle of the project and throw something, he should definately not ask them three hours later if they're gonna finish it that day because then it won't get done for six months.

Warnings: a bit of cursing (like one word), maybe some grammar mistakes

Bloodhound likes the way you’re more quiet than the others

Sometimes they like the small silence around you, it’s nice

The first time they found out you get stressed out by loud noises was when Artur was being an ass and squawking loudly

“Oh, are you ok?” Bloodhound walks towards you a bit cautiously. Putting a hand on your shoulder, they crouch down to where you were sitting. They were worried to see you on the floor covering your ears from what seemed to be because of Artur.

After you confirm that you stress out from too much noise Bloodhound made sure to shut that bird up

(Almost strangled that poor thing)

The day Bloodhound found out they liked you was when you were reading them a book alone

The way you looked so interested in it and was so happy to read it to them was very heartwarming

If you’re in the Apex games they worry a bit

Makes sure you’re ok after a gun fight

How I think each Legend would react to you asking them out Pt. 1…

Bloodhound-

They would be flustered and immediately drop whatever they were doing. Of course, they would be thrilled, because they have always had a little something for you. They would try to play it off cool, but inside they would be panicking slightly, planning out what they would wear and do on the date.

But another part of him had been almost waiting for you to say something, as he was too cautious to bring up matters like such. He would be happy and express his gratitude for the invitation.

Lifeline-

She would obviously be cheeky about it, maybe making a joke or two about the question. But once you made your request serious, she would become sincere as well. Depending on who you are, she might actually turn you down, as she doesn’t exactly need someone else to take care of, let alone take care of her. But she would still be warm towards the invitation, and maybe even label you as a friend if she doesn’t go out with you.

Pathfinder-

The robot is friendly to everyone, so at first he might automatically take the request as just a little picnic out. But once you make it clear that it is more than a friend’s outing, he may be taken by surprise. He had always liked everyone, but now that you had made your feelings clear, he would most likely fall for you in an instant. Of course he would say yes.

Wraith-

She would be slightly bitter, but only to cover up her real emotions about the matter. Inside, she would be a blushing, heart-pounding, hot mess. Of course she would want to go out with you! Her feelings have always been there, and that is saying something about a cold person like her.

It clutters the edge of his desk a bit but it’s worth it because whenever the paperwork gets too much, he can just look at the little shrine he built and smile.

His love language is physical touch and quality time. While he loves giving you gifts and being romantic too, nothing beats holding you in his arms while you cuddle on the couch or in bed.

Speaking of- this man absolutely adores you. He doesn’t think he deserves the love you give him because of the things he’s done in his life. But every day he sees you, you prove that you do love him and he wants to return that love twice over.

His biggest fear is coming home after deployment to an empty house. Finding a letter on the table stating you can’t wait for him any longer. He’d understand, of course. But it would crush him.

While we’re on the sad train already- he suffers frequent nightmares due to PTSD. Feels really guilty for waking you up but also can’t stop himself from seeking your comfort after one of them - craving it. If you allow him to (he wouldn’t bring it up unless you suggested it), he’ll call you if he’s out on deployment or at base. Give him that privilege to phone you awake just to comfort him? There is nothing that man won’t do for you anymore.

He is terrified of being the one to leave you too though. He knows that if he’s ever faced with the option to sacrifice himself for one of the 141, he would. But it also breaks his heart because it would mean he’d leave you for them. He tries not to think about it like that, but it’s a constant conflict in his mind.

While he’s probably more likely to be a dog person, I can also really see him with cats just curled up on his chest. Once again, this man is always warm. The little felines will search him out like a bloodhound, preferring him over laying by the radiator.

THIS 👏 MAN 👏 CAN 👏 COOK 👏

And he loves to do it too. His idea of a hobby is either reading, building models or cooking. You can often find him in the kitchen with a cook book, making a five star meal. Loves to see your reaction to the taste of it, makes him proud of himself.

Also, yeah, he likes building models :3. Miniatures. In his spare time you can find him on the couch, bent over the coffee table with his reading glasses perched on his nose while he’s building a ww2 bomber plane out of matchsticks from some random pattern he found online. He has very steady hands and it causes the models to always look fantastic. His best and biggest work is a ship in a bottle from a kit you gave him for an anniversary between you two. He only works on that in short increments to make sure he doesn’t screw it up - it’s about 2/3 done. You’ve repeatedly tried to get him to share his work online but he always gets bashful and refuses.

If he ever got the chance to do it together with the team though?? He’s gonna be beaming about that single evening for a week straight.

His favourite colour is dark green, like the forests :)

This is less of a headcannon and more just snippets of canon proof that I found. But he can speak English, Russian, Arabic and Spanish. Maybe even more.

He'd definitely want to have almost matching outfits whenever you two go out together, so there's no doubt in anyone's mind that he is completely and utterly yours. Woo Jin would hate hurting someone's feelings, having been on the receiving of a lot of rejection in his life, so he'd try his best to be very direct and straightforward - that wouldn't necessarily be how it actually ends up happening, he's very prone to rambling, but after ten minutes of telling the person how great they are he would finally let them down very gently and insist on staying friends.

f - fiancee (how do they feel about commitment? how quick would they want to get married?)

Before he met you, he never thought much about commitment or marriage, so focused on establishing his own life that he didn't really think much about his future beyond taking it one day at a time. Once you come into his life though, he realises you might be the missing piece of the whole puzzle, his entire future making a lot more sense if he imagines it by your side. He'd be incredibly quick to start looking into rings and picturing the proposal, literally only week's into being your official boyfriend, but luckily it would take him so long to decide on what he's doing that you'd be more than ready to say yes when he finally asks.

g - gentle (how gentle are they, both physically and emotionally?)

Woo Jin would be so so gentle with you emotionally, always so kind and friendly and wanting to pick you up when you're feeling down. He'd be constantly telling you what you mean to him, all the ways you are special and perfect, and telling you lots of silly jokes too, making sure you're never worried about him even when he's out on dangerous work missions. Physically he's not that gentle with you, only because he's not scared of using his strength with you - he loves that when he pulls you in for a hug he can lift your feet off the ground and sit you on the counter so he fits between your knees. He loves that he can always win when you start a play-fight and that he can squeeze one of his arms tightly around you when you two are walking together and know that he makes you feel safe.

It's constant hugs with Woo Jin! He loves hugging you so so much, he feels so happy that he gets to do it every day, and there's never a day that goes by when he takes that for granted. Woo Jin has a lot of insecurity from being told he wasn't quite good enough to be the best, time and time again in his life, so when he sees you talking to someone else that would definitely overcome him. He would assume this guy was better than him in every conceivable way, and that it was completely obvious to you just from looking at him, and that you would be falling out of love with him with every passing second. He'd barge over and wrap an arm around you, making forced friendly conversation with the guy until he got the hint and you were left alone to remind Woo Jin that you think he is the best of the best and there's no one that compares to him in your eyes. And if anyone tried to flirt with Woo Jin, he would tell them about his girlfriend before they finish the first sentence, wide panicked eyes at you ever feeling that fear of losing him that he feels occasionally for you.

k- kisses (what are their kisses like? where do they like to be kissed?)

Woo Jin kisses you like a man who's never been kissed and never thought he would be. The first few times it's soft and timid, but as you start to get more comfortable together that just builds until every time he sees you his hands are in your hair and his tongue is in your mouth and somehow he's now pinning you beneath him while you make out until you're gasping for breath. Woo Jin is so not a morning person. When you have to get up early for some reason he will be a whiny baby, begging you to stay there for ten more minutes and let him hold you while he sleeps. If it's a morning where you can start a bit slower and stay cuddled up in bed a little longer, well those are some of his favourite memories with you. Woo Jin's much more lively at night, used to doing a lot of his work in the evenings and now excited that he can put that energy towards you. If you're not going out for a date he'll blast some upbeat music in his little apartment while you cook together, dragging you away from whatever you're doing so he can dance with you. When he finally accepts it's time for bed he'll want to spend hours telling you his every thought, and talking through the randomest stuff with you, just to make you smile and feel like slowly you're learning everything about each other. Sometimes he'll fight to stay awake a little longer so he can keep the conversation going and to watch you finally doze off, looking so perfectly peaceful that it warms his heart.

Woo Jin will tell you a lot about himself early on in the relationship, preferring to be an open book because he knows he forms the best friendships and connections that way. As you get even closer he'll start actively trying to think of things to tell you that he's never told anyone else, wanting you to know that this is no longer just a friendship to him but something deeper and more intimate. He loves when you share your history with him too, feeling so privileged to be the person in your life that gets to hear all your thoughts.

p - patience (how patient are they usually? what tends to wear their patience thin?)

Woo Jin's pretty used to things happening quickly around him, but you don't get through the marines without being reasonably patient and disciplined. That said he definitely gets wildly impatient when he has to be apart from you, his missing you so achingly intense he'll do anything to see you again sooner!

q - quality time (how do they like to spend with you?)

If he could spend every single second of his day wrapped up together on his couch doing nothing, Woo Jin happily would. He's very much the kind of guy where it doesn't matter what you do together, as long as you are together then it's a date, and it's time he considers incredibly precious. He loves being lazy with you in the mornings, and then heading out when it's dark, to get some food together somewhere he loves, so excited to show you all the places that matter to him.

r - remember (what is their favourite moment in your relationship?)

Definitely your first kiss - it had taken him longer than he would have liked to finally ask you to go out with him for a meal, and then he spent the whole day worried you didn't realise he meant this to be a date, trying to flirt with you but worried his usual flirty banter made it hard to tell that this was a new level of flirting. He spent the whole walk back to your apartment stuck in his own head about whether he needed to ask you on a first date again, the nerves taking over as he considered not admitting it at all. Luckily for him, when you got to the door you immediately turned to face him, not wasting a second before you leaned up on to your tip toes and planted a soft kiss on his lips, finally breaking him out of his worried inner monologue, the widest possible smile spreading across his cheeks since he could finally stop worrying you didn't know how we felt.

s - security (how protective are they? how would they protect you? how would they like to be protected?)

He would be the absolute most protective a guy can be, knowing exactly the kinds of dangers out in the world and that he is one of the few people strong enough to keep you safe. He would hate any time he wasn't around you for a lot of reasons, but part of it is because he wouldn't be able to stop himself worrying about you, wishing he could just walk with his hand in yours everywhere you have to go.

t - try (how much effort would they put into dates, anniversaries, gifts, everyday tasks?)

He would absolutely give his everything to your relationship - he knows how it feels to not be able to afford nice things, but he would save up all his spare cash to treat you to anything he thinks you might want. Don't be surprised if he also gets himself a matching version of whatever gift he gets you, loving nothing more than having corresponding outfits or accessories when you two are together. He'd also put in a lot of effort just every day; he is at his core a fantastic friend, and that would make him an incredibly thoughtful and caring boyfriend.

u - upset (how do they act when you're upset? how do they act when they're upset?)

When Woo Jin's upset, it's immediately obvious. It's one of the only times he's not talking endlessly, the tell-tale silence that something is on his mind and he doesn't quite know how to bring it up. You'll have to sit really close to him, pulling both his hands into your lap, gently running your thumbs over his tense skin until finally he'll relent and tell you whatever's on his mind. When you're upset Woo Jin is just there for you, not forcing you to tell him what's on your mind, but being nearby for whenever you're ready, knowing the two of you can face anything together.

v - vanity (how concerned are they with their looks?)

It's not that Woo Jin is vain in the traditional sense of wanting to be the most attractive person he can be, but he cares alot about fashion as a way to showcase his personality, so he puts in a lot of effort in the way he looks so that he can feel the most like himself. And if you happen to like the way he looks, well, he certainly doesn't mind that too.

w - wildcard (a random headcanon for them.)

Even though it's inevitable that sometimes you have to spend a little bit of time apart, Woo Jin views missing you as completely unacceptable. So whenever he has to be away from you, he'll start a video call with you and just talk to you all day while he's out living his life, like a little one person vlog. He just wants you to see everything about his day and know exactly what you're up to, even if the call has to last all day. Any time he's in his little apartment alone and you can't come over he'll get you on his phone, propping you up so he can see everything you're doing and vice versa.

This call gets so constant that Gun Woo gets in the habit of waving at Woo Jin's phone every time he sees him, just in case you're there on the screen already.

x - x-ray (how easily are they able to read you?)

Woo Jin's got a lot of people skills, so he'd know quite quickly if something was bothering you, usually so captivated by your warmth and light that if something was dampening your spirits it would be really obvious to him. He might spiral for a bit and assume you're upset about something he's done wrong before he gets up the nerve to talk to you about it, but he'll always be there for you when you're feeling down, trying to cheer you up with his endless smiles and jokes.

y - yuck (what things do you do that they hate?)

If you are a morning person, who likes to get up with the sun and head straight out for the day, that would definitely not be his favourite thing about you, wishing he could just curl up in bed and do nothing with you forever.

z - zzz (what is a sleep habit of theirs?)

Woo Jin would definitely wake up to find himself fully wrapped around you. Like one leg over your hips, an arm under your neck, your whole body pressed to him while he's sleeping, never letting you get an inch of space from him in the night. If you wake up and try and wriggle free in the night, he'll always find his way back to you. Even asleep his forehead would crease with a frown, a little pout forming on his lips until his hands find you again, clinging to you like a child to their favourite teddy bear.

More Fusehound Headcanons because They Have Taken Over My Psyche

-After the kiss in the woods Fuse thought Bloodhound would still wanna take things slow (mostly by keeping quiet among the other Legends) but first day of s15 BH rolled up calling him mitt Walter and touching him pretty much whenever possible.

-Zero complaints from Fuse

-Fuse visits Bloodhound’s village at their new settlement more than Bloodhound visits his place in Solace City. He likes the peace.

-Fuse takes Bloodhound to a grungy rock concert and they are both surprised how much they enjoy it.

-Bloodhound specifically steals Fuse’s t-shirts because he’s bulkier than they are so they are very comfy and, bonus, smell like him. Fuse is grumpy that he can’t do the same because Bloodhound is a lithe person. He is considering buying them oversized sweaters to steal.

-Bloodhound is the reason Fuse starts actually doing laundry.

-Butt bongos are a regular occurrence in this relationship.

-Fuse really likes being verbally affectionate in and outside of the Games to the point he can get pretty cheesy, but the cheesy is exactly what Bloodhound loves. Bloodhound’s own affections might seem lackluster, but they make up for it in private when they can wax poetic about his mustache and arm muscles all they want.

- You know those memes about girls biting their boyfriends arms for no fuckin’ reason? Fuse does that to BH, who is consistently baffled by it. So is Fuse.

-Fuse cooks more because he uses spices besides salt and pepper.

-One of the things they still do together the most is hunting. They both love the thrill, the time alone, the utilization of their skills in battle. Camping under the stars where they can exist unabetted is a precious thing.

-That said, there is a specific time that might be even more precious, and that’s when they’ve spent the night at Bloodhounds so they could start a hunt the next day, only for it to rain so disasterously stepping out the door to get wood for the fire is a risk that takes thought. On these occasions, sure there will be no interruptions from anyone else in the village or the Games and snug warmly in Bloodhound’s house, they can lounge for hours in the security of it all. When this happens, Bloodhound’s favorite thing is having Fuse lay on top of them with his head on their chest while they rest a book on his shoulders and read aloud.

anyways here is some chishiya because we all adore him to the end of the earth and back. he's gorgeous i need him so badddd. i maybe got a little carried away :) this was really enjoyable to write

chishiya with an s/o who loses their cheer

you were bright. so bright, in fact, that sometimes you blinded chishiya

chishiya knew you. your ups, your downs, your flaws, and your strengths. it would be strange if he didn't given the fact you were engaged before ending up in the borderlands

when you both ended up here, it didn't take him long to realize how big of a liability you were. not only to him, but yourself as well

did he trust you to complete games? yes, he did. you had a strong sense of determination and were 100% a survivor, so he had no doubts there

what he didn't trust was how you would react to other people in your games

being so friendly and optimistic gave you nothing but a disadvantage in this world, and he knew from the start that it would tear you apart

as much as he wanted to distance himself from you the moment you both arrived at the beach, he couldn't bring himself to do it.

he's a clever man who doesn't typically feel much remorse. he knew that if you hadn't been connected to him prior to the borderlands he would have ditched you instantly

but unfortunately for him, he lets his feelings get in the way because you were the one person who could truly make him feel

no matter how tough things were, you would give him a kiss on the cheek and a pat on the back. all the while encouraging him to 'cheer up, you look best when you're smiling'

you continued to shower him with love and affection while you were alone, just like you did in the real world. things were totally different now, but you didn't let that dampen your spirit

you and him were opposite ends of basically everything. you couldn't be more diverse, so it wasn't a shock at how familiar you got with everyone.

and when i say everyone, i mean everyone

you had worked in a social field beforehand, so you tended to be extremely good at memorizing names and facts about a person

it was one of the things that interested chishiya the most. while he encountered many different people per day and ultimately started to forget about them, you kept those you met near and dear no matter how powerful your experience with them

you were a people magnet. you basically radiated a friendly aura, and the other residents of the beach noticed quickly

you got along with mostly everyone (note: mostly. the militants were a different story...)

unfortunately for you, this meant that when you were put in groups for a game, you were bound to know at least one person in your group on a personal level

that is where your downfall began

chishiya knew it would happen at some point. when he saw you walk to your group's car chatting up a storm with one of the other members, he mentally prepared himself to take in your emotions when you came back.

and his speculations were confirmed correct, once again. your body was battered, bruised, and had definitely seen some better days during it's time. the way your eyes moved from one corner of the room to the next was sloppy and dull.

to be blunt? you looked like shit.

but he wouldn't say that, not once. although he had a certain fondness towards snide comments, he also had a fondness towards you. he was aware of what you needed in that moment, and the thing you needed most was him.

the way your gaze trekked through the crowd of people exuded a certain type of exhaustion that one can't explain. it was like you were exerting every ounce of your leftover spirit to find a specific person. and when your gaze finally found him, he could practically feel the tension that lifted off of your shoulders himself.

you moved toward him in such a despairing, yet hopeful way. the way your emotions screamed out to him so prominently was incredible. with just a small movement he already understood exactly what you were thinking and feeling.

when you reached him he gently took your elbow and guided you around to corner, if only to receive a small amount of privacy.

"'shiya..." your bottom lip quivered ever-so-slightly. the emotions swimming through the pools of your eyes were that which he couldn't comprehend. so complex, so telling but so complicated. seeing the exhaustion raking through your entire body, he wished he could understand.

he desired to find some type of mutual emotion in the lingering emptiness, but the small amount of hope in your eyes told him all he needed to know to understand that he was not able to. and he probably never would.

he couldn't give you the solace of knowing what you were going through, so the only thing he could do was bring you into arms.

and you cried. and you cried and you cried and you cried until you couldn't anymore because, for the first time in this damn world, you felt like you could lose everything you had built yourself upon. and it was terrifying.

as time progressed, chishiya noticed the brightness of your eyes leave bit by bit

he had tried to protect you from what he knew would happen, but you were stubborn about what you wanted and stuck in your ways

you thought that making friends would make everything more bearable, but you now realized how foolish you had been

the once starry partner he had known was not diminished to something of an empty shell of what had been

but even then, during quiet nights when the party of the beach had fallen silent and all that remained was you and him, you would tell him about your hopes for the future

you were still there, just nowhere as prominent as before

after the massacre that came from the ten of hearts, you didn't bother talking to anyone that wasn't him at all

the hope in your eyes had fizzled out completely

there were many problems chishiya knew how to fix. injuries? the easiest trick in the book. games? child's play to him.

but your lack of emotion was something he was frazzled on. he truly didn't know what to do, and if he was being completely honest with himself? he hated seeing you like this

you started to remind him too much of himself

empty eyes, lack of empathy for those around you. he felt like he was looking in a mirror and it kinda weirded him out

it wasn't until after he completed the king of diamonds that he decided to ask you about it. and not just make a comment, he wanted to have a genuine conversation with you

unfortunately he didn't get to do so when he wanted to because of niragi's trigger-happy finger

he was in pain and you were panicked and everything felt like too much for you

you were over him in a second with arisu and usagi, holding his face in your hands and crying

but you were crying and you were beautiful and that was enough for him, because FINALLY you were showing some sort of emotion

so when you sent arisu and usagi off to go take down the last two face cards, he felt... relieved

your face was so full of determination as you tried your best to tend to his wounds

he knew that the old you was in there somewhere, he should have expected it to come out in such a dire situation

as the day got darker and his heartbeat got fainter, you whispered out all your feelings and the waterworks would not give you a break

and all he could do was smile at you, which seemed so uncharacteristic but... you had both just been through hell and back, so you took whatever you could get

when the fireworks eventually shot off signaling the end of the game, he looked over at you one last time before making his decision. he couldn't be more delighted with what he saw

your eyes were filled with both love and hope, and things were back to where they should be
