I finished a TikTok for my Warriors Human AU AND NOW IT IS YOUR PROBLEM!!

So the basic premise is that the year is 1930, Chicago, and Rusty Hayes (Firepaw) is constantly having run ins with the law. He’s sent to jail where he has a tussle with Lloyd “Greyhound” Greyson (Greypaw), an apprentice of the ThunderClan Gang. Greyson starts bantering, they break out, and the rest is history.

What’s much more relevant here though is that Hester “Yellow Fang” Goldenrod, the disgraced Medic of the ShadowClan Gang has just discovered she is NOT in fact an ally but a bi disaster for Marilee “Blue Star” Diane, the leader of the ThunderClan Gang, and Meg Hayes, Rusty’s single mother. Honestly the fact no-one has thought of shipping these three is beyond me, I call them GreenNut.

Some notes about this AU because I am hyperfixating SO HARD ON IT RN!

Rusty stays a teen through the entire series and doesn’t become leader, this is to keep the timeline as fast paced as the books. I didn’t draw it very well but Hester had a stroke in her past, I wanted to somehow symbolize a Persian cat’s constant frown and settled on this. The timeline is heavily condensed in some places, for instance Appledusk is Crookedstar’s grandfather not great grandfather so I could have Mapleshade kill Rainflower. Nutmeg and Jake were a lavender marriage but they’re divorced now. Rusty is a twin but not with Princess, Princess is in her 20s and married so I could still give her CloudKit.

There’s something silly to me about Bluestar x Yellowfang

It’s just “yeah Firestar’s moms should date”

Old women with tragic backstories and the very orange boy they separately adopted

#it's a great ship I love it #listen you can claim Bluestar wasn't a maternal figure to Firestar & that she was just his mentor but you can't do that with Yellowfang #She canonically tells Fireheart that she wishes he was her son #That's not a thing left up to reader interpretation or anything. The direct quote (from Rising Storm) is #''I wished you'd been my son but I could not have borne a cat like you.''#(there's more to the quote but I can't fit all of it in the character limit of the tags)#(or technically I could but it would have to be several tags and I don't feel like doing that)#she also says ''I only regret that I will miss watching you become what Starclan has destined you to be.'' to him in that same bit of dialo #that is his mom. Something I think goes a long well with the idea of Tallstar and Jake raising Fireheart, Scourge, and Princess in an anthro AU is Bluestar and Yellowfang being close family friends who were sometimes called on for babysitting duties.

Bluestar and Yellowfang were not mothers of those three as kits, but as far as anyone was concerned, they may as well have been.
