PICK A CARD ⋆ what's manifesting you?
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
reminder that this is a general reading and messages found here may not apply to everyone. take what resonates, leave what doesn't, and don't force anything if it does not fit.
BOOK A READING WITH ME · LINKTREE · 18+ PATREON · SUGGEST A PAC TOPIC · TIPS ♡ tips and feedback are highly appreciated!
GROUP ONE
cards · the emperor, nine of pentacles (reversed), judgement. travel, new beginnings, manifestation.
songs · shrike by hozier. better days by superm. no matter what by polo g.
hey there group one ♡ the simplest way to put it is that everything that you are manifesting is manifesting you as well. the emperor is a card of authority and success, and, here, indicates that what is manifesting you more than anything is wealth and status.
you may be someone who is constantly worried about finances and about what your future holds for you. even as you work hard and manifest, you may think that the life you want is far out of reach.  but there is no need to worry, because this life wants you as much as you want it. a new life is manifesting you - one where you are safe and successful, one where you can travel without worry, one where you do not have to worry about your finances even half as much as you may worry about them now.
for some, you may become successful entrepreneurs or see significant career success. whatever it may be, do not give up or lose hope, because your success is inevitable.
Tumblr media
GROUP TWO
cards · five of pentacles (reversed), death, page of pentacles. wellbeing, happiness, healing.
songs · break my soul by beyonce. umbrella by h&d. crazy eyes by alex mali.
hey there group two ♡you may be at a time in your life where you are followed by loss, financial harship, and mental anguish. every day you wake up hopeful, only to soon be hit by anxiety, worry, or the reality of your living situation. you are in more pain than you can put into words, and you are trying your hardest just to get through each moment. you are barely living.
but peace and wellbeing are manifesting you - peace of mind, mental wellbeing, emotional wellbeing, and, of course, happiness. these things are on their way to you. the only thing stopping them from materialising in your life is the steps that you must take so that they can come towards you. whether this be in the form of therapy or simply deciding you do not want to live your life this way any longer.
yes, simply deciding is enough. because in this way you are indicating to the divine that you are ready for the the things that are manifesting you to finally come towards you. you are not meant to live a life of suffering and struggle, know this much.
Tumblr media
GROUP THREE
cards · nine of cups, queen of pentacles, king of wands. love, freedom, manifestation.
songs · right now by fire from the gods. one and only you by got7 & hyolyn. love story by mariah carey.
hey there group three ♡ love is manifesting you! for some of you this is, of course, romantic love - the kind of love you have been manifesting and praying for and the kind of love story you have always dreamed you will have.
your manifestations have not been in vein, and as much as you are manifesting love, love is manifesting you in turn. this love is one with someone who is your other half. while they are completely different from you, you feel as if they complete you. with them, you can finally reach your full potential - for this love will only add to and enrich your life. this love will set you free and broaden your horizons, in ways that you never expected love to do. especially since the love you have always experienced and seen around you has been love that was wholly limiting and, in many ways, damaging,
for others of you, this love is love for your own life. love for a particular career path or passion. whatever love looks like, and whatever form it takes, it is manifesting you and coming towards you. your life may seem devoid of love at the moment, but it will not be the case for much longer.

Craft vs. Content: Resisting Mediocrity in a Dual-Existence Age
The writer Kyle Chayka recently had a piece in The Guardian called “The Tyranny of the Algorithm: Why Every Coffee Shop Looks the Same.” The article is, as the title suggests, about the way online algorithms have homogenized culture.  One part of the piece that particularly stood out is an exchange Chayka had with Trevor Walsh, who does marketing for a chain of coffee shops: ‘There’s this constant urgency to be producing content. We are constantly feeling like we have to be in people’s phones, be in people’s desktops,’ Walsh said. They had to fill the algorithmic feed. Simply existing as a coffee shop isn’t enough; the business has to cultivate a parallel existence on the internet, which is a separate skill set entirely. ‘It almost feels like, you must have a social media acumen, you must be savvy in this area that is adjacent to your business, but not directly embedded in your business, in order to be successful and visible,’ Walsh continued. Entrepreneurs and creatives of all types find themselves in a peculiar dilemma in the modern age.  Authors, for example, lament the fact that publishers will often only offer book deals to writers who already have established “platforms” (read: followers on FB, IG, Twitter, TikTok, etc.). But to grow their platforms, writers have to constantly be creating content for social media . . . making it difficult to find the time to work on their book. Some already-popular authors try to circumvent this catch-22 by hiring a social media manager, or a whole team of them. But that still requires these writers to spend less time and energy being creative and more time and energy being supervisors. And new and would-be authors can’t justify hiring a hype girl to promote their persona online.  Businesses and creators have, of course, always had to pay some attention to pleasing the public and advertising their wares. But there have been times when artists only had to please the whims of a single patron, and the marketing aspect of a modern creator’s job is, for several reasons, qualitatively different now and has arguably never consumed so much of their bandwidth.  The modern writer, artist, or entrepreneur is not only tasked with promoting the final product of their efforts, but sharing inside looks of their art in progress, and even offering tips on how the average viewer at home can improve their own craft.  A chef in 1985 might promote his restaurant by creating a direct mail advertisement — a one-and-done decision. Today, his marketing goes on daily, as he continuously shares videos, pictures, and ideas with the public. Making these posts to social media not only serves as an interruption to his work, but, because of the neurochemical spell inevitably cast by social posting, his focus will be further fragmented as he regularly checks back to see how his posts performed. Modern marketing becomes a feedback loop of concentration-dividing, deep-work-disrupting, creativity-killing distraction.  Our hypothetical chef not only has to promote his food, but has to promote himself, as a personality. While the personalities of artists, authors, and entrepreneurs have always been something in which the public has taken an interest, formerly, it was just a hinted-at backdrop, and the painting, book, or invention largely spoke for itself. Now, creators must share not only their creations, but snapshots of their private lives as well. This selects for, and limits, who will find success in the modern landscape. There is only one set of people who are willing to do the thing, and to talk publicly about doing the thing. As the overlap area on the Venn diagram of these factors is likely much bigger for extroverts than introverts, it’s the former who are much more likely to come to the public’s attention.  The catch-22 facing modern creators — the feeling that you can’t make it unless you promote your work online, but you can’t do good work if your bandwidth is always being siphoned off by the act of promotion — has serious implications for both individual… http://dlvr.it/T1tJ2P

And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed. – Mark 1:35 I’ve come to see that in true Holiness, there is so much to do in God that we can’t do it all. I’ve come to see the need for taking full advantage of the time God gives us from the moment we awake. I’ve come to see that if we make God our all, he’ll be our all. Christ’s life was ministry. So, I’ve come to see the necessity of “Being About Our Father’s Business” from the moment we awake (Luke 2:49). The scriptures say that within Christ’s three years of ministry, “There are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen” (John 21:25). I never read that Christ said that he was bored. In the Acts of the Apostles, I never read that from any of them. However, I did read that Christ was too engaged in ministry to eat, where he said to his disciples’ urging of him to eat: “I have meat that you know not of” (John 4:31-32). I can recall that before wholly coming into God, boredom was a situation. I used to find myself bored from time to time, but in Christ, God has too much for us to do in this dying world. Boredom is no longer a factor. Truly coming into Christ is a life where GOD HAS YOUR LIFE PLANNED! IT IS A LIFE WHERE ALL WE MUST DO IS BELIEVE. The belief entails obedience, faith, and trust, or reliance on God. The faith is the action but is also the humbling of ourselves throughout our following God. The obedience is the receiving, believing, and trusting God’s word or instructions and commands to us. These great reads would also assist one in this endeavor. About MY Father’s Business showcases how others in God’s word came into God’s divine will for their lives. It establishes and illustrates his means of bringing one wholly into what He has for them. And Enduring To The End is an inspiring title to compliment one’s endeavor of fulfilling a momentous purpose. It empowers one toward excellence, to achieve, and to be great. From the moment you awake, set your heart upon what you were given life by God to do (Ecclesiates 3:21; 12:7). One can purchase these titles here:

Habits That Successful Entrepreneurs Do
Healthy habits and success go hand-in-hand for entrepreneurs. High achievers know they should prioritize making the most of every day and being intentional with their actions. A common question people ask about an entrepreneur’s success is, “How did you get so successful?” Most people would tell you that minor improvements in your business can lead to significant results. Similarly, forming habits can help transform your life.
One of the most important factors people can consider when developing habits is the consistency of their actions. According to research, it can take up to 66 days for some routines to become automatic. This is why entrepreneurs must regularly practice daily habits to help them handle various business challenges.
Reading
It takes a lot of work to keep up with the various tasks that come with running a business, so you must prioritize reading. According to Warren Buffett, reading can help build up knowledge. He believes it can help people develop their skills and improve their lives. Books can stimulate one’s creativity and provide insight into the business. Before bed, a good book can help you fall asleep quickly and unwind after a long day.
Daily Routine
A routine can help you get through the day more efficiently, as it can prepare your body and brain for what’s next. It can also help improve various aspects of one’s health, such as sleep and stress levels.
Listen To Uplifting Music
Every day, we all have a favorite song that we can sing along to, which can help us feel happy and motivated. Studies show that music can help people lower their stress levels and improve productivity.
Plan Each Day
Successful entrepreneurs know that they should always be ready for the next day. Having the necessary preparation can help them feel more confident and productive. Instead of rushing to get everything done in the morning, entrepreneurs should plan their day. A good night’s preparation can help you start your morning with a game plan. It can help you set goals and ensure everything is done on time.
Meditate
It’s important for entrepreneurs to be able to think critically and make essential decisions consistently. Practicing meditation can help them improve their clarity and increase their focus. According to studies, regular meditation can improve memory, executive function, and visual-spatial processing.

I've interrupted my reading of Foucault, because I finally got to the line about schools, hospitals, factories, prisons all being basically like prisons. More seriously, reading Foucault is fairly difficult, especially since I'm not reading in my native language. Rewarding enough to be worthwhile, I think, but I needed a break. As such, I moved onto some light reading.
23 Things They Don't Tell You About Capitalism is a book by Ha-Joon Chang which told me a lot of things that I had, in fact, been told about capitalism. Perks of talking to and reading socialists, I suppose. That said the general backlash against neoliberal Free Market economics since 2008, of which the book is a part, has penetrated even into non-socialist circles.
The book is generally well-written. In a sort of academic benign condescension, the concepts are heavily simplified without feeling offensive to the reader's intelligence. Part of this is because economics is relatively vulnerable to simplification (as Chang notes, 95% of it is deliberately making simple ideas look complicated), but I think a lot of it has to be attributed to writing ability. A bit of humor goes a long way, it keeps readers feeling like they are in on the joke. I am looking forward to reading his books with a narrower and deeper focus on development economics.
One of the claims that ties together a lot of Chang's arguments is that an institution (and in particular the institution of a company) is in fact an extremely valuable object. He claims more developed organization is a significant part of why workers in rich countries are so much more economically productive than workers in poor countries. This organization, as described by Chang, seems to consist largely in the classification of workers and the establishment of functions independent of those occupying them, integrating labor into a smooth machine rather than a loose collection of parts. Or maybe I'm just reading that into the book because I was reading Foucault before.
This immense value of institutional organization is in contrast to education, which is often claimed to explain apparent differences in productivity, but which Chang says is not particularly important economically. Now, this does not mean he opposes education, he just thinks it should be pursued on its own merits rather than as an economic intervention. This actually lines up pretty well with the flaws I've seen in the European further education orthodoxy, the attribution of increasingly absurd supposed effects of education in the absence of any measurable improvements, because under European orthodoxy everything must be justified purely by reference to the economy. At one point, I saw a planning document that claimed investment in adult education will reduce unemployment by promoting entrepreneurship among learners, which is a truly impressive misunderstanding of the nature of every single concept involved.
On the topic of entrepreneurship, Chang sees it as basically a symptom of the lack of institutional organization. Entrepreneurs are an extremely economically inefficient way of managing, well, basically anything. They mostly lack the resources (capital or information) to engage in planning, and as such are prone to "market failure". The market may be useful as a form of communication in places where complexity is unavoidable, but the economy is run more through planning than it is through markets, and for good reason. Chang is narrowly skeptical of central planning, not skeptical of planning more broadly.
Chang is a non-crank academic who is actively hostile to one of the more prestigious branches of his own discipline. Not only does he consider it a fraud upon the public, he also says that to as wide a lay audience as he can find. This is a rare but definite type within academic circles. Internal hostility itself is common (as anyone who has academic friends or family likely knows) but the public dissemination is rarer. Despite the protection that tenure may offer, the scientific community is very much capable of retaliating against traitors. But even those who would not fear retribution will refrain from open criticism for fear of damaging their discipline more than they will heal it. Some of the other rhetorically skilled representatives of this type that I know of are Sabine Hossenfelder and Stephen Jay Gould.

The Secret Neuroscience of Millionaires: How They Think and What You Can Learn From Them
Here is best method for magnet your money click here----->> https://tinyurl.com/magnet-the-money
Even if you’re not a millionaire, learning how to think like one can help you make more money and be more successful overall. The best part about millionaires is that they aren’t any different from the rest of us. Research has found that the same parts of their brain light up when they think about money as ours do when we think about something we love or are afraid of — meaning that your brain works just as well as theirs! Learn more here!
Introduction
In his book Mindset, Stanford professor Carol Dweck details the two mindsets that people have when it comes to success. The first is a fixed mindset, where people believe their talents are carved in stone and that they can’t change. The other is a growth mindset, where people believe they can grow their abilities with hard work, even if they start out less talented than others. People who adopt this approach experience something called mastery-induced pleasure, which includes four components:
1) thrill of victory;
2) sense of progress;
3) elevation from mastery;
4) fearlessness about failure
For those with the fixed mindset, these are highly distressing because these feelings suggest you’re not as good as others or that you’ve peaked. People who adopt a growth mindset don’t find these feelings unpleasant because they understand them as evidence that they’re improving or at least moving forward in some way.
The Science of Decision Making
Decision making is a major challenge for many people, and the more you know about how decisions are made, the better off you’ll be. Research has shown that the part of your brain called the amygdala holds tightly to bad memories while letting go of good ones.
How Emotions Affect Your Decisions
Your emotions are powerful, but they’re not always rational. If you want to make good decisions, it’s important to understand how your emotional state can affect your decision-making process.
Start by deciding what you want to achieve. Write down what you want the outcome of this particular decision to be — a short sentence that expresses your desired outcome in as few words as possible.
Now think about how you feel about achieving this goal. Are there any feelings that come up when you think about achieving this goal?
If there are feelings, what are they? Now rate the intensity of those feelings on a scale from 1 to 10. Where is number 1 on the scale? Where is number 10 on the scale?
The Power of Visualization
Sometimes it’s not about the work you put in, but the work you put in to prepare for success. Visualization is a powerful technique that millionaires use every day to mentally rehearse their way to success. In his book, Rich Dad Poor Dad (a must-read for entrepreneurs), Robert Kiyosaki tells us to see it, feel it, believe it. Psychologists who study visualization say that when we visualize ourselves achieving our goal, we are more likely to accomplish our goal than if we don’t. After all, our brains can’t tell the difference between what we see with our eyes and what we imagine in our mind! When millionaire athletes visualized themselves winning Olympic gold medals or heavyweight boxing championships, they were as successful as those athletes who actually trained.
Setting and Achieving Goals:
Setting goals is an important step to achieving your dreams. Without a destination in mind, it can be difficult to know which path to take. Below are some tips for setting achievable goals that will help you stay on track with your plan and achieve success.
-Set realistic goals
-Create a timeline
-Break up your goals into manageable pieces
-Stay motivated by celebrating each small success as you move towards your larger goal
-Celebrate milestones when you reach them
-Learn from past mistakes
Overcoming Adversity:
You may have heard that the rich get richer while the poor get poorer. This is true, but it’s not the whole story. The truth is that wealth inequality starts from an early age.
Conclusion:
This is the conclusion. The secret neuroscience of millionaires is that they think differently than other people, which is why they are so successful. If you want to be successful, start thinking like a millionaire. Consider what it would be like if your paycheck doubled overnight; how would you react? When you finish reading this post, try telling yourself it’s $100 instead of $20. Would it change anything about how much time you spend on the blog post? Or what if your income jumped from six figures to seven figures? It’s not that hard to get ahead; all it takes is small changes in your mindset. But no matter where your mind falls on this spectrum, there are tips below that can help shift things in a positive direction — check them out!

Best Selling Short Manga Series of All Time
The thing about the Manga Industry is it just keeps growing every year. Even if you are not a frequent manga reader, you surely must have heard of some of the most famous manga. One Piece, Demon Slayer, etc have been made into one of the best anime, and everybody knows that these are adapted or made from manga.
Tumblr media
It is also known that manga or their adaptations are very lengthy stories that take a huge amount of time to cover as there will be hundreds of episodes to get to an end. Even for avid readers or watchers, sometimes it would have become boring or it might just be too much to take in. And for starters, it might even be unbearable for them to start a series that long.
So, to not be overwhelmed by the length, it is best recommended for starters to read the short manga. Unlike traditional manga, these short stories can even be covered in just one sitting for most readers and they are quite refreshing.
Here are some of the best short manga to read:
Giganto Maxia by Kentaro Miura
Kentaro Miura is one of the greatest mangaka of all time. He became famous due to his epic dark fiction work Berserk. While Berserk is a long manga loved almost immediately by anyone who reads it, Giganto Maxia is a short manga that is nowhere near the epic of Berserk. Still, it is one of the best short manga of all time.
Readers who have read Berserk usually might not like this manga as the expectations will be very high knowing it came from the same mangaka. But, keeping your expectations low while starting to read this manga is recommended. This manga is one of the best works of Miura in terms of art.
Coming to the story is set on Earth, 100 million years after the Great Destruction. The life on this Earth hangs on survival with humans, demi-humans, and massive creatures roaming the Earth. As the Empire of Olympus is using colossal beasts to crush their enemies, only Gladiator Delos, mystic Prome, and the Titan Gohra are the hope to stop a massive genocide.
2. Dororo by Osamu Tezuka
Set in the Warning States period in Japan, Daigo Kagemitsu, a local lord with an ambition to rule the world, promises to deliver 48 of his body parts to demons to fulfill his dream. When a boy is born, he delivers his son’s body parts to the demons and throws him in the river. The boy is named Hyakkimaru and he later goes on a journey to kill the demons and regain his body parts. In the middle of the journey, he is met with a young thief named Dororo and together they go through their own arcs.
While, it has been remade into a TV series and other mediums of great length, the original book by Osamu Tezuka is a short anime consisting of only 4 volumes. It is definitely one of the must read short manga series.

Can Your Startup Go Green and Still Make Green? The Must-Read Guide for Eco-Conscious Entrepreneurs
Tumblr media
The push towards sustainability is no longer a niche trend but a core component of modern business strategy. For startups, embracing green practices isn't just about fulfilling corporate social responsibility; it's a strategic move that can set you apart in a crowded marketplace. Consumers today are more informed and more discerning about where they spend their money. They seek out brands that reflect their values, with sustainability high on their list of priorities. But how can startups navigate this shift towards eco-friendliness? Let's explore.
Embedding Sustainability into Your Business Model
The first step towards a green transformation is to integrate sustainability into the very fabric of your business model. This means rethinking how your product or service impacts the environment and finding innovative ways to reduce this impact. Start by assessing your supply chain. Can you source materials that are more sustainable? Are there ways to reduce waste in your production process? This isn't just about making your business greener; it's about making it more efficient and cost-effective in the long run. A key strategy here is to emphasize sustainability during recruitment. Bringing on team members who are skilled and share your commitment to the environment can drive your sustainability agenda forward. These individuals usually bring fresh ideas and excitement for green initiatives, making your team stronger and more aligned with your eco-conscious mission.
Green Branding Is More Than Just a Marketing Gimmick
How do you make your startup stand out in a market where every other company claims to be "green"? The answer lies in authentic green branding. This goes beyond slapping eco-friendly labels on your products. It's about living and breathing sustainability in every aspect of your operation and communicating this commitment transparently to your customers. Tell your sustainability story through your marketing channels. Share the specifics of how your products are made, the sustainable materials you use, and the steps you take to minimize your carbon footprint. Customers crave honesty and are more likely to support brands beyond surface-level sustainability commitments.
Efficiency - The Heart of Sustainability
At the core of any successful sustainability strategy is efficiency. For startups, this means doing more with less—less energy, less waste, and less cost. But how can you achieve this? Start by optimizing your operations for energy efficiency. Simple steps like switching to energy-saving lighting and equipment can drastically reduce energy consumption and lower utility bills. Next, look at your resource use. Are there raw materials you can recycle or repurpose to minimize waste? Implementing a circular economy model, where every output is reused or recycled back into the production cycle, can dramatically decrease your environmental footprint while saving money. Technology is key to enhancing efficiency. For instance, adopting desk booking software in your office maximizes your physical space and reduces the need for a larger, energy-consuming office. Such software enables flexible work arrangements, allowing employees to reserve workspace when needed, thus promoting a more dynamic and environmentally friendly use of office resources.
Building a Sustainable Supply Chain
A truly sustainable startup looks beyond its immediate operations, scrutinizing the entire supply chain for opportunities to reduce environmental impact. This journey starts with choosing suppliers who prioritize eco-friendly practices and materials. However, the challenge doesn't stop at selection; maintaining transparency and responsibility throughout the supply chain is crucial. To achieve this, startups should invest in technologies that provide real-time visibility into supply chain operations, allowing them to track the environmental footprint of their products from start to finish. Blockchain technology, for instance, can play a pivotal role in ensuring the authenticity of green claims by providing an immutable record of a product's lifecycle. Engaging in partnerships with suppliers who are committed to sustainability can also lead to innovations in product design and packaging, reducing waste and improving recyclability. By actively collaborating with your supply chain, you can identify areas for improvement, share what works, and collaborate towards a more sustainable future.
Engaging Your Community - A Catalyst for Change
Sustainability isn't a solo mission; it requires the engagement and support of a wider community. Startups have the unique opportunity to lead by example, inspiring their employees, customers, and local communities to adopt more sustainable practices. Alredered is Celebrating Read Across America Day To-day.
MARCH 01, 2024
A Proclamation on Read Across America Day, 2024
HOME
BRIEFING ROOM
PRESIDENTIAL ACTIONS
I have always believed that America’s children are the kite strings that keep our national ambitions aloft — the more we do today to spark their curiosity, their confidence, and their imaginations, the stronger our country will be tomorrow. The key to developing young learners into engaged, active, and innovative thinkers is instilling in them a love of reading at an early age. Reading is the gateway to countless skills and possibilities — it sets children on the path to a lifetime of discovery. On this Read Across America Day, we celebrate the parents, educators, librarians, and other champions of reading who help launch our Nation’s children on that critical path.
Once a passion for reading takes hold in a young person, the benefits extend far beyond the classroom. Reading broadens our perspective, introduces us to new worlds, cultures, and languages, and cultivates our sense of empathy and understanding of other people’s experiences and views. Reading informs us, empowers us, and teaches us the lessons of history. It helps us make sense of the world as it is — and inspires us to dream of what it could be. Studies also show that reading improves our memory, helps us become better problem solvers, and even reduces the chance of developing cognitive disorders such as Alzheimer’s down the road. And with the right book in hand, reading can nourish not only our minds, but our souls.
The First Lady often observes that “any nation that out-educates us will out-compete us.” She is absolutely correct. Literacy is essential to finding a good-paying job, advancing in your career, and carving out your place in the middle class. Reading proficiency is what makes us a Nation of innovators and entrepreneurs — a Nation capable of building and growing a dynamic 21st century economy. Reading comprehension is also what allows us to discern fact from fiction — a critical skill at all times, and especially so in the midst of a global pandemic, when the health and safety of our loved ones could very well depend on determining the veracity of what we read.
According to Department of Education estimates, more than half of United States adults (54 percent) between 16- and 74-years of age lack proficiency in literacy, reading below the equivalent of a sixth-grade level. Illiteracy incurs a massive economic toll on our economy, and keeps not just individuals, but our entire Nation, from reaching our full potential. By every calculation, reading matters to our shared quality of life.
For countless Americans, the path to literacy begins with story time in their school classroom. That is one of many reasons why my Administration is providing support to States and communities to help them create the conditions for students to return to safe, in-person learning as quickly as possible. We must ensure that all of our children receive the high-quality instruction and essential classroom time they need to learn and grow. It is a national imperative that we minimize the learning loss caused by the pandemic — and address the disproportionate impact that lost time imposes on our most vulnerable students and families.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH R. BIDEN JR., President of the United States of America, by virtue of the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, do hereby proclaim March 2, 2021, as Read Across America Day. I call upon children, families, educators, librarians, public officials, and all the people of the United States to observe this day with appropriate programs, ceremonies, and activities.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this first day of March, in the year of our Lord two thousand twenty-one, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and forty-fifth.
JOSEPH R. BIDEN JR.

The Ultimate Guide to Books on Building Wealth
In the journey towards financial independence and wealth building, knowledge is not just power—it's profit. Understanding the nuances of personal finance, investment strategies, and economic trends can significantly impact your ability to grow and manage your assets. This guide introduces you to the top books on building wealth, each offering unique insights into creating lasting financial success. Whether you're a budding investor, an entrepreneur, or someone looking to revamp their financial health, these books are invaluable resources that promise to guide you every step of the way.
1. "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki
Robert Kiyosaki's "Rich Dad Poor Dad" is a cornerstone in wealth-building literature, challenging conventional wisdom on personal finance. It contrasts the mindsets of two fathers: one, a highly educated but financially unstable man (the "Poor Dad"), and the other, a savvy investor who understands the value of creating passive income and assets (the "Rich Dad"). This book is essential for anyone looking to shift their perspective on money and investment.
2. "The Intelligent Investor" by Benjamin Graham
Benjamin Graham's "The Intelligent Investor" is heralded as the bible of the stock market. Focused on the principles of value investing—a strategy emphasizing investments in undervalued stocks that offer long-term benefits—this book is a must-read for anyone aiming to navigate the stock market's complexities with grace and profitability.
3. "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill
Napoleon Hill's "Think and Grow Rich" goes beyond mere financial advice, delving into the psychological foundation of wealth. Based on Hill's study of over 500 self-made millionaires, the book presents thirteen steps to success that anyone can apply to their lives. It's an invaluable guide for those looking to understand the wealth mindset.
4. "The Millionaire Next Door" by Thomas J. Stanley and William D. Danko
This book reveals that the typical millionaire is not the one flaunting their wealth but the one living right next door who opts for a lifestyle of frugality and disciplined investment. "The Millionaire Next Door" offers insight into the common traits and habits that can lead to accumulating wealth over time.
5. "Your Money or Your Life" by Vicki Robin and Joe Dominguez
"Your Money or Your Life" is a transformative read that encourages readers to look at their relationship with money in a new light. This book provides practical strategies for managing finances in a way that enhances life quality, promoting financial independence and personal fulfillment.
Conclusion
Building wealth is a journey that requires patience, discipline, and, most importantly, knowledge. The books mentioned above offer a solid foundation for anyone looking to understand the principles behind wealth creation and financial success. By applying the lessons learned from these wealth-building manuals, you can set yourself on a path toward financial freedom and security. Remember, the key to building wealth lies not just in making money but in making smart decisions with the money you have. Happy reading, and here's to your financial future!

“CELEBRITY ENTREPRENEUR SHARES INSIGHTS AND JUDGES HARVARD STARTUP PITCH COMPETITION”
(Doanh nhân nổi tiếng chia sẻ hiểu biết và làm giám khảo cuộc thi chào hàng khởi nghiệp ở Harvard”)
DR Le Van Tu-28/01/2024
I read the article “Celebrity entrepreneur shares insights and judges Harvard startup pitch competition” (Work & Economy).
(https://news.harvard.edu/gazette/story/2023/10/kevin-oleary-of-shark-tank-shares-insights-at-hbs-competition/; Sent to me daily by The Harvard Gazette <[email protected];19:04 January 26, 2024).
According to the article, talking about American startups by Kevin O' Leary he said that "The most difficult thing [in entrepreneurship] is not failure, because you will fail. Most entrepreneurs fail many times before achieving success.
That's true. Most people who fail at starting a business do so because of very low personal investment.
There is a saying: personal development must come before business development; Personal development is more important than business development.
According to statistics, for every 100 people who start a business, the failure rate is up to 95%. Most people fail because they lack many things, but the 3 most basic things that startups suffer from are:
1. Startup knowledge, business knowledge
2.Startup skills, business skills
3. Attitude, bravery or emotions in the market (MARKET MARTIAL ARTS. I say it "MARKET MARTIAL ARTS". I have the book "06 PATHWAYS TO STARTUP A SUCCESSFUL " published by  Tong Hop Ho Chi Minh City Publishing, published in 2018, translated into English. Many books are sold on the Vietnamese market.)
And we all know that the  market is very dark, the  market is malignant. Those who exist and who master the market game are sharks, lions, hippos, eagles,... “HERO-WARRIOR” type.
They fought well in the market, they are full of injuries, sometimes they die and come back to life. For example, Donald Trump failed many times, so did Vietnamese billionaires, who fall down a lot.
They were able to stand because after many stubborn fights.
Therefore, the only way to train entrepreneurs to withstand the rigors of the market is always to develop in themselves.
If you have the conditions, train yourself first to have enough MARKET MARTIAL ARTS skills before starting a business. However, this is very difficult for poor students and young people who want to start a business. Often, they have to start a business while constantly studying.
The biggest mistake young entrepreneurs make is not studying or practicing while starting a business.
Look at the boxers in the martial arts arena, they train intensely before stepping into the martial arts arena. Very few martial arts beginners dare step into it.
While doing business on a fierce "battlefield", death is certain for the uninitiated.
Hopefully this article will help American students startups.
