“Stay still.”

You couldn’t help it, it wasn’t exactly comfortable sitting in the lap of someone with full armor on. His deep, slightly crackled voice in your ear was another reason you couldn’t sit still. The cool beskar was pressing on your skin as you heard him let out a deep sigh, causing you to shiver slightly. “You said you wanted to try this with someone... Why not me?” He asked softly. You could feel his eyes burning through your skin, staring into your soul. You hesitated to answer as your eyes wandered over to the blaster on the floor and the Amban sniper rifle still attached to his back. This man was indeed dangerous, your brain scrambled with thoughts of how many ways this man could kill you. But instead, he chose to grab you by the hips and put you in his lap. Another sigh, this one a sigh of comfort, comes from his voice filter, his gloved hands rubbing your hips with a gentleness you never knew Mandalorians had.

“You won’t be trying this with anyone else.” He ordered, his voice still soft as not to wake the Child.

Anywho, mind the intro, if you haven’t done anything for Ghost within the courting series yet…

Imagine Ghost as a feline of sorts, like.. a black panther or a lion. Just a silly little guy. He’d be the type of cat that’s got that judgemental look until they see their favourite person and their eyes get all big.

Type of guy that loves to wrestle for play, and provides food/gifts for his S/O. Typical dead mouse on the doorstep type of gift.

He wouldn’t be much into physical contact, but god would he melt when his chin is scratched of his ears are gently rubbed. And rather than holding hands, he’d constantly have his tail wrapped around your arm or leg. The small purrs he would emit but deny.

Just a silly little guy all together, got that rescue cat energy to him<3

Black Panther Ghost Courting Headcanons

Ghost does give very much sheltered cat vibes once the two of you are in a settled relationship lol. It was a bit difficult at first because he had a hard time showing affection to you in normal ways. The main indicator of him liking you was on missions, he’d present to you a kill and wait until you said something, especially if it was someone who in turn was going to hurt you. If you praise him he’ll croon but he won’t tell you what the noise means. If you question him on why he brought it he’ll just hum and turn away. After putting the puzzle pieces together it was just him trying to show off that he can protect you.

Once he knows that the two of you are comfortable with each other, it’s practically a mess. Your bed sheets and pillow covers are ripped up from his claws because it’s his way of marking your room as his territory as well. He always apologizes but the smug look in his eyes show that he’s not actually sorry and that the next time you buy new ones, he’ll do it again. Along with that, he’ll curl his tail onto your leg during meetings, or anywhere. To him it’s the easiest way of telling others to back off without actually saying anything. If you try to catch him off guard by grabbing it he’ll smack your hand away and scold you for it later, he can’t be caught lacking in front of the soldiers, he’s got a reputation to uphold.

Ghost is a big fan of training because he always forgets how big and heavy he truly is. Something in his brain switches and he views training as a way to just play and mess around with you. The more you fight back, the more adrenaline he feels. And if he wins he’ll be a good sport about it, of course he takes it seriously for your sake by also giving out pointers. But training always gives him a rush because there really are no hard feelings in it. If your body isn’t too sore by the end of it he’ll allow a break in the comfort of your room, letting you lay on top of his chest as the two of you try to regain your energy. His gross skull mask will be off, but you’ll have to peel the balaclava halfway up if you wanna give him chin scratches. His stubble feels weird but it’s also a part of the charm when he gets comfortable and starts rubbing his face all over you.

It’s cute that when he truly is comfortable he’ll start purring unconsciously, his tail slightly swinging back and forth on the bed. He’ll start kneading at your back, and it’s not until you start giggling does he notice his lovesick behavior, which ultimately makes him stop. If you whine and complain for him to continue, he’ll deny anything even happened and get up to go make tea or something, anything to distract him from how red his face is from being caught. I feel like Ghost is a really petty guy so it’s best to not say anything or he will make sure he never does it in front of you again.

#999 spoilers #art summary #art summery 2023 #my art #shoutout to all my monster high drawings that are still in the oven #I haven't posted them anywhere but! my friends made them pins and I've sold them on cons throughout the year :3 #I only started drawing them as a request from a boothmate actually and they're such fun designs to draw!!!#I went to a lot of local conventions to participate in the artist's alley and made so many friends that way it was wonderful #I think the next thing I'll reblog will be the game I worked on!#found out the nda doesn't cover me simply saying 'hey I worked on this thing coming out in a few months!'#so I made artist and cosplayer friends selling my art on the beach and I got my first proper job #....then I proceeded to give me a shoulder inflammation because my setup was terrible and it had to catch up to me eventually #but! already managed to get a new tablet and desk for myself!! it's even a screen tablet so there'll be a learning curve but I'm excited #I'm hoping this display will make things easier I always had trouble sketching on digital #and I am more carefully taking breaks now also because turns out relying on hiperfocus is bad for you? never knew #I was going through some stuff in the middle of the year there though I had so many vent drawings of akane from may to october qwq #not featured here are the tons of utena and umineko wips I have accumulated those were my favorite new media I got to experience for sure #in fact I'm watching the adolescence movie rn!! what in tarnation is this last act lol whatever! go Anthy go!!! floor it queen #also not featured the tons of oc stuff I made :D I'm glad I feel like I can start properly working on them soon ^^#but yeah that's that I felt like writing a whole diary entry in these tags and you read it and that's what tumblrs all about ♡♥︎

#song of the day #Sleep Token really saving my sanity as we navigate this dark and uncertain time without an upgraded sibling singalong playlist #had to go out into the snow on under two hours' sleep to get groceries #(the farmers' market gave me kefir cheese so any amount of suffering would've been worthwhile but I couldn't know that at the time)#and getting into Nick's car knowing there was music I could request that he could play loud as he wanted and I wouldn't want to cry #I mean blessing isn't even a strong enough term. baking a cake for the Sleep Token guy (his name is Vessel) as we speak #anyway this song sounds incredible in the original and then so odd sung acapella. like singing a bass line just a couple beats repeating #polar opposite of my lady indie covers. a song rendered fully unrecognizable when I wander the house mumbling it to myself #the verses do alright I suppose but the chorus is out of the question. the lyrics are so strong too real gut-punch lines #'and my reflection just won't smile back at me like I know it should / and I would turn into a stranger in an instant if I could #and there is something eating me alive I don't know what it is / maybe not that you conceal your feelings they just don't exist'#the whole song is like that it is so so so good. every new Sleep Token song I hear I'm like oh of course yes I see why these are fic titles #(Sleep Token catching up to Fall Out Boy and Hozier in terms of lines I've seen as fic titles. 2. What's something about your OC that people wouldn't expect just from looking at them?

Aristide is good with animals :) Yes they are a city kid through and through but they like animals, and they have a calm, gentle, unbothered presence that makes cats and dogs relaxed around them. They also feed birds sometimes. Their window ledge is covered in pigeon shit.

5. How far is your OC willing to go to get what they want?

Hmm this question made me feel bittersweet because Ari is mostly motivated by survival. The things they want tend to be pretty mundane and not require a lot of effort. (Saw a cool rock in the market; stole it. Wanted to talk to someone pretty; went over to talk to them.) They are at a transition point in our story where for the first time they're willing to take some significant personal risks toward more long-term goals (namely, they want to continue their relationship with Renata and they are willing to sneak around to get it. Also they want to figure out spells that Maestro Octavian uses to keep them in line, and find ways to counter them.) 14. How does your OC want to be seen by other characters?

Competent and in control. They're an apostate mage with a dark secret, of course their highest priority is appearing to be in control at all times. They also like being seen as attractive, trustworthy, but ultimately sort of forgettable. Makes their job easier.

19. How does your OC behave when enraged?

When they're a little pissed off, they get snappy and sulk. Enraged, though, I think I'm just now starting to learn this. I don't think Ari let themself be truly mad for years and years. They just kind of accepted the various bullshit things that have happened to them. I think their anger could get really big and emotional tbh. Could yell, could get a little spooky. They have a pretty powerful sense of right and wrong, lurking under a lot of "well I can't do anything about it, so it doesn't really matter."

#NOT HORRIBLY ANXIETY-INDUCING AT ALL #and them my mom joined him in stressing me out even more #jesus i am an ADULT in UNIVERSITY leave me alone lmfao???#i was genuinely on a verge of an anxiety attack when i got out of the metro and i spent the day in the local park instead of attending class #and. yeah it’s annoying that i’ll have to catch up on what i’ve missed but i genuinely feel better and ready to go back tomorrow #and anyway. uni is annoying me in general but if i take breaks and walk away when i know i need it i think ill be fine #also im currently in the process of requesting accommodations... gotta book an appointment w my doctor #entries
