I think one of the few times Dust actually laughs - like genuinely really laughs - is when Killer hurts himself. Not like when he's out of control and gets hurt or anything, but just when he like falls over without meaning to or something.

Like 90% of the time he's focused in on his guilt and self hatred and can force himself not to even crack a smile, but every now and then he sees Killer eat shit and it just breaks him

Thinking about Eddie with the kids playing DnD after school at the aforementioned building and getting roped into a game of Truth or Dare even though he’s aware playing a game other than DnD with some nosy kids isn’t a very smart thing to do in the first place.

But Jeff and Gareth are pretty convincing, so there’s that too. Eddie just can’t say no to free lunch for a whole week, now can he? What harm could a game of Truth or Dare do anyways, right?

In hindsight, Eddie should’ve known the universe isn’t going easy on him.

“Eddie, Truth or Dare?” Dustin asks with a huge grin on his face.

That kid is just way too happy about the fact Eddie is participating. It’s a little suspicious.

“Well, I’m no quitter, sooo…” Eddie is stretching the last word, punctuating his decision with a flat hand thumped down on the wooden table, “Dare it is.”

Dustin giggles all excited. “You have to kiss the first person who enters this room on the mouth!”

A chorus of ‘ewww’ and evil laughs with fingers pointing in his direction goes through the round.

Eddie smirks before he shrugs. “Alright, yeah”, he says, fully aware no one will come through these doors since it’s well past school time and no adults are around whatsoever, “If someone walks in here, I’ll do it.” He emphasizes the ‘if’ with a satisfied grin.

Dustin cocks his head, looks at the watch on his wrist and says loud, “three… two… one-“

Suddenly the door bursts open.

“Henderson! What the hell man!? I told you to be outside on time!” Steve’s standing in his usual mom pose, shooting daggers at the kids.

Dustin sighs happily, “always reliable”, before his gaze shifts from Steve to Eddie, still grinning. “No quitter, right, Eddie?”

Eddie sits frozen in his chair, looking at Steve and can’t believe his (bad) luck. He looks at Dustin. “You little shit! You planned this!?” Eddie whisper-shouts accusingly.

Dustin just shrugs triumphantly and makes some gestures for Eddie to get moving.

Eddie gets up abruptly, sending the chair flying back with an uncomfortable screeching sound and more or less stomps around the table, over to where Steve stands.

Now it’s Steve who’s frozen, eyebrows pinching together. “Uh, hey man, you good?” He’s clearly lost of what’s going on.

Eddie wants to get it over with, like ripping off a bandaid and already braces himself to be punched in the face or shoved away. Eddie halts right in front of Steve, who put his hands for safety in front of him, confused as hell.

“Whow, Eddie, wha-“

Eddie quickly grabs Steve by the neck as gently as possible, taking in the confused brown eyes Steve gives him.

“Don’t hate me for this, Big Boy”, he breathes out before leaning in, thinking ‘fuck it’, since it could be his last time with Steve ever again, maybe even losing him as a friend, and seals both of their lips in a soft kiss. Eddie deepens the unresponsive kiss by pressing harder into him, squeezing his own eyes shut in fear of a fist to his face.

To his surprise Steve let’s out a little sound and kisses back-

No wait, what!?

Eddie feels how Steve grabs onto his vest and pulls him closer, licking into the metalhead’s mouth. It was Eddie’s turn now to make a surprising sound, practically whimpering.

When they break apart both of them look flushed, staring into each other’s eyes, completely stunned.

Loud cheering and a chorus of “Fucking finally!” erupts behind them.

Eddie didn’t know if he should be angry with Dustin or relieved the kiss went better than he could’ve ever imagine.

I really, really wish people who don't have the capacity to properly take care of animals would simply accept and acknowledge that about themselves. This isn't even a post of me trying to be mean or judge anyone, I'm sure most people go into getting an animal with good intentions, but intentions and actions are different. If you don't have the time and the space and the care an animal needs, the animal will suffer. The fleeting joy of having a kitten or puppy or anything else doesn't last forever and they aren't toys to be put down and forgotten once you've moved past the inital excitement. If you don't have the ability to properly care for an animal, just accept that and simply admire them from a distance.

#the amount of people i know who flippantly just. buy a random pet with no prior planning or thought #and like its not always outright neglect #you can technically feed and groom a pet get them flee treatments etc but if you lock it outside 24/7 and spend no actual time #like why do you have that animal?#you should not have that aninal #if you have too much in your life to adequately care for one its vetter for YOU and for the animal to not have one #like this little cat is so sweet #actually the sweetest cat ive ever known and my cat tigs has always been a massive sweety already #so its saying something that shes been even sweeter #i mean i brushed her teeth and got matted fur off her and cleaned her eyes and she NEVER bit or scratched me once #shes so quiet and sweet #but the people across the road clearly just left her outside to her own devices her whole life #seemingly no vet checks. didnt feed her properly and i sometimes wonder if at all bc their next door neighbour was feeding her apparently #and he has no pets!! even he knew that shit was wrong #and now shes so sickly and small and malnourished and her teeth are rotting out of her head #and its just like ????#why have her #you could have realized you werent really the type for pets and given her to a shelter #and she would have been adopted 100%#but they kept her all this time but also not really bc its not like she was kept properly at all #its sad she didnt come over here sooner #i wish id had since she was a baby or even a year ago #bc then maybe i could have helped her more #its just so unnecessary. Animals are a privilege not a right.#and again like. go visit your cousin or uncle or sister or friends pet in that case #you might not have the time or ability but you could still enjoy animals wothout directly having one

genuinely one of the things that make me the most sad about s2 is just that dood had paeden/hermie syndrome and was just kinda forgotten until they were plot relevant. like i totally understand why (i can imagine dm npcs in the party are hard to keep track of/dm is more focused on the actual players) but the personification of an unknowable eldritch horror as a young, very impressionable, very unstable teenager who needs to be taught by other very unstable teenagers morals and how to be a human is such an intriguing concept but in the end not much is done with it outside of a few moments. they just kinda exist as a plot device and to restate the theme. and like thats fine, i just mourn what could've been yknow

I’ve had this idea in my head and I’m struggling to write it out, so I’m just gonna share it for now instead!

Okay, but like, imagine Raph getting seriously injured and him and the reader getting into a sort of big argument about it. Cuz of course this tough hard ass would put himself in dangers way to prove a point or even to just blow off steam. He’s gotta be able to show how tough he is, to protect not just New York but his brothers too. It’s already hard enough that he doesn’t feel like an equal in some terms when it comes to them, which means he has to try/fight even harder. At least this is what he thinks and feels till the reader ask him who’s got his back, huh? He’s got everyone else’s but what about him?! Who’s looking out for Raph?! And he’s just, speechless, because he’s never even considered the fact. Never cared about himself that much to be able to lean on others and be vulnerable like that. As much as he wants to be, it terrifies him! So reader gently ask him to make a promise to remember that he’s not alone. That while he has their back, they have his. And while the feeling is new, and weird, and kind of scary, Raph actually finds that he likes the idea, and starts to feel even closer to the reader than he ever has before.

Sabito & Giyuu but Wizard & Dragon. Do u see my vision?

Sabito found newly hatched noodol dragon giyuu as a kid & begged sakonji to keep him. Sakonji was uncertain because there’s no telling (1) what kind of dragon Giyuu will be or (2) how Big he’ll grow up to be (could they keep him in the bathtub ?? The backyard ??) Ultimately, he gives in and lets Giyuu stay (he also gets every book about raising/living with dragons he can find)

While he’s still small, Giyuu likes to drape himself over Sabito’s neck or arm. Occasionally had hidden in his pocket.

(He gets mistaken as a worm many times until he starts to grow)

Y’know how Clifford (Big Red Dog) is too big to fit in the house so he’s just In the yard? That’s Giyuu as an adult. Sabito wakes up & opens his window so Giyuu can greet him every morning <3

(Sabito’s window is about the size of Giyuu’s eye. For size reference)

17 yr old Sabito gets suspended from Wizard School for fighting Sanemi (who also gets suspended)

They had been butting heads for a while and they finally decide to settle it in a fight. In a bathroom. At school. It was mostly a physical fight, a bruise here, a bite mark there but then Sanemi casts a weak lighting spell* that grazed Sabito’s cheek as he tried to dodge. The bolt however hits the ceiling of the room & causes a power outage. A few more punches are thrown before a *fwoosh* is heard & the ceiling corner lights up orange.

*(they hadn’t explicitly stated ‘no magic allowed’ during the fight, and they were already fighting dirty (if the bite mark on Sanemi’s arm is anything to go by) but indoors? you’re gonna fire a lightning bolt at another person who is Not prepared for it indoors? Crazy)

That becomes a permanent mark on their record (Yea causing a power outage & fire in the bathroom isn’t the best look on someone’s record)

They both end up with a restraining order, expelled from the school and get fined for damage to school property.

Shizu & Urokodaki talked while Sabito & Sanemi were healing, they agreed to split the cost of the damages (Sanemi caused it yea but Sabito is also responsible by association (maybe if they weren’t fighting this fire wouldn’t have started))

Urokodaki takes Sabito’s training into his own hands after That,,

#this is what i was referring to in my last post #sometimes ideas will just pop into my head and i will be unable to resist the urge #i missed sprite editing. it had been a while since i last made a person's sprite #anyways her name is Akira and I haven't decided if it's Akira Tomori or Akira Hatano yet #i like both of their surnames a bunch #thinking of her from a scenario where Ayame and Kizuna survive the kg and get together a while afterwards #Akira is adopted. obviously. Her biological parents died in the tragedy she was adopted at around 4-6 years old #doesn't remember how her bio parents where because she was like? 1-2 years old when they died?#being with them in whatever happened that led to their deaths she may have some form of memory problem from the accident(?)#Akira is pretty forgetful and slow on the uptakes. but it's nothing too worrisome #she doesn't actually care that she can't remember her bio parents because the family she has now is much more important to her #she takes more after Kizuna especially in tems of personality (tho definitely not as bad as she used to be in Dra if you know what i mean)#put them in a room together and they will gossip and talk about random shit for hours #she loves Ayame too! they just don't talk a much? Akira used to follow her everywhere when she was a kid but now that she grew up #Ayame being the awkward-ish person she is struggles a bit on how to talk/interact with her #they work out together sometimes and Ayame will always volunteer to listen to Akira play some new song she's writing #and give her opinions on it #as you can see she is a musician. aspiring rockstar specifically #this came to her as a way to vent about the tragedy and all that mess sorta #may ramble more some other time i am getting sleepy #dra #danganronpa another #fankid #hatamori #sprite edit #edit #hyena scribbles #Akira Tomori Hatano
