home's name - cernunnos - is actually a gaelic god? but that feels like a bit of a cop out if i say that. so... probably the greek goddess nemesis. revenge and balance really embody him or the greek god pan.

8. If your OC were to live in some other time period, which era would they be best suited for?

well, considering the like... industrial era of vtdm i think if we threw home into the past around the era of like. the pre-roman influence of britain or the viking age would really work for him.

17. What sort of role do they take on in relationships, either familial, romantic or platonic. i.e. are they a defender, protector, nurturer, etc.

home really does take on a like. a protector role, but also sort of an enabler? he will support those he loves in whatever they do - sometimes it's not necessarily the best call.

for home? physical wellbeing. everything else can be solved after that but if you're in physical danger then... well!

26. If they were to lose the person closest to them, how would they mourn them and how would they handle their grief?

hahahaha. home would be devastated, and handle his grief through action? just constantly Doing Something. and, if it wasn't like a natural cause or was because someone killed them... well... :) home'll absolutely track them down out of a need for vengeance

it's also probably cheating to say kitsune spirits since that was the initial concept for him but my follow up gut instinct would be... odin? odin's desire for knowledge and the length he'd go to for it (ex. hanging himself off yggdrasil)

uhhhhhh. i think the nurturer tbh? kiyosane when he truly like... lets his guard down and cares - all he wants to do is like... be domestic with them? like cook for them and just do house chores together. this extends to familial and platonic dynamics too - he wants to encourage and help people become the best versions of themselves.

after everything that's happened to him so far/the whole toshigoku thing... probably mental? finding that mental safety and that... mental peace and control.

kiyosane would grieve... quietly. everything about him would be quiet. if kiyosane was a 7-8 energy level usually, he'd be like. a 2. he's devastated and constantly drowning in his grief and would really only go through the motions of life. nothing would be as bright as it was before.

What were they thinking?! Vesper looked around trying to figure out where to go from here. They hadn't realized how deep in the forest the building had been. Was it safe to rest here? For all they knew the CER could still be hot on their trail.

No they had to keep going, maybe if they could find another person, or even better an animal, they could show him out to get to an actual town.

They continued to wander aimlessly, trying to listen for anything. But it wasn't much longer before they had to take a seat and rest. And Vesper fell asleep wondering if he'd gotten closer, or father from town...
