About 337.
I found Nacht so amusing in the beginning. “So trash it”. He’s just so done XD And for some reason Vanessa looked really pretty to me in the panel with all the Bulls. But this was also the first time I realized that they had different length capes. Fun little details.
This chapter isn’t yet very informative in larger things, but rather in small little details. Such as Yami’s hate for moths (which has so much comedy potential), and the fact that Hino is living in peace times.
That detail, however, requires some fun facts from samurai culture.
You can see the two katana there on the rack, facing to the left. Now. All Samurai, or Bushi, were right handed. Yes, even if you’re left handed, you would have been wielding a swords as if you were right handed. And as a result of which, if the country is living in peace times you’d place the swords on the rack towards the left, so that it’s more difficult to draw the sword. While if you were living in war times, and there might be a reason to draw a sword quickly, you’d place the tsuka (the handle) to the right for an easier draw.
A fun little detail I hope is deliberate.
But another curios thing I took from the chapter is that Ryu’s eyepatch looks a lot like Yami’s tsuba (hand guard on the katana handle).
One might think that it’s just because tsuba are like that, but unfortunately not. They come in a lot of different shapes, sizes and weights, and a one way to really customize your katana to look your own, or even affect the qualities, by making the weight concentrate more towards the handle.
But before I dwell too much into that, I’ll just say that it’s another curious detail, which most likely adds up to nothing.
I’m just excited to learn more of the world Tabs has built

Then I looked around and saw Han Sooyoung dangling her legs while sucking candy.
I scolded Han Sooyoung, "Is it delicious?"
"Strangely, I've been craving something sweet lately. Do you want to eat?"
Han Sooyoung didn't wait for my answer and shoved the candy she was holding into my mouth.
It had a lemon flavour. I ate the candy and Han Sooyoung looked at me quietly. "By the way, that's what I was eating."
"So?"
"…You are really no fun."
Han Sooyoung slid down from the shoulder of the giant soldier and landed on its palm. I looked around and everyone also had a candy in their mouths, even Yoo Joonghyuk.
Okay, first off, Joonghyuk standing around eating candy with the rest of the gang? Absolutely everything I could ever want. Adorable and wholesome and hilarious.
Secondly? Dokja? My bro? My guy? My dude?
IT'S CALLED AN INDIRECT KISS YOU OBLIVIOUS SQUID!

I watched Anna Croft's quivering small head and felt a strange sense of triumph... I didn't know why I wanted to bully this person every time I met her.
- says KDJ, as he repeatedly told us she betrayed YJH during scenario 46 in a past regression like it was The Blasphemy.
Of course, KDJ. The strong power of the Denial Wall, for sure.

Chapter 337: Closer (Pt. 2)
“It’s a lovely night, isn’t it?” Michael asked as he and Helena strolled slowly under the night sky.
“It is,” Helena replied. “It must be nice to be away from the responsibilities of the palace for a few days.”
“You have no idea,” Michael said. “My father expects a great deal from me.”
“Which doesn’t leave you much time for a personal life, I’m sure,” Helena said.
“No, unfortunately not,” Michael said. “But my father has the best of intentions, I assure you. He wants to make certain that I’m prepared when the time comes for me to take the throne.”
“That must weigh on you a great deal,” Helena said. “It’s such a huge responsibility.”
“Indeed,” Michael said. “But then, I was born for it, wasn’t I? It’s not like I have a great deal of choice when it comes to my destiny.”
“I suppose not,” Helena replied. “But I admire you for your dedication.”
“Well, I try to remember that, while my position carries many demands, it also affords me unique opportunities to be of service to others,” Michael said. “That’s what being Prince of Weston is all about, according to my father.”
“He sounds like a very wise man,” Helena said.
“He is,” Michael said, nodding. “I only hope I can live up to his example. He’s done so much for Weston that I sometimes doubt I could ever be his equal.”
“Perhaps you should look at it differently,” Helena said. “Think less about being his equal and more about being your own man. Your own kind of prince. There are no rules that demand you do things exactly the way he does, after all.”
Michael smiled, and Helena turned away, suddenly self-conscious.
“Please forgive me, your highness,” she said. “I didn’t mean to speak out of turn.”
“You’re not,” Michael replied, gently. “I truly appreciate your words, and please … call me Michael.”
“Well, Michael,” she said, turning back to face him. “I’m afraid it’s getting late. I’ve had a wonderful time this evening, but I should probably call for my driver.”
“I wouldn’t hear of it,” Michael replied, shaking his head. “I’d be happy to drive you.”
Helena smiled.
“I’d like that very much,” she said.
