Remade her school uniform. She’s a water elf whose still new to using her powers. Swim team captain. She’s very cautious and uses her water powers to keep herself safe.

Eve (Before Reborn into an angel)

Experimented on, so lots of bandages and she also can’t see in her other eye. Xavier use to do her hair and put red bands in them.

Eve (Current)

Eve is know a guardian Angel and she’s always looking after the city and makes people into ghosts to help their loved ones.

Phantom

Conductor and composer of the most beautiful classical music and is actually well known. Wears a lot of Victorian like clothing.

Cindy

Represents fairytale and happy like dreams. Less people have been having them tho and she doesn’t know why.

Magy

Actual reaper and has more gothic elements. She’s also an assassin because Neon City has lots of those because it’s Neon City.

Maybe Clover & Phantom? Both being X's minions but with completely different goals and opposite feelings about their job, there's potential for some interesting dynamics.

Ohhh.. I personally think they suck at socializing and/or expressing themselves. But that doesn't mean they don't want to talk to each other. They're good when it's work-related, but outside of work, it's just...

Phantom thinking about how cool Clover is when it comes to balancing tasks and such. He forms long ass essays in his brain but ends up not blurting anything and just staring at her.. in a really, really eerie way that makes her worry (he has no intention. He doesn't even know he looks scary unless someone tells him.) But Clover also admires him in the same way.. just not too obvious since her visor covers her eyes and stuff.

Dunno, I thought it was kind of funny to think about them like that. But despite the interaction struggles, they're close enough to consider themselves good friends. 👍

i like the idea of raimu and phantom being kinda representing different aspects of death

like phantom is the spiritual death. the memories of deceased ones disappearing, works of art being forgotten, cultural artifacts decaying and falling apart, etc

meanwhile raimu is the physical death. the gross decomposition stuff, the worms and bugs eating away the decaying flesh, the sun dried bones

time for some gw headcanons since we're fixated again (under the cut)

Phantom only really likes food that's rather bland in taste. he doesn't mind some sweet / spicy things, but he'd rather play safely. (he also has a ridiculous spice tolerance but refuses to eat really spicy things regardless)

X is a metalhead.

Nova, when corrupted, tried to justify his actions by believing he was doing everything for the greater good, and the better for his Faction. Obviously he was wrong, and even after he was freed he spent quite a while trying to break from that mentality.

Everyone who was corrupted has some form of PTSD from it.

Sylph once made a tornado upon accident after sneezing.

X, Clover and Phantom have dubbed themselves the three Mixgeteers (X's idea, required some persuasion for the others)

Phantom once tried to teach Bones how to cook. He needed to buy a new hob after that.

Ellyn has ridiculous impulses. She once adopted a snake and it freaked out the other lunatics. (William Snakespeare reference)
