yes but more with my arms/shoulder... and knees too ya

my orthopedist said my ligaments are too stretchy so if I move too hard then I fuck myself up

oh is that what this is all about! i hope u don’t have to do work that requires u to contort urself or smth that sounds like it’d be an ordeal every day
