favorite thing about him: his height. i'm not kidding, having such a badass strong male main character be just a Smol Boi is amazing to me, and it's the first time i see it in such a complicated character. not to mention it goes really well with my hc that he's trans, so FUCK YES SHORTY BABY.

least favorite thing about him: his clean freak habits if i absolutely have to pick something?

random headcanon: his kink is to be called yours in bed. like he wants to feel owned, not in a sub/sex slave kind of way (although at times that too) but just in a general wanting to be wanted way, yk? dude was born in secret and hidden in a brothel until his mom died, then harshly trained and given up by kenny when he was deemed strong enough, then everyone he loved died like flies around him. i think he longs to belong to someone who wants him bad enough to never want to let go, and ofc i think that someone is hange (+/- erwin).

unpopular opinion: he's a huge bottom. idk if it's really unpopular, but i see sooooo many fics with him being a top and i could see it happening in a certain setting, but that's not my main idea of him, esp not in the beginning of a relationship. i think it would take months for hange (+/- erwin) to make him feel confident enough in his feelings and skin to try it, and i absolutely love to imagine him being so flustered about it first because he's so out of his comfort zone taking the reigns during sex.

song i associate with him: castle of glass by linkin park. i already told you how levihan that song is, but i initially thought of post-caon levi when i first heard it. he's got nothing left and he's nothing but a broken shell (in his mind, anyway) in a broken world, which is very close to the lyrics and general tone of that song imo

favorite thing about him: he's a dreamer, which makes him smart not only in the traditional sense and his strategic abilities, but also in the sense that he's driven by hope and curiosity. he's inquisitive but cautious, he's thirsty for knowledge and driven by it even when he's shaking with fear and that's something i understand, love and admire in any character/person.

least favorite thing about him: he was a bit too whiney in early episodes, which is why it took me a while to like him.

random headcanon: he has a crush on hange! erwin was a mentor and he admired him as a strong and smart leader, but hange is a different kind of smart and i can easily imagine armin falling for their giant brain. i hc that armin spent a lot of time with them in their lab exchanging theories about the world outside, once he overcame his initial fear of how intense they can get. when hange appoints him next commander before their sacrifice, it betrays a deep connection the two of them must have had during the time gap (one more reason to hate it in my love/hate relationship to it btw!), when hange must have been preparing him for the position for years (and i absolutely love to imagine a flustered armin trying to follow hange's train of thoughts and lessons while trying to hide his hearteyes for them hehe)

unpopular opinion: i don't think him and annie fit well together at all. i agree that they had feelings for each other bc it's canon so i can't really argue with it, but i don't see them making it in a healthy relationship in post canon. feel free to send me armin x annie fics to change my mind?

Sometimes I laugh at the idea of Eren and Levi going on a typical first date in canon or AUs. Don’t get me wrong, I find it cute whenever they have romantic candlelit dinners or stroll together holding hands in fanfics, but for me, their ideal first date would most likely involve picking bar fights with several random assholes who have the gall to make fun of their relationship, looking all smug and murderous like the bamfs they actually are lol.

I write headcanons not fics or one shots, if that's what you're looking for I'm sure someone out there will do it

I won't write headcanons with potentially triggering topics such as any kind of abuse or death

there's also some topics that I just don't know enough about to write on accurately, including certain cultures, disorders, etc etc

I don't do nsfw requests. maybe slight spice but nothing explicit yknow

there's some ships and characters that I won't write for. I won't write for ereri and I won't write for floch (unless it's slander)

I don't do angst I prefer writing crack or funny hcs

I can ignore a request for any reason, I'm not obligated to do them

unless I can come up with at least 5 or more headcanons for a request, I won't do it because I just don't have enough ideas for it

Thank you very much for enjoying them <3 And sure, it wouldn’t be fair to leave Ereri out, they deserve their fun quarantine time together too haha. So here are a couple of hcs… I hope you enjoy these too.

Eren is very happy that he got stuck with Levi out of all people. He’s always hungry for more when they spend time together, so it’s great for him to have Levi for himself only with no one else in their world for some time. Eren would actually feel kind of sad when they could start meeting up with other people, because he really enjoyed this state of them being alone together.

Levi makes sure that Eren calls his mom every single day though. So it’s not like Eren gets to ignore the entire world while he’s with Levi…

Levi is a good influence on Eren: he’s the only person that Eren can be somewhat productive with during the quarantine. He helps him out a lot, and he doesn’t need to be reminded to clean up and wash dishes. His self-discipline is much better when he’s with Levi.

Levi thinks it’s fortunate that he got stuck with Eren for this exact reason. He doesn’t mind taking care of a huge man-child (at times he enjoys it a lot), but it’s also nice to have some help around the house.

Eren is also a good influence on Levi, because he has too much energy that needs to be taken care of (thanks for making him not apathetic, Levi). So they’re more likely to go jogging and train by themselves alone in their home when they’re together.

There’s also another type of activity they indulge in often when trying to take care of Eren’s energy. Yes, they have a lot of sex. Sometimes Eren feels like Levi indulges him more than usual lately… as the result, Eren ends up doing a lot of things he thought he wasn’t allowed to do before.

When they had an opportunity to go out for the first time in several months, Eren couldn’t resist the temptation to touch Levi while they were on a parking lot of some random supermarket, hiding behind someone else’s car. They went quite far that time.

Levi isn’t used to buying stuff (especially food) on the internet, so Eren introduced him to a whole new world. Levi would still prefer to buy everything by himself, but given the situation, he patiently sits beside Eren and tells him what he needs to buy. Sometimes he points on the screen and grumbles about Eren not understanding what he’s asking him to buy.

At first, Eren was hesitant to show Levi his favourite movies, for some reason he thought Levi wouldn’t like them. But after some time he gave up and decided to watch all of his favourite stuff with him. Although he ended up just staring at Levi all the time, while Levi was watching a movie like a good boy.

i just realized that all your annons literally wake up everyday to choose pain. like i thought i was finally over 132 but nooooo. I chose pain too by answering those anons. I choose pain everyday. Pain literally drives every fic I have ever written because I do not think I would have even been writing the fluff I do write if 132 didn’t happen man. 

All the Levihans chose pain. Let’s admit it. We didn’t have to get this hyperfixated to the point of brainrot on this couple. Maybe we could have like gone for a ship which actually has people who are still alive like... Aruani, Jeankasa or ereri 

But here we are. Anyway to answer your questions. 

If junior high is what life aot characters would have without all the titan and war shit - is that literally making levihan canon? 

Dude, have you watched AOT junior high? Levihan was literally canon there. I haven’t completed the manga yet but from the episodes I watched in the anime, they are literally always together and if my moots are correct, LEVI WOULD BAKE HANGE COOKIES. And apparently Levi’s cookies are so good that Nanaba had to beg Levi for the recipe. And Hange or (I’m not sure if it was Hange) made that passing comment saying “Loving someone makes them good at cooking” or along those lines man. 

So aren’t they canon? Tbh, I really think they are canon. Sure, they didn’t reach the endgame but like I feel like those who just don’t see it are supporting some other agenda.

(Okay fine, my sister isn’t necessarily an anti but she thinks they’re like siblings but she’s an anime only so I’m sure when 115, 126 and 132 drop as episodes more people will think this is canon)

also what are your fav junior high LH headcannons?

Disclaimer: I am not caught up in the manga (or the anime either) because I’m saving this manga as my recovery mode after the anime breaks my heart in half. Lemme just drop some hcs on junior high and high school Levihan 

They’re childhood friends and neighbors. Like not necessarily close but they have known each other for as long as they can remember which makes them generally less hesitant with trusting one another

Hange is the lovable yet annoying nerd who asks too many question in class and reminds the teacher of pop quizzes but she’s incredibly smart anyway, top of the class, shares with Armin maybe?

I feel like Levi is a one hit wonder when it comes to grades. He does extremely well in some classes but does extremely bad in others. Not necessarily because he’s dumb or anything but he just never has been grade conscious and a lot of his performance depends on his emotional investment to the subject.

Levi and Hange will make good groupmates, like they would get something out but the compromises they make just to satisfy one another has them making the most unconventional outputs for group projects which the teachers will still grade, because ‘they still got it done? I guess? But that wasn’t what I was expecting)

In pair exams, Levi and Hange may possibly end up submitting an empty paper or half empty paper because they will fight over answers then in the end, with five minutes left, Hange tries to write out what she can.

In lab classes, they end up working together really well but not really because they’re working on purpose. More like Hange, is just incredibly good at labwork, she knows what to look for. She knows how to trouble shoot and she knows how to find back up ways of executing experiments when missing certain materials but she is just incredibly messy so Levi ends up being the one having to make sure the pipettes are clean, all spills are mopped up and all of the glassware are squeaky clean. 

Levi always has the patience to do the double wash method for cleaning glassware in the chem lab which improves accuracy and precision of laboratory tests so Hange appreciates that 

If they do have to argue, it’s because Levi does not agree with her troubleshoot methods and her back up set ups and believes that ‘they should just ask the teacher. which Hange doesn’t agree with because she likes testing new methods. 

Levi likes gardening, cooking and cleaning and does really well in home economics class. Hange ends up asking him for help.  

I’m starting to realize I don’t have much I can think of now beyond what I wrote in Division of Labor. Also, I think this dojin in particular captures my Levihan headcanon for middle school so you can read that (As always please pm me for the link for the translations I made, I don’t like making them public)

Here to bring you some positive(ish) ereri!

A HC: Eren talked to Levi in paths. They finally had that talk which was always alluded to but never shown in the manga. Eren explains why he did what he did, Levi feels bad for not knowing about this sooner because he'd have tried to save him. Eren says it's okay, he's here now, and that's all that matters. As the paths begin to fade Levi asks him to wait, to not leave so soon. Eren smiles and fades away.

A year after this day, Levi gets his first dream of Eren. He had been looking for a place to set up his tea shop, and in the dream Eren appears in a tea shop. They sit down and talk for a bit. Eren asks how he's been doing and how everyone is. After Levi catches him up, he explains that this dream appearance was a 'letter' of sorts, made in the past paths for the people who mattered to him the most. He also adds that Levi will be getting more of these dreams.

Every year, on the same day, Levi gets these dreams. In each dream Eren seems older. Like he's almost living the life he never got to. They talk about everything and nothing, truly becoming friends like they never could have back in the Corps.

When the final dream happens, Levi's tea shop has been up and running for a few years. Eren appears in this dream as a young man in his mid-twenties, entering Levi's tea shop alone. They talk as usual, but there's a sense of heaviness. Levi asks him what the matter is. Eren breaks the bomb- this is the last 'letter' he ever made. Levi wouldn't get anymore dream visits from him.

As Levi struggles to process this, Eren explains that to each person, he showed them what he wanted more of with them. So Armin got dreams of them travelling the world, Mikasa got dreams of them living a quiet peaceful life, like the good old days before the titans breached. He'd already said his goodbyes to them a few years ago, and their dreams of him ended. He was holding on longer to Levi. As long as he possibly could.

"Why?" Levi asks, dumbfounded.

"Haven't you figured it out?"

Eren's fingers brush against Levi's cheek and he leans in closer. "You're really going to make me say it, huh?"

Levi feels his face flush at Eren's contact and words, but he leans in too. It's a surprise, but not necessarily an unwelcome one.

Before their lips can touch, Eren whispers, "We'll meet again. Wait for me."

The kiss might be the shortest one in history. Eren vanishes in seconds, and Levi wakes up. He's going to need a few days to really come to terms with what just happened, but he's filled with a sense of hope.
