a/n omg yes!!! this is so cute! i hope you enjoy this short fluffy drable! also, i’m sorry if this wasn’t what you asked for.

“oh shit,” the green haired male muttered under his breath as he kept on making noises. “you... damn moss head,” the blond muttered but was still deep in slumber. sanji, the l/n’s family guard. though he is quite careless if zoro do said himself. 

‘i’d be a better guard... eh, not like they approved me as one,’ he thought to himself. he finally arrived in front of your door, surprisingly without making another noise despite how he controlled himself from jumping on sanji. 

his fist came in contact to the wooden door. he anxiously waited for you outside, looking around in case the blond suddenly woke up and decide to wander around. you slide the door open, eyes widened at the person standing before you.

“zoro?! what are you doing here?!” you whisper shouted while pulling him inside your room. he shrugged his shoulder, “i was bored,” he said. you sighed, slowly massaging your eyebrows. “well, what if you get caught? it’s a little bit too late. people would get suspicious if you were to get caught for visiting me so late at night,” you said.

“don’t care,” zoro replied. you took in his appearance. he wasn’t wearing his usual attire. he’s only wearing his white kimono and without his swords. ‘huh... that’s a surprise,’

“where’s your swords?” you asked, leading him to sit down at the table you had in the middle of the room. “send it to the swordsmith to polish it,” he answered. “but i thought that you polish your swords by yourself. i mean, you do love them enough not to trust it with other people,”

“i trust them with you,”

you chuckled. “well thank you for trusting me mister moss head,” he let out a little grunt at the nickname. “thought that i told you to drop that nickname,” he scolded, though there wasn’t any hint of anger behind it. you chuckled.

“well? what are you still standing over there for?” you asked, indicating an invitation for him to sit down beside you. he hummed and stride across the room before taking his place, barely two inches far from you.

not long after, his head was already on your lap while you played with his hair. “they told me to stop being friends with you. said that you’re a dangerous man and that you would die one day,” 

“i am ― a dangerous man as they said. after all, i am a swordsman. what kind of swordsman would i be if i am not dangerous?” he said in an annoying tone. it wasn’t directed to you. you know that he was directing it to your parents. “but i would never put you in danger,” he said softly, gazing up at you with a hard look.

“i know you wouldn’t. you love me too much to be putting me in danger,” you rolled your eyes, though the smile on your face gave away your playfulness about it. “you know, i don’t mind you coming here every night. it’ll be like our little secret,” you winked.

he finally let out a light hearted laugh which you had to smack your hand to his mouth in an attempt to keep him quiet. you knew it was futile when you heard a certain blond knocking at your door. “y/n-chan? is there someone in your room?” 

“n-no one!” you quickly replied, ushering zoro towards the open door that leads you to the house’s engawa. “i hope you can forgive me for kicking you out,” you aid with an apologetic look. “not at all,” the green haired replied with a smirk. “y/n-chan?” sanji called out again. “can i come inside please?” 

you could see zoro’s eye twitched at sanji’s request. he never liked the blond to begin with. “wait ― i’m not wearing anything proper right now!” you lied, eyes not leaving zoro. “i’ll see you soon,” you whispered, hugging him tightly before letting him go.

a/n hahaha... i always forgot to take my medicine and sanji is probably the only character that can force me to eat my medicine. so self indulgent? (i have tmj. a jaw condition. nothing deadly. just made me uncomfortable and sometimes it causes inflammation so i had to painkiller.) this fic is just a reminder that i should take my medicine on time.

you did your morning routine as per usual before getting ready to join with the other straw hats for breakfast. on your way down, you had a feeling that you were forgetting something. but you shrug it off.

surely it wasn’t important enough if you can’t remember it. right?

during breakfast, you could tell that something was terribly wrong by the way your jaw hurts every bite you take. right, you had forgot to take your medicine. ‘i’ll just take it after breakfast,’ you thought to yourself as you continued eating, ignoring the pain completely.

though after breakfast, robin had invited you to read books with her in the library. every straw hats know of your condition. but they just assumed that you always take your medication on time. 

you couldn’t help it, really. you’re so easily distracted even by small things that sometimes it irritates you to no end. when it was finally lunch time, sanji had called for everyone to eat lunch. yet, you still forgot about the important thing you needed to do.

even when you felt the pain in your jaw, it didn’t remind you of the fact you haven’t taken your medicine. “y/n-chan,” sanji called just before you leave the kitchen. “yes, sanji? do you need anything?” 

“have you taken your medication?” the question caught you off-guard. because you have not, in fact, taken the medicine yet. which explain the constant headache and toothache. “i... forgot,” you said sheepishly.

the blond sigh. he knew he couldn’t lecture you. you would forget about it either way. you get distracted too easily. “wait here,” he pushed you by the shoulder and sat you back down at your chair.

it didn’t take long before he returned with a familiar looking pill. he put them in your hand and brought a glass of water. he watched intently as you swallowed the pill while downing the glass of water. “what would you do without me,” he sighed again. 

“you’re right, i can’t do anything without you,” you said playfully. he gave you a small smile before patting your head.

a very touchy partner He has zero restraint when it comes to physical contact. If he feels like touching you he will, wrapping his arms around you, basically doing whatever he feels like.

, If you’re ever looking down he’ll plop himself beside you and place his hat on top of your head, smiling wide in an attempt to brighten your mood. He’s definetly not the best at comforting but he doesn’t like to see you sad. If it’s a hard day he’ll yell at his crew to be extra nice to you when they see you and cling to your side even more.

jealousy, Luffy will show his jealousy as bluntly as possible. You never thought that the captain would be a jealous type but when you take into consideration that this man moved only from instinct it was normal for him to get territorial. When Sanji ever flirts with you Luffy would simply wrap his rubber arm around your waist and said mine. He wasn’t aggressive or anything he was simply stating a fact.
