💀 injury head canon for Danny Phantom?

Oh man, this boy is SO FUNDAMENTALLY BROKEN. He has experienced pretty much every horrific injury possible, because ghosts are ghosts and don't realize that his fleshy body is different from their own, but he doesn't even realize how bad it all is because being half (mostly?) dead has numbed his nerves enough that he can't really feel much anymore. The most severe injuries has has end up feeling like papercuts and stubbed toes, to his sister and friends' absolute fear and horror :)

When do you think was the first time they realized they loved each other?

How would you have preferred a confession to go?

Y'know, I go back and forth on when they realize they love each other. I lean towards Dean figuring it out before Castiel does in most cases though.

Times when I think Dean may have had his lightbulb moment:

When Castiel tells Chuck they're making things up as they go.

When Castiel "wakes up" after taking on Sam's Hell Trauma.

After he tells Castiel he has to leave the bunker. Side note - When Nora asked Cas on a "date" in front of him and Cas accepted, Dean assumed that Human!Cas must be straight.

Some time between wrapping Castiel's body and watching it burn in 13x01.

Times when I think Castiel had his lightbulb moment:

When he was watching Dean rake the leaves.

Some time while he was human, after Dean kicked him out of the bunker. Most likely while they were taking care of baby Tonya until Nora came home. Dean suggested baby tylenol, makes some joke about it looking like jizz but tasting like rotten grapes.

When Dean and Sam were held captive by the government, or just before he killed Billie so that she wouldn't take a Winchester's soul that night.

As for how I would have preferred the confession to go… well I loved how canon handled Castiel's confession. I loved the pining until the last minute, and I don't think I'd change a thing about that. The only thing I'd change is what comes after. If I stick with canon, then I wrote a fic about how I'd want it to go. If I were to redo the finale, then obviously Dean would break into the Empty, confess his love to Cas right there in front of the Entity and every dead angel and demon that Jack accidentally woke up, and he'd say it in such a way that it would sound like a "don't you dare fucking come after him again or I'll make all of creation regret it" to all of them, and then he'd drag his angel back out of the portal and straight to the closest private room for sexytimes 😁

Oh sure, I’m happy to! The book describes how natural phenomena are viewed in Japanese culture as a system with certain modes of thinking based on different aspects of nature. It’s also supported by references such as poems and religious texts. There’s some comparisons to science too, the main one I remember being about information flow.

It's so hauntingly passionate to me. Sebastian looks like a worshipper being allowed to touch the deity he prays to. And Ciel on the other hand, he's absolutely comfortable in that position of power, being held by this powerful beast who listens to his every word. I could write a whole essay about why I love this picture.

Also, Sebastian's back is very attractive. 👍

[ID: Forgot to mention in the other ask that I also love the darkness engulfing the both of them, and the red that gets to Ciel's head like the arousal ge gets from being worshipped by Sebastian.

This picture is so lovely and intimate in a completely different way than the other one. Ciel reading poetry from that book and Sebastian listening to it (whether he understands it or not - I think he would, if not on a personal level then at least on a this-is-how-humans-feel level) is such a delicate little moment. It makes me wonder how it came to this, what is Ciel's reason to read poetry out loud to Sebastian? And Sebastian's pose is so casual. He's not trying to look all that prim and proper and it looks like that's just normal between the two of them.

On a side note, the mid 20th century outfits they're wearing and the whole setup remind me of my own Lolita AU fanfic and I can't help but imagine this taking place somewhere in my story. It looks like how I imagined them when I wrote them.]

I also love the prey who is infatuated with the predator dynamic. Of course, Sebastian is infatuated with him too, and absolutely worships him. The underlying danger and power exchange is just *chef's kiss*. Sebastian *should* just eat him, but I think at this point, they're both delaying it.
