I saw a video of a person spontaneously laughing in a subway car and the rest of the people started to join in after awhile.⁣ 😍😍⁣ No one in the subway car knew what the first person was laughing about, but they were compelled to join in on the merriment. I’ve seen tis personally with family and friends where one person gets the giggles and the rest start joining in…it’s contagious.⁣ 😍😍⁣ Laughing and giggling may be an extreme expression of joy but they are birthed from a simple smile.⁣ 😍😍⁣ 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐞!⁣ 😍😍⁣ There are more people in need of a simple smile than you can imagine. They need your smile.⁣ 😍😍⁣ And if you are in a place that makes it hard to smile..the effect is self-medicating! When you force a smile, your body will began to change and produce the same chemical reactions it normally does when it is joyful. So you are taking “joy medicine”.⁣ 😍😍⁣ Be full of joy. 🔥 When I get started on something I am so excited about the new project that I want everyone around me to join in. 👍 I supose that’s normal but what I’ve seen is that I start to lose focus on the things I am doing and start focusing on the things everyone around me are doing, especially in regard to what I was doing initially. LOL ❤️❤️❤️❤️ 👍👍👍Let me explain. 👍👍👍 ❤️❤️❤️❤️ If I were learning and passionate about organizing and cleaning, I would be 110 percent focused on that part of my life. It would eventually grow to the point that I would want everyone to be as passionate about it as well. It doesn’t stop there…I start focusing on what others are doing and doing wrong (By the way) lol and then everything falls off the rails at that point. 😎 When I start focusing on others I forget what I need to be doing and eventually I find myself not walking the path I had originally been so passionate about. 😎 😎Has that ever happened to you?😎 😎 It’s normal and it happened to all of us as we grow and learn.😎 😎 As we grow in knowledge and learn that everyone is walking their own path. Neither you nor I nor anyone can “Make” someone change. It has to be birthed out of them.😎 ❤️❤️❤️❤️ It doesn’t matter how “right” you are. 🔥🔥🔥 Happy Monday. This weekend I had the opportunity to watch a regatta (You will find it here @Woodlands_rowing ) I saw so many young competitors go on the water to win. There were tall ones, short ones, thin ones, heavy ones, flabby ones and fit ones. And they had all come from all over the Central part of the US to compete for the chance to get to Nationals. It was an exciting time with extreme highs and many devastating lows. And I had the opportunity to learn from the event a few lessons I hope never to forget. In order to win there are several things the crew must share and have in common. 😎 The crew must all have the same mindset in finishing the race. There are only two basic mindsets. Finish first, and just finish. 😎 The crew must be in harmony. This refers to both, their emotions and their willingness to follow the person in the stroke seat (the one making the pace.) So many times in life we fail to trust the person marking the pace and we try to do things out of order. 😎 Looking back to where we came from can help direct us to where we need to be. In a boat race they have to look backwards to where they came from and by looking at the race buoys they know how to stay in their lane and reach their goal. We can learn from where we came from. 😎 You have more in you than you give yourself credit for. I noticed that there were two types of boats on the other side of the finish line. The boat with a crew that rowed comfortably to the dock and the boats with a crew that were exhausted and could not move. 😎 Comparing your boat with others only makes you slow down.
