an: angst? fluff? self indulgent i am sorry i am v sad rn

suna is strong. you know it. he knows it. everyone knows it. he benches 220 daily, can squat double your weight like its nothing and don’t even get him started on his deadlifts. he can make his grocery run from the car to the fridge in one go, comically lifts large pieces of furniture to dust underneath it and is your go-to jar opener.

suna can do it all ... except break you. it’s all he wants to do, actually, because you’re his strongest opponent. suna wants to squeeze you until you absolutely shatter in his grasp. he wants to hug you so tightly to him that you fall apart into a million pieces. because that’s the only way he can catch a glimpse of what goes on inside.

suna is strong. you are strong. but suna is stronger.

your shell is tough, easily holding in everything within your mind and soul. your fortress, fortified enough that nothing ever slips out. but suna wants in.

he wants in on why your eyes can seem so empty and soulless sometimes. he wants in on why you snapped at him the other day and gave him the cold shoulder. he wants in on you and what goes on inside that pretty little head of yours.

suna watches you quietly from behind his mug of tea, as you slowly slip your shoes off and place them in their place on the shoe rack, then shoulder your coat off before laying it on the back of the couch before truding off to your bedroom. all without a single word or glance to suna.

suna knows how hard you’ve had it recently; the endless tabs open on your laptop as you work late into the night, your empty stares at the dinner table as you quietly push your food around your plate like a small, picky child. he sees it especially in your eyes, which harbors a deep sadness that makes his gut churn.

you hear suna gently calling your name from beyond your bedroom door before he cracks it open slightly to peek his head through. he stays just beyond the door frame, not wanting to intrude in your space without your consent. you feel bad that you’re dragging your beloved through the mud with you. he offers nothing short of love and understanding, yet your immediate reactions are to pull away, hide from it all.

“sorry, i’ve had a long day.” you pull the door open wider, an invitation to let him in.

suna hums in response, eyes scanning your room. “don’t apologize, it’s all okay.” he makes a mental note to help clean your room when he finds the time to.

you fall back onto your bed, wrapping yourself in your sheets until you resemble a burrito, only your face visible. a small smile graces suna’s face as you falls besides you, pulling you close into his grasp. “what’s wrong, hm?” it’s a mere whisper, as if he said it any louder it would scare you away back into your cocoon.

“oh, nothing.” you chew on the inside of your lip. you’re nervous, for some reason. “just lots of work that’s all.”

glancing up to your boyfriends face, his brows are slightly furrowed and lips downturned. “no, what’s wrong?”

“nothing, really!” you sit up straight to face suna, shaking your head as if to insist and drive home your point. “it’s nothing really! nothing for you to worry about.”

its true that suna wants to break you, but you’re still his girl, his prized and beloved. he treats you gently. gently taking the blanket from your grasp, unwrapping you so you can’t hide from him and placing you on his lap. his touch is soft as his large hands, the same ones that absolutely demolish his opponents on the court, cup your face. his thumbs caress your cheeks, then trace the outline of your lips. his hands push back to card through your hair, slowly working through any knots and frizz, then down your neck, across your shoulder, leaving a trail of goosebumps down your arms before they find home on your thighs. “tell me whats wrong.”

his voice is firm, and it’s a demand. he’s tired of playing cat and mouse, tired of watching from the sidelines and he’s tired of seeing you in this state.

you stare down at his hands, where they grip the plush of your thighs before meeting his gaze. it’s stern, borderline scary as he stares deep within you and whatever excuse you were about to utter dies on the tip of your tongue and comes out as a quiet squeak. honestly, everything in you dies in that moment. because you’re not quite sure what wrong, you just know it is. you don’t know how to explain to your lover why you’ve been so mean lately, so shut off, such a weight in the relationship.

you can’t explain yourself, so you don’t. you just let all the wrong in you bubble up within you, until it fills your heart and lungs and you’re bursting at the seams. you can only let out desperate whispers of ‘i’m sorry’ over and over again as your lips wobble, and your face pinches up in a futile attempt to ward off the hot, stinging tears sitting on your lash line. you can’t stop apologizing and crying, or shaking and hiccuping and sniffling.

and just like that, suna has broken you. “ah, i told you not to apologize, didn’t i?” he’s as gentle as ever, pulling you into a tight hug.

you are strong, yet suna is stronger. he wants to break you because he knows he’s strong enough to share some of the weight you hold; hell, he would hold all of your worries, sorrows and pains if he could.

This time this is how George would react if he found out you had a crush on him. (Check last post for Freds reaction)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------George would be sooooooo smooth with confronting you I stg. He would be able to handle this without making you even more embarrassed than you already were.

-That being said, he definitely wouldn’t be able to stop himself from being embarrassed when confronting you. He wouldn’t want you to think that he didn’t reciprocate or didn’t appreciate it so he would start to stumble with his words as he starts to explain how he feels.

It’s so fucking cute.

-He does have an unstoppable slight blush that spreads across his face when he talks to you about the crush. He is SO genuine about this.

-He kept this way more private and didn't even tell FRED about it till after he talked with you.

You were on the verge on a mental breakdown.

How could I be so stupid?

H O W could I be SO FUCKING STUPID???

You repeated this in your head up until you reached the entryway to your next class.

You took a deep breathe and charged right into the room, straight to your seat with your head somewhat hung, not wanting to make eye contact with him.

George Weasley.

Of course he had to be in your second class of the day.

(flashback to breakfast)

During breakfast while you were talking with your best friends, the topic of (potential) boyfriends had come up and you decided right then and there would be a fantastic time to reveal your crush on George Weasley.

Your friends squealed, and they squealed loudly. Drawing the attention of some of the other students at the Gryffindor table, but after a moment of continuous, inaudible squealing from your friends, most decided to resume minding their own business. All except for one person, George. They didn't think you liked ANY boy in your year and were low(high)key freaking out about it. You immediately shot down the idea of you two dating because you just didn’t think you were “his type of gal”, but still going on about how you think he would make a fantastic boyfriend (not aware he was still listening in).

Now you weren’t a supper well known student, but you did well in class. You didn’t raise your hand often but when you were called on you seemed to get the answers right most of the time. You were friendly with others and from what George could tell you seemed to have a large sense of humor. He was attracted to the mysterious side if you, but was pulled in by the few times he heard you truly express your humor. He found you very alluring, but would never have told you if it wasn’t for him overhearing.

But as the conversation went on about your fascination and interest as to how he would act as your boyfriend, a friend nudged your soldier and pointed to the onlooker.

The talking immediately stopped as you had turned tomato red and made eye contact with the subject of the conversation. Eye contact was kept for a couple seconds before you had looked away and stared at your food, counting down the seconds before you can leave the dining hall and sprint straight to the first class of the day.

----------(Back to current time)---------

You sat in your seat, impatiently waiting for the lesson to end as you refused to look in Georges direction. It seemed like the teacher was dragging this class on forever, it was almost painful sitting in your seat. Your toes tapped the ground and fingers tapped the desk in front of you. Absolutely no notes were taken that class. The only thing you could focus on was how you could avoid George... forEVER....

Finally, after ETERNITY, you were dismissed. You gathered your items faster than anyone else in class, or so you thought. Unfortunately as you were hyper focused on leaving before George and cleaning up your stuff as rapidly as you could, you didn’t realize that he had already left the room before you.

Without even looking up, you sprinted out the room and bumped right into the person you hoped to never talked to again. Books and feathers thumped onto the ground and you both bent down to pick it up.

“Oh I am so sorry George, I wasn’t watching where I was walking....” You said while bending your knees.

“Please don’t worry about it I should have been more considerate of where I was standing.” He said while heading down after you.

As you both knelt on the ground, you could feel his breathe atop your head. You were v e r y close. By this time, most of the students had left the last class and were now on their way to their third class, leaving you and George in a relatively empty hallway.

You were grabbing all of your things as quick as possible when you heard him whisper softly,

“wait..”

You kept going

“wait please (y/n)... I would like to speak with you”

“Sorry George but I’m not sure how my next professor will act if I'm late.”

This is when he grabbed your hand and you immediately halted. Feeling his warm skin against your own was new, but not unpleasant. You looked up into his eyes, confused as you were readying yourself to be rejected.

You stayed silent, but made not verbal or physical objection to him touching you. So he kept his hand upon yours.

“I was very shocked to hear you talking about me this morning.” As he says this, a smile creeps upon his lips as he somewhat shyly takes his other hand and starts messing with his cloak.

“But it most definitely did not make me upset if this is what you thought when you saw me staring.-”

He took a slight pause but continued short after.

“I really like you too. And I would really like to learn more about you and I would like to think I would make a really good boyfriend his given the chance.”

You were SHOCKED... You never thought he would be interested in you like this. I mean sure, you guys talked somewhat in class sometimes but never in incredible depth.

“so...?”

“Hmmm??” You just stared and kept eye contact, slightly making him more embarrassed with each passing second.

“Will you give me the chance to be a good boyfriend?”

oh FUCK YES you screamed in your head.

By this point you couldn’t contain the smile that crept upon your lips. You had this huge toothy grin on your face and you felt somewhat stupid. But nonetheless you answered him, withOUT stuttering (shockingly).

“Absofuckinglutely I will give you the chance to be a good boyfriend.”

He laughed a hearty laughed and took both of his hands and placed them on your cheeks. He just admired your beauty when he suddenly realized that you two were most definitely late for class.

You had realized this too, a while ago actually, but quite honestly didn’t care. You just shrugged and laughed as his eyes went wide with his realization and said quietly.

“Don’t worry George, I’m sure professor will be understanding if I told him I got sick and had to go to the bathroom.”

He laughed again and decided to right then and there give you a kiss. It was sudden and quick, but oh so very sweet. And you just sat there in the hallway for the next couple minutes before deciding to head to class.

This is not how you expected him confronting you to go, but you were definitely pleased of how it went.

Baby boy baby. Very cute and sweet i love characters with ramudas aesthetic i tend to want to protect them, especially since its an aesthetic that i fall into myself and lo v e so kseidjsnfn YEAH this man is baby!!!

Ohhh my god i love this man i love the way he is characterised he is so incredibly interesting as a character and tbh so realistic and honestly i adore him!!! I alarmingly see a lot of myself in him tbh, were incredibly similar and that isnt necessarily a good thing!! But still i love this man

Favorite moment

Oh man where tf do i BEGIN there are so many ngl, but mostly all of the moments where we see ramuda's humanity. There is still a sweetness left under the darkness, there is still a man who wants to cling onto everything he has - his emotion, his internal battles, his morality vs his desperate need to survive - oh fucking man so much.

Idea for a story

CAN WE FUCKING. HAVE RAMUDA TALK HIS SHIT OUT PLEASE can we just have others actively helping ramuda cAN THIS MAN PLEASE BE SHOWN THAT ITS NOT TOO LATE FOR HIM,,, PLEASE,, i just want ramuda to finally talk out everything and have people on his side. Please.

Unpopular opinion

This probs isnt unpopular by any means, but idk what else to put here so take this:

I dont really see it often discussed that yknow ramuda is an abuse victim. Like, its very clear that chuokhu uses and abuses him, and his life is constantly being hung over his head. No wonder the dude is doing anything he can in order to survive, he has no choice in that regard. Before i get told this in the notes yes i know this doesnt excuse the things hes done!!! But tbh i really think that like the trauma that ramuda is living with kinda needs to be addressed.

Favorite relationship

I am a huge multishipper and have found a way to ship ramuda w just about most people (that are adults and not in chuokhu lol) so this is pretty tough

Id say either fling poly or jkrm and these are my reasons lets go:

Fling poly: HAVE YOU S E E N THEM do i really need to say more here all three of them have such good chemistry together, theyre all clearly on the same wavelength and have such a wonderful dynamic,,, they found out about the clones and shit and they STILL chose to protect ramuda and to fight for him and with him and to stay by his side aND BLACK JOURNEY TOO I-- IM GONNA START SOBBING,,,

Jakuramu: this one is not based on canon too much i am sorry this is mostly hc but i am a huge sucker for enemies to lovers ok also, i feel like out of TDD these two would be the ones to reconcile. After all, jakurai is a rather empathetic man and he probably would def understand the situation that ramuda was in. After all this dude was an ex assassin, if ramuda was to tell him everything, im sure that he would be able to relate to yknow the time he took others' lives, people with families and friends that he killed because he was ordered to and most likely had no other choice. Of course, jakurai is well within his right to not forgive ramuda for what happened to yotsutsuji, but i feel like he would and would help him get out of the situation hes in,,, and also im soft for the TDD era ok like how jakurai WANTED TO KNOW THE REAL RAMUDA AND LIKE,,, even when ramuda snapped at him he was GLAD HE WANTSD TO KNOW HIM FUCK MAN,,, i just really like these two ok

Favorite headcanon

I have quite a lot of hcs! Here are a few and like some explanation as to why:

- hes trans - i personally believe this bc personally itd make sense. Ramuda has a very feminine appearance and build, those that are like typically common in asian countries. As well as that, he has his own autonomy unlike the other clones. It wouldnt surprise me if chuokhu orignally wanted to make a girl to keep the other divisions in check, but when he decided personally that he didnt want to be such a way, they said sure, more room for us to treat you as we want to. Hes got money, getting T wouldnt be that difficult for him either, so thats why his voice is. That way fiaudjsnfnd anyway i think it makes sense!! Idk--

- he has bpd - projection probably but the biggest inspiration for this headcanon is how he is emotionally. His swings are violent - he feels and expresses such a diverse range of emotions and its so easy for him to change his emotional disposition - whilst also mostly feeling totally empty. Relationship wise also, given how he was genuinely really close to jakurai and then completely splitting on him, h a t i n g him. Yeah that sounds like bpd to me chief i know i have it!!! Theres more ik there is but i cant pull up examples rn

- hes neurodivergent - again mostly projection honestly and like there isnt much of a canon basis in his behaviour, just little things, but i like to personally hc that aside from eating candy to stay alive duh, that he chooses lollipops bc they serve as a sort of stim?? Also ik that fashion is his job but hes also so so clearly passionate about it that its a special interest for him, and thats partially why he took it up as a job in the first place, so he could do something related to his special interest lol. Idk i know there isnt any basis for this but just let me have autistic ramuda iaiesjdnsnfn

Idea for a story

Honestly i wanna see him slowly recover from the teauma that he has experienced because this king absolutely deserves it, and also from a practical point of view itd make this mf s t r o n g e r i also just.... long to see doppo happy honestly he deserves to smile!!

Unpopular opinion

I dont really have an unpopular opinion but saving like leaving this blank: as much as i absolutely adore jakurai and hifumi and their music (jakurai is my fave out of every hypmic character and i WILL drive this home), to me doppo just has the best music. Like, i love tigridia and BLACK OR WHITE so fucking much its absolutely unreal and all of doppos verses in every song are juust so fucking good. As much as i listen to you are, therefore i am on repeat every day of my life doppos music is just the best ✨

Favorite relationship

Again i am a huge multishipping bitch and i habe a few ships with doppo but in ahll honesty my fave is very clear - i absolutely adore his dynamic with matenrou as a whole and especially hifumi - his relationship with hifumi is clearly so special and it really shows how strong their friendship is, and in a ship sense i find it to be realy cute bc theres such a clear need for each other and that even if they clearly come at odds sometimes, at the end of the days theyre still clearly so close and i just,,, god doppo reallt deserves someone like hifumi in his life and im so glad that he has it!!!!

Favorite headcanon

Honestly i dont really think i have too many for doppo but given his general demeanor and his attitude, i personally hc him as demi. Yeah i know that sexualities dont have like typical personalities and such but i feel like given his anxieties around new people and how he clearly only really sticks to those that hes very close with, it makes more sense for him to be demi than any other sexuality to be quite honest - and this is also just pushing my hifudo agenda aiqiauansnssn but yknow!!!!

Aww, I’m sorry things have been rough lately! And I’m always down to talk about neighbor Whiskey, so lets see what I can come up with!

So. Neighbor Whiskey. Just imagine a time early in your relationship, where the two of you are officially together but you haven’t been together for very long, yknow?

Jack is still adorably shy in some areas, still not wanting to overstep your bounds even though you two are literally dating in an official capacity. He finds a particular joy in bringing you flowers once per week, sometimes ones he got from a store, other times ones he picked from his own garden. He loves the little smile you give him when he hands them to you, how you put them on the kitchen windowsill so he can see them from one of his own windows when the light is right.

If you ever go an unusually long time without leaving your home, or if your demeanor changes, he instantly knows. He’ll simply ask you if you want to talk about it at first, but at some point he’s knocking on your door and asking what he can do to help. He’ll do chores for you, get groceries for you, or even just sit on your couch and hold you if thats what you need. He really just wants to see you feel better.

Really, neighbor Whiskey is just absolutely smitten with you, and he wants nothing more than to take care of you and see you smile. Because your smile is his favorite sight to see.

1. What is the colour of your hairbrush?

it’s like. black. I rarely use it though, because if I brush my hair it looks like a bomb exploded on my head fdjkfh so I untangle it after putting in conditioner and usually I just fight it with my bare hands in the morning

2. name of a food you never eat?

cucumber. fuck that vegetable it’s disgusting way too smelly and the texture is fucking horrible

3. are you typically too warm or too cold?

too warm !!!!!! and it’s only gonna get worse (: woohoo

4. what were you doing 45 minutes ago?

I was being anxious lmao, and weirdly emotional because of that playlist spotify gave me. Also thinking about how to formulate the things I want on my report for my precedent internship that I still need to conclude.

is it twix ? is it mars ? I never know the difference carambar good also

6. have you ever been to a professional sports event?

I used to be in the official orchestra of a professional rugby team so I’ve been to a few dozens official sports events actually !! I’ll always remember the patrouille the France oing over our head as we were playing for a France-Ireland match in Bordeaux, that was amazing, and Irish rugby fans are so fun :)

7. what is the last thing you said out loud?

“oh it’s bubbling up !” talking about a cake I’m trying to do with sourdough starter

8. what is your favourite ice cream?

fucking uuuhhhhh blueberry ? there’s no better ice cream taste than one made from wild blueberries that you went out in the moutain to pick with your family after noticing a good spot during a hike :3

we were supposed to go camping this weekend, since it’s a long one what with May 8, with my class as sort of like one last big event altogether but :) fuck us I guess lol

I used to in highschool bc I had toxoplasmosis and it fucking drained me. I’ve also taken some magnesium complements this year because I had vertigo caused by stress because it was such a nice year for me (: (: (:

I’ve been stuck inside for the last two months and there is basically no direct sun in my apartment. so. I’m white as fuck rn

I’ll get SO sunburnt as soon as I can go outside lol but catch me rolling in the grass as soon as they reopen the parks, I haven’t seen grass in 52 days fuck off. Like knowing we’d get out of quarantine but that the parks would still be closed for a while did a funny number on my mental health hahaaaa

before I answer this question I need to know what you define as soda because I’ve never understood what non French people meant by that. also generally I don’t use straws apart for like milkshakes and smoothies

right now I’m barefoot

I haven’t driven in years my guy fdkfh but usually no I’m exactly at the speed limit I’m terrified of driving and I hate it SO

24. what terrifies you?

like, right now, or ? in general ? I’m terrified of every countries around slowly turning into authoritarian regimes and not being able to do shit, I’m terrified of the general mistrust towards science I can see in the general public, I’m terrified of the rise of fascism, I’m terrified of climate change in a very short term idea because I can’t bear many more summers above 45°C and in the long term because I’d like today’s kids to have a future, I’m terrified of never being enough and not getting a PhD funding, I’m terrified people will get bored of me or think I’m not useful anymore and leave me and I’d have to rebuild myself from zero again, I’m terrified of the general idea of losing control, I’m terrified of big empty spaces, I’m terrified of causing harm of any kind without being able to control or reduce it. You know the usual dose of existential fear and then some, and then some more for good measure haha :)

never been to a drive through. fast foods yeah ! there used to be a Declercq (it’s like belgian fries, v good, v greasy, perfect for a friday night with friends) near my school but they had an oil fire so it burned down :( so now the alternative for greasy fries is BK

Before I bought my docks I had those huge bulgy shoes that I loved because no one could step on my feet in the metro, but the insole started caving in in a weird way and it hurt my ankle so I had to stop wearing them :(

(: NORMALLY around midnight, but rn it’s more like. between 1 and 2 am when I’m not too bad

38. the time you normally wake up?

NORMALLY around 8 but I’ve decided 9.30 would be good, and I usually am able to get up only by 10am

39. what do you prefer sunrise or sunsets?

I’m usually not awake for sunrises but both are good. I like the hour JUST after sunset best because it’s like. you can see daysky on one side and nightsky on the other, and everything is sort of blue or sort of orange

they’re round and kinda concave so that food doesn’t get out ? I? do you have many weird questions like that

I’m a sucker for a good piña colada but it’s hard to get them exactly right, like the balance between too sweet and too creamy is subtle

If we’re talking french region, Aquitaine is the closest I’ve ever felt to being home I guess ? I love the Pyrenées as well, all three old regions I don’t know the new ones fdfsdhfsdf

I’ve only ever done summer camp counselor as a summer job, and I’ve had both a traumatising experience filled with sexual harassment and a really good experience that helpes me get more self confident so.

48. how did you get your biggest scar?

it’s not really a scar it’s a bump on my head that never left, I hit my brother in the garden pool at full speed when I was 7

afaik nothing but I’m about to put this cake to bake SO
