Plot of the story is three are driving either back from or two a case, and long car rides cause some fun times to be had. Smut for sure. Aricka was dreaming. It was a good dream for once. Reggie was in it. And they were dancing…

Aricka was standing in a room with white curtains and pretty candles. She was wearing a soft black dress and flats, and her pixie cut hair was curled- which actually flattered her features surprisingly.

Then Reggie appeared. He looked so different from the boy she saw every day- his hair was gelled back, and he was wearing a white button up shirt, black dress pants and dress shoes. He stepped through a mirror, and made his way to her,

“Step into my world

Bittersweet love story 'bout a girl..” he held his hands out to her, and the first time she tried grabbing his they slipped through like he was made of air.

“Shook me to the core

Voice like an angel…” the same thing happened the second time, but as Reggie sang,

“I've never heard before…” their hands connected, and she takes a deep breath before breaking into song,

“Here in front of me

They're shining so much brighter..” they scoop their arms up, before she lifts her hand; and he grabs her hand, spinning her in front of him so that her back was against his chest, and as she sang,

“Than I have ever seen…” he lifted her and spun her in a circle, and her head leaned against his shoulder.

“Life can be so mean…” he swung her arm; twirling her elegantly before leading her behind him, then spinning her away from him, and as she sang,

“But when he goes, I know he doesn't leave..” she leaned against him, her hand against his chest, before she faces him; and he dips her as she spins slowly; eyes closed as her head tips back, and then he pulls her back up, smiling as they reached the chorus,

“The truth is finally breaking through..” he pushes her away from him; doing a breakdance move over to her, offering her his hands,

“Two worlds collide when I'm with you…”she does a twist shimmy step,

“Our voices rise and soar so high…” she spins out and away from Reggie: and then he pulls her back to his side, close to him where she always wanted to be, before lifting her up and spinning her around, and they exclaim,

“We come to life when we're

In perfect harmony…” here he sets her down; their eyes widening as they continue,

Woah-oh, woah-oh

Perfect harmony..” her hands slide down to grab his, and once again he spins her so they’re chest-to-back,

Woah-oh, woah-oh

Perfect harmony….” He spins her out, but he doesn’t let go, instead they move into the waltzing position,

“You set me free…” Reggie looks down at her, and she blushes as she replies,

“You and me together is more than chemistry…” he tugs her close to him, before pushing her away from him; in a basic swing dance step, as they both plead,

“Love me as I am

I'll hold your music here inside my hands…” Aricka mimes placing a microphone in Reggie’s hand, and then they segued back into the chorus dance,

“We say we're friends, we play pretend

You're more to me, we're everything

Our voices rise and soar so high

We come to life when we're…” again he scoops her up, spins her around, only then she falls into his arms bridal style,

“In perfect harmony

Woah-oh, woah-oh

Perfect harmony…” he sets her down, and they swing their arms before she spins around him, like the earth revolving the sun,

“Woah-oh, woah-oh

Perfect harmony…” she puts her hand on Reggie’s chest again, gazing at him softly,

“I feel your rhythm in my heart

Yeah, yeah, yeah…” he kisses her hand, twirling her as he proclaims,

“You are my brightest burning star

Woah-ooh, oh-oh…” Aricka sang from her heart as they waltzed through the space,

“I never knew a love so real (so real)

We're heaven on earth

When we're together we're

In perfect harmony…” and they go back to the chorus dance,

“Woah-oh, woah-oh

Perfect harmony

Woah-oh, woah-oh…” only at the end: when she’s pressed against his chest, he looks at her all soft and serious, as she lifts her arms his trail up to catch her hands,

“We say we're friends (we play pretend)…” Reggie’s fingers intertwined with hers, he hugs both their arms across her body, and she whispers,

“You're more to me (we create)…” and as she wakes up, he spins her away from him as she sings,

“Perfect harmony…” she gasps as the sleep fog clears from her mind as she shakes Julie awake.

“I just dreamed about your song- and Reggie and I were dancing to it-!”

Took the bus to the big city yesterday and it only stops near where I live in the early morning and late at night, so I left a bowl for Pandolf with enough food for his 2 meals of the day. He didn’t start eating because it was too early for breakfast and he’s punctilious about mealtimes, but I told him “Bon appétit” to Authorise The Kibble, then left. When I came home at night it was long past his normal dinner time yet I found the bowl half-full—he had eaten the breakfast portion but since he only got 1 bon appétit he didn’t dare to eat the rest for dinner. I don’t think if I had said it twice in a row he would have understood that one of them was a Bon Appétit voucher for his next meal unfortunately. But I’m always amazed by his scruples, he is the most principled animal I know. When he was a puppy he would try to stick his head in his bowl while I poured the food so I taught him to wait until he heard ‘bon appétit’ before going anywhere near it—and very quickly in his mind the words became an incantation that turns the contents of his bowl from a miasma of forbidden unthinkableness into edible food that belongs to him.
