I wonder what (if?) jawnbie eats because it's never explicitly stated in canon.

part of this is obviously because base RDR doesn't include hunger/food mechanics. john never eats in base RDR (unless you count his jokes about abigail’s cooking)-- so specifying what he eats in the zombie DLC is irrelevant to the devs. but it's relevant to ME... I wanna know.

john is #notlikeotherzombies because he retains his soul after "dying". he obviously doesn't have the same eating habits as the other undead; he's a sentient zombie with seemingly no desire to eat the living.

but does jawnbie still need to eat to survive? does he have any appetite at all? does he crave flesh and/or brains now? does he need to consciously suppress cravings? does he need to eat brains? does he need to eat humans? can he sustain himself on animals instead? is he carnivorous now? are there "normal" foods that he can't/won't eat anymore? what are the consequences of eating the wrong thing / not eating at all? is it even possible for him (or other zombies) to starve to death?

I have... so many questions and so few answers.

I'm not sure if Clown was intentional in this, but I find that Sally being a black cat for Halloween is ingenious! Poppy wakes up a little nervous, maybe she even heard creepy noises that night! And who does she see next, a black cat ready to pass on the luck of the star-crossed. Poppy's worries were piled enough! Let the old sally shine on her poor ceaseless unpropitious suffering once again!!
