Clark: I never thought I'd ever meet anyone who makes me feel the way you do---
Bruce, flustered on the inside but in deadpan voice: Superman, we are on a mission. This is not the time---
Clark: I wanna kiss the ever living fuck out of you while popping out every single bone in your body because atleast then yA WON'T BE RUNNING AROUND WITH A BROKEN ANKLE AND FRACTURED ARM! Bless your heart Batman, but what the FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU----
Bruce: ...
Entire JL on field, hearing this shit through their comms: ...
Dick, fed up with their bullshit: Do you two have to do this every time we have a world ending crisis going on-

you know how steve constantly brings danny up even when he's not around? which is a lot on its own but particularly if he's with someone who doesn't know danny or what exactly their deal is, especially since he openly likens their relationship to a marriage to people he barely knows even. that lead me to this particular what if...
every year steve meets up with his former navy buddies, guys he came up with or trained with or went into battle with, between their schedules and as they get out they always try to make a date and catch up.
every year as they get older they start talking about their girlfriends and then their wives and then their kids, since that's a huge part of what's going on in their lives.
steve talks...about danny. his ohana. danny. gracie. danny and charlie. then eddie and the kids: tani and junior. and danny. his partner always comes up and no one questions it, they are used to not asking.
steve doesn't think much of it, until one time one of the other guys corners him, kinda nervous, and says he wants him to be the first of the group to know that he's gay. of course, steve is touched but he doesn't understand why until the guy explains. 'it was you, talking about your danny, and your kids, and the family you built together, with such love and conviction and no hint of shame, that made me believe i could some day have all of that too. it gave me courage to ask my now fiancé out on a date. we would be honoured to invite you two to the wedding, since you are at least partially responsible. we can only hope we are still as in love after 10 years together as you guys are.'
steve is in shock, but he doesn't have the heart to ruin the guy's beautiful coming out speech by telling him danny and him aren't like that. he lets him continue to assume what everyone else apparently had been doing for years.
except...perhaps, it's time to talk to danny. there would be plenty of opportunities when he comes home and tells his live-in partner why they have a wedding to attend to.
(two years later he's the one handing out save-the-dates)

If shadowpuppet were to get married at some point, who would propose? How? And how would the other react? (I use the translate sorry if it's wrong)
Well... Well... Well...
I cannot help but indulge in answering this.
I like to think that if Mayor and Macaque were to somehow how get on good terms again, and actually somehow start dating, they would end up regularly giving gifts to each other.
And by that I basically mean they try to constantly one up each other.
Giving gifts and trying to make it more meaningful and more significant and more extravagant from the one the other hand gave them before. It's a brutal battle that both of them know neither can win. Regardless, they tend to go wild.
At some point, over the years as their relationship develops, they will indeed talk about marriage. Neither of them want to just propose out of the blue. And so both of them agree that the idea of marriage is nice. Because both of them are quite keen on having a ceremony to celebrate the two of them and only the two of them (but it's just mostly Macaque that thought that way. Because he likes the attention. Mayor on the other hand just wants to go wild with planning the wedding).
Now, that's just the establishing information.
The proposal actually happens when Mayor finally decided to buy a ring and pop the question. The 'ultimate gift' if you will. One to top all others and undoubtedly win the little compitition that had lasted for years.
And so on a date night (the setting is up to you), Mayor simply hands Macaque the ring box, and say it's a gift.
Macaque, the dumbass he is, accepts it carelessly and thinks that it's going to be a dumb gift inside the small box. One that would make him laugh. Probably a silly looking enamel pin or, a weird toy that Mayor found at the dollar store that they thought Macaque would find amusing.
And then Macaque opens it and sees the ring.
And then Mayor goes down on one knee and pops the question, amongst lots of frilly words to butter Macaque up. And guess what? Macaque says yes. Why wouldn't he?
How the wedding plays out is up to you to imagine.
But anyways, are they really going to get married though? Perhaps those two aren't actually the type to actually get married through human mortal customs. In fact...
Demonic mates are still an option, right?
Thanks for coming to my ted talk.

it’s so entertaining to imagine alder’s point of view of tally’s opinion of her at the end of season one through season two
like, at the end of season one tally does NOT like alder but then alder earns tally’s respect and the whole biddy thing happens, the connection is broken , tally still has that uhhh crush (lmao that fucking infirmary scene 👀)
after the debiddying they only really talk one on one when tally asks to mentor penelope until tally barges into alder’s office in the middle of the night to yell at her
y’know?? i like to imagine she was at least a little bit thrown

Have some mando ficlet where Din and Paz have a conversation they won’t be allowed to have in the show
I know we’re not gonna get anything like this because this season is allergic to any kind of personal dialogue or introspection but I think it would be great if Din and Paz got to chat for a while.
Maybe Paz invites Din to come spar with him. He doesn’t know the full story, no one does, the Armorer deemed the specifics of Din’s blasphemy unimportant. But Din is back now. Redeemed. Darksaber still swinging on his belt. Paz has some complicated feelings about that still but Din beat him fair and square and so goddamn honorably that it’s water under the bridge.
And now Bo-Katan Kryze is the one walking the line for them. Something doesn’t sit right about that with Paz, even if Din doesn’t seem bothered.
So they spar. In between blows, Din tells him his story. Finding out the child is a Jedi. The Empire’s plot to capture him and use him for cruel experiments. All the people Din met along the way willing to put their lives at risk for him and his child.
Din losing the child.
The horrible choice to remove his helmet that was never really a choice at all because not doing so would have resulted in the death of his foundling. His child. His son.
Their reunion cut short by another impossible choice to let his child embrace his own heritage.
The months spent alone and aimless, seeing less and less point in being careful or cautious because what did it truly matter anymore? Dar’manda. Soulless, blasphemer, apostate.
The tiniest glimmer of hope in an old legend promising redemption. Again, there was never really a choice.
Paz knows the rest.
Din lands a hit and the sound of struck armor rings out around them. He looks up, startled at Paz allowing such an obvious strike past his guard.
“I misjudged you.” Paz says.
“This is the wa—“
“No. This is…unfair. What was done to you was excessive. Cruel.”
Din is silent. He’s been quiet since his return, like he’s afraid to call any attention to himself. Nothing like the strong willed pain-in-the-ass beroya Paz remembers.
“The Armorer says Bo-Katan walks in both worlds now. That she will be the one who unites our people.” Paz gestures at Din’s side, where the darksaber rests. “That weapon says otherwise.”
“I didn’t want any of this.” Din finally says, so softly Paz barely hears it.
“Maybe not. But is this not a cause worth your effort? The people won’t follow a false prophet.”
“I’m—I’m no prophet. I’m not special, I’m not anyone important. I don’t want to lead.”
“That is exactly why you should, Djarin. You walked between worlds. You possess the darksaber. You gave up your soul in service of your foundling and then risked your life for mine.”
“I am no one.”
“You are Mand’alor,” Paz punctuates his statement with a salute, rapping his vambrace against his chest. The resulting ring of beskar striking beskar echoes around them.
“And I will follow wherever you lead.”
