Sure was a year...This is just me taking the end of year opportunity to post the various DC comics doodles that have been gathering dust in my files! Disclaimer that I'm a heathen who mostly reads batfam comics (and also a lot of. Sidekick-y stuff? Like YJ98) and these are all for fun! (Image #3 is a direct adaptation of this text post I made)

AND A G.I JOE COMIC????-#-girl say what you want about his work it's a miracle any of it is comprehensible at all w/ all those titles going on)#(he said he's not sure how long he'll stay on GA tho. I'm also low-key not sure how long he'll stay on B&R-#-though i imagine it'll be at least a years worth bc he said that's how much notes he has for plot? also idk if many other writers at dc-#-are interested in damian rn especially next to Bruce)#HOO this got away from me I'm outta tags. uhhhh see u guys in 2014! woo!

current activity: work sort of but it's slow so i have been cleaning out my likes and refilling my queue. which is how i found this tag game i forgot about.
currently thinking about: mission: impossible. also, comics. so a standard afternoon really.
current favourite song: shatter - maggie rogers. hands down.
currently reading: i'm working my way thru vol. 1 of the sandman comics/graphic novels. and i started "the first bright thing" but idk i haven't felt motivated to read much prose fiction lately. shrug.
currently watching: mythical kitchen! they make me happy. also hayden and i are working thru all the mission impossible movies this week probably which is fun
current favorite character: god what a question. uhhhh. having a bucky barnes (mcu) moment actually but also perpetually on my oliver queen bullshit as of late so him as well.
current wips: long fic about jason and steph (no one look it'll scare it off), a couple m:i7 ideas floating around in my brain, one more chapter for hades au that may never come, and. hold on i have to check. OH and a super secret stephcass thing that also may never see the light of day.

think my biggest problem w the whole. steph teaching cass to be a hashtag normal teen girl dynamic. after the racism of it all. is like. steph is not a normal teen girl. she might talk like one! she might be more emotionally adjusted than fucking. batman. but like. from her earliest appearances steph is weird and intense and isolated from her peers. her entire batgirl run is about learning to value having a civilian life (and she doesn’t entirely succeed in learning that!) idk i don’t love seeing her reduced to. “just a normal quirky teen” status, but i especially hate it in the context of “obviously cass needs help with these things and steph doesn’t”
