I've given myself heat exhaustion AGAIN (heck, I hope it's only heat exhaustion, rip) and I am not here for it ffs so to make sure y'all know about it, imma share the signs of heat exhaustion!

Heat exhaustion is quite literally your body getting too hot and Exhausting itself to cope. Heatstroke is your body Failing To Cope.

Heat Exhaustion signs include:

You get a headache that Will Not Go Away

You feel confused and dizzy (balance who? Idk her)

You don't feel hungry but you feel sick as well (this sucks and happens a lot in high heat so try and snack regularly)

Sweating and clammy skin like the kind that has people go "you're freezing!" because you've sweated so much you literally end up with a chill on your skin

Cramps. Feckin cramps. Arms. Legs. Stomach. They suck ass.

You have a heckin fast pulse or you're hyperventilating like you've just had a Scare

Your body temp is over 38°c (because you're literally boiling like a lobster in a pot)

You are Beyond Thirsty and no matter what you drink it Does Not Abate

If you end up experiencing any of these symptoms, or multiple, and you're in a hot/warm environment, then sit your ass down in the shade, get something to drink, and get a damp cloth on your head or a change of clothes that are cool.

Basically, stop what you're doing and give your body a chance to Not Keep Boiling

Heat exhaustion is NOT THE SAME as a heatstroke.

Heatstroke is So Much Worse™.

Feeling confused but in a like "I don't know what's going on, I can't think, I have no idea about anything, someone help me please I'm crossing into traffic and don't even realise" way

Having a fit/seizure because your body temp is so high your brain is Actually Getting Boiled In Your Skull 🙃 [upside down smiley emoji]

Passing out and not actually responding or waking up from a brief fainting spell (this is the Serious™ kind of passing out that has doctors going "oh shit, we need an IV STAT!" or whatever it is they say when Shit Is Going Down)

Heatstroke can be really dangerous if it isn't treated quickly so please don't ignore these signs. Right now, I'm in a cool environs, with hydration, and am avoiding moving and am gonna have a nap because I'm going very dizzy, can't focus properly, have a headache, and am only coherent here because I'm HyperFocusing on this post. I can't even understand words being said to me right now hence nap, hydration, and cool environs.

Explaining time!📚

BPD (Brain pause discorder)

-is a discorder that relates to Brain activity. I got a lot of information about it, remember... ONLY TROLLS get this discorder and it's made up by me.🦋☺️

Symptoms

• Staring at a specific object or place, even a wall for at least 1-3 mins

• head starts to feel heavy and dizzy, most likely to have a strong headache

• Body starts feeling weak

Those are the symptoms of the BPD, any kind of Troll would get it. Due to their Brain. They won't get it if it's a Healthy Brain.

Triggers

🦋BPD may be triggered by Nervous system awareness. This is due to the Brain activity going on inside, Causing you to stare at Object, Relating to Epilepsy, difference is the levels. Yes! There's levels alright~

🦋 BPD levels have different actions going on. Sometimes BPD triggers itself by an unexpected shock! Leading you staring in blackness or blurry vision.

What does it do?

Imma list some things it does when you have BPD.

1. It makes your body feel dizzy or numb. Somehow have cramps around your hips or neck. Headache involved too.

2. Usually when it's night time, your brain makes shocking ability to make your heart stop beating for 5 seconds and gets beating again 🫀, usually it sometimes make your tongue swollen. That way you won't be able to TALK properly..

3. Locks any of your joints or body part. BPD does have the ABILITY to lock your body. Especially your Hands, Jaw and backbone/Spine. When you hear a Crack sound while you're locked, it means your bones unlocked. You'll be free. But the most dangerous fact is that when BPD locks any of your body joints, it last for at least 6 minutes. The Jaw lock is literally the only one that last 3 minutes, luckily.🌺

4. Have a Seizure attack, Blood pressure high. And heart beat rate fast.

Levels

🌺 There are 4 levels of BPD, that you might have for the rest of your life 🌺

Level 1: Seizure attack

• you'll stare in blankness and pass out for at least 10 seconds or 2 minutes. Some are 5 mins, which is normal, that's just a message to your Brain that it needs some rest. ❤️ So apparently.. level 1 isn't that bad, but at least if your friend or loved one have BPD seizure attack, REMOVE OBJECTS or anything closer to them, so they wouldn't get hurt.❤️‍🩹

Level 2: Severe Seizure attack

• difference is that.. you'll feel dizzy at the moment, Then you'll fall down and start having a seizure, but this time.. instead of foam coming out, it's ACTUALLY Blood coming out of your mouth. Your body will start shaking aggressively, like Electricity floating in you or shocking you. This seizure may last for 10 minutes. After the seizure attack, you might have blurry vision cause of your Brain still in Error or disturbance or unconscious. ❤️‍🩹 But you'll be fine after a nap.

Level 3: Brain Shocking

• now this.. this can happen to you in level 3 of BPD. Your brain is starting to give you shockings, You immediately Pass out with your legs kicking, Arms shaking and eyes blinking. Your BPD also locks your Jaw and hands. The thing that's painful is when you feel like something's stabbing you inside your body, mostly your legs feel it. It's actually your shocking ability. Lasts for at least 7 minutes hopefully.

Now.. here's the MOST dangerous and painful Level...

Level 4:.. Extreme Seizure Lock up

• now this level can be Very painful.. painful enough to get you exhausted and hurt..most Trolls survive this..

• now you're relaxing and Chilling or whatever..then suddenly your eyes are staring up, for 10 seconds. Then your hands start shaking while you're staring, Then you can hardly breath, like if something scared you. Afterwards... You start to have a Seizure, But this time your back Bone or spine, is lifted up, except your head is on the ground, as well as your hips and legs on the ground. You'll have extreme Difficulty breathing... meanwhile your BPD locks your Backbone that's lifted...

• it also makes you scream in horror or pain, Cause BPD locked your spine for 11 minutes straight! Causing you to scream in pain. Your body isn't shaking yet BUT your legs are. You'll see blurry vision in a while... crying in tears might be included due to the pain. This may last 11 minutes straight. Some Trolls have 2 hours, which is VERY, EXTREMELY painful. After you have last the attack, you WON'T be able to move any single of your body, not even your legs. Worst is that after the attack, your tongue is swollen again, and you'll see colourful small lights around the room, even tho it's not there. ❤️‍🩹 Your body won't move for 2 minutes, afterwards you'll see everything and start moving, but you'll have a back pain and neck pain afterwards. 💔

🧠So those are the levels of BPD🧠

Help/support ❤️‍🩹

• these levels are extremely painful, but if you have a friend or loved one that has BPD attack, You may help them in these ways

Level 1: if she/he paused and pass out, it's best to sit next to them, and wait for them to wake up. This helps them feel better and happy for a support.❤️‍🩹

Level 2: if he/she start having seizure attack, you must NOT lay them down, Instead just make them sit up, lift their head slowly up..then you place your other hand at the back, rubbing their backs calms the system, while their face is up, this stops the blood from coming out of their mouths. They might be still shaking for at least 4 minutes, after when they stop, you gently, slowly lay them down. Head sideways and arms to their side. If you cheer them up, they might be able to smile at least and laugh. This helps their Brain activity to calm down and heart beat rate normally. 🫀

Level 3: now you may help them in this attack by laying their head sideways, Arms on their chest, and legs on a fluffy pillow or cushion. You then place your Head or hand on their head. This might pause the Brain for a few seconds and relief nervous system. Support is that after their attack, they'll sleep peacefully or Shut down for a few minutes. You'll only support them by sitting by their side, also rubbing their head gently to relief the heat. 💗

Level 4: now when they have this extreme attack, it's best for you to be always by their side and be aware.

Don't panic when it happens, stay calm. You must also slowly lay their head sideways, arms on the chest too. You should also lift their legs up for 5 seconds and gently place it down. While the spine is lifted and Locked. You should only sit or wait, don't TRY to touch or bend the spine, it's a Advice for that. Then you'll see their body shaking in fear and shock. And the best part is that..if you helped them like this, the attack might last 4 minutes. Afterwards they might smile and doze off to sleep. Carry them to their bedroom and let them sleep.💙 Soon they'll be fine afterwards~🌺

Dominic: So, I think Neige loses books and school supplies rather semi-frequently and Dominic offered to go look around RSA since that's where Neige thought he'd lost it when visiting Rookvil. While Dominic was looking, Ortho walked up to him and asked what he was looking for and he said, "Oh, I was just looking for one of Neige LeBlanches books that he left, you wouldn't happen to know where it would be, would you?" And Ortho's mouth goes into an 'O' shape and he tells Domonic to wait a second before he dashes around a corner, returning 5 seconds later with the books, and asking, “These have his name on the spine, so I think these are the ones you needed, they were in the lost and found earlier.” And Domonic doesn’t know what to say at first but says thank you and has a short conversation with Ortho, which makes him find Ortho interesting and boom feelings

Gran: Some student would be picking a fight with Gran and trying to rile him up, calling him short and a child and all that shit. Ortho would spot this and being the good boi™ that he is goes to stop the fight defending Gran and basically telling the other student in a very sweet way to fuck off. Gran acted like he didn't appreciate it but he did, I feel like everyone likes having someone stand up to them every once and a while, and also who tf is gonna argue with Ortho? While he was kinda going on this spiel on how he could take that guy on and that he was fine on his own and shit but Ortho could see how blushy his cheeks were and just nodded and said, “Well your friends are over there, we can keep talking while we walk over there, yes?” And then feelings

Shelpy: So, he was just napping outside, it was nice and warm and just the perfect weather for a nap. He ended up waking up to Ortho tapping his shoulder and saying, “I’m so sorry that I woke you up, but its going to start raining soon and I don’t think you’d want to wake up all wet! So, I figured I’d wake you up and get you somewhere inside to sleep.” And Shelpy mutters a tired, “Thanks..” and they head to a guest cabin thing and since he just woke up and is still very much tired, Shelpy is sorta doing that hobble thing you do when you first wake up (is that just me? Idk) and Ortho, noticing this tired behavior and being all too familiar with it, offers to carry Shelpy and happily carries him to the cabin, this causes a lot of blushing and, whoopty doo, feelings

Hop: This ones gonna be shorter but ye. So, Hop was visiting RSA for whatever reason, and wanted to make flower crowns/chains/flower any type of accessory for his friends, so he went up and asked Ortho if there were any flower fields around and Ortho, coincidentally was going to do the exact same thing, so they went and made flower crowns together and it so full of smiles and now, Hop has alot of feelings

Timmy: At this point, the other dwarves were well acquainted with Ortho (and very cute boy panic over him) and now Timmy decided to go say hi because of how many times the others told him to, and despite how nervous he was about it, he finally went during a picnic thing both schools had together and Ortho was just chilling on a bench and Timmy went over to just say hi and Ortho, understanding his boundaries and shyness pretty quickly, held a gentle, quiet conversation and Timmy could understand why the other dwarves were so worked up about this sweet robot child. He could just feel his shyness.. Well not fade but lower its boundaries a little bit around Ortho, which is just an effect Ortho has but it makes Timmy happy and that's all that Ortho notices. So, now Timmy has feelings

The other two happened at the same time so i'm gonna put them together, Snick and Toby: One day, Ortho was chilling in the lunchroom with his brother on a sports pep rally day which RSA was also attending, so the two Shrouds were sitting father away because y’know people and Ortho overheard some student saying something along the lines of, “Ok, some of those dwarves are ok, they’re all annoying but they’re tolerable. But for real, what were their names? The sneezy one and the idiot one? Why are they even here?” And Ortho doesn’t get protective much but over the dwarves? Oh you bet your sweet ass he gets protective! So Ortho, this adorable robot child every student loves, marches himself over to that table, turns off his swearing filter and says, “Talk shit about those dwarves again and I promise you, you will get hit.” This scared the shit out of them and it just so happens that Sneezy and Toby heard this and are both slightly blushing, but another reason they fell for Ortho was because Ortho often gets Sneezy medicine if he needs it or once he made Sneezy a scarf and that is now his favorite scarf. And he also helps Toby with remembering certain things, but not in a ‘Uh, you forgot something dumbass!’ type tone its more soft and sweet and they all appreciate it feelings
