beneath the cut is a far too long event starter/plot call! feel free to like this and i will come bother you on discord probably tomorrow. this is also a starter call, though i definitely tend to prefer plotting first you're welcome to just hop in and request things with that being said i'm working on clearing out a lot of my older threads. if you request two people we previously had a thread for i will probably drop the old one unless it is extremely plot heavy, and in general i am going to use the event as a way to clear out my older things that have been reaching an end.

amber: not too worried, but could definitely get it in her head that she should go out and play detective to help people and try to drag others into the nonsense as well

asami sato: she pays for a good security system and knows several different ways to defend herself. she's a little on edge just because it's yet another thing and she's tired, but is mostly feeling alright all things considered.

ciel phantomhive: also pays for good security and isn't letting himself stress out too much, or at least that's how he's coming off. will be pretty dismissive towards anyone that brings it up but potentially go looking for answers on his own.

columbina: she's amused more than anything i'm afraid. really, if you're going to kill someone she thinks you should do it with a bit more tact or care, but she's got morbid interests and could definitely be found looking for, or even tampering with evidence, more for amusement rather than answers though.

emily daivs: very unhappy and a little harsly paranoid about it. she's already worked way too hard to survive, she is not letting just some nobody in washington take her out. with that said she's going to be pretty careful around jsut about anyone. if she doesn't know you she doesn't trust you and she wants you at least five feet away from her at all times.

esther mckinnon: tired of these things happening, but not making too many changes in her life to be careful. she's going to text the family and try and make sure they're all good but beyond that she doesn't want to let some weirdness change her day to day life and make things unbearable. it's not that she doesn't care but she can't halt her life every two months when washington gets wild

gerard of greenleigh: anxious frog dad continues to be anxious, sort of. listen, murders aren't exactly new considering the life he was living back home, but still! everyone here is making it sound like a big deal so he feels like it's a big deal!! he is not investigating at all. he is trying to make sure ylfa and ros are safe and then just keep his nose out of it

glinda upland: honestly? she knows she is not the type to solve a murder. she is trying to stay out of it, and just not be lurking around alone. will drag people to do just about anything with her so that there's safety in numbers, but that's about it. she's not getting too worked up by it. she'll talk theories with some people but she won't be good at it and may just confuse everyone involved

gu zi: concerned for sure, but also doesn't know what he could actually do about it. checking in on the people he knows, but otherwise is trying to stay out of it and let the authorities handle it

inej ghafa: so many concerns. first and foremost she's looking out for her people, especially the unaware ones who might not be able to defend themselves as well. after that she's definitely doing a lot of lurking, trying to grab whatever information she can. she means well and will try and help people if it's ever needed, and is sort of looking into things, but from a much more quiet point of view. she's not throwing herself into it for everyone to see

jin ling: tired! will threaten to fight if you seem weird even though he shouldn't! trying to keep track of seven thousand family members. not going anywhere without his dog who will attack on command. he's worked up but what else is new

lily evans: trying!! to stay out of it. she's nosy, and has a good sense of judgement, so she could wind up looking into things and being involved even though she knows it's not the smart thing to do, but her intention truly is to keep her distance and let the authorities handle it.

luo qingyang: another one who would like to avoid drama as much as possible. this isn't her problem, though she'll definitely be a little more defensive. carrying her sword around more than normal and will pull it out if it feels necessary, but not running around trying to solve and fucking mysteries.

madoka kaname: very stressed! wants to help but doesn't really know how. honestly she's mostly staying out of it but if you catch her near a murder sight or evidence she would be very easy to talk into investigating cause she wants to do the write thing

mei nianqing: tired. looking for jun wu cause man is convinced he has something to do with all of this, but isn't doing a lot to actively solve or fix anything outside of that. this is a problem for younger people

nico di angelo: mostly uncaring. he doesn't think anyone's gonna come kill him and even if they do like ? cool he apparently comes right back. he's worried about his sisters but beyond that man is truly chilling with mcdonalds. life goes on.

nie huaisang: keeping up with the news but beyond that staying out of it. this is an art student, what the fuck is he supposed to do about it. if you approach him and he thinks you seem shady he will absolutely start screaming at the top of his lungs with zero remorse. he would rather be an annoying idiot than dead. can talk theory and be pretty smart about it if you make him focus long enough.

pearl: this is a human problem which means it's not her problem, though she also doesn't respect the cops and would tamper with evidence on the basis of like "i can definitely figure this out faster how has no one been caught yet." will investigate if she's around the area or someone asks her to but isn't going out of her way to do it

princess zelda: is this her problem? no. is zelda a nosy little know-it-all who will have a hard time completely staying away from it? absolutely yes. she knows it's not the smart thing but will keep trying to head around areas where bodies were found and look around. someone please either get her to relax or encourage the bad behavior.

shang qinghua: highkey staying out of it. this just is not his problem, and he's not investigating murders without any money being offered. honestly, he is not that worried. like he'll carry a knife with him in case but he's surprisingly good at surviving, and he doesn't consider himself particularly fun to murder. just don't sneak up on him for the next two weeks or you might wind up with an accidental stab wound

shi qingxuan: trying to stay out of it. a little worried that one of the two morally dubious people she's close to could be involved somehow but absolutely does not want to ask. qingxuan is head empty though and is relatively still way too trustworthy throughout this whole thing and would be way too easy to murder.

toph beifong: relatively unbothered. toph can take care of herself and knows that. confident she could body like anyone in washington if need be. if someone wants to play detective they'll take backup for fun, but isn't going to run in and do anything herself out of the blue.

victor nikiforov: another fool who is way too casual about the whole thing. sure there's murderers out there but he's still gonna go out and do his thing. why would they come after him? he's too handsom to be murdered. someone should probably attempt to talk some sense into him. he's not investigating, but if he comes across anything that feels weird he will post on instagram about it

yin yu: he's not investigating unless he's explicitly told to. he tries to be a good person, but he's pretty sure you don't need to jump into solving a murder to qualify for that. a little careful because he's the type to keep to quieter areas and the shadows and probably realizes that maybe he has to go out into crowds more until this is handled, but that's his biggest struggle. will tell people to chill and not run in and play hero if he has to

zagreus: speaking of running in and playing hero, this man absolutely would be like "alright, i have to lend and hand and solve things!" sticking his nose anywhere and everywhere, sharing theories with people, being way up in people's faces about getting things solved. he's annoying but he means well.

zhongli: another tired old man. he's trying to keep the people he cares about safe, especially since a lot (if not all) of them are young and reckless and he knows they're going to run head first into this stuff. he's not investigating, but does have a lot of knowledge and is happy to sit and talk theories with anyone who is.

"are you kidding, look how cute!" you exclaimed, holding up the little outfit for all to see. your daughter's tiny hands immediately made a grab at it. "this is perfect for spring."

"after two boys, i can't express enough how fun it is shopping for a girl." jj gushed, resting her chin comfortably on her hand. "new section of the store unlocked."

all had gathered for baby girl's very first birthday, and it's been quite the eventful afternoon. lively conversations, a plentiful spread of food, cake on the horizon.

currently your daughter was sat comfortably on your lap, while you orchestrated the whole present-opening extravaganza.

at her young age, she could pull the tissue paper out of the gift bags as instructed, you and jack helped with the actual paper ripping as needed. whether it was you tearing off a starter piece, or jack proudly fulfilling his big brother duties - simply unwrapping it entirely himself and excitably showing his sister what she had received.

and meanwhile, aaron had the most dad job: trash bag duty. it was right up his alley naturally, being sure to punctually collect the scraps of paper before they touched the ground; preventing a mess at all costs.

which ultimately, led up to a new game.

"jack," aaron grabbed his son's focus, holding the bag open and jack caught on instantly. he grinned, balling up and throwing the tissue paper in hand in aaron's direction.

it started off gentle; quiet cheers when jack made the shot, not to mention the growing smiles on both ends. but then it soon turned into them firing off at each other, a bit too aggressive in the constraints of the living room. jack's laughter heightened with each throw, and henry even began to join in from time to time.

while still enamored by the gifts, all thanks to her brother and father's volume, baby girl's attention was quickly drawn to them. she let out a high pitched squeal every time wrapping paper flew over her head and through the air, attempting to wiggle her way off your lap.

as much as you loved aaron and jack carelessly enjoying themselves, and the addictive giggles emitting from your daughter, you also didn't want to take the focus away from everyone's generous gifts. they had spent time, and money, and deserved the proper recognition in return.

"aaron." you warned lightly, raising an eyebrow when his gaze shot to yours - a silent, but loving nonetheless, quit it.

"alright bud," aaron caught the last makeshift ball from jack with his hand, shoving it into the trash. "take the bench. the ref is giving me that look."

"but dad-"

"you heard me. and your mother."

jack let out a small whine, but promptly complied. he returned to the stack of his sister's presents, shifting through and looking for the next one to give her.

"for someone on clean up duty, you sure are making quite the mess." you teased once you caught aaron's eyes again, jack placing the next gift in front of you, "a larger one, if i may add."

"mess isn't in my vocabulary." aaron quipped right back, a delightfully smug look on his face. "you shouldn't be the one talking."

you cocked your head to the side, comically, "oh?"

"who's side of the closet is currently exploding?"

"who's sock drawer has seen better days?"

"the parents are fightingggg." derek stretched out his voice, murmuring humorously under his breath and nudging penelope with an elbow. while the soft tone, his statement was for all to hear.

now, it was your turn to (lightly, as to not jostle baby girl) chuck a ball of wrapping paper at him. derek ducked, barely, laughing loudly as he straightened his posture back upright.

"good try, but not good enough mamas. you gotta work on your aim."

"see, i'm not making a mess." aaron teased as he came near to grab it off the carpet, taking a detour as well to give your lips a quick peck. "you have that title perfectly under control, darling."

So you just joined Tumblr?

Tumblr basics + Fandoms/Gifmaking

Congratulations, you just landed at Tumblr! This hellsite (affectionate) can seem intimidating and complicated at first, but once you grasp the basics of it it’ll quickly turn into your own personal little hut in the forest. Tumblr is a website where you and only you curate your dashboard, you’ll see the content that you seek on your own. In this post, I’ll explain the basics of Tumblr and the basics of how fandoms function here with the help of Bob. Okay, let’s get started.

1. Blog customization

The first thing you should do as soon as you land on Tumblr is add a profile picture and header before you interact with people. You want to be distinguishable from bots and therefore avoid getting blocked. You can also add anything to your bio, there's no character limit. Some folks add their name and pronouns, but there are no rules about that. There are also no rules about profile pictures. It can be a picture of you, a picture of your dog, a picture of a rock, or a picture of your favorite character. If you plan on staying on the fandom side, you might notice that a lot of fandom blogs have colorful-looking icons (a cutout of a character on a colorful background), for these icons and also headers I suggest checking out source blogs that make those icons. For starters, @iconheadersource is a goldmine where you definitely going to find something that’d suit you and your blog.

Tumblr on mobile and Tumblr on desktop are two different creatures when it comes to customization. On the desktop, you can customize your blog with coding (HTML + JS). Now Bob will demonstrate to us some examples of blogs on desktop.

2. Search Engine

Nice! You've made your blog look pretty! Now, let's shift our focus to the search engine and ways to discover content. As mentioned earlier, you curate your dashboard by looking for things you enjoy and like. Search using hashtags or the names of your interests (TV shows, movies, birds, music, etc.) to find your piece of cake. For instance, folks who create posts about TV shows you like use tags to ensure their posts reach others interested in the same thing. So, let's go ahead and search for something right now.

Once you search for that specific tag, you are redirected to the corresponding tag page. Here, you can see that posts are sorted by "Latest" or "Top" (indicating posts with the most notes). On the right side, you will find related tags and blogs which are frequently using the searched tag. By following the tag, both the tag itself and the posts tagged with it will automatically appear on your dashboard in the "Your tags" section. You have the option to filter tags according to your preferences. In the settings, you can choose to block specific tags if you prefer not to see content related to some particular topics.

The only method for sharing posts and content on this website is through reblogging. On Tumblr, reposting others' content, including art, gifs, and fics, is not accepted. Reposting means downloading art, gifs, etc., creating your own post, and then sharing it. And that's a big no-no, strongly discouraged. Your likes essentially function as bookmarks, and you have the option to set them to be private. When you save something, it doesn't appear on your friends' dashboards.

We don't censor things here, and I advise you not to do so too. If you need to mention a word that might be potentially triggering or could be flagged on another social media, feel free to say it. Many users have specific topics and tags filtered out, so if you use variations like "K!tKat" instead of "KitKat" in the tags, it can bypass the tag filter, potentially causing more harm as people will see content that triggers them. And remember to always tag posts that have flickering or flashing!!!

If you want to organize your reblogs or make comments on a reblog, use the tags section and not the comments section itself. This is called "#add tags." Feel free to type whatever you want, but keep in mind that the original poster receives notifications when someone reblogs their post and adds tags. Yes, all tags are visible to us.

3. Social interactions

So let's move on to one of the crucial topics - how to make friends on Tumblr? Personally, I don't think there's one particular formula for that. Sometimes you just see a funny bloke posting about something as random as desert rain frogs, grab them, and go "You're my friend now" and that's how you become mutuals. 

However, there are other, more common ways to become friends with someone. You can start by reblogging someone's post, adding tags to the reblog, and then following the person. Create your own posts, tag them to ensure they reach the folks who are interested in the same things as you, and participate in fandom events and challenges if you're into that. Interact with people you want to befriend, message them, send them asks. You will eventually find your crowd. You'll also find swifties, and fans of supernatural who never moved on from that destiel love confession four years ago, they also can be your friends, at some point, you will become friends and chill with each other. Be open to new interests to make sure your dashboard is not dull and boring.

Tumblr doesn't have the supposed hierarchy, and you don't have to listen to anyone who tells you otherwise, you curate your own experience and blocking is pretty normalized here. Notes and followers (which are private for everyone) don't really matter, stick to your beliefs and your vibe and you'll be fine. We're all equal losers here.

4. Fandom / Gifmaking

Fandoms play a significant role on Tumblr, they're closely tied with gifmaking. As a fellow creature of fandom, I'm adding this part because we don't gatekeep - more gifmakers and fandom enthusiasts mean a better fandom experience. As I mentioned earlier, everything has its tag, making it easy to find your favorite TV show fandom by searching for the tag. This is also how you can connect with people who share an interest in that specific TV show. Upon entering the tag, you'll stumble upon numerous moving pictures – these are GIFs. People create GIFs of everything, from their "blorbo" (the term for favorite character) to beloved ships and favorite moments. There are also plenty of creative GIFs with different coloring and complicated effects. And the best part? You can do it too!

There are a lot of ways to make GIFs. Some people use Photoshop, and some use Photopea which is an excellent accessible option. I'll be linking posts for Photoshop under this text. For Photopea tutorials and guides, please check out @photopeablr.

Wait but what's a source blog? These are blogs that center around a specific theme, creating content for a particular topic. They are managed by multiple editors, these blogs track their own tags to reblog content related to the theme. They can be source blogs dedicated to gifmaking (just like @usergif), a TV show, a movie, a character, a celebrity, a sports team, or literally anything else. Typically, these blogs incorporate terms like "network," "source," "central," "creators," "hub," or "daily" in their usernames, making them easily distinguishable from regular personal blogs. Examples of source blogs that come to my mind right now are @dailyanakin, @heartstoppercentral, and @nancywheelercentral.

Let's also talk about tracking tags, which are often included in blogs's bios, whether they're from source blogs or solo gifmakers. You can add these tags to your posts when creating a gifset related to a specific source blog or something you know a particular gifmaker would appreciate. Basically, the gifmaker can search their tracking tag, much like a regular Tumblr tag, and view the most recent sets in which someone used their tag.

The last thing I want to talk about are usernames, and main and side blogs. On Tumblr, we have two types of blogs: the main blog and the side blog. The main blog is the initial blog created when you sign up for your account. This blog has full functionality and all features, allowing you to follow other blogs, like posts, and send asks to other blogs. In addition to the main blog, you can create side blogs on your account. Side blogs lack some of the features of main blogs; you can't like posts, follow other blogs, or send asks from a side blog. They have slightly different functionality – a side blog can be password-protected, have multiple users, and allow you to send direct messages to people. Other users can follow your side blog, and you can receive asks from them.

Many people use side blogs as URL holders. For instance, when a new TV show is announced, someone might be the quickest to save all canonical character names. You can then message that empty side blog to inquire if they're willing to trade that specific URL or if it's available for a giveaway. Canonical URLs are often challenging to obtain, so many people add letters in between or at the end or use symbols like "-", and they also mix names and surnames of different characters.

John Deere's repair fake-out

Last week, a seeming miracle came to pass: John Deere, the Big Ag monopolist that — along with Apple — has led the Axis of Evil that killed, delayed and sabotaged dozens of Right to Repair laws, sued for peace, announcing a Memorandum of Understanding with the American Farm Bureau Federation to make it easier for farmers to fix their own tractors:

This is a move that’s both badly needed and long overdue. Deere abuses copyright law to force farmers to pay for official repairs — even when the farmer does the repair. That’s possible thanks to a practice called VIN locking, in which engine parts come with DRM that prevents the tractor from recognizing them until they pay hundreds of dollars for a John Deere technician to come to their farm and type an unlock code into the tractor’s console:

Like all DRM, VIN locks are covered by Section 1201 of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), a 1998 law that criminalizes distributing tools to bypass “access controls,” even if you do so for a lawful purpose (say, to fix your own tractor using a part you paid for). Violations of DMCA 1201 carry a penalty of 5 years in prison and a $500k fine — for a first offense.

This means that Deere owners are locked into using Deere for repairs, which also means that if Deere decides something isn’t broken, a farmer can’t get it fixed. This is very bad news indeed, because John Deere tractors are just computers in a fancy, mobile case, and John Deere is incredibly bad at digital security:

That’s scary stuff, because John Deere is a monopolist, and a successful attack on the always-connected, networked tractors and other equipment it supplies to the world’s farmers could endanger the global food supply.

Deere doesn’t want to make insecure tractors, but it also doesn’t want to be embarrassed by security researchers who point out that its security is defective. Because security researchers have to bypass Deere tractors’ locks to probe their security, Deere can leverage DMCA1201 into a veto over who gets to warn the public about the mistakes it made.

It’s not just security researchers that Deere gets to gag: the company uses its repair monopoly to threaten farmers who complain about its business practices, holding their million-dollar farm equipment hostage to their silence:

This all adds up to what Jay Freeman calls “felony contempt of business model,” an abuse of copyright law that allows a monopolistic corporation to reach beyond its own walls and impose its will on it customers, critics and competitors:

If Deere was finally suing for peace in the Repair Wars, well, that was wonderful news indeed — as I said, a seeming miracle.

But — like all miracles — it was too good to be true.

The MOU that Deere and the Farm Bureau signed is full of poison pills, gotchas, fine-print and mendacity, as Lauren Goode documents in her Wired article, “Right-to-Repair Advocates Question John Deere’s New Promises”:

For starters, the MOU makes the Farm Bureau promise to end its advocacy for state Right to Repair bills, which would create a repair system governed by democratically accountable laws, not corporate fiat. Clearly, Deere has seen the writing on the wall, after the passage in 2002 of Right to Repair laws in New York and Colorado:

These two bills broke the corporate anti-repair coalition’s winning streak, which saw dozens of state R2R bills defeated:

Deere’s deal-with-the-devil is a cynical ploy to brake R2R’s momentum and ensure that any repairs are carried out on Deere’s terms. Now, about those terms…

Deere’s deal offers independent repair shops access to diagnostic tools and parts “on fair and reasonable terms,” a murky phrase that can mean whatever Deere decides it means. Crucially, the deal is silent on whether Deere will supply the tools needed to activate VIN locks, meaning that farmers will still be at Deere’s mercy when they effect their own repairs.

What’s more, the deal itself isn’t legally binding, and Deere can cancel it at any time. Once you dig past the headline, the Deere’s Damascene conversion to repair advocacy starts to look awfully superficial — and deceptive.

One person who wasn’t fooled is sick.codes, the hacker who has done the most important work on reverse-engineering Deere’s computer systems, culminating in last summer’s live, on-stage hack of a John Deere tractor at Defcon:

Back to the Exchange we go! Generally speaking, with these world overviews, I mostly want to focus on complete worlds, or at least worlds that are complete enough that you can just plunk down a sim or twelve in the world and play, without having to do any set-up. But, for those who like to build, I will also give a shout-out here and there to empty worlds that I think are nicely sculpted/painted/decorated and that have good lot lay-outs that would be easy to create a nice-looking town in, whether you build the lots yourself or plop down EA or downloaded ones.

This is one such world. It's a recent one, uploaded in January of 2022. It has lovely mountainous scenery full of evergreen trees as well as quite a bit of water and three waterfalls. The lot layout is great, too, with discrete sections that make it easy to create various types of neighborhoods within the world as well as a centralized city/downtown area, complete with a waterfront.

Some stats:

I'm not 100% sure what size the world is, but I think it's 2048x2048. Not all of it is routable, though, so the playable area is smaller than that. It shouldn't take sim-hours to get anywhere.

I'm terrible at recognizing what landscape items come from which EP, but I did see trees that I know for certain come from Pets and Ambitions. I thiiiiiiink the rest is all basegame, though? Maybe? There is no Store content or CC.

I counted 114 lots, with 84 designated as residential and 30 as community, but since they're all empty, you can change that however you want. All of the lots are flat, other than half-a-dozen or so that overlap water so that you could build/place ports/houseboats on them. The "bay" area would be a great place to add some diving lots, too. Some of the lots are odd sizes, particularly long, narrow strips between other lots which are obviously meant to be greenbelts. There are also some other lots that are just a bit "off" from normal sizes -- like 45x40, for instance -- but this wouldn't mean that you couldn't place pre-built "normal" size lots on them. You'd just have a bit of space left over in some cases, which can be a good thing.

There are no spawners in the world. None. Not even fish. Minor pets do not spawn, either. So, if you want to be able to fish or collect things in this world, you'll need to add spawners yourself.

As usual, the title of this post is a link to the world's enormously unhelpful Exchange page, but if you don't want to deal with the Exchange/the Launcher/sims3packs, I have uploaded a .world file here. If you download that, it goes in your install files under GameData - Shared - NonPackaged - Worlds. If you like this world, the creator has two more similar ones, also empty, which you can access from the "Creator" tab on the Exchange page.

So, all that being said, let's have a look at some more pics and info, behind the cut!

First up, some Edit Town pics of the various sections of the world. As I said, the world is broken out into discrete sections meant for different purposes. I don't know about anyone else, but this is something I look for in worlds. So here we go:

This is the area where all of the lots designated as community lots (except for one out by the lighthouse) are. Me, I'd put luxury houses on the lots on the causeway bit on the left, but as-is they're designated as community lots. Anyway, this is obviously where the city/downtown is supposed to be.

This is a little rural area, with three larger lots for farms.

This area has a bunch of small lots. The ones in the grid layout are 15x20, and the ones in the other bit are mostly 20x20 with one or two more 15x20s. So, this would be a good place to put starter houses or small-footprint multi-story houses.

The lots on the back of the central "mountain" are large and have nice views of unroutable wilderness with a lake and a waterfall, so pretty obviously meant for fancy houses. The area in the upper right has smaller lots but also with a water view, so also good for smaller but more-expensive houses. The lots in the red rectangle are kind of odd, though. They're 15x40. I suppose you could build narrow but very deep houses on them, like urban brownstones or whatever, but I would replace them with fewer but square-er lots.

Annnnnd this is the area that's mostly meant to be mid-level suburbia, I think. Larger lots laid out in a grid, tree-lined streets, blah blah. There are some larger and more isolated lots there in the bottom right as well as the upper bit along the river, though.

And that's about it! Since the world is empty, we're left with scenery, so...Let's have LOTS MOAR SCENERY!

I also believe this and have done a lot of research but I think I have trouble with finding sources as I haven’t been able to find anything that shows that he is against fascism + hates it, which makes it difficult to argue that he isn’t one when talking to others about it.

Do you have proof or some sort of instance that either states or hints towards this that could help with the argument that he is against n@zis?

Hello anon! Oh wow It has been a hot second since I've Codsed my Zombies. I'm not sure how much you know already. So I'll just go down the list of things I remeber! And i'll make this a bit beginner freindly, just in case anyone needs to show this to someone.

Also feel free to add to it!!! Or feel free to point out if I misspoke it HAS been a bit...

1) For starters, although the lore reason for Richtofen's outfit is unknown (most anything i could say here would be pure speculation and HC), we do know that he was originally just a re-used asset from the main game. He comes from the villian character Heinrich Amsel. When COD Zombies (previously Nazi Zombies) first started out, all the characters were blank slate re-used and slightly recolored assets. They ofc later gave them all names and stories (although testing the waters at first, a lot of early story got ret-conned. Such as Richtofen being a back ally surgeon.) But they unfortunately never re-designed him outside of removing the swastika :( but I also belive it's important beacuse I feel like it's one of the only things ppl bring up when the try and say Richtofen is a nazi, and I feel like it holds no weight beacuse of these things.

(Here is Heinrich Amsel. As u can see, clearly where Richtofen's original model comes from.)

2) lore stuff is dificult to pile evidance for due to how the lore in the game itself is presented. If you want the freshest and best sources (aside from meticulously beating every easter egg and finding all the secrets) YouTube videos with the quotes/Easter eggs/secrets are your best bet aside from going in game and grabbing them yourself. I can't particularly remeber what exsact maps may be able to help you. Aside from Classified!

It's just generally a real important part of the basic lore that Richtofen isn't a Nazi and hates them. It's kinda what kicks off....everything that happend. Im sure anyone could get this information from any reliable Cod Zombies lore video (i uhhh don't know which ones are reliable i haven't watched any! Probably check out Mr.RoflWaffles?). For starters, Richtofen was always a spy. He worked for the Illuminati before Maxis asked him to join Group 935, and Richtofen only joined so he could feed information back to the Illuminati. It's also important to note that Group 935 was not originally associated with Nazis. Maxis made a deal with the nazis without anyone's permission (funding and test subjects in exchange for weapons and super soldiers.) And that was one of many things that pissed Richtofen off so badly that he gathered everyone up to make a secret section of Group 935, that both worked with the allies, and planned on killing off Maxis. (Ofc his goal was later shifted and corupted by the Apothicons. But this is about how Richtofen isn't a Nazi, not questioning him as a dubious person. There was also all of the moon shit, Maxis not caring about Richtofen's experiments, a whole boat load of resons that Richtofen wanted that man dead.)

(Also. Richtofen never fought in ww2 and ww2 is already over by the time the zombie breakout happens.)

Here is a link to the Film Reels in Classified, many of which talk about how Richtofen was working against Maxis (and the nazis) and even has some verbal confirmation from Richtofen about his distaste for nazis.

Also here is also the Kronorium! As far as I know, it should still be a reliable sorce! (Like i said, it's been a while). And I think it's a bit better than the wiki (which still says his nationality is nazi german...instead of just saying he's german....) there is plenty of stuff in the interactive book that explains

Felt like finally posting about a Pokémon AU I have. It's based on @pokemon-ash-aus' dead!ash AU, and I felt like it was interesting enough to share.

So the main difference is that Ash is from Hisui. Same time period and everything, no time travel needed, he's just from there. He takes the role of the ingame protagonist.

Eventually, he dies to a Pokémon. Not surprising, they're all pretty murderous. But here's the kicker: Remember Hisuian Zorua's Pokédex entry?

You see that bit about being a "once-departed soul"?

Yeah, that might include dead humans, much like Yamask.

So, Ash gets to become a Hisuian Zorua. He uses the usual Zorua illusions to make himself look like his usual human self and goes about his day pretending everything is fine.

He keeps pretending he's a kid since he doesn't really know how to make himself look like he ages, since he never got to. Eventually, several hundred years later, he gets adopted by Delia Ketchum and sets out on his Pokémon adventure like in canon.

Here's some extra info:

- Ash's Pikachu is actually a reincarnated version of the Pikachu he had as his starter in Hisui. They get along much better in the first episode than they do in canon, since Pikachu remembers him.

- Ash can fully understand Pokémon, being one himself- he just pretends he can't in front of people.

- At one point he accidentally revealed himself as a Zorua during Hisui. Not everyone trusted him after that, and I'm going to say that's why he gets banished like the games since it's originally because the player is a time traveler. Ingo was probably the first to accept him, being from modern Unova he'd probably have gotten used to dealing with Zorua disguised as people. Ash is still cautious about revealing himself because of the event, though.

- Having been around since Hisui, some of the time-travel sections like with Dialga or Celebi get confusing for his traveling partners. When needed, Ash tells them they're his ancestors instead of explaining he's a ghost unless he absolutely has to. His past selves know to play along.

- He still has Aura abilities, and he's much better at it than in canon- I'm going to say Sir Aaron taught him. One idea I really like is that he's actually the prince of Rota, the kingdom the Aura Guardians are from- He's just got the cliché "I'm royalty and I absolutely hate it so I left" backstory.

- He is more than willing to yell at legendaries like they're little kids having tantrums. He's battled Arceus and won, they really can't stop him.

The first is one of my favorite pieces that combines two of my passions, one from my childhood and one since 2019: Peanuts and Bo Burnham!

Bo as Charlie Brown/Schroeder is just perfect, and I can't rep @lomleyo enough. She is an EXCEPTIONAL artist and also created my SUCH logo that I adore 🥰

I was finally able to pick up the Peanuts print because I needed to get the perfect birthday card for my best friend @ilickedthegardenwall on her 30th birthday—and BOY did Kat deliver on that one!

The second is a recent discovery on Instagram that blew me away: A Vincent van Gogh-style representation of Inside, with so many hidden gems from White Woman's Instagram (like an embroidered fox and dreamcatcher, for starters). Just AMAZING attention to detail!

I am an ENORMOUS fan of Vincent van Gogh (Starry Night is my favorite painting), so this image spoke to me immediately, and I actually reached out to the artist (Jakobi Holck Luke) to see if he would add it to his Redbubble shop (IncredibleHolck), which he did thankfully.

Fun fact: Bo has been compared to the troubled painter by Pete Holmes ("It's exciting to see van Gogh walking in the Mall of America"), and the lyrics to Vincent by Don McLean really sound like Bo imo (especially the intro and this last section):

Origami Math

There is an old technique I learned from an art teacher who was teaching proportionality on a canvas. He drew a rough square, then made a couple diagonals. Then he divided the square into half with a vertical line and drew all possible diagonals in them. It's a rough proof, especially when you consider that the lines are drawn by hand, but it still works for people trying to find thirds.

Years later, I found the same process outlined in more than one of my origami books from my childhood. I guess I was too busy looking at the diagrams to read the text.

The idea of finding divisions of a unit square is a compelling and useful pursuit. Some people guess, which can have surprising accuracy. Some people use a ruler, which also works. What I'd like to do is write a proof and create a process from that proof that can find any division, just by using origami.

The Math

For starters, the math is slope intercept form to find two functions and set them equal to each other.

If you extrapolate the above diagram, you can convert this to a function f(x) = mx +b, where f1(x) = (1/2)x and f2(x) = -x +1

f1(x) has a y-intercept of 0 and a slope of +(1/2)

f2(x) has a y-intercept of +1 and a slope of -1

f1(x) = (1/2)x

f2(x) = -x +1

Set the two formulas equal to each other and then solve for x.

x/2 = -x+1

(mul 2 on both sides), x = -2x + 2

(add 2x on both sides), 3x = 2

(div 3 on both sides), x = 2/3

Folding the left edge of the paper to the 2/3 mark will create a 1/3 crease in the unit square. You can also fold through the mark and when you plug this back in to solve for y, you find that it works both ways forming a 3x3 grid in the paper.

You can use 1/4 divisions of the unit square as a guideline to fold a diagonal with a slope of +(1/4), like this

Creating functions for the diagonals like we did before, you get:

f1(x) = (1/4)x

f2(x) = -x +1

Set them equal to solve for x.

x/4 = -x+1

(mul 4 on both sides), x = -4x + 4

(add 4x on both sides), 5x = 4

(div 5 on both sides), x = 4/5

Folding the left edge of the paper to the 4/5 mark will create a 2/5 crease in the unit square. Because there are eight creases to make a 5x5 grid, using the intersection as a guideline only, you will get 1/5 and 2/5 in both directions and then you will need to divide your 2/5 sections in half.

What may not be evident is that since quartering the paper is folding edge to edge to make even divisions for a power of 2, that there is another division of quarters that will also intersect the diagonal, but this time it intersects giving a different fractional part of the unit square. f(x) = (3/4)x. Set this equal to our unit diagonal and you get this:

3x/4 = -x+1

(mul 4 on both sides), 3x = -4x + 4

(add 4x on both sides), 7x = 4

(div 7 on both sides), x = 4/7

Since f(x) = (2/4)x reduces down to x/2, you don't need to repeat this one because we've already proved that it will divide the unit square into thirds.

If you study the sequence of formulas that we solved, you may see that a pattern emerges.

Our first set of formulas started with slope 1/2 and solved for 2/3

The second set of formulas used slope 1/4 and solved for 4/5

The last set of formulas had slope 3/4 and solved for 4/7

In each case, the new division of the unit square that we found, borrows the denominator from the guideline folds and places this in the numerator. Then it adds the numerator to the denominator to find the new denominator.

One can also state that all divisions less than 2 to the power of n has at least one guideline that can be calculated. So for 2^3, which is 8, you can find 1/7, 1/5, 1/3 and you don't have to find 1/6 because you can make that by starting with 1/3 and dividing by 2. You don't need to find 1/4 because it is a power of 2 and you don't have to solve for 1/1 because that is the unit square.

in case youre struggling, i get you. its hard. its meant to be hard. but ive at least picked up a few things that may help you on your trip to no mans land

first off, the starter buffs are all incredibly useful for hard. the game recommends you to get them all and you should, but if you dont have them all like i do im pretty sure you can still get through it. it just is a bit harder. be sure to absolutely grab this starter buff

this gives you the opportunity to start with THREE 000 units which is invaluable for early on regardless of who you pick

this mode does prioritize 00s, ego gifts, and egos themselves. you can at least control 2/3 of these

as is the playstyle for limbus, passives also help a LOT and even if you do not take the character into battle, grabbing a few when you can is absolutely recommended, especially if its a free cost (0 or 00 unit). notable units for their passives include:

tingtang hong lu

seven associate outis

blade lineage outis

mariachi sinclair

base rodion

liu hong lu if you want to go full burn

n corp meursault

chef ryoshu

and finally shi heathcliff if you’re okay with the risk

now as for units themselves, i will recommend them below. i do not have every sinner in the game unfortunately, so ones i do not have but i can guess are good will be marked with a (?) and if you want to confirm or deny them being good feel free. if a sinners id is only good/is the best in a team composition themed around a buff or debuff (ie poise or burn) they will have the mentioned attribute added, otherwise no mention means they are good on their own regardless

YI SANG: spicebush, unfortunately his other ids suffer in comparison. section seven can be used since its free but base and blade lineage aren’t worth it

FAUST: one who grips, lobcorp remnant. bring a faust especially if you have the fluid sac

DON QUIXOTE: warp (making a note here to say how bullshit good she is if you have her - she can feed egos and deal immense dps if you use her carefully), shi section

RYOSHU: chef, section seven

MEURSAULT: rhino (charge, bleed), rosespanner (tremor), liu (burn), n corp gets a mention here for being absurdly tanky. if you have pursuance, take any meursault you can get

HONG LU: i think literally any hong lu can work. i think maybe the hong lu dev is real. prioritize base hong lu, kurokumo, and ting tang. liu and k corp hong lu both work in their respective debuff builds (burn and rupture)

HEATHCLIFF: breedcliff rabbit heathcliff, sunshower (sinking, or if you want to try something new), n corp heathcliff (?) (have not tested yet, but provides coin dropping power that may help early on)

ISHMAEL: liu (burn), shi section, lccb assistant (tremor, rupture)

RODION: rosespanner, base, kurokumo (poise or bleed)

SINCLAIR: one who shall grip, base, talisman (?)

OUTIS: section seven, base, g corp (?) (I have not thoroughly tested g corp outis but her skills involve coin power dropping so she may be useful for that, especially early on)

GREGOR: g corp (?), liu (burn), rosespanner (tremor, rupture, charge)

out of these, i think aside from status effect teams, warp donq, base and seven section outis, any hong lu, r heathcliff, and a meursault are ones i most recommend to start out with if you have them. faust and yi sang are good if you have good ids for them, sinclair who grips COULD be good but his sanity ramps up as the stages go on which makes him less effective

EGO GIFTS feel like something that would be obvious to most people on which is the best and which is the worst, but i feel like i should add a section in here listing them. i don’t currently have all of them so those i cannot confirm i’ve tested all of them. sorry!

above even healing is ego resource generation - grand welcome > blue zippo lighter > disk fragment/child within a flask > coffee and cranes/perversion. if you can grab any of them make sure to do so as ego is REALLY needed later in the dungeon so you can win clashes and spam egos like fluid sack, sunshower, pursuance, ect

rusty coin - this one requires no explanation. next

lunar memory - also requires no explanation. next

healing egos seem to have gotten a bit of a nerf but they’re still incredibly good considering the endurance run that is mirror dungeon hard. blood pack > homeward > painkillers > lithograph > first aid kit > prejudice. i don’t know where to mark the signpost but if you get it early then it helps

status egos should be straightforward in judging what is good or not but i guess it wouldn’t hurt to help note some of them. i want to give a shout out to the nebulizer and broken revolver though, the former for making poise good actually and the latter for just being a big boon with debuffs on top of causing rupture

bleed - red stained gossypium (what a glow up!) > little and to be naughty plushie > rusted cutting knife/smoke and wires > wound clerid > rusty nail. do not use white gossypium unless you like trying kaizo mode for whatever reason

rupture - they REALLY want people to try rupture it seems. once again, evidence for hong lu dev (add in support that is REALLY good right as k corp hong lu who thrives on rupture releases).  broken revolver > thrill/standard duty battery > crown of roses/talisman bundle > barbed snare > thunderbranch

burn - honestly there’s not really a -bad- burn option. i haven’t played with burn in this mode. dust to dust, charred disk, and hellterfly’s dream seem silly

sinking - melted spring/skeletal crumbs > artistic sense > thorny path/midwinter nightmare > red order > headless portrait

tremor - green spirit (is it still bugged? i think it is, if not its probably lower) > melty eyeball >  nixie divergence > downpour (double edged sword - gives a lot of tremor but bursts it in the end of the same turn so building it up may be harder) > bracelet EDIT: I UNDERESTIMATED DOWNPOUR. IF YOU CAN GET IT DO SO THIS SHIT IS SO FUNNY WHEN IN LONGER BATTLES. bracelet is still the worst

charge - employee card > charge type gloves > lightning rod > wrist guards (combo’d with lightning rod/charge gloves is a free offensive boost turn one) > curriculum vitae >  portable battery > nightvision goggles

poise - nebulizer > four leaf clover > calm water >  endorphin hit > cigarette holder > stone tomb > pendant of nostalgia

i did not list egos that just give a general damage bonus because i feel like that’s obviously good. i WOULD like to mention illusory hunt and blood, sweat, and tears being especially good, especially the former for free buffs against most of the bosses in md hard

with that, that’s about all i have aside from just things i’ve noticed during my 3 playthrus:

- the first two levels tend to be harder than later ones

- if you’re about to die, give up and you’ll reset. known, but always good to keep in mind

- there’s no shame in retreating if it’s too hard

- USE YOUR 00 UNITS

- ego gifts are incredibly rng, but if they show up always try to get an ego generator like child in a flask or grand welcome, especially the latter

- enemies have beefed up coin power. do not be surprised to lose clashes you’d normally win

- checks to get ego gifts also tend to be harder to succeed in, but can be accomplished. bring someone with a decent amount of coins

Alright I just finished Chapter 1 of Rejuvenation 13.5 and I have many thoughts I want to ramble about.

I want to note that I have done 100% playthrough of version 13.0 a few months after it had initially released, so although my memory is a bit rusty, I will be talking a bit about some of the changes between the versions (i want to note that they're all positive imo)

Also should note that be wary of spoilers for new content for 13.5 as well as spoilers for story stuff since I want to talk about how good the writing in this game is. I've taken a lot of screenshots and will be adding them when i think they fit in my little rambles and stuff.

Without further ado my ramblings are under the read more!

To start things off I wanna just gloss over the beginning scene with Maria and the prologue on the SS Oceana. From what I can remember nothing really changed between those two sections but honestly I think they are as close to perfect if not as perfect as they can be. They give just the right amount of information to set up some of the first main mysteries and plot threads, and I think they do amazingly at setting the tone for the game.

Next I want to talk about how East Gearen has changed, having made some small adjustments to the city to help make traveling through it all the more easier. I'm happy that the changes were minimal enough that walking through the city I still knew where everything was, so everything felt familiar but it had been different enough where seeing everything game me the same sort of wonder and comfort that it had in my first playthroughs.

I think the biggest changes being to the designs for the Gearen lab and the Gearen Help Center (I haven't made it to Sheridan yet so I'm not sure if all of the help centers have been changed to be the same sort of layout, or if they all have a unique sort of look to them). The only change I'm not the biggest fan of is the starters all being lined up in rows as shown above. It definitely makes choosing the starter easier since they're all in one space, but having them all in their own little enclosures had this quaint sort of feeling to it. Still I do think that it was a good change overall, it just doesn't pander to me specifically.

Next change that I want to point out is the ability to take on quests right when you see the npc and not needing to go to the help center. Overall I think everything about quests has been changed to be much easier and more streamlined. The little quest notification does a lot in making finding the details for quests and even just finding quests a lot easier. Overall I'm a big fan.

I also adore the additions of finding some relevant story npcs out in the world outside of big story events and areas. It just adds so much to the world and helps make the world feel more alive, like its really worth saving. Whether its just small dialogue that doesn't impact anything, a conversation that can build up on your relationships with characters, or even having a quick battle, I love these small changes.

Next on the list is the completely new content, with the most notable being Mr. Luck's tent. I'm gonna be honest I am a big fan of him, I love this character archetype of just these mischievous tricksters (probably a more common term for this trope but. y'know the sort of characters I'm probably thinking of) Honestly the whole quest introducing Prism Pokemon was very fun! Melia also explains them later on during the Goldenwood Forest section with the fight with the Prism Nidorino, but I think being able to learn about it early through the quest is fun. Also I am just a huge fan of the contracts and items you can trade in. I'm gonna save a bit though for some of the more expensive items though, at least for now. If I can find a way to grind for the Black Prisms easily I'll probably grind for that ??? contract, but I have no idea what it could be (also 999 is a lot,,,).

Next up I want to talk about the update to Venam's gym! It definitely feels a lot more her than the last one, but I do think there was a bit of charm to the idea that she didn't really get a say in what her gym was like, to the point she made a gym grave yard to help preserve those old gyms. The factory is still there and I'm gonna be honest I kinda just walked there first when it was time to challenge Venam and I was very confused-- Not complaining just a silly thing I thought I'd mention.

Next I want to talk about the Zygarde quest. I think introducing it during the main story instead of pushing it to the side in the help center was a smart move, but I did not realize who Ayuda was at first when I saw him in Venam's gym. I'm gonna be honest though, I don't see myself going out of my way to work on completing the Zygarde quest this playthrough, mostly just cause I'm not the biggest Zygarde fan, but also its just very tedious to look for all of them.

Next I wanna talk about the Goldenwood Forest Section and I just. Wow I think how it was reworked was phenomenal. First I absolutely ADORE how instead of having it be a cutscene you can help out everyone in Goldenwood made the trip feel a lot more impactful. I adored that original cutscene but honestly I think having a few quick quests to help everyone in the area made what was once gonna be one of the best days ever into the worst day ever feel a lot more... real if that makes sense, telling a story through gameplay and not just cutscenes, something Rejuvenation never had a problem with, but I'm glad they made the change here.

Also the fishing quest. Oh my goodness the fishing quest. The mechanical Lairon encounter hinting towards the future mechanical Pokemon you have to fight later on even more intense cause like. This rusty old one can give you trouble if you're not prepared for it, and and the fully functional mechanical Pokemon found later on in the game can be pretty rough, especially since there are so many of them in some sections like in the pearl route of chapter 15. That said there was something really funny to me about the idea of this fisherman having the hardest time trying to get a Magikarp haha.

Next I love the information Melia gives about the mural, how she talks about how the squares couldn't be buildings, since the Garufans hadn't been very technologically advanced. Honestly there being so many differing interpretations for the Garufans and how they handled things is so cool to me, cause I feel like its just like how people who research ancient civilizations are in real life, especially when there isn't a lot of information available. This might be partly because I have this stuff on my mind because I am taking a World Civilizations class rn for my college classes. Karen talking about in the Missing Starly quest that the Garufa were a nomadic tribe that harvested the powers from Pokemon's souls to be able to cast magic. Then in the Hidden Library quest we learn that they hated Pokemon, seeing them as vile pests. Even the idea that their technology was undeveloped is something that gets disproved later on in the story. I just find it fascinating that nobody can seem to agree on what the Garufa were like. I may be pulling at straws here though I just think its cool.

Next is the whole redesign for the Silent Grove. First I think the name itself is new but tbh I may just be forgetting and I don't feel like looking up an old playthrough to check (tbh thats just me being lazy tho). I personally was a big fan of the grove being a small secluded area, but I think the big castle builds on the lore that was first established in the Goomy Kingdom quest, that being what the world was like all the way back before the calamity decades ago, and showing that there where even more castles. Also it just makes more sense that this would lead to the secret Garufa settlement that we explore in the Pearl Route for Chapter 15. Also I love the new statue design being based on the Ranger sprite for Arceus.

Lastly I just wanted to say I think the battle with Zetta being changed to take place in a crater instead of the lake front just makes sense. It didn't make sense to me that the park had been closed off for so long after the Rift Gyrados was dealt with. I know it's because the Gyrados wasn't completely gotten rid of, but before it was just overgrown, but still manageable. This level of damage I could see needing to have a full quest line repairing.

The most important character arc for Voice right now, is acceptance at the fact that no matter what he does he can't change history when it comes to Joseph. What's done is done. The other most important character arc is for Joseph and that's just realising he's traumatised and seeking therapy that "actually works". Lots of others ofc on the blog but those two are the main ones lmfao-

Where to find them:

Most can be found in America! Some (Dead Island) can be found on Banoi. In SBY some can be found floating in space between Gamilas and Earth. Borderlands it's a wildcard on where they'll be you'd have to check bios on that lmfao. Expedition characters are on Darwin IV, but can also be dragged to other places! Far Cry 3 is on two islands, depending on North or South island, will decide on who you meet. Far Cry 4 is the same deal, only taking place in Kyrat! New Dawn is a post-Apocalyptic America. Far Cry 6 takes place in Yara. Protect the boy if you go there! Frontier is an 18th century historical drama for America/Canada. I only care about Cobbs/Grant though- RAGE is a post-apocalyptic world once again. Which world? Yes. Silver Brumby actually takes place in Australia but Brolga is a helluva fun muse to interact with!

Hi! Well– I’ve been on tumbler for a while, but this is my first post! So yay!

I’m currently looking for some peeps to roleplay DreamSMP with! Just make sure to read the rules and friend me on discord so we can start! My Discord username is in the general rules section.

Rules and guidelines

Main rules:

1. Be patient! I’m a depressed person with a lot of problems, and I may take a while to answer. Please give me up to three days before pinging me, and I will do the same for you, unless stated otherwise.

2. I might lose interest! If the roleplay isn't going anywhere or I have no direction in my head we can go, I might ask to change it up with a different RP instead. If this happens, don't take offense, I will tell you if it has something to do with you.

3. I don’t RP fluff very well– and usually have no idea what to do when it pops up. If you would like to roleplay fluff, I will accept it on occasion, but will need you to take initiative so that I can play off of it more dynamically.

4. Don't be sensitive! I completely understand if something triggers you, but I love fucked up shit, as it’s a huge outlet for me. If you‘re uncomfortable with things like gore, angst, death, t0rture, abuse, manipulation, rape, etc, we’ll both probably end up losing interest.

General Rules

I don’t like script or one/two-sentence roleplays, and expect starters to have a bit more effort put in than average (3+ paragraphs), just to get the mood set up.

I am a fairly literate roleplayer and use a third person writing style. I’m good with roleplaying multiple people at once, and my reply preference is two to three paragraphs, though responses can vary depending on what is happening in the roleplay. I will try to match your length, and do ask that you do the same.

I will respond as soon as possible. It may take a while for me to type out my response, as I may take a while to think about the response before I start writing. Please do not contact me every fifteen minutes asking if I’ve seen your response yet, or if I’m writing my reply. If I haven’t responded in a few days, though, feel free to give me a ping.

We do not just have to RP if you’d like, I’m fine with having discussions outside of that and am open to any friendships that might form because of it.

But please do not harass or judge me for liking graphic things, and remember that I am a completely different person then the characters I’m playing as. I would never do anything messed up irl, nor do I find joy in seeing others suffer :)

Regarding a Progressive Plot

If we’re on a role and want to expand upon a specific RP, that’s great! But I would first like to discuss the direction we want to take it beforehand to prevent things from becoming stagnant.

If you think of something plot / drama related on the fly, I’d be fine with throwing it in to add more fuel to the plot. Just remember to send me a message out of character to ask if it’s okay, and it’ll usually be fine~

I am okay with adding drama such as family troubles, death of characters, unexpected pregnancies, arguments, etc. If you do not want me to add any drama, please let me know!

Headcanons

Any Headcanons you have of specific characters or dynamics can be discussed before starting an RP, I personally don’t have that many, and am open to pretty much anything, but Dad!Schlatt is a headcanon I will always stand by and hold dear to my heart.

Selecting Characters

We all have our favorite characters we *always* want to play as when they become relevant, and mine is Schlatt! As he’s my main comfort character, and am almost guaranteed to enjoy any plot involving him.

Any characters you feel strongly about playing as, whether that’s because you love their character or feel comfort when playing as them, just let me know! And I’ll remember that that character is off limits for me to play, along with going out of my way to include them in as many plots as I can!

Though do let me know if you’re okay with me playing as your favorite / comfort character occasionally as well, if I enjoy playing them at all, as I am okay with others playing as Schlatt on occasion.

Other characters I enjoy playing as, but am not strictly attached to, are: Dream, Sapnap, Charlie, DreamXD, Sam, Wilbur, Quackity, Technoblade, and Tubbo.

And other characters I am very good at playing as, but am not strictly attached to, are: Callahan, Ranboo, Tommy, Skeppy, Connor, George, BBH, Fundy, Ghostbur, Glatt, Foolish, Eret, Philza, and Puffy.

All the other characters of the DreamSMP are either characters I do not enjoy playing as, or am not in tuned enough with their character to give you the best in-character replies. You can ask me which one it is if you’d still like me to play as of the other characters in an RP.
