Look I'm not one of those people who believe Kishimoto decided to have Hinata and Naruto end up in the middle part of Shippuden. I believe he decided in the very last arc but he wanted to sound smart so he said he decided earlier on. Otherwise, they obviously would have more scene together. In Shippuden, they have only three scenes together ; when Naruto came back, the pain attack and the neji death scene. That's it. In the original Naruto, they probably have less than ten canon scenes not including fillers.

So I'm sorry I'm one of those who wasn't convinced by The Last. They literally had a basic villain go after Hinata who was cringe btw (the villain). They gave Hinata op powers which she doesn't have in the novel 👀. Despite having op powers, they made her the damsel in distress. Very "The hero saves the princess" cliche. Again, to justify them being together. I mean Naruto can't differentiate his love for ramen and romantic love so how??? He was just being nice to Hinata just like he does to everyone. He stood up for her just like he does for everyone.

Don't get me started on the Sakura Sasuke relationship 🤣. Cringe. They never knew each other. The whole Sakura's love for Sasuke saved him doesn't make sense. They spent barely a year in their genin year before sasuke left. Sasuke tried to kill Naruto and Sakura multiple times. Then at the end of the war, Kishimoto tried to do the "oh they have such a deep understanding between each other" which comes off as cringey. He gets her pregnant then leaves for years. She's literally a single mom who's broke.

Every relationship in Naruto is so cringey and forced except shikatemari. Kishimoto should've focused on the main story and fixed his potholes and leave the ending open.

Naruto would not have been perfect but at least it would've been remembered for staying true to its vision but instead it's remembered for cringey relationships, dumbass villain (except pain and madara) and a story that lost its core which is a shame coz I used to love Naruto. I was inspired by its messages but now....

I also know a bunch of nh stans who have their complaints with their development. I wish Kishi gave more attention to his female cast really, thats all I fucking ask. If he did that one single basic thing, then maybe the endgame relationships wouldnt have been an asspull and theyd be given propper screentime with their love interest, both Sakura and Hinata. The Last tbh i think the writers played it safe and stuck to the whole Naruto shounen vibe thingy, so im not surprised it was plotted that way. Typical cliché shounen movie.

But does that bother me? No! The Last was a mess, their development was shit, they definitely needed more screentime but hey at the end of the day theyre cute as fuck, we have that kiss scene, flirting scenes, a shit ton of official art, three kids, Seiki's gif :33 and a whole ass arc for their wedding all that for just a shounen anime so eh. Today has been a very stressful day, so guess wtf time it is? Drunk Breaking Dawn Pt. 1. Here is what I soberly remember of the movie (I have not watched it since BD2 came out):

A brief intro statement, I was 100% sober and just beginning to drink at the beginning of the Eclipse post and progressively got more drunk. For BD1, I’m throwing back before I even start watching this shit show.

- I love the effects of the intro. it’s very calming. THe putting away childish things quote is literally a Bible verse. I hate that Stpehen appropriated Quileute culture, Christian culture, and every culture. I know she’s mormon but sitll. THis shit feels real appropriated.

her mom and dad died when she was seven. her father was a v bland, calm person, and mostly she slept on him and watched silly tv together. her mother was louder, more excited and demanding. agnes had a lot of live up to, was demanded a lot from her mom, but overall felt like she could do it and wanted to do it and shed make her proud!

Has your character ever witnessed something that fundamentally changed them? If so, does anyone else know?

when she was seven, agnes was Hanging Out with aunt gabi when they got a call and aunt gabi, who never knew how to act with children, just took agnes with her. when they arrived at the place and agnes got out of the car, she saw both her parents dead and bloody in the street, along with another woman and two boys, while a crying vampire sat in the middle of all this. he begged her aunt to kill him, and she did.

hmmmm. her cellphone would be in her pocket, cept its perpetually GLUED to her hand instead. pack of cigarettes and lighter. wallet, keys to her bike.

oh boy. yes agnes has about a million guns and shoots them a lot, bc shes a vampire hunter. first target was a feral vampire.

iddealize? happiness. success is her middle name; shes the second of the cardoso hunting family and extremely competent; if the position werent by blood, she’d become head in the future anyway. but happiness?

aw man idk. doesnt strike me as much of a “carries plushie around” child or anything

ah. ags is like. Extremely Practical. will argue incessantly forever when she thinks shes right, of course this is the right thing to do. also, she tends to take responsability for everything. everything. if the sun explodes agnes will be out in the backyard watching the explosion thikning, but i could have done something i should have noticed the sun was shining differently i should have tried to evacuate people etc etc etc

compare? agnes doesnt compare herself to much, cept maybe her aunt, who she thinks is too dramatic and should be more practical like her so things would run more smoothly

takes responsabilty for everything even things that were literally impossibe for her to be at fault or know about at all.

being too dramatic. being prejudiced pricks. being too violent.

everyone is kinda sketchy until they prove themselves somehow. id say shes loyal to people who prove themselves to her, but honestly people are more loyal to her than she to them.

shes the boss and youll do what shes fucking telling you to do.

uncomfortable? hm. having to pretend to be Hetero

Bond - male, but rly fucking trans about it.

"just one of the bros", "what's better than this, guy's being Dudez", but also "i am winning at gender", "im not liek ÒHTER boys", "what's a gender? can you eat it?/are they hot?", "im getting a good grade in gender", "trans bitches do it better", "im YOUR daddy now, coward", & so on.

he's bi/pan/m-spec & i do think he's pretty aro-spec tbh. [Heart Attack by Demi playing in the distance]

like, he doesn't usually catch feelings, & everything before Irene died felt, well, different. relations with men felt forced & hollow, even ones he'd found attractive & had some interest in. relations with women were more rewarding, but more furtive, & he didn't have the courage to pursue them for a long time. even then, they tended to be flings - most of those women would go on to marry men or move far away to live with family or what have you. nothing LASTED.

so that's what he expected, going forward as Bond. for the most part, his dalliances are still flings, though they feel so much more exciting & he finally feels something with most of them! they're all for fun though. nothing serious, nothing complicated. if its someone he knows, someone close to home, he tries to be more careful - he doesn't want to mess up a good thing after all.

Bond is a BLAST though. he's comfortable with his body & knows how to drive him wild & vice versa. they can be tender & attentive with each other, but they can be rough & quick & unashamed & unrestrained. they can laugh together in bed & talk about women together & it's just so GOOD & COMFORTABLE even if Bond likes to tease him about that one time in the changing room & how he must be so shy & delicate. after a bit of coaxing, he finds he enjoys getting pegged quite a great deal too, so they genuinely switch things up pretty often, & there's no need to cut things off so long as their sex life doesn't interfere with work.

he wasn't attracted to Irene, & when he admitted as much to Bond, his response was just to wave it off & say it made sense, since Moran doesn't like people who are pretending to be something they're not. Irene was an act - a good one, & Bond is confident he could've seduced Moran if there had been a situation calling for it, but unless circumstances were juuuuust so, he wouldn't have approached him in the first place either, so it's really for the best it never came up.

hi anonymous diary. so much to write, and im going to fucking force myself to get it all out. i wish i had some wine or something with me, maybe a little weed, but its 2 AM and im just in a weird spot right now and need to get it out. 

lets do a quick recap: 4th year of med school, november, in the middle of ERAS shit, currently ~*single*~, fucking joshua rodriguez srednicki (and hes like obsessed with fucking me apparently[still in disbelief]), still in the weird ass “grey zone” with mike, trying to cut soorena out. living in the fucking moment with excessive instant gratification. not thinking about long term consequences, not having any fucking security blanket, just fucking LIVING. 

when did everything become so different? i can’t tell if i feel this way about everyone because ive finally awoken or if this was a gradual change that slowly permeated its way through my life. everyones so different, i dont feel like i have that solid security of friendships. the friends i have....annoy me lol. like a lot of the itme at least. theres so much disingenuinity.  maybe i sound silly, idk. but something just doesnt feel right. i feel restless and stuck and as if im not in the place im supposed to be. life is just...passing by. i dont have that passion or spark or excitement for it. everyone in my life has become in some way a disappointment. and ive lost the love. so fucking jaded, but from what?

i just dont see the point to anything anymore. whats the big purpose behind it all? and i know, cliche (???) i guess??? but i guess the reason its so overdone is because its such a strong thought process for humans to go through as we get older. its one of starlings life phases or whatever. im trying to find meaning in my life. i think i used to put a lot of that into my love life. even when i was younger i was OBSESSED with one day getting boyfriend, married, experiencing all the amazing things that come with romance. and then i experienced them and all of them were disappointing. maybe thats whats wrong? lol. i dont have that romantic spark in my life? 

i think the whole josh thing affected me a lot deeper than i ever expected it would. like more than i consciously realize. i just had placed him on such a pedestal. like my god. he was my “perfect guy”. PERFECT. i always thought he was the ultimate fucking goal in men. and then.....hes just..not good. hes not good. and ive allowed him to stain me. to turn me into something that i never ever ever thought id be or wanted to be. i am an actress on stage performing for him. i am reciting monologues of women ive never known. and hes just....so fucked up? i thought he was supposed to be true and good and his heart was pure. but hes awful. i mean, i know its not his fault. no one is perfect. and i shouldnt have assumed he would be. but his moral compass...just doesnt seem to really exist too much in terms of romantic interests. maybe its from his parents divorce? or whatever happened? maybe its because he was in a 5 year relationship that ended v badly and he hasnt recovered from that loss yet. idk. but i just have such a low opinion of him due to this. 

he cheated on his girlfriend with me. more than once. both physically and through texts. he lied to me, showed me this false side of him. made me think what i wanted to think so he could fuck me with no hesitations on my side. like, what a fucking asshole. 

at first it made me feel so...special i guess. so flattered and honored and pretty hot really. i’ve loved this kid since i was 14. literally for over a decade now. and to know that i made such an impact on him, that i wasn’t forgettable...meant so fucking much. i dont know if thats just naivety on my part, but i know how easy it can be to cut people out of your life. to just forget about them. especially for people liek josh, who probably have a million girls following and wanting him (just add me to the top of that list...). like it felt so good to know that he couldnt get enough of me. but how real was that anyway???? like really though. what if he’s just sprouting lies to me to get me to stick around and fuck him, just like hes’ done. i mean he lied to me about marcella, he has lied to me about other things. like hes not really someone who is apparently honest and willing to take the chance of you not sticking around as long as you knew the truth. 

ugh and mike. MIKE. what to do about mike.....such a complication. he’s there, but not. and what do we do in the meantime? do i just keep myself in this fucking weird ass limbo where i get semi-close but not too much? and go fucking crazy over thinking everything he does and who he hangs out with and where he goes? i dont even feel like that spark or passion for him anymore. like to think about seeing him...it doesnt fill me with happiness and excitement. its not even that big of a deal. i feel stronger about being able to fuck josh than i do about visiting mike. like thats not really good right?
