Feel? Nothing. And everything. Every fucking thing. The words stung. But yet he was inflamed. His skin tingled , and he was sure he would have fallen if he wouldn't have been leaning against the wall.

He wasn't able to answer. To put the feelings into words. But he knew that there were tears with the raindrops on his face.

“Of course it fucking hurts. And you need to feel everything. Every ounce of the pain.”

He wished nothing more than his mind to be numb now. The fingers were drawing things out of him he didn't remember existing. Things he didn't want.

Chapter 4 is now up!

Summary:

Eddie Munson was many things. A hardcore Metallica fan, kick ass guitarist, a damn good Dungeon Master, a weed dealer, technically a zombie, among other things.

But not brave (except for that one time), not a hero and most definitely a survivalist.

Which was why recent events had both surprised and distressed him. Because nothing, absolutely nothing about this had 'survival' written anywhere on it.

Come to think of it, 'Certain Death' was plastered all over it instead. Underlined. Twice.

Absolute Suicide. (That would make a cool band name, actually.)

Here he was, at Scoops Ahoy in the newly rebuilt Starcourt Mall, not for ice cream, oh no, he was here for Henry Creel. Fucking Vecna, experiement number uno. The monster from the Upside Down.

And Eddie's brain had decided it would be a good idea to have the hots for him.

God, he was so fucked.
