Jay HATED his friends.

“Oh my god man you’re such a simp!” Sunghoon yelled out, throwing the basketball in Jay’s face just to get his point across. Jay grumbled and rubbed his nose where the basketball had smacked him. He jogged across the court to get the ball that had rolled away (and to escape his horrible friends).

Heeseung laughed as Jay came back with the basketball in one hand and Sunghoon’s Gatorade in the other. “Another word out of you and I will dump this into the trash can.” Sunghoon’s eyes widened as he pleaded and let out “no noo’s”'and “the blue flavour is the best one c'mon's''”.

Jay rolled his eyes until he saw you walking into the gym and holy shit you looked gorgeous. Your hair cascaded down your slightly oversized grey sweater and a pretty smile was plastered on your face. Your friends Giselle and Winter were beside you, flyers in hand. Jay could have watched you for ages. Well, until Sunghoon hit him in the head again.

“Oww!” Jay yelled out, glaring at Sunghoon. He didn’t realise how loud he was until he caught you and your friends staring at him weirdly. His cheeks flushed as he looked down and ran to get the basketball. Which coincidentally came to a stop at your feet.

Jay’s cheeks burned brighter and before he could reach down to get the ball, Giselle shoved a flyer in his face. Jay stumbled back a little and you giggled softly before reaching to take the flyer from Giselle’s hands.

Jay watched as you gently handed him the purple and blue flyer. “Here,” you said, your soft voice causing him to take a shaky breath. He carefully took the flyer from you, shivering a bit when your lithe fingers grazed his thicker ones. His eyes scanned the sheet of paper, picking up words like “performance”, “tonight”, and “Decelis Orchestra”.

“We’re performing today,” your pleasant voice caused Jay’s focus to snap to you, wanting to drink in every one of your words. “Please come to the hall at 6 in the evening if you’d like to watch us!”

Your kind eyes and sweet smile was very different from Giselle and Winter’s, whose sarcastic smiles and sharp eyes seemed as if they were telling him ‘come or else!’. So yeah, Jay did what any guy who was in his situation would do. Stay silent for a good minute and mutter a quick “yeah whatever” before RUNNING AWAY FROM HIS FREAKING CRUSH back to his friends who were waiting for him at the basketball court.

How stupid. Jay thought of his actions as stupid.

“Girl calm down,” Winter said as Sunoo rubbed your back up and down, trying to calm your nerves. You peeked through the red curtains of the stage, wild eyes roaming the crowd until they stopped at one person. Jay Park.

Your eyes widened and your breaths got shallower. Winter just rolled her eyes as she got a good look at what got you so worked up. “Simp,” she murmured, turning her back to you to yell at Beomgyu to stay in his position. Sunoo just gave you a quick kiss on the forehead before heading to his own position.

“[Name], what are you doing, take a seat!” Jungwon came up to you, obvious panic in his eyes as he looked you up and down. “Principal Miller gave me a chance to organize this event and if I fail, she will murder me! Now go sit down so you can rock that cello!”

You smiled slightly at Jungwon before taking your seat in the center of the stage. You took a deep breath in and changed the cello position. Jungwon raised an eyebrow at you and you nodded, signifying that you were ready to start. The curtain raised and the bright light shined in your eyes.

3, 2, 1

You close your eyes as the music starts, shutting off your brain. Your fingers draw the bow over the strings as you hum along to the music playing. You loved playing cello. It allows you to forget everything. It allowed you to feel like you.

Your eyes peeked open and you caught sight of Jay, his mouth slightly ajar and his hands frozen midway through the clap position. Seeing your longtime crush have this reaction to the music that you’re playing sent a massive boost of confidence through your veins. You close your eyes once more as you flow along with the music, barely realizing that the performance was over. After playing, nothing mattered.

The rest of the event was a blur. Teachers, parents, students, and guests all congratulated you. You just smiled and nodded. Jungwon came up to you and hugged you, telling you about how he was now going to run so many more events at school. You just smiled and nodded. Your parents came up to you, taking so many photos and asking if you had a good time. You just smiled and nodded. But when Jay came up to you, you didn’t smile and nod. You didn’t have time to.

Jay rushed up to you and hugged you tight, knocking the breath out of you. You blinked once, then twice then wasted no time in hugged him back, because fuck, your crush of 4 years was hugging you and you’d be a fool not to take advantage of this. “You were amazing,” you heard Jay mumble into your shoulder.

You bit back a smile and muttered a soft “thank you” in response. “Seriously, you brought tears to my eyes [Name],” Jay said, pulling away to look at you. You giggled and brushed a lock of hair away from your eyes. You felt Jay’s dark eyes scaling your face before he did the unthinkable.

HE KISSED YOU!

Well, not like a real kiss.

You stood there completely frozen as Jay pecked your cheek lightly. You looked up at him as he looked down, looking as if he was about to apologize. But you didn’t let him. Because this time you did the unthinkable.

YOU KISSED HIM!

(And a real kiss this time) This time it was Jay’s turn to be flustered. Your soft lips enveloped his and you let out a soft sigh into his mouth. Jay got over it quicker than you did though and a soft growl escaped him before he grabbed your hips and pulled you closer to him, giving him a chance to push his tongue into your mouth.

You smiled into the kiss as you ran your fingers through Jay’s hair, prompting a soft groan out of him. He pulled away first, panting heavily as his sharp nose nudged yours. “I’ve wanted to do that since forever,” he muttered, pressing a soft kiss to the corner of your lips. You giggled and said “I’ve wanted you to do that since forever, which is why I invited you here.” Jay blinked then chuckled letting his head fall back as his laugh grew louder. He grinned at you and whispered in your ear “Could've just told me sweetheart,” His warm breath fanned your ear, causing you to shudder.

You shared another sweet kiss before Sunghoon started cheering for you guys. You broke the kiss and looked on with wide eyes as Sunghoon, Heeseung and Jake were all cheering loudly while Giselle, Winter, Jungwon, Sunoo just gave you a thumbs up and made other supportive signals.

Oh my god you and Jay were done for.

“SIMP!”

Just like old times, Sunghoon was abusing Jay physically and Jay was abusing Sunghoon verbally while Heeseung and Jake just watched on and laughed. The only thing that was different was the group of orchestra kids on the bleachers cheering them on.

Jay huffed as Sunghoon threw the ball way too far once more. “Fucking idiot,” he muttered but the angry look on his face melted into a smile when he saw where the ball landed. You caught the ball with your (surprisingly agile) cellist hands and threw it to him so he wouldn’t have to come here.

But he did anyway. He came and he kissed you and he brushed your hair out of your face and he told you how you were the most beautiful girl in the world and he caressed your cheeks and rubbed your noses together and-

- if heeseung likes someone he might be a little shy at first but once he gets to truly know you and get comfortable he grows so much more bold. so he starts taking his chances and shooting his shot, not really hiding that he likes you, hell he wants everyone to know he likes you.

- your first date was probably to a gotcha arcade where he could win you different things and show off a little. he thought it was the perfect first date because you could go home with plushies and other fun prizes and remember not only him but the fun time you had together. he was always thinking 3 steps ahead.

- because that date went so well, he ended up asking you out fairly quickly. which was kinda expected considering how many times he had begged you to go out with him before.

- personal space is nonexistent in this relationship, heeseung loves to be all over you all the time.

- he memories your favorite perfumes, soaps, creams, shampoo and conditioner because he had just fallen in love with your soft scent so much so that he continues buying you the same scents once he realizes you're running low.

- late night ramyeon dates, where you wear one of his extremely oversized hoodies and walk with him to the convenience store, sit and eat your ramyeon and gimbap and talk the night away.

- literally always flirting, heeseung lives to make you blush and all flustered. he can't help but chuckle each time you get shy when he flirts with you shamelessly.

- mornings are always lazy, especially when both of you can sleep in. there is not waking that man up.

- he's so jealous and possessive, like another man looks at you the wrong way it would get him off. his anger is never directed towards you though. he keeps telling you that you can wear whatever you want because he can fight.

- additionally with not caring how you dress or go out, he will protect you buy standing behind you if you're wearing shorts or a short skirt and you need to bend down, just so he can cover you with his body from anyone walking past.

- the above also goes for when you're sitting down, he would use his arm to cover your legs a bit, or he'd throw a blanket over your legs to make sure you're comfortable.

- kissing is always passionate, usually with giggles in between and smiles. it can never be just one peck, he always asks for more. he just can't get enough of you.

- expect his phone to be full of your pictures, so many of you off guard, candid, and just the selfies you've spammed onto his phone that he can't bring himself to delete.

- get ready for long gaming dates that could start off with you guys playing simple games like mario kart or mario party only to end up switching to much harder co-op games like overwatch or valorant.

- he loves to pull you onto his lap while he plays games, and press kisses onto your skin as you scroll through your phone. sometimes he even mutes his mic to talk to you for a while.

- one thing he will do is tease you if you're bad at the game, but he would also use the excuse of having to "teach" you how to play so he can pull you close.

- believe it or not, as much as he loves his games he loves you more. so the second he notices you getting a teeny bit annoyed over him focusing more on his game rather than you, he ends the match and turns off the game for you.

- when you guys play games together and win he says that he wins because he has the best duo partner in the world. you.

- he is always shamelessly checking you out. no matter what you're wearing or what you're doing.

- heeseung also finds so much comfort in you so when he's nervous, shy, anxious, scared he looks for you. if you're shorter than him he'd bend and curl into your body so you can hold him when he's feeling this way.

- when he calls you, he wants to talk for hours and when you finally tell him you have to go and hang up, he would beg you to stay 5 more minutes.

- in heeseung's eyes arguments and disagreements are natural and unavoidable at times. he listens to your side usually with his head hung low regardless of whos at fault or what the argument is about and would need some time to collect his thoughts and voice them.

- he hates going to bed angry or upset so he would probably stay up resolving the issue until you both are okay again and wrapped in each other's arms.

- your hair will always be played with regardless of length or texture. his hands are always in your hair, he mindlessly plays with it when you cuddle. its just his thing.

- on his phone he probably has your name as "mine ❤️" or something like that. but he would get so embarrassed when you see the contact name he has for you. it's cheesy but sweet.

- sometimes when you ask him too, he'll sing softly while you guys are about to drift off to sleep.

- he would even let you wash his face some nights after work when he's like super tired but most times he can't help himself from trying to steal a kiss from you with a soapy face.

- no matter what it is you want to do he's there supporting you 100 percent. he's your biggest support no matter what and he lets you know all the time that he's there for you.

- if you ever reject one of his kisses he would literally chase you around until you gave him a kiss. mans would not let you go free until he got what he wanted.

- sometimes he gets cocky and sits you down after he noticed you had a long day and tells you that you never have to work if you don't want to because he would work on supporting you. yeah, he's THAT in love.

- he loves singing your favorite songs to you at all times, especially when you're laying your head on his lap and he's playing with your hair.

-over all heeseung's just an overall he's a sweet, sometimes cocky and annoying boyfriend who loves getting a rise out of you.

The male frowned, seeing you record on your phone, heck he was curious. You weren't the type to often post anyways. However, when you asked him to get you an orange the male was even more confused. "I thought you hated oranges-" Heeseung pointed out as the girl looked up at him "I know, but now I'm craving them" the girl said as Heeseung shrugged.

Heeseung peeled an easy peel orange for her and gave it, as he placed a soft kiss on her forehead. "You need anything else princess?" he asked as the girl shook her head, smiling up at him. "Hol up... are you recording this? why?" The male asked as she stopped recording the video "It was... just a tik tok trend-" she said as the male sighed.

Jay would do anything to spoil you and you know it. Yet being locked in this great big mansion does have you feeling bored sometimes, so you decided to try this trend with him "Jay~" You called as the male ignored you "Baby~" you called again as he turned to you with a smile "what can I do you for pretty princess~" Jay said with a smile as the girl giggled.

"Can I have some oranges?" the girl asked as jay immediately got 2 oranges, peeling them and separating them onto a dish, making a heart shape. "You could've asked for something other than oranges- I'm a good cook you know- let me spoil you with my food~" The male said as he gave her the oranges. The girl smiled, hugging him.

The male knew exactly what you were up to. Please. Him and Niki spend so much time on tik tok, they've come across this videos a few times, so it's no surprise to him when you ask. He feels a little betrayed by the fact that you're testing him, but he didn't dwell on it knowing he could use this so called test against you. Heck he even put the fruit bowl near you.

"Babe can you hand me an orange?" you ask as Jake frowns, acting oh so believably "uh sure?" he says, taking an orange and peeling it for you "Here, need anything else?" he asked as the girl just hugged him. "Why are you recording this... hold on is this a test???" he asks as the phone finishes recording. Oh how he looked so upset and betrayed. You were buying every second of it, and he loved that because now he can be even more manipulative.

Sunghoon was there when you saw the video. You were watching a Rebal D youtube video where he reacted to things that seemed so wild. Heck he saw how you reacted to the videos that were shown. So it was no surprise that you'd try it on him. The man was already making something in the kitchen when you started recording at the dining table.

"Babe can you gimme an orange?" you asked as Sunghoon frowned "but- I'm making us one of them fancy orange drinks, yk the orange creme dream or whatever it is-" Sunghoon asked as the girl blinked. "If you really want one then I can give you one, but that orange won't taste as good as what I'm making... you know I'm telling the truth I have experience as a barsita-" Sunghoon added as you snickerred, taking his drink instead.

✧KIM SUNOO✧

You were going to see the brand new saw movie because you heard it was pretty controversial, people had thrown up at the theatre during the movie. But Sunoo was taking a little while getting ready, hence you thought it'd be the perfect time to test a theory. It's pretty ironic actually, given that you fell in love with him after he murderred the man that harassed you and kidnapped you to force you into being his love. So yes very healthy.

"Babe can u gimme an orange?" you asked as Sunoo stared at you with wide eyes "You want to eat an orange. before we go to the theatres. to watch the newest saw movie. where sm people threw up when watching it???" he asked as you grinned "You think I'll be scared and throw up babe? Horror movies are our thing- just gimme an orange~" you pouted as the male shrugged, peeling an orange and handing it to you.

✧YANG JUNGWON✧

Like Heeseung and Sunoo, Jungwon was completely clueless about your little tik tok plan so it was all pretty wholesome. You hid your phone and started recording "Babe can you gimme an orange?" you ask as Jungwon narrowed his eyes at you "Do you want the peely one or the cutting one?" he asks "The one that peels please~" you respond as he goes to the kitchen.

He comes back later with a peeled orange in his hand "bon apetite~" he said with a smile as he gave you the orange. Smiling, you kissed his lips "I- can you kiss me again on the same place please?... I'll get you another o-" You cut him off with yet another kiss, to which he smiles. Heck when he saw the video appear on his following page he just smiled knowing everyone knew that you are his,

✧NISHIMURA RIKI✧

As mentioned before, Riki and Jake do so many tik toks together, and the male knows about every tik tok video you've ever watched or liked, some of them even being edits of other idols, but he let you off the hook. When he saw you secretly record, he smirked, he never bought any oranges for a while so if anything she'd look stupid. "Babeee~ can u gimme an orange?" the girl asked as Riki turned to her. He was going to just say there are no oranges, see that little pout on your face because you tik tok plan failed.

However... you just looked so fucking cute. "We don't have any oranges babe... but if your hungry... I'll take you out for dinner instead" he said. You immediately got up, and ignored your phone, running upstairs "I'M GONNA GET DRESSED LETS WEAR MATCHY HOODIES!" You screamed as you ran to get dressed. Riki rarely took you out because he hates exposing you to other people who may steal you from him... But seeing how excited you got, he couldn't help but chuckle "So fucking cute" he snickerred.

Who did he think he was?! y/n wasn’t his soulmate! Sooha was and he still rejected her even after everything that has happened?!

I decided to take her stupid potion… and here I was staring angrily at the moon. My wolf was gone… It felt a bit lonely.

“And here I thought you wouldn't take the potion” I heard a voice that made my heart jump… I could only look at her.

She still wore bandages on her neck… Jake really did a number on her. He went too far.

“By the looks of it also, Solon isn’t present anymore. I guess the medicine is the reason?” she aside and she was right.

“That's not healthy for a wolf… but you are a hybrid so there are exceptions,” she said and I knew that. It was in the books she let me borrow… that I still haven’t given back.

“Jungwon and Sunoo are worried about you,” she said and I was shocked. I was happy they still cared, I thought they didn’t anymore…

“K! Slow down!” I heard as I saw a brown wolf and the vampire-human hybrid chase after him. He seemed to run straight at me and y/n as she now hid behind them making me growl.

“Get away from her!” I said and he scoffed. “How about we switch? y/n for Sooha?” he asked and I should have said yes but instead I declined.

“K, please you can’t do this,” Sooha said with tears in his eyes. “Sooha, you should be in your dorm, a werewolf can bite–” “Why should I?! I thought you were my friend! Friends tell each other how mad they are and don't take each other's soulmates!” she yelled.

I hate to admit but that was hypocritical…

“Then take your own advice,. K I’ll help you find EJ,” she said angrily. I huffed and jumped up trying to get her attention but not hurting her.

“I’ll help… just stay with Sunghoon. He doesn’t deserve you rejecting him… I don’t like either of them like that y/n. Please give them a chance” Sooha said and the witch seemed to know that…

“Does she know K is her soulmate?” she asked and I was shocked. SHE KNEW?! I nodded and she sighed… “K can stop hiding from her now,” she said and it made sense as to why Riverfield didn’t talk to her anymore.

“Act like a werewolf and actually embrace this side of you,” she said as started walking away but I followed… which made her quite annoyed…

“I don’t think you want to follow me back to my dorm as a wolf,” she said bluntly and I whined, making her sigh.

“Go find Sooha… surely you want to be around her more than me,” she said and I knew I was annoyed about what that Riverfield werewolf did but… I wanted to be around her.

“Just because she rejected you, you think you can now come to me? Just because I'm your soulmate?” she asked and I shook my head. Was she right though?

“I’m not your backup option, Sunghoon”

It’s been hours since she left me…

The eclipse was wearing off now and I was now in my vampire form… I had to find her. I couldn’t let her think that lowly of me.

When I was in the student council… was she always working? I knocked when she scoffed at the sight of me. “Whatever you want to ask, take it up with Wonyoung,” she said and I chuckled.

“I don’t think she can accept my apology,” I said and she sighed waiting for me to talk. “I liked Sooha your right. But I’ve been miserable for weeks now… I thought at first it was fine ‘cause I liked Sooha but I guess I don’t if I’m bothered that K has a crush on you!” I ranted and her eyes widened. “What?” she asked and I didn’t really care at this point.

“Sooha and K are soulmates… but he rejected her because he likes you,” I said and she shook her head. “K doesn’t like me. He’s known about Sooha being his soulmate longer than he’s known me, he probably doesn’t want to interfere with the four of you” she said and in reality, it made the most sense.

Part of me though hopede it was... cause if he had to compete with a Riverfield wolf he was actually

“y/n… I want a chance. I want to be happy like Jungwon, Sunoo, and Niki are.” I begged her and she only stared at me with blank eyes. “I’m not your–” “I know you aren’t! I don’t think you ever were?!” I said really unsure of myself

“Sunghoon if you’re not sure why are–” “I don’t know! I just… I'm jealous of them. I wanna be happy too and I thought Sooha made me happy but I guess she doesn’t if–”

“Sunghoon you’re ranting… you need to calm down, especially after an eclipse” she said and I shook my head.

“y/n… I felt horrible for weeks. I deserve it because I would’ve done the same to you, but it opened my eyes… and I’ll be honest. I don’t think I ever felt these feelings for Sooha like I feel with you. Everything is just... intense? Amplified?” I said and I could see that she didn’t believe me.

“Sunghoon, Jay is waiting for you in the dorm” I heard the aggressive voice of Sunoo… he’s been annoyed by all of us recently.

“Sunoo please?” I asked and he shook his head. “Hyung you should leave,” he asked and I felt defeated. “You know how I was… you witnessed it. Sunoo, I’m asking you to trust me… I think I genuinely want to accept the bond” I asked and he was silent for a while.

“Do you still like Sooha?” he asked and I knew he used his power…. “Not romantically” I answered and I felt my thoughts run free again

His eyes widened before they softened… “Sunoo?” I heard her ask confused about what was happening. He smiled at her in a way that I hadn’t seen in a while… “Remember about my power? He’s telling the truth” he said and she looked conflicted.

She must’ve not realized how she put her hand around her throat… “I’m not Jake, I never want to hurt you. All of us were shocked at what he did and it was out of line” I said and she nodded.

“Let me think about it”

I went back to my dorm… Sunoo said he’d talk to y/n about it but I was sure of my decision. No more rejecting my wolf nor more rejecting my soulmate.

“You’re being immature Jungwon!” I heard as I opened the door revealing Jake arguing with Jungwon… “Jake, stop. It’s his decision so stop arguing” Jay tried to reason.

“Jay, come on! Even Heeseung is annoyed he’s overworking himself because of the immaturity of Jungwon! Just for y/n?” he argued and I sighed.

Out of all of us, he was the blindest... even I could admit that. He's always been obsessed with Sooha.

“Sunghoon-hyung!” I heard as I saw Niki. Despite him being on y/n’s side he did try calming everyone down. “Are you okay?” he asked and I nodded.

“I decided to stop ignoring Solon,” I said and he looked shocked.

“But what about his constant comments of wanting to be why y/n?” Jay asked and I sighed. “I think I’m ready to accept her if she accepts me. She is our soulmate… and Sooha isn’t” I said not wanting to tell them about last night…

“Now Sunghoon has been bewitched,” Jake said and Jay followed to try to calm him down… “Why the sudden change?” Jungwon asked and I sighed. “When she rejected me I thought it was just my wolf sadness but then I realized it was because of me also… when you guys were with her and even when Niki got accepted by her I was jealous. I want a chance to be with my soulmate like how you guys are” I confessed without mentioning that stupid Riverfield wolf and they nodded.

“But I thought you liked Sooha?” Niki asked and I sighed “I thought I did too” I confessed…

“Maybe I’ve been ignoring my feelings for too long”

y/n’s perspective

“I just don’t understand why the sudden change?” I asked and Sunoo smiled softly. “He has been very bad these last few weeks… moping and dazed more than usual. Something must’ve pushed him to finally snap?” he said and I wondered…

“He said something about Sooha and K being soulmates,” I said, knowing Sunoo would keep it a secret. “THEY'RE–” “SHHH… K told me when we first met that he found out about Heeseung rejecting me. He rejected her though and said he liked me–” As I said it I noticed his angry look…

“He won’t take you away,” He said with a serious tone and face. “He won’t… I’ve already accepted you, Jungwon, and Niki as my soulmates” I reassured and he nodded as he hugged me

“Maybe jealousy finally showed him what he was feeling?” Sunoo suggested and thought so too…

“What did you do to Sunghoon?!” I heard as I saw Jake rush into the council room. I felt my body freeze a bit still weary of him but Sunoo rushed in front of me. “Jake, leave,” he said and I heard him scoff.

“Yah! She bewitched Sunghoon!” he accused but before we could say anything Jay was rushing in. “Jake, stop!” he yelled… he was the only soulmate who I hadn’t touched, but he was also blinded by his feelings also

“I just want to talk to her so she can tell me what kind of spell she did to all of you! So get out of my way, Sunoo!” Jake yelled but before anyone could say anything else…

“Jake, you should stop before Sunoo decides to control you,” Heeseung said… I peeked from behind Sunoo and he looked tired and pale.

“Heeseung! Sunghoon wants to accept the soulmate bond–""Then let him” Heeseung answered quickly…

“Sooha officially found her soulmate,” he said and I was shocked he would just rip off the bandaid. “What?” Jake said… I saw sadness in his face, almost like he just lost something…

“Her soulmate is K from Riverfield and he apparently likes a certain witch,” he said as we made eye contact. Sunoo covered his view and mine…

“That doesn’t concern you… the both of you rejected her, and you don’t plan on accepting her either” Sunoo said.

“Why the hell is the council room filled with vampires this early in the morning?!” I heard a familiar annoyed voice.

“This doesn’t concern you–” “You’re literally in the witch council room where I have work to do, I don’t care what type of love affair crap is happening,” Wonyoung said making me laugh a bit.

“I have to agree with you. y/n we have a lot of work to do, but I’m guessing the vampires have time to spare?” EJ said. “EJ I thought you weren’t coming in today?” I asked and he smiled softly.

“I’ll be fine, but I’m the only one in today,” he said and he seemed to ignore the glares from Jake effortlessly. “Sooha!” I soon heard Jake say and I saw how his eyes lit up but then died down at her tear-stained face.

“Jake?” she said confused…

“We need vampire repellent,” Wonyoung said. “Maybe some stakes, garlic, and holy water?” EJ suggested. These two stayed unbothered…

“Ooh maybe–” “Everything you're suggesting is myths,” Sunoo said and they laughed.

“Maybe you’re just saying that to trick us!”

After the incident in the morning, today was a busy day…

Now I had to go to the human / vampire council to help Sangyeon with some paperwork and suggestions he had.

I went with Niki who was my bodyguard for the moment as he proclaimed.

“Ah, y/n!” I heard as soon as the door opened to the council room. “Regarding the upcoming Summer dance, I've done the paperwork and approved some stuff you need to look over,” he said and I nodded as he continued to explain but it was quite hard while being glared at by Jake and eyed by Sunghoon.

“Niki, wanna actually help us?” I heard Jake say but I decided not to get into their own conflicts… and I guess Niki has nothing to say either.

“y/n!” I heard two voices say… Sunghoon and Sooha who I didn’t notice until now. “I… I wanted to talk to her” Sunghoon said to the girl and she sighed and muttered ‘me too’

“Um… im going back to the council room where I don’t think either of you are welcome unfortunately,” I said and Sooha visibily deflated as Jay patted her back whilst Sunghoon stood up otherwise.

“I’ll walk you there!” he offered like a puppy… I looked at Niki who gave him an unamused look…

“Come on!” he said, not letting me decline.

I decided to allow it and we walked together in silence… but not peaceful silence, it’s almost as if I could feel Sunghoon’s anxiety radiating off him.

“Hyung,” Niki muttered, annoyed and almost embarrassed. “Ah! I’m not making you uncomfortable right?! That's the last–''Sunghoon calm down” I said to stop his fast talking.

“You want to ask something right?” I asked and he nodded.

“Have you thought about it?” he asked and I smiled softly. “Sunoo says you're telling the truth… but I don’t want you to separate from your friends. I feel guilty as it is–" "So that's a yes!” he said with a grin not caring for what I had to say about his friends…

I laughed silently and nodded.

“You’re my soulmate… I should give you another chance Park Sunghoon”

He probably takes a few sips, lost in thought and then bam! remembers that he's drank half of it.

Very sensible about it. He's going to cover your cup with something like a cup coaster or a couple of napkins. He's going to keep the drink close by but will return to whatever he was doing. He's done a really good job at covering the drink but wonders what is taking you so long. He finishes his drink before he gets up to search for you. When you two finally reunite, he begins to talk with you. In the end, both of you would forget about your drink.

First, his chest swells with pride realising you came to him. "is it about your business? because we've already told you we're not- i didn't come here because i need something , my god can you just listen for a second." you snapped , making them go silent , you huffed , before speaking.

"you didn't think to get rid of it?" you scoffed at your mother. "are you serious right now?" you said. "i should've come here." you stood up. "what are you gonna do now?" your dad said. "gonna come crawling back to us for money , much like before with the cafe , you can't keep asking the yangs for money , they'll eventually get tired of you."

you scoffed , more liked laughed. "that's what you think?" you nodded. "my shop is doing way better." you said. "i didn't come here for money , i just came to check something." you said. "guess i was right." you walked out of the kitchen.

"i won't be back again." was all you said before you grabbed your shoes , walking out the house to your car. you climbed into the car , driving off , and you just kept driving , straight past the yangs house , you couldn't stay in your home town any longer.

Swimming with Enhypen (pool edition)

‧͙⁺˚*･༓☾ Heeseung

As Heeseung's the flirtiest member, I think he'd take the time you two are spending in the pool to show you physical affection. He's caressing your whole silhouette, he'd dive and kiss your tummy whenever he's underwater, making you giggle. He would put some background music to create an atmophere where you two can relax and kiss. Those would be his favorite moments with you and he will probably make a lot of photos and polaroids of it. I think swimming with him would be very funny, whenever you try to get out of the pool, expect him to push you again in the water. He might get in the pool with his sunglasses (even if it's an indoor pool) because even if he's messing with you, he still wants to look cool.

I think Jake would think about your health first, so he's applying the sunscreen on you before you could dive. Jake is also hugging you every time he has a chance, he'd lean his head on your shoulder and play with your hair. When you dive you can see him from underwater and he's always looking at you smiling with his puppy eyes, proud of you. Whenever you need anything, he's probably going out of the pool to go grab it for you. I also think he's bringing some balloons so you two can play together.

I don't think Sunghoon is a big fan of swimming, but I'm sure he's having fun doing it with you. Even if it means he has to deal with the guys looking at you, and he hates that.
