Trans fairy tail characters go

- Levi. Most nonbinary person to nonbinary.

- being transmasc would fix erza I think. Or maybe just a he/him lesbian. Give erza testosterone she needs it

- as I said gajeel is nonbinary in a masc way. I don't this Metallica gave a single fuck about gender so gajeel didn't know what it was until he showed up in civilization. Uses he/him but could not care less. All pronouns kind of guy.

- Natsu is a similar but because igneel was a guy Natsu wanted to be to, and he wants to be just like his dad

- I feel like Fried (Freed? It's been like 4 years since the fairy tail hyperfixation) is bigender

- speaking of laxus' crew the knight guy with the souls. Agender. His name escapes me.

- gray is transmasc I make the rules. He and Lyon are both transmasc. They saw each other on galuna Island and mutually understood each other through their twisted siblingesque relationship that they were both men now but they all had bigger problems to content with

My favourite crack ship is Lyon and Freed. Crack in the sense that I don't think they've ever interacted in canon, but I think these two would have a good relationship. What if: Lyon was going to propose to Freed before Fairy Tail was found?

The Grand Ball was a celebratory event.

Everyone was over joyed and brimming with energy from getting through the games and the battle that followed after it. Lyon stood on the outskirts of the party. A few hours had passed already and he had danced enough for the night. The company of both Lamia Scale and Fairy Tail was enough to ease his heart, helped him ignored the ache that had settled over his chest. However that was then and now in the present moment Lyon was alone with his thoughts. Through the crowd of bodies from time to time Lyon caught the sight of green hair and a red coat.

"You know that if you keep staring it's only going to make it worse..." It was Gray that spoke. His voice low and rough. Lyon hummed in agreement but didn't tear his eyes away from the crowd. His hand reached down to his pocket. His fingers fell over the outline of a small box. Gray's eyes narrowed then his face fell.

"Don't do this to yourself Lyon," was all he could muster up to say.

"You know... I would have done it in a heart beat, but honestly seeing him this happy is so much better," Lyon reached into his pocket with a sad smile and pulled out the red satin box he had kept on him for close to a year. He didn't open it, just looked at it for a second. Then closed his fist around it, "He's was everything and so much me to me. I still can't believe that it happened, but hey. Sometimes people come into your life and don't stay forever. It's the time that you spent with them that matters." Lyon put the box away and wiped at his face, "I'll keep it, the ring I mean, for the right person.” he said. 

Lyon pushed off the wall and began to make his way to Gray. When he was beside his brother in all but blood, he reached out and placed a hand on Gray’s shoulder, “I’m going to be okay, I’ve gotten up before.” he said and soon enough he was gone, maybe completely from the party or to just another corner of the venue. All Gray could do was watch on as Lyon walked away. 

“That wasn’t my point, asshole...” Gray muttered under his breath.
