Heya! Now before I go into this please know I AM NOT a toxic/force shipper, I am not forcing you to ship Huntlow, simply just telling you why your reasons don't make sense and contradict to the canon versions of the characters of the show, and with that let's go

Reason 1: it's not possible for Hunter to trust Willow after Below possed him and in general

Titan...Im just going to automatically assume you've never watched Any Sports In The Storm, that one part in Reaching out, Labyrinth Runners, Clouds On The Horizon, Kings Tide or the entirety of s3, I'M LITERALLY TRYING TO BE NICE BUT YOU ARE ACTUALLY FUCKING STUPID, Hunter trusts AND CARES Willow by first, in reaching out, giving her his penstegram account to chat, saving her from getting hurt in clouds on the horizon, yes, it's wasn't actually Luz, it was an illusion, and in the same episode Willow tried to save Hunter (or so she thought it does matter if it's actually Luz it just proves she cares about Hunter) and when Luz got captured by Kiki she was very anxious and hurrying everyone to get to Kiki to save Luz, yet again, don't come at me with just because it was illusion doesn't mean she dosent care about Hunter, she thought it was him, she cares about him a lot cause she was in a hurry to save him (or so she though it was him)! Hunter was comfortable and trusted her to cut his hair in thanks to them, in the same episode he wasn't uncomfortable with Willow holding him after the possession, in for the future HE LITERALLY SAYS HE CARES ABOUT WILLOW, NOT JUST GUS, WILLOW TOO, he comforted her after her breakdown and saved her and Gus, Willow trusts and cares about Hunter in ending of for the future by holding his hand (pinky promis?? Idk what to call it lol) and literally said "Thanks Hunter, you mean a lot to me to" which Hunter replied "yeah...sure, no problem"

Reason 2: they head canon either Hunter, Willow, or both of them as aroace, asexual, or on the spectrum

NO YOU CAN'T DUMB FUCK, it was rushed because it WAS FUCKING CANCELLED, SORRY POOKIE DANA CAN'T DO NO SHIT ABOUT IT, it's not like you can get rid of all the episodes and make it hunlow themed, sorry, we can't get all the things we want in life, and by saying that it wouldn't work by the first impression in ASIAS is stupid, sure Willow made a bad first impression but Hunter seemed mildly phased by this other than just being a bit spooked out and startled, and NO, HE DIDN'T JUST DEVELOP A CRUSH ON HER ON SPOT, sure, he could think Willows pretty, but that doesn't mean HE HAS A FUCKING CRUSH ON HER, and people saying that it's not a "half a with Hunter" because Hunters a grimwalker dosent make any sense, may I remind you this was made before hollow mind, he's still convinced he's a powerless witch by Belos lying about it to him, he thinks he's a half a witch while yes looking like a witch on the outside despite having no bile sack, and he doesn't seem to think as himself as weak like Willow does on the other hand, eh, I wouldn't mind if they took out the half a witch, and btw it's not supposed to be a romantical aspect it's supposed to be a similarity, people have also said she's only there to comfort him, even though that's apart of Willows personality, SHE'S THE RELIABLE ONE, LITERALLY SAYING IT IN FTF, she's supposed to comfort people, supposed to be the person everyone rely on, but thats not just her whole personality, based around her reliability, she's so much more than it! People say they think they're both better off as friends in their opinion, it's totally fine! I don't give a shit really, but if you're going to state a reason why you dont think a ship is realistic, then at least watch all the episodes they're in and use some common sense at least! It's the bare minimum!

ALL RIGHT ALL RIGHT IM HANDING EM OVER!!! i'll limit myself to three headcanons for each member otherwise we'll be here all day.

Aizawa: -Divorced his wife at some point during the timeskip. This was good for him because his wife is canonically physically abusive — but Light absolutely used that to spur on the separation, having learned his lesson from Naomi and wanting to tie up loose ends since he planned to kill Aizawa at some point -Was a police detective prior to joining the NPA. Was in the same precinct as Ide and somewhat of a mentor to him -Unwinds by going to karaoke bars with total strangers. The others never find out about this

Ide: -The second most sympathetic to Kira out of the task force, just doesn't show it. He sees what Kira is trying to do, and doesn't really oppose it on coherent moral grounds, it's just not the kind of world he wants to live in, and he knows there's no place for him in it. He's a very practical person. -Aroace and doesn't realize it, so he's just continually baffled by romance. But he's still able to pick up on the romantic feelings of others, like he does in chapter 108. -Gets roped into watching soap operas with Matsuda

Mogi: -Gay. Him and Matsuda have run into each other at a gay bar and not acknowledged it -Oldest of a pretty large family, and learned to cook dinner for his siblings while his parents were out working late. Went all-out cooking for Misa because he hadn't had time to cook for a while thanks to the Kira investigation. -After pretending to be Misa's manager for a while, he ended up running into some of the people he'd met there, and they insisted on inviting him to a networking event. He excused himself to the bathroom and then climbed out of a window.

Matsuda: -Was on a riot unit before joining the NPA. The only member of the task force who has actually killed someone in the line of duty. -Has a small scar on his cheek from the raid explosion. Along with Aizawa, also has burn scars on his arms and chest. -Hums at his desk sometimes without realizing it, and is thus singlehandedly responsible for almost every song that gets stuck in the others' heads

Soichiro: -Initially tried to discourage Light from being a cop, but gave up upon seeing how determined Light was to follow in his father's footsteps -Before the fake execution, double and triple checked the gun to make sure the bullets were actually blanks (psa that's still extremely dangerous, never EVER fire blanks at someone, but i'm just gonna assume things are different in the death note universe to explain why light didnt straight up fucking die) -After seeing L tie a cherry stem in a knot with his tongue, tried to do it himself but to no avail.

Light: -His mom buys almost all his clothes -Tends to forget to eat. Misa and Matsuda are constantly reminding him to do so, which irks him. He never used to have problems with meals, but after the 50 days confinement, he started to have trouble with keeping track of them. He refuses to even entertain the possibility that this confinement could have traumatized him in any way -Likes his coffee sweet, but drinks it black out of spite towards L

What is the difference to you between Wattpad fic and non Wattpad fic? Genuinely asking. Isn't fic just fic and quality is going to vary regardless of where it gets posted? Also i think to me at least, x reader fic is kind of synonymous with Wattpad so how can you "condemn" one but not the other? Interested to hear your thoughts :)

ok so it is 1 am and I just finished writing a vEry bad paper so my brain is not firing on all cylinders rn. thus, pls forgive me for not being the most articulate.

I would like to first say that all of this is just my Jess Opinion so I’m not trying to make you disagree or agree w/ me and I’m not stating any of this as fact. These are just my personal thoughts that I state with authority and passion bc that’s how I talk :) ok!!

Obviously I don’t actually “condemn” any authors lmfao I was just being dramatic for comedic affect. Im not asking to burn any wattpad authors at the stake or anything. However, there is definitely a distinct difference between wattpad fic and ao3 fic, so much so that I can literally read a fic on ao3 and tell when it has been cross posted from wattpad.

Fic quality actually does not vary as much as you think dependent on platform. Usually people write amongst groups of likeminded people and similar writing styles so your writing style can be influenced a Lot by the platform you post on. Sure there’s an outlier here and there but pretty much all wattpad fic is simply Not written well for a variety of reasons.

My most personal beef from wattpad stems from their crack ass horrible garbage stupid bitch fuck ratchet tagging system.

On wattpad, there is NO way to trigger warn or appropriately tag for content or, as a reader, filter out content you don’t want to see. Unless an author specifically includes something in an author note about content warnings (which they Don’t do for the most part because no one else on the platform does so why would they break fhe mold??)

This means that when you read Most wattpad fics, you don’t know what kind of content you’re going to encounter. Often times, this content ends up being blatant internalized misogyny, domestic abuse, and/or dub-con handled with no tact or understanding for the problematicism of the subject matter :)

I don’t personally read x reader (bc I’m an aroace person so I’m just not the audience for it lol) but I certainly don’t knock people that write it. It’s a very valid form of writing/expression and there are plenty of very talented x reader writers on tumblr that I respect a lot. So that’s why I made the differentiation.

A lot of the x reader writers on tumblr are adults whereas wattpad is primarily comprised of children (when I say children I mean as broad a range as 9-16).

Because ao3 is regarded as “confusing” to a lot of young people just now getting into fanfic (ie. me when I was 12), they post on wattpad (or quotev, which is where I posted lol) because it is a platform made to be accessible for primarily adolescents.

This means that the bulk of fics you’re finding on wattpad are written by teenagers; often, straight female teenagers who have not had comprehensive sex education, do not understand the full spectrum of consent, have only consumed media that pushes damaging heteronormative expectations when it comes to romance, and are reading stories written by other adolescents who don’t understand these topics either!!! It’s usually a case of the blind leading the blind.

I don’t inherently think of wattpad being synonymous with x reader considering there is slash on there too. I instead consider it synonymous with adolescent writing. And, as we’ve established a few times now, I’m an adult who does not feel comfortable reading about children or reading the writing of children.

While there’s nothing wrong with kids learning how to write and becoming comfortable with their craft (and while I think it is important for them to have those outlets as it was for me), wattpad writers never really tend to grow out of that because that’s what basically All the content on wattpad is. They continuously feed into a loop of misinformation that they perpetuate the cycle of by not understanding the content they’re consuming is inappropriate and incorrect (I’m talking about romantic portrayals of abuse/assault and the glamorization of abusive men).

Young teens using wattpad makes sense to me. It really does. I used quotev so I don’t have room to talk. I can say, however, that I don’t like it, considering how permeated wattpad is with untagged rape and domestic violence that teaches young consumers really damaging perspectives about romance but… I know kids genuinely don’t know any better and have not been given an outlet to know better when our sex education system fails to teach us even the slightest bit of porn literacy… but that’s neither here nor there. And I often times make fanfic a deeper conversation than it needs to be :)

being cupioromantic sucks dick, and here’s why (says i, a cupioromantic)

Before ya’ll shout at me in the tags n shit: i am, myself, cupioromantic. I am saying this bc this is how i, personally feel abt being cupioromantic, and why its so goddamned depressing (at least for me).

Being cupioromantic, for me, is like a constant battle of wills, almost. It contradicts itself, over and over and over, even though i know- logically, that being cupioromantic isnt a contradiction. It just sucks ass.

for anyone who doesnt know: cupioromantic is (quoting google here btw) “describ[ing] a person who wants a romantic relationship, but does not feel romantic attraction”. Which, um, FUCKING SUCKS.

bc i aint never gonna have a partner. The fact im aegosexual (or js ace or acespec in more simple terms) js makes that harder, bc i aint never gonna have sex, least not voluntarily. So i cant feel for my partner romantically, which is what like 80% of the world is looking for in a partner, and i cant have sex either, bc i js dont feel that way for ppl. And i never will. (Refering to both sexual attraction & romantic attraction here btw).

so that takes out all my options. Bc i can love people, yes, but not in the way that (most, nearly all) ppl want. But i dont wanna be alone til the end of my days, so where does that leave me?

bc, sure, ill have friends & family & hopefully a cat or two bc, yes, i am a crazy cat person. I actually currently have a cat rn, actually. (His names Bear, hes a black cat & i love him w/ all my heart, but still, my point stands). But i want a partner.

i want someone to kiss, and cuddle, and hug, and love. But bc of what i am, a afab human-person thing whos only social life & interaction other then my parents is via online spaces bc due to my lifestyle i js dont have any other options, an aroace who cant like-like some1 like that and who doesnt want to have sex and doesnt feel sexually for irl people and who never will

i js. I cant have it. Unless i luck out & meet a fellow aro, or ace, or aroace out in the wild, which is- extremely unlikely, tbqh, i wont ever have it. And thats not even the worst part, bc being cupioromantic is, believe it or not, a double-fucking-edged sword.

The few times ive tried to explain to my online friends what i want in a partner, ive constantly felt like im invalidating myself, and it fucking sucks. Bc what aro wants to kiss, and hug, and cuddle and what proper aro wants a romantic relationship??

i dont know how to explain it in words, tbqh, so ill do it via example.

previously i hadnt thought abt it much tbqh. Then, my friend brought up the subject of love. I said, “i mean realistically no one will ever love me”. My friend responded w/ a gif that flashed the word “lie!” (LMFAO).

to summarise, what happened was i tried (and failed) to properly explain what i wanted in a partner w/o invalidating myself (and failed, im pretty sure). Then, my friend said “so cupioromantic?”

I looked it up, andddd went “oh. Oh fuck dear lord this is me. Well, im fucked.” Now i didnt say that, of course, but, yea, u get the gist of it lmao.

basically, the whole point of this example is that being cupioromantic and not invalidating urself bc u js dont think ur vaild is. Hard. Very very hard.

Now, i am in no way saying cupioromantic is not a vaild identity/romantic orientation, bc it completely is. This whole post is js me trying to deal w/ the fact i dont think im vaild when i know, logically that i am. My brain is js- having a hard time accepting that, ig.

Number four. Anns personality and character arc. She was superrrrrr basic for someone who got the entire band together foremost (she started the idea), and I'm pretty sure it was said she was like bipolar???? Idk but i remember hearing someone say that. So i would show more symptoms of that but also giving her personality that isnt including that. Showing her struggle through sp said disorder. Her character src is something I'm still working on right now and thinking of what to do.

Number three. The ENTIRE plot of season two and season three also the ending of season one. Season two was ass and I dont have to explain why it was terrible. Season 3 was confusing but the art style was drop dead gorgeous. Season 1 ending will be done a bit different some things will stay the same like them singing ed sharren will be the same but have different impacts. something like that.

Number two. BxB. It was so awkward half the time Im sorry plus I dont really like it. Like there's no real chemistry between them from what I remember just Bon having the biggest crush ever on Bonnie. Probably make another ship eith Bon cannon and Bonnie aroace. Extra!! What the shadow realm does to people aka no shadows if you enter it and stay there for a long time. Shit goes bad quickly. You start seeing things, You become paralyzed, Parts of your body changes into something more non human, You start going crazy oer say. Going mad even. You start having a low temper, Limps become longer or shorter, Bones change, It feels like your entire head is splitting apart. Not going into full detail due to it being mostly body horror. This doesn't happen if shadows go to like the human realm or whatever.

So for those interested in my daily life, yesterday evening was fucking busy holy shit. And I'm not even talking about work, I'm talking about the events that happened after work when I was on my way home.

Important thing to note, due to the fact that my provincial government has decided that covid is over and there is nothing to worry about anymore, all restrictions ended yesterday. And I mean all of them. No masks, no limited capacity, nothing.

Second important thing, Canada day was also yesterday so big holiday. Everyone's out celebrating blah blah blah, but everyone is also out when bars are fully opening up. So fun times you can imagine.

Third (and final) important thing, I live on one of the busiest shopping districts in my city. With tons of bars and restaurants. At least two per block on every side of the street.

So shit was packed. There were huge line ups of people waiting to get into bars, and huge groups jammed together inside of restaurants. It normally takes me about 20 minutes to walk home, 30-35 on Thursdays because I like to pick up a slush from sevie and some mozza sticks and fries from a local restaurant. It took me an hour to get home yesterday because of how fucking busy everything was.

And you want to know who all was wearing masks? It was me, just me. The only other people I saw wearing them were employees but every single other person I had to walk past didn't have one.

Just you wait, shit is going to break so bad in a couple of weeks. But, you know, nothing will be shut down until after the Calgary stampede takes place of course. Don't want to ruin that one, its pretty much the entire reason the restrictions were all dropped after all.

undertale the original game - the man the myth the legend. 10/10

undersail - the concept of undertale as pirates is really funny. 7/10

underfell - i dont know why undertale but red/black color scheme and edgy  and everyones an asshole is so funny to me but its SO funny to me. 9/10

inktale - im like 90% sure this is a sans-only one but when i was like 11 i fucking LOVED ink sans i had an ink sans minecraft skin at one point he gets a 9/10 for nostalgia and also an epic design

dancetale - groovy moves also the art of this one was really pretty. i think this would make a fun game 9/10

errortale - another sans only one im like fairly sure most of errors design is just sans but colors inverted which is super funny. 7/10

aftertale - i gotta be honest most of my knowledge of this fucker is from the christmas party dub but gets a solid 6/10 anyway

sugartale - i never knew what this one was?? i dont think it has a undertale au wiki page? but im like fairly sure its just undertale but with candy designs so like 7/10 i think its cool

outertale - 10/10. its undertale in space i dont need to elaborate

mafiatale - another 10/10. why is the cast of undertale in the mafia? who fucking knows. but its funny as hell

core!tale- i think this one was just frisk but aside from seeing them on like random askblogs i have no idea what this one is about? like 5/10 im so neutral on this one dude

reapertale - the designs for this one fucking slap the concept is also epic 10/10

westerntale - again ive never heard of this one outside of this fucking video but the concept of cowboy undertale is enough for me to give it a 9/10

freshtale - what the fuck was up with this one. sans was some 90s skater guy in rainbow outfits. i ahve no idea if any of the other cast was here. i think sans was posessed by some evil parasite? literally no fucking idea. 10/10

underlust - 0/10 im aroace

chesstale - i dont cvufckng know what this one si? i dont know if they ARE the chess pieces or if they PLAY chess? the art doesnt help?? 3/10 i dont know how to play chess

horrortale - this one had interesting lore but i dont actually rmeember it. what happened here. idk. 6/10

mettatale - this one might have been that one au that like mettaton takes over the underground after a neutral run? but why does everyone have mettaton legs???????????????? 7/10 it has comedic potential

flowerfell - automatic 0/10 for the ship otherwise couldve been a cool concept

underswap - dont know what happened here there was some nuclear explosion in this fandom. about 90% of the explosion was sans. solid 8/10 i think they all have fun designs even if people only cared about sans and maybe papyrus if youre lucky. you guys are not tapping into the potential the temmie and flowey swap has??

storyshift - this one holds a place in my heart i used to LOVE storyshift but like mostly chara and asriel i thought their designs were SOOOO cute. 9/10 for nostalgia points

nightmaretale - i honest to god forget what this one is but the cover image for it its weird. its giving me 4/10 vibes so 4/10

birdtale - another one ive NEVER heard of outside of this video but i think undertale except they all have sick wings is a great concept. i love wings 9/10

pokétale - i love pokémon aus. 8/10

fantasytale - i dont know fucking anything about this one dude 3/10 just cause i dont know ANYTHING about it. it doesnt deserve that low im sure but like i just dont know ANYTHIGN about it

traveltale - i gotta be honest i like have 0 idea what this is. the name doesnt convey much either ?????????????????? 3/10 until i find out more

underland - i assume this is like alice in wonderland undertale but tbh... i dont care for alice in wonderland. 4/10

littletale - i never liked it when i was younger and i still dont really get the appeal honestly 2/10 tho cause some of the art was cute

undertone - i assume this is a music one??? i dont know anything about this one 6/10 tho i love anything music based

understeam - steampunks not my favorite but its pretty cool 6/10
