Logon is half viral half abnormal so he inherits Matt’s chaotic powers on top of Siri’s viral traits. he can cast black lighting, change his lower half to a energy stream, enter and control electronics, and go feral causing bad things to happen around him. Over all he’s very sweet but is quick to anger and can get frustrated when ppl don't understand what he’s trying to say to them.
