Is cancer mars a bad thing? Why do so many people say that? (I’m an astrology noob, idk that much yet, just curious)

it’s not bad just challenging love

it has its perks :)

They get angry easily and may fight with family members a lot

They just explode their feelings and then when they realized they were being an absolute bitch they say “i’m sorry” This can make them bad friends

If it’s in a lower degree the mastering of not being like that is easier.

They scar people especially their loved ones with their words. Even when they don’t mean it they meant it at the moment. That’s when they realize they messed up.

but this can be a very nurturing and intuitive placement!! it has its perks :)

However it’s more in the challenging side.

Mercury in Taurus -> Gemini (May 3)

the mind's planet, mercury, is currently in taurus which is making the way we think very in a way just lazy but not necessarily lazyyy it's just a taurus really loves their luxuries and the finer things in life. Mercury in Gemini is going to take a toll on us I can already tell. It's going to be a very confusing energy I'm feeling that everybody is going to be very motherly while also using direct communication. Mars is in Cancer right now which is going to make us have a passive approach to our work but I'd say a cancer ALWAYS endures. The cancer-capricorn axis be strong af. they always always finish anything they put their mind to, it might just take some time but never underestimate them. Cancer is very kind, very motherly which is what I was saying about the mother energy but mercury in gemini FEELS LIKE FIRE. The way they want to talk about everythingggg that's going on can feel very intense and sometimes even heavy to some people. I think we will start to feel an urgency toward communication and multi-tasking. Our minds may be very very bored very easily but I think the mars in cancer energy will encourage hominess and comfort while the mercury in gemini will encourage curiosity, childlike behavior, and extremely restless. I can already tell the emotions will be a bit all over the place.

Mercury in Taurus was nice it allowed us to relax and methodically think things through. For this mercury in gemini season, i'd say beware of being too impulsive, oversharing, and focus on listening. Also try to pick up some new hobbies and don't judge yourself!! You may try something for one day and realize you hate it, but a new hobby will start to sprout from it. I'd say geminis are mostly known for their speaking habits, but based on your own placements, your expression may take the form of writing or possibly some visual art.
