Hyrule looked down at you with confusion, noting the blood still gushing warmly from your nostrils with some worry. Though not enough to stop his curiosity from getting the better of him as he asked. "So. Humans just do this sometimes? This is normal?"
Four nodded, expression equally as curious though from a far more analytical standpoint. "To the best of our knowledge, yes? Though the triggers for these occurrences are seemingly unrelated."
"By the Three. What happened now?" Legend groaned from behind the pair as he came to stop beside you, staring down your slightly convulsing form with judgement. "Oi? You dead yet?"
Hyrule hit his arm with a glare. "Legend!"
"What!? This is the third time this week! It's about time they kick the bucket! But anyways-" Legend continued, waving away Hyrule's angry little grumbles. "What happened this time?"
Four spoke up when Hyrule showed no signs of forgiving Legend right away. "They asked Twilight to crush a melon between his thighs to measure his leg strength. And when he did as requested, they went into this state shortly afterwards. It's quite strange." The small smith concluded, eyes a smothering of red and violet that told Legend all he needed to know.
"Yeah." Legend began slowly, raising one brow skeptically. "You're gonna have to put Blue in the lead for this one." And with that, and one last judgemental shake of the head down at your blankly smiling form, Legend noped his way out of the whole affair.
Some distance off, Time was doing his level best to explain to his distressed descendant that you were okay. That no, Twilight hadn't done anything wrong. And that no, Time did not know (would not tell) why you were in the state you were in. Best not to think too hard about it.
It's a human thing, after all.
You passed out from blood loss shortly after.

I'm not accepting "chat is a new 4th person pronoun" until I hear from a linguist that actually every other site about the English Language has also changed it's mind about both what Fourth Person is and what Second Person (plural) is. Some sites say generic terms - chat falls under that, yes. But then, going by that definition, the first live streamers to call chat "chat" did that. The Looney Toons ending fucking does that, you didn't INVENT shit.
You (Second Person Plural) heard something cool and you ran with it. You did the same thing back in 20whatever the fuck with the chocolate, and with Alexandria's Genesis, and the moon melon, and you're doing it again with "chat is a fourth person pronoun". I'm (First Person Singular) even seeing posts that say it's the FIRST 4th person pronoun.
I said it before but it's not "the pronoun beyond the fourth wall". What the fuck are you talking about. Plenty of media addresses the audience and yet you only acknowledge it when it's livestreaming?
Buddy. We've (Fourth Person) fucking BEEN doing that. Old PLAYS do that. The TikTok meme about the Oratrice Mechanique Denalise Cardinale features a 4th person pronoun. "Now WE (which includes the guy speaking as well as the audience) turn to the judgment of..." Standup comedians and improv skits do that. Someone (also Fourth Person) has been using these terms as Fourth Person when they've had an audience.
Yes it exists - no, you're not inventing a new one because it was already one when it came into being in the first place. None of you know jack shit about what you're trying to sell. You want to be on the cutting edge of a major language evolution but you just aren't in this case. Stop trying to make " we made 4th person chat" happen. It's not going to happen. Find something else happening now thanks to the GenZennials to fixate on. They just added "ussy" to the dictionary because we were using it. Isn't that cool? Is that not cool enough for you?
Y'all sound like those kids saying they know how to destroy a body and evidence of murder thanks to books and TikTok posts. Guess you also know how to fire a compound bow and categorize linguistical terms. I saw a fucking weeb on TikTok say that the name Mahito means "true human". You expect me to just take your word for what you're saying when all I see is content creators creating content out of thin air?????

Anime-Manga Comparisons, episode 17.
I hope I have enough self control to not Renge-out about this Kyoya centric episode, but I don’t have faith in myself. As I said last time, the manga Karuizawa arc is over, but in the anime they make it a trilogy of episodes with this being the final one. This is also part of volume seven, not six, because volume six was all about the battle for the central salon and Kuze and Kanan. I would have paid a lot of money to see them in the anime!
The manga starts off introducing Kyoya, in case we forgot who he was already, but the anime starts with a really foreboding image of Yoshio and his voiceover, and then Akito and Yuuichi too. They’re all shadowy and a little creepy, and now that I think about it, it’s almost like Kyoya’s having a nightmare. I mean, I would too. Also, he wakes up sitting down in the anime, but standing up in the manga. Not a huge difference, but his more dishevelled anime look fits better.
Interestingly, the anime points out his low blood pressure, but the manga doesn’t. I guess that part of him comes later in the manga?
Haruhi says Tamaki would be devastated to know of Kyoya’s motives in the manga, but in the anime straight up says he’d cry, which is more accurate frankly. Also anime Kyoya says he just wants to look around some more before he leaves, but manga Kyoya gives us the more iconic “I don’t like to ride in strange vehicles right after eating, I’m a delicate boy.” If the anime had that line, there wouldn’t be a need for twenty more minutes of the episode because right there is him at his silliest, Tamaki-ist, and most true.
Manga Haruhi asks about his brothers and he actually gives her a normal answer, complimenting them and telling her that being the third son is an exciting game for him, but when anime Haruhi asks about them he brushes her off completely because he’s still pretending he’s unknowable. Haruhi calls him unfair because he knows everything about Haruhi’s family and he finally gives in and we get a flashback. This flashback doesn’t happen in the manga as far as I’ve seen, but god does Kyoya have a pretty face.
In the manga the melon snacks scene happens first, and then the confronting the seller scene but in the anime it’s the other way round. The anime also omits a scene before the confrontation where Haruhi reaches out to touch a vase and the seller swats her away and calls her an ‘ignorant window shopper’, Kyoya doesn’t rush to defend her at first, but he does go on to stop the old woman from buying the counterfeit bowls. Manga Kyoya says that the woman’s ring and kimono is what tips him off, and the flag isn’t there, but instead it’s people obscuring her. Haruhi calls him out and tells him that what he gets from the club isn’t tangible, but something else. Unfortunately before he can try and weasel his way out of it, the lost kid announcement plays.
In the anime scene, we’re looking at melon snacks. As Haruhi is having a sudden breakthrough she’s distracted by Kyoya calling for her, but in the manga she straight up slams into his back while they’re walking. He’s pretty solid and doesn’t seem to even notice, but he does notice her adorable little giggle, as we all do.
The anime adds an entire scene for the other hosts screwing around in the mall, where we see Renge performing a skit for the kids, and we meet Antoinette, who never returns again after this point. Sorry girl, you’ve brought absolutely nothing to this show! You’re still a good girl, though.
Renge’s skit reminds them of Kyoya via one of the Host Rangers, but the host ranger colour is black instead of purple, which is weird considering how much time we spend looking at their significant colours. It helps the others remember their favourite token evil teammate, at least. Tamaki looks especially embarrassed at forgetting his best friend. While they’re worrying over him Haruhi and Kyoya are sitting on a bench with a significant bit of distance between them, using an information board as what I can only guess is a visual representation of the wall between Haruhi and the hosts. Or maybe I’m just looking too deeply into nothing. Kyoya’s sandals are ugly as hell.
Haruhi gets to talk a little more about Tamaki here, how they’re similar, and we get callbacks to Tamaki being his loveable self and even a flashforward to his later episode. He’s probably about to declare his love for the idiot, until the announcement happens and his character development cranks all the way back.
Antoinette licks Tamaki all over his face and Kyoya wonders how he’s anything like him. If you’d gotten Noel in this anime you’d be the exact same and you know it. Since he calls him an idiot and Haruhi calls him out on lying earlier and acting like an egoist when he’s not. She kind of implied he’s an idiot, too, which is correct. The anime ends with Haruhi escaping with the melon snacks and having the upper hand, but in the manga Kyoya calls his bodyguards off screen and they tie up the rest of the club as punishment, giving him the last laugh. Haruhi still makes off with the snacks, though.
Episode 17… and the Karuizawa arc… over!

Still a different anon but yes to the whole cql thing. And I love cql so much, it's one of my favorite dramas, but if you go to the YouTube comments of any Xiao Zhan drama, especially if it's pre cql, there are comments like "Wei Wuxian, how can you flirt with somebody else like that, what about your Lan Zhan" or "Why isn't wyb in this drama?", like, this isn't wwx and why would wyb be in this? As a Xiao Zhan fan that's annoying. Once someone commented on a kissing scene like "No, this can't be true, tell me it isn't real, this can't be a real kiss, xz can't kiss anyone but wyb!" I was there like, have you never heard of acting???? When x-nine was in happy camp for the first time and they did the proposal skit thing, someone commented that if wyb was there he would hit that woman (Xie Na) for doing that with "his man", like you're admitting that you think that your idol is a violent guy who beats people up for doing their job? As much as I love cql, that is just frustrating.
I'm glad more and more people are speaking up about this behaviour, it's honestly so frustrating. I mean, I can understand if this was 2019 or even 2020, but seriously, three years after drama aired and four years after it was filmed, still talking abt these things are ridiculous. Xiao Zhan is "NOT" Wei Wuxian, he just "played" WWX in a dangai (not danmei) drama. Learn to know the difference between character and actor omg. Acting and real life. Sometimes I wonder if they even read what they post, it's so cringe.... or they're so befuddled by stories and candies they forget the person in front isn't a figment of their fanfic imaginations, but a real breathing person.
They were so mad at OOL photos, spamming under each of them in WeTV official accounts, dragging his costar YangZi. Star Dramachaser openly spoke up against these YiZhan fans, asking them to stop spamming under OOL posts. For me, this is most annoying and downright evil!!! Behavior like this forces large cdrama accounts to stop talking abt or promoting XZ's dramas, maybe that's what shippers actually want. For XZ to have no new works or costars, just wally in CQL and in their ship. Its crazy. Like, at least be respectful enough go stay away from promotion posts. OOL took years to air for crying out loud. If you hate it, move the hell on!!!!!
It was equally sad that they brought out these kind of posts under Ace Troop videos, they can't stand XZ being muscular and ruggedly handsome , hence they're busy spamming with CQL flirty gifs. They have an image of XZ in their heads that they never want to change.
Here's an example, under XZ's song repost for Yixing, a turtle posted "Be good. Don't play with Yixing". The turtle later deleted her reply after getting bombarded with Xfx comments (I have screenshot of this just incase anyone's curious). This person now has been banned in the XZ Supertopic.
The twitter melon account that is actually owned by shippers posted boldly Xiao Zhan will never take any romcom dramas 😆😆 The very next drama XZ picked was romcom...
I can bring many many such examples...
In a nutshell, Xiao Zhan values his role in WWX. And yes maybe he did build many friendships through it. But stop bringing it on every single of his new works, appreciate his efforts as an actor and a singer, promote him, if you respect and love him even a little bit.

I did enjoy the pancake skit, but I do think using an owl as a stamp is unsanitary. XD
As for the Symphonia Cast...
Lloyd: He's a simple sort of guy so he probably likes regular old flapjacks. He's also more of a meat kind of person if I remember correctly, so he probably prefers his pancakes as a side to some bacon and eggs (Two of each for double the power? XD)
Colette: She is a known fruit fiend so her pancakes are probably filled with blueberry and strawberry and banana and piled high with fruit salad as a topping. I'm not sure how big a condiment syrup is in Japan, now that I think about it. I know Fruit Sando is popular, that is, a soft sweet white bread sandwich filled with whipped cream and fruits. But I'm not sure if they eat these kinds of things with syrups. Maybe? Colette likes fruit so I assume she would have it with syrup and whipped cream, too, but maybe just the whipped cream?
Genis: Crepe supremacism. Thin pancakes, strawberry and Nutella filling, powdered sugar and sweet cream. Probably also goes for an egg and cheese crepe as a snack.
Raine: You know soufflé pancakes? Those, but severely failed and with lemon because Raine refuses not to experiment. Curdled scrambled egg in the middle, pockets of unincorporated baking powder and flour, and soggy, curdled eggy milky pieces of lemon on the bottom. I also guarantee she's accidentally poured soy sauce on them and insisted they were good and now she does it on purpose.
Zelos: Soufflé pancakes but done correctly. Powdered sugar and butter on top, fruit salad (heavy on the melon) on the side.
Sheenah: Savory crepes. Literally the breakfast wrap queen. Tons of egg, meat and veggies in a crepe which is then wrapped in a second crepe with a cheese or sauce. You know the anime trope of a character running late for school and they're jogging down the street with an egg on toast in their mouth? That's Sheena, but she's doing ninja stuff with a crepe-based breakfast wrap in her mouth. If she does sweet crepes, she has them made with cinnamon and nutmeg for a kick and a coffee-based syrup or sauce.
Presea: Probably very basic. Standard flapjack, butter, syrup. Even if syrup isn't common, I bet Presea would like it. She's a lumberjack by trade. I bet she knows all about tree syrups.
Regal: Crepes, savory, ham, egg, and cheese filling, red-eye gravy dipping sauce.
Kratos: Blueberry pancakes (standard flapjack), butter, powdered sugar, black coffee for dunking and drinking.
Mithos: Soufflé pancakes, butter, sweetened whipped cream, powdered sugar, strawberries.
Emil: You know this kid is doing the Denny's Grand Slam. But, you know, better quality than Denny's because it's home made and Emil is a master. 2 Buttermilk pancakes (standard flapjack) two sausage links, two pieces of bacon, and two eggs. Catch this kid doing Canadian style bacon when he can get his hands on some.
Marta: Buttermilk pancakes (standard flapjack), fresh blueberry and strawberry topping, whipped cream, scrambled egg with cheese as a side.
Richter: Breakfast tea, Standard Flapjack, butter, syrup, ham with redeye gravy, mushroom omelet, grilled asparagus. But this bitch can't cook so I guarantee you he's never eaten this before especially because I doubt a diner would make this and not have it be portioned with calories for 4 people since if they even made all those dishes, they'd all be full entrees or full sides and not part of one spread. This guy's getting whatever the inn will serve which is probably the standard flapjack and bacon and eggs if he's lucky. Breakfast tea for sure though. Richter might not be able to cook but I guarantee he can heat water and add leaf.
Decus: Soufflé pancakes, cinnamon sugar, butter, black coffee.
Alice: Ham and cheese crepe, coffee with cream, no sugar. If she goes for a sweet crepe, it's strawberry and dark chocolate.
And I know you said excluding the Centurions, but how about I do anyway?

P.S. That distraction tactic won't work on me because I'd just want BOTH a chocolate spoon AND pancakes. Though I do agree pancakes are more filling.
