Another day, another time to debunk shitty takes I see online.

I've seen a multiple of people pointing out that "we don't know anything about Tommy" and how could people ship him with Buck (nevermind that the ship is canon and always will remain so) when we know so little about him?

First of all, I'd actually make a point to say that we as of now already know more about him then all the other LI that Buck or Eddie ever had in the show.

I shall make you a list, so that you may remember it more easily:

- He likes cars and he's a good mechanic (extrapolated by the fact that Eddie explicitly said that fixed/improved his engine)

- He likes playing basketball and he's also quite competitive ("we'll make short work of them" said in reference of Buck and Chim)

- He's sarcastic (the closet line)

- His favourite film is "Love, Actually"

- He loves Monster Truck and Craft Beer, and MMA

- He has a big scar on his chest and it came from a fire in a factory

- He's a very skilled pilot, able to manoeuvre in a hurrican, and doesn't waver in the face of danger

- He likes watching and practicing Muay Thai

- He was a pilot in the army

- He only came out when he started working in Harbor, but prefers not to publicise his sexuality

- He doesn't like Bella Swan (and it's implied he might like Jacob more) and he watched the Twilight movies

- He likes to drive his friends to events

- He has friends that can get him high up tickets for shows in Vegas

- He has permission to fly airplanes for personal reasons when he's not on the clock

- He likes to be helpful and he's thoughtful (driving Eddie to check out his sprain, going to Buck's to clear out the air without prompt, immediately agreeing in helping the 118 with the whole ship operation, trying to get Buck to be at ease on their date)

- He's loyal (he didn't rat the others out when the chief called on their way to Bobby)

- He's a smooth flirt

- He can do a mean mouth static (at least in his opinion)

- He pays the bill on first dates

- He is very much the definition of carpe diem (kissing buck was very much shooting his shot)

- He checks for consent

- He kept contact with Chim ever after he left the 118

- Chim called him for help in the episode Broken

- He went to the 217 and opened the spot for Buck at the 118

- He participated in the betting pool Hen made on how long Bobby would last at the 118 captain

- He apologises when he's in the wrong and is shown to be able to correct his behaviour

- He doesn't like chickens (lol)

- He likes the film fight club and can quote it

- Implies to have dated people he met on a call

See? We know quite a lot actually. So you may get off your high horse how about that.

So it turns out that the underground MMA fight club and the Dixing bar are just two redresses of the same space. They even leave a lot of the ropes and barrels behind when they switch from one to the other, which, sure, why not?

I know it's kind of hard to see with only these shots, but here's a shot of what I'm pretty sure is both these spaces, stripped down to bare bones as the Ming flour factory in the Disguiser:

We never see the MMA arena connect to the outside world, but we do see the Dixing bar's entrance, which is absolutely the entrance to the flour factory (and which I don't have a non-spoilery image of in the Disguiser, but trust me on this one).

(Which is also the location where they are that one time Chu Shuzhi and Guo Changcheng are wandering around Dixing, except that it looks absolutely nothing like the rest of Dixing.)

These locations also both have the chest-high green paint on the otherwise grey wall, which is a lot less visible in Dixing (because there's a ton of crap all over the walls), but still there.

I guess this goes a long way toward explaining why the MMA fight club has a fully stocked bar. I'm pretty sure the main part of the bar and the bottom shelf on the backpiece are the same, just repainted. The top part is clearly totally different, though, and the MMA bar has very rounded corners, while the Dixing bar has sharp right angles.

I made the terrible mistake of realizing this right before I was going to go to bed, which meant that instead of being sleepy, I got myself all fired up and had to post about it. Okay, good-night.

(Hi, friends! In the last year and a half, I've watched a lot more shows filmed in Dragon City Shanghai Film Park, so it may be time to comb through my Guardian screenshots and look for more repeating locations like this. I'll let you know if I find anything good!)

just got the order from my boss that i have to fill 600 bottles of olive oil in the next couple of weeks so here are some aot shitty job hcs

- Sasha works at Claire's and does those awful ear piercings with surgical precision. She's the only one working most days and she has one of those concealed carry purses just in case shit goes down

- Connie works at the Jimmy John's next door and he always reeks of garlic and yeast. He and Sasha became friends because she thinks he smells good. Sometimes he comes over after his shift and gives her literal bread crumbs and pieces of lettuce.

- Levi works at the DMV and Hange works at the library and they sit in the back and talk smack during government meetings

- Reiner works at Hooter's Reiner works at a big box store doing inverntory. he's home late most nights and his schedule is absolutely fucked. luckily he starts late enough where he can catch gabis softball games and falcos choir concerts. he's started smoking incense because the heady aroma helps him sleep during the day

- Marco works at a mall build-a-bear but he's so good at his job that his boss overworks him. tbh he's thinking about quitting to work with Jean at the starbucks in the mall cafeteria. but he enjoys the birthday parties and the smiles on the kids faces too much and just resolves to make the most of it

- Jean is the Token Man who works at starbucks and he's got regulars who come just because they have little crushes on him. he writes hearts next to their names on their cups and watches with glee as they slip more money in the tip jar

- Bertholdt works at one of those kids gymnasiums with the trampoline floors and the weird blocks you can drown in. No one knows how he got the job because he's clumsy as hell and visibly cringes when a kid starts crying

- Mikasa is in an MLM selling baby clothes or perfumes or something. She knows it's shitty but it pays the bills. If anyone asks what she does for a living she says she's a mma fighter and will give them a demonstration if they ask again

- Annie works at Spencer's and makes it everybody's problem. basically squidward at the krusty krab. "Buying some weed socks? Daring today, aren't we."

- Porco works at one of those vapor and e-cig stores. he loves to flaunt his knowledge about different cartridges and even experiments with his own mixes. he's ended up in the hospital from accidental nicotine poisoning at least three times

- Armin is the young guy at factories that they pay to crawl into the machines and pull out pieces of rubber and other hardware refuse. he's got a stack of random tools in the back of his car and he doesn't know what any of them do

- Eren works at the gas station and sells drugs by the back door. He likes to sit and watch the security cameras and pretend he's god. he goes home to his apartment with a basket of gas station chicken and he, armin, and mikasa just hang out. when the three of them are together, there's nowhere he'd rather be

- Pieck works at Ulta. she doesn't wear makeup, rarely brushes her hair all the way through, and her perfume is from the dollar store. she is by far the stores most popular employee. she's as baffled as everybody else

Gyms in Mulund

I have been an active and consistent gym freak for almost two years at this point. After researching online about the different gyms in my locality (Mulund ) and calling around 80 numbers ( a lot of them were closed or had their businesses shut down probably because of COVID) I made a list of the gyms in both east and west Mulund. I didn’t bother checking out the gyms without steam facilities since it was one of the criteria I was looking for to be included in my gym membership. I have compared and made a list of all the gyms according to specific criteria such as the gym’s equipment, location, steam availability, parking space( 4-wheeler), crowd, etc. All the comparisons will be done in accordance with Gold’s gym since I went there initially. The numbers of the gym can be found on Google but I have also mentioned it below along with their address and my personal review of the gym. I even segregated the gyms in the east/west respectively. Guys, take trials at the gym and choose the one who loves you! Happy gym hunting!

Mulund west :

Gold’s gym :

This gym tops the list whether doesn’t matter whether it’s east or west. The best gym in Mulund hands down. The biggest gym with new and a variety of equipment. The gym is located on a not-so-busy road making it the best place to get some parking. The gym has Wi-Fi access. The owners of the gym seem to continuously upgrade the gym with new equipment as and when possible. Steam is available for 6 days a week. The crowd is excellent. The gym includes a number of classes like MMA, power yoga, and Zumba.

Membership cost : 18-20k (without trainer)

9th Gear

The second biggest gym in Mulund after Gold’s gym. The gym has new-age machines and equipment. The problem with the gym is the location, since it is located right opposite the station driving and finding parking is nearly impossible. Steam service is available twice a week. It has a good reception area and the changing room is also quite big. The lighting of the gym is not that good and makes you feel dull in the evening.

Membership fee : 14 k

Power junction :

This is a mid-size and honestly quite compact but has a plethora of equipment. The gym has a huge CrossFit area. Here, 4-wheeler parking is not available. One thing I severely disliked is that it has an extremely small changing room. The gym doesn’t have a lot of crowds, so machines are more easily available compared to other gyms.

Membership fee : 11k

3 months fitness

A small-sized gym near Veena Nagar. It has plenty of parking available. The changing room is extremely small and has no attached rest room just a common one in the main lifting area honestly I thought this was just bizarre. The weights and machines are quite average just the common ones. Some machines are old and the names of the weights are also missing so it would be difficult to progressively overload. The gym has good red interiors and lighting. Steam facility is available twice a week.

Membership fee : 13k ( Negotiate )

Fitness Factory

A good mid-sized gym. The equipment and weights here are new. The gym has ample weights. Here, parking is a little difficult to find but manageable. The gym has steam access which is available twice a week. This gym has a big locker/changing room compared to most gyms in the area. The gym tends to get crowded. The trainers are very good. The locker facility and steam need to be paid for separately.

Membership fee: 9k

The Fitness yard

A small-sized gym in Mulund West. The weights here are old and rusty. Steam facility is available twice a week. A four-wheeler parking here is difficult to find. The bathroom was not maintained at all. The gym feels too congested to work out.

Membership fee: Rs 9k

Evolution fitness

This is a mid-sized gym but extremely crowded during peak hours. The equipment is old but has a variety of them. There is no issue with parking it’s easily available. The locker room was not maintained that well. The gym has a steam facility. One con about the gym was it closes early on Sunday but this is the case with most gyms.

Membership fee: 9.5-10.5 k

World fitness

This is a small-sized gym. It is difficult to find parking here. The gym tends to get crowded. The cardio section is good. The gym has a good variety of strength training equipment but the weights are old. Steam facility is available.

Membership fee : 7-9k.

Mulund east : (Ranking wise)

Magnum gym :

The best and the biggest gym in Mulund East. Parking is easily available since it’s located in a not-so-busy lane. The gym itself is new so all the equipment is new. The gym tends to get a little crowded during peak hours. The gym has access to Wi-Fi also. One thing to keep in mind is that the changing room is a little small and has barely any seating space. Steam is included in the membership and can be used at any time during the week. This is a superior pro of the gym compared to the other gyms which have just a 2-day steam facility access during the week. Sunday the gym is open for a longer time duration compared to other gyms.

Membership fee : Actual 15.3k but they will come down till 14k so Negotiate!

One life

This gym is huge with new equipment. A lot of parking is available since it’s a not-so-busy street. The gym has a steam and shower facility. The gym is a little crowded. The membership includes four free PT sessions and twelve body assessments in a year. I can’t give an in-depth review since due to some maintenance work going on in the gym some sections of the gym were not accessible but saying that you should take a trial and decide for yourself.

Membership cost : Bargain till 12.5k.

Fitness intelligence

This is a small-sized gym. Since the gym is new the equipment and machines are new. Parking is easily available. It has a good ambiance.

Membership fee: Negotiate below Rs 12,600.

Matoshri Prime physique

This is an old-school mid-sized gym located in Mulund East. The problem here is parking and it is not easily available. The machines are old and rusty with labels missing. The gym is not crowded which is good. The variety of machines is also comparatively lesser compared to most gyms along with the number of trainers. The best thing about the gym is the cardio section which has a number of machines. The weird part about the membership is that the cardio section and steam are charged separately. The gym doesn’t really have a dedicated changing room and the restroom is also not maintained well.

Membership fee : Rs 7500

M5 gym :

A small-sized gym but long in length. Here, parking can be easily found. The equipment and machines here are new. The sad part about the gym is no steam. The gym has a good crowd. The changing room is well maintained but small. The weights in the gym are in pounds and not kgs (Just thought of mentioning this). I thought the gym needed a few more benches and was missing certain equipment.

Fitness 45

A small-sized gym in Mulund East. The interiors are done really well. Here, parking is not easily found. The changing room is extremely small and not maintained at all. The gym lacks a steam facility. The gym has fans and no AC so feels extremely warm to workout. The gym has missing weights and certain machines have missing weight labels too. The gym is small and feels congested. The cardio area is also small. Sundays the gym is open till 1pm.

Membership fee: Rs 7500 ,Couple : 14000

Fitness Palace: The smallest gym in Mulund East or if you plan to gym on a budget this is for you. Here, access to Steam is not available. Parking can’t be found since it’s a busy road. The weights are new since the gym itself is new. The changing room was extremely small with no couch. The gym had only fans no AC. The trainer is very good.

Membership Fee : Rs 8500

The gym’s I didn’t try

JMK :

The last time I went for a trial here, half the gym was allocated for people who opt for trainers which I didn’t feel was fair honestly speaking. That being said the gym is big and comparable to Gold’s in size and equipment. It has new equipment and weights. The gym has ample parking available along with valet service.

Ur care

I tried your care a long time ago. Urcare is located in a shady building next to the station. It is an extremely small-sized gym. Parking is not available since it’s near the station.

Rewind:

The gym has ample parking available. It is of decent size and is a good mid-sized gym. The changing rooms are big and well-maintained. I was a part of the gym a long time before so can’t review it at this moment but feel free to go and take a trial and decide for yourself.

Pro Safe Academy ( No steam ): I didn’t bother to check the gym since it had no steam facility available. If steam is not a criterion for you guys when investing in a gym go check it out.

Modern AU

Sarge- Landlord of the apartment building everyone lives in, he lives on the top floor.

Simmons- An IT guy for a large company helps Sarge out sometimes with electronics.

Grif- Simmons's roommate works as an overnight stocker at the local grocery store.

Kai/Sister- Also shares the apartment with Simmons and her brother, babysits for Tucker during the day while Grif sleeps.

Doc and Donut- Local Ambulance team, Donut drives and Doc is the EMT.

Tucker- Single-father works a factory job, lives next door to Caboose with Junior.

Lopez- Building Janitor/Maintenance guy also lives in the building.

Caboose- High functioning autistic, who happens to be an engineering genius/inventor.

Freckles- Is his certified companion dog who helps with Caboose's episodes/panic attacks.

Sheila- Is a more advanced "Alexa" that Caboose customized/upgraded to help him with his everyday life.

Church- Stay at home hubby who used to be Caboose's roommate until him and Allison got married. Maybe gets an office job later...we'll see...

Allison- Personal trainer at an MMA fighting gym.

Agent Washington- Homeless veteran that is having a real hard time getting back on his feet, before being found by Caboose and Freckles.

10 (Subjective) Booking Directions for AEW after Full Gear 22

So Full Gear is in the books, as is my review of it. Normally that'd be that.

But my mood has soured upon learning that an Orange Cult Leader was let back onto a dying social media platform, also the guy who played the best Power Ranger (who also was an MMA fighter and trained to be a Pro Wrestler) had passed away today, so I wanna do something else to boost my mood: Fantasy Booking! ...to an extent at least.

So here's a few things I personally think AEW should do in the aftermath of Full Gear

Spoilers for Full Gear below

10 - Save Powerhouse Hobbs Samoa's Joe TNT title win has come at the great expense of Powerhouse Hobbs. Having assaulted Wardlow having come back from losing to Starks, Hobbs took the fall in the triple threat, making him a double loser since all his attacks meant nothing. Given that Wardlow and Joe look to continue into Final Battle, it leaves Hobbs in desperate need of a win but little places to do it. If he's not winning the TNT title, I believe we should push Hobbs to usurp Orange Cassidy for the All Atlantic title, which will enable him to take on a variety of opponents while also having a big win over a well-booked opponent.

9 - Faction Fixing Not every faction is doing well right now, The Factory continues to be the most undercard of factions, the AFO and Dark Order are in a continued feud for 10 which overstayed its welcome, and The Firm - given that they did legitimately turn on MJF and it wasn't just a play - are kinda lacking in anything outside of Ethan's eliminator run. In terms of the AFO and Factory I feel like a downsize is needed, free up Comoroto to go alone and maybe Ogogo, the AFO should really disband too - since Andrade looks to wanna run out his contract it's harmful to Butcher, Blade and Angelico to continue association without purpose, Butcher and Blade could side more with Kip and Penelope since Allie already is friendly with them, Angelico meanwhile should find a place where his technical mastery is better utilized, either in or out the company. Dark Order can survive losing 10 to RUSH, but I don't think it'd help any of them, honestly I'd love to see Dark Order team with Bandido - having helped him fend off Jose in his eliminator match - and then call on Hangman to help, then they can be a fuller faction again (I call them the Outlaw Stars), if we can pay to get Stu back that'd also be a bonus, Uno needs his tag partner. As for the Firm, it's perhaps the most fixable since there are some lingering things here and there, we can address the Hardy Party stuff properly but I'm most concerned really of finding W. Morrissey something to do.

8 - Finalize the Final Battle card sooner rather than later Following up on these things, ROH's Final Battle card is missing a few matches, all we know feels set is Athena vs Mercedes and Joe vs Wardlow, so it's best to make sure we get Final Battle set so we can build to it. Jericho will of course need a marquee opponent (Eddie Edwards, Nigel McGuinness, Jay Briscoe, Davey Richards are names that have been thrown around before), meanwhile FTR may need more than just The Gunns to face, we could pull a 4-Way given how the Kingdom got involved with them a little and BCC stared them down last PPV. The Embassy could also get a win over Dalton & the Boys while Garcia can meet a technically gifted opponent. The point being is that the sooner we set the card, the more time we have to build to it.

7 - Konosuke Takeshita title agenda Konosuke Takeshita is All Elite, which means now we must look towards putting a belt on this mega talent. Having fought for the ROH title before, Takeshita could be a great opponent for Garcia, he could also down the line be the undoing of the All Atlantic or TNT champion. Having gotten over with strong matches that mainly ended in defeat, it is key that Takeshita gets built like the star he is with the time AEW has him - given that, like the Joshi, AEW share him with another company, DDT.

6 - BCC in Disarray I never liked the idea of William Regal betraying Moxley for MJF because it meant the BCC lost their linchpin, he was the reason they are a faction after all. Now that it has happened we need to address the status of the BCC, I wouldn't want them to split but perhaps some infighting and uncertainty can move them away from fighting the JAS all the time. Bryan Danielson needs a win too, so an American Dragon rage tour could help, including trying to avenge Mox and also continuing the tension between him and Wheeler Yuta, and maybe having to fight Claudio a bit too to get it out of their system. Moxley though deserves his time off so let him have it.

5 - Best of Seven hits a House Call As a result of the hammer finish, the Trios Titles seem to be put to a Best of Seven series between the Elite and Death Triangle. While this will get the Elite more on TV after their investigation-mandated suspension, it will also serve to cement a heel turn for the Lucha Bros. However, seven of these matches is a lot, even for these talents, so perhaps instead of a hammer we should throw a spanner into the mix, a spanner named the House of Black. Vignettes have shown the House being reborn, so where better to make an impact then to lay out the two Trios champions teams and take the gold for themselves? While DT and Elite killing each other does give time for other Trios to be built up, the House coming back to win the gold seems like the strongest option to go for.

4 - Midcard Feuds Following Full Gear there are other talents not holding titles that need direction, while Swerve and Keith Lee are likely going to clash now, not every winner and loser has something to follow up on. Jungle Boy will need to propel himself to some position to take advantage of his cage match win, whereas Luchasaurus will need to bounce back from it. The same can be said for Darby, Lethal, Eddie Kingston, Bandido, Lance Archer, Top Flight and whoever loses between Ethan and Ricky. Establishing non-title midcard feuds will help AEW in the long run, since it'll provide matches with the stakes of others wanting to climb to a title shot, absent names such as 2point0, Miro (who does have a knee injury but should come back strong), Butcher & the Blade, the Blondes, Iron Savages, Tony Nese, Josh Woods, the Trustbusters (especially Sonny Kiss and Slim J), the former SCU, Dustin Rhodes, Hardy Party, Kip Sabian, the Kingdom, Chaos Project can benefit from getting to show more of their strength in positions where they're not being squashed. The women can also be strengthened by this, while we are waiting on the likes of Thunder Rosa, Leyla Hirsch, Red Velvet, Ruby Soho and Kris Statlander to be healthy (Abadon now more recently), AEW should work towards giving Shida, Riho, Yuka, Emi (and Mei), Skye Blue, Allie, Diamante, KiLynn King, Penelope, Willow, TayJay and Serena Deeb more tv time also.

3 - Depth for the Women's Division Continuing on from the women's part, AEW should look to bolster their division more, not just for depth but also to give tougher opposition for Jade Cargill. The babyface department is plagued with injuries so using the crossover value may be key in this, Jungle Kyona impressed on AEW Dark against Riho and in DPW, she would be a powerful opponent for Jade if Shida or Riho are a bit too above her punching level right now, Nixon Newell and Millie McKenzie are also available while AEW can also consider using TJPW talents Maki Itoh, Miyu Yamashita, and Mizuki or even Stardom talents like Starlight Kid, Utami Hayashishita, and Guilia, or of course others I mean I could probably think of a whole women's PPV with those three rosters like a Women's Forbidden Door but that's another conversation. The point is that AEW's women needs more depth, and Jade will need to fight similar challenges to Nyla as she tries to get 50-0, or however close to 50 she gets before Kris is fit to get the W and title she deserves.

2 - Toni/Hayter III Jamie Hayter as champion is the right call no doubt, however the manner of her winning does mean that Toni was robbed of the title. In a fantasy scenario I could see Rosa stating how she planned to vacate her title to Toni after Full Gear so Hayter technically only won the Interim title, but realistically we can just go to the 'you didn't win on your own' avenue. Regardless, we should build to the rubber match between Toni and Hayter for Winter is Coming or New Year's Smash - ideally in a steel cage to avoid shenaniganry - and have Jamie win clean, cementing her role as champion but also starting the face turn and the inevitable Britt Baker feud.

1 - Mr. Beat Your Faves (aka. Year of Maxwell) MJF is the World Champion, so now we must look to how the landscape will change. Let's make no mistake, contrary to the cheers of New Jersey, MJF is still a heel, which means that he should face and beat a lot of popular babyfaces. I am talking going full Roman Reigns with this, because now Max is in the position where he can play Final Boss and throw opponents at plucky babyfaces who want the right to face him. If I were booking it at least, I'd have MJF beating every top talent come what may; Ricky, Wardlow, OC, PAC, Fénix, Dalton, Keith Lee, Bandido, Bryan, Claudio, Mox again, Darby, JB, Miro, Takeshita, Hangman, Kenny, and most importantly, give HOOK his first defeat. We could also give bonus points for retiring Dustin Rhodes I think if we gave him a similar match to how he faced Randy Orton that one time but with his career on the line it'd be a good sendoff for him. But we focus on Max looking and feeling unstoppable all year, even maybe more than a year, if done right we can make him the longest running AEW World Champion, and maybe even build it up to his billed 'bidding war of 24' where he can meet his eventual and emphatic downfall to the people's champion: Eddie Kingston.

But that's just some of what I think, RIP to Jason David Frank aka Tommy Oliver the Green Mighty Morphin/White Mighty Morphin/Red Zeo & Turbo/Black Dino Power Ranger and fuck Trump

I think we don’t talk enough about how unimaginative the UFC is nowadays.

There were highs and lows in the 2010s but there was a lot of constant change. The buying of the WEC and Strikeforce early on brought in a huge influx of talent that contributed greatly to the product getting a fresh coat of paint. We got the bantamweight and featherweight divisions. We got a completely revamped middleweight and heavyweight division with fantasy matchups. We got women in the UFC. And from there, we got a steady influx of change. International expansion. The addition of the FLW division with a four man tournament. Don’t get me wrong, a lot of these “innovations” are just the UFC buying out promotions, but the effect was still the same.

While TUF was already old hat by the 2010s, we got new flavors with TUF Latin American, TUF Brazil, TUF China, TUF Smashes, etc. Those shows produced guys like Robert Whittaker, Yair Rodriguez, Chito Vera, and more. And then when they added the 115lb and 125lb divisions, they used the TUF to crown champions. They also used it to find a contender for DJ (less hyped on that one but it was a unique use of the format). Lookin For a Fight, while a vanity project for Dana White, was a great tool to highlight regional MMA. And instead it got turned into a full scale ego stroking session for Dana when they started the Contender Series.

What have been the great innovations of the 2020s? Apex cards? The Contender Series? Dubai cards? The promotion seems apathetic about producing stars at best as Dana is more concerned with using the UFC brand to crowbar power slap into the public consciousness. It kind of just feels like someone left the machine running in the factory. Where are the new promotional ideas? The creation of new dream matchups?

Johnny's Diner (headcanon)

Johnny's was established some years before Mila moved to the States. The owner, Johnny, ran the place himself with only one other person until times changed and the need to expand the staff came along. Johnny used to operate as the diner's head chef before the current head chef was hired.

At current, Johnny is just the restaurant owner and manager, though he sometimes will step back behind the grill.

The current head chef is a man named Enrique, who normally takes care of the lunch and dinner rushes, breakfast rushes are handled by a woman named Tanya.

On the front counter, Mila works as a waitress alongside Lana, a girl Mila met at the gym, they work rotating shifts, though Mila also takes extended time off for her MMA career. The place opens at 8 and closes at 10.

The Diner has a strict policy of not serving alcohol in the morning, and Mila has had to throw out rowdy customers before. Consistently she's had to toss out Brad Wong the most. Customers are only allowed to order booze after 12 pm.

Johnny has tried to get Mila to publicly endorse the Diner during several fights. At one point she wore her ball cap, which Johnny tried to claim was her promoting the place (in reality, she'd just forgotten to take the hat off).

Mila stated one of the reasons she applied to the Diner was so she could squeeze in some extra training by using frozen animal carcasses in the freezer as punching bags. Like in the movies. Enrique pointed out that if she wanted to do that, she should have applied to a meat packing factory or butcher shop. All their meat comes in already chopped or ground. Also that she's in the wrong state for reenacting Rocky.
