Rap Tiers

I have a youtube channel that I subscribe to, and the channel was discussing Mos-Defs comments about Drake (Which I will discuss at another time), but during the conversation he brought up that a friend of his brought up having more than one Top 10 or Top 5 Hip Hop list, but instead of having lists based on Tiers or specific lists that speak to specific aspects of the art form.
