My mother and I got to meet Mr. Frank Welker at Megacon this year. He joked, during his panel with Mr. Peter Cullen, that it was nice they named an entire convention after Megatron 😜

He liked the picture I drew him so much, that he gave us long rants in Megatron’s voice for our voice recordings 🥰 he even named my mother second in command of the Decepticons, I’m so proud! 🤣😈

Based these mostly on how Pokemon cards are but it was definitely inspired by how @youredreamingofroo did their's (go check out their post it's awesome 😅).

SMOOTH CRIMINAL

This is part of a set of four pinups I had finished since July 2022 but never posted them... I'm glad I hold them because I changed a lot my way of drawing Lockdown... so I decided to redraw ALL OF THEM early this year when checking the files. Now I think I waited enough time to let them loose haha.

However, because they are so few and I admit I don't have much energy to do newly refined fanart (I'm focussing right now on my OCs) I'll post each pic once a month. So you will see the next one in September, the other one in October, and so on.

BTW this and the pic for September are the only ones with alternative versions: the originals are the ones with limited palette, but when redrawing them I took my time to actually paint them at full. I think I like the colored one better now x'D.

its important to watch a new movie or read a new book sometimes. largely because 1) its nice to experience all the art this world has to offer but also 2) you might be able to find new scenarios to imagine your OCs in
