Familiar Rapport (Natasha)
HERE IT IS FINALLY raaah! I wrote it on Monday but damn if recording the audio didn't take me FOREVER. But please enjoy Nat being sick and Tony being a sarcastic asshole. (Because I am weak for Stark Sass). Audio under the cut.
It’s past 9 and Steve is still here.
He’s asking for more information on Natasha’s new project and she is rushing through her explanation. Which only causes more confusion.
She’s listing off tasks for a third time when she notices her voice starts to tinge with congestion. She pauses mid-word, gaze flicking to Steve.
He looks at her, pale brows knit, “What? Something wrong?”
She gives her best vacuous chuckle hoping it will disguise a shiver of her lips. “I was just thinking it might be easier to show you.”
She pivots, socks shushing across the plush rug stretching across the central room of Stark Tower. She bends to the table centered between the chairs and picks up a tech pad.
Steve chuffs, “I think you have too much confidence in me being able to understand this baloney.”
Natasha squints at him, her lips curving in a wry smile, “Baloney?”
“P…people don’t say that anymore?”
The grin stretches in amusement. “If Captain America says it, it might make a comeback.”
She powers the pad on and swipes through the screens, showcasing visual details to Steve. He leans close and she instinctively holds her breath for a moment before realizing it’s pointless. Steve can’t catch it anyway. As his eyes skim the pad, she lifts a curved knuckle to her nose, tapping it just hard enough to chase away a lingering itch. Steve doesn’t notice. Fuck, she wants to sniffle so bad.
Steve is pointing at the pad, brows raised expectantly. What did he just say? Rghh, it’s so hard to focus on anything but the creeping sensation crawling through her sinuses. The itch just won’t stop, and it’s going to be completely obvious if her nose runs. She has to sniffle. Just one…maybe he won’t notice…
She risks it, sipping air with the barest…tiniest…
*snf*
Her nostrils flare wide but also up. In an extremely pronounced way. As if her face was a map of lines pointing straight to her nose’s announcement of her hitching breath. Fuck. Steve’s eyes flick to her and her lips tighten. He can’t know--he can’t know. If Steve realizes she’s sick, he’ll put a halt on this project. Natasha may have final say in most things, but Steve will absolutely round up the entire team to get her to lay the fuck down.
Nope. Not happening.
“Are you okay?”
“I’m fine,” she snaps. Steve’s lips crimp but he doesn’t frown. He’s too graceful for that. He just nods and says “Alright.” He doesn’t mention the congestion in her voice and Natasha hopes maybe she sounds less stuffy than she feels.
She mimes a startle and pulls out her phone, “One minute.” She sticks it against her ear which allows her to turn away from him and wander a few steps. Thank fuck. She starts speaking Russian, pretending to have a conversation about a crisis while she saunters farther away, toward the frosty bay windows.
She can feel the chill from the winter wind against the glass, snowflakes kissing the window only to drop down and pool below solidifying into icy daggers.
The sudden chill has Natasha wrapping her bare arms around herself, shuddering. Her words begin to spill, she’s speaking with the un mistakable thickness of a person about t-to…
“H’kX!” She squeezes her shoulders, her neck, clenches her jaw, slams every wall down around herself before releasing a barely audible, “Hrt’KngT!” A small puff of breath escapes after and that does not go unnoticed.
Steve whips his head toward her. “Did you…”
She blinks at him, giving him her best, ‘I don’t know what you’re talking about’ look. She knows it works. It al ways works. Steven looks abashed and refocuses on the pad, “Nothing.”
Damn right nothing.
She eases back toward Steve and pockets the phone, screwing her face up in concern-- hopefully convincing despite the cloying of her nose, the pink of her cheeks…
“Oh, Steve, I think Bruce needed your  help with something.”
“He did?”
“Yeah,” she hands him the tech pad. “Why don’t you take this and show him the plans--he can help you and you can help him. Win win, hm?”
Steve tilts his head, apprehension painted all over his features.
Natasha points at the pad, “Go.” She thrusts the finger at the door.
Steve mutters something, but with another shoo from Nat, he does amble away.
Oh thank fuck because as soon as hhh she hears hhhh-im l-leave…”hih-AH!” He’s gone, fina--IEXSTTchh!!” She groans as she finally surrenders to the-- “HieTNKgshh…”
“Bless you.”
Natasha spins, eyes widening when she sees Tony standing askew next to the table. Her teeth chafe her lip in frustration. No one sneaks up on Natasha--damn this cold messing with her in unfathomable ways.
“How are you handing it?” Tony asks offhandedly.
“Handling what?”
“The cold.”
Her voice quakes. “What cold?” Damn, she can lie better than this. This is pathetic. Her cold symptoms are making her look disingenuous. She is fine, she just…needs to sneeze a lot and it won’t…fucking…stop. That doesn’t mean she isn’t fine.
He snorts, swaying toward the table in a sashay that rivals her own. “I heard it keeping you up last night.”
She latches a glare on him. “Why were you up last night?”
Tony plucks a square tissue box from the shelf next to him, “Oh, the usual. Binge drinking. Learning quantum physics. Being generally brilliant.” He holds out the box to her, taking a step forward.
Natasha holds up her hand, “Don’t.” Tony hesitates at the look on her face, lowering the box. “Don’t even come near me. I don’t want to give this to you.”
Tony lifts an eyebrow. “Is that the only reason? Because you talk as if I didn’t already catch this.”
Her eyes spread, “You were sick?”
He tosses it to her and she deftly catches it. At least her reflexes aren't in the trash.
“Still am.”
Natasha runs forked fingers through her hair, parting her copper waves, “Wow you are way better at hiding it than me.”
“No I’m not. I just know what hiding it looks like.”
Her lips crimp and she droops, letting her entire body melt into the chair. She tips her forehead onto her fist and sighs. “I’m so fucking tired. I just want to lay down and moan.”
Tony leans against the wall, folding his arms in his very Tony Stark way. “Then do it.”
Natasha chuffs, “I can’t. If anyone sees me taking time off. Slacking? They’ll know…”
“That you’re not perfect?”
Natasha’s head jerks up to glare at him. Tony rolls his eyes. “You’re not perfect, Nat. None of us are. You may be able to kid Cap. Bruce. The whole team--but you can’t hold them in forever.”
She rolls her eyes. “I can try.”
“But you shouldn’t.”
Another glare, and if looks could jump kick you in the face, Tony would be on the floor. She can’t hold the glare for long though. Her eyes are already glassing over, face flushing with a pink tinge. “H’kNG!” Hhhh-dammit--Hah!” Her shoulders curve, her fist sliding across her cheek to pin her nose, “H’ISXht!”
Tony sighs, his shoulders sagging with the breath, “I’m gonna put on soup. For both of us,” he iterates. “You go lay down. Watch one of those nature documentaries you like.”
“I don’t like nature documentaries.”
“I was being nice. I know you watched Marley and Me when you thought we were all asleep.”
She stiffens, “I only watched that because Owen Wilson looks familiar!”
“You know Owen Wilson?”
“No, but I’ve seen…” Lines crease her eyes and her vision warbles. She sips a breath, shoulders rearing as she snarls into a quickly cupped palm, “Hat’TSHieh! Hk’TZSH!!”
“I can text Mr. Wilson and ask him, but I think he’d agree with me that you need to rest.”
“You’re exhausting.”
“You’re exhausted.”
“Fuck you.”
“No thanks. You had your chance.”
Natasha throws herself to her feet and groans, not unlike a teenage outburst. She inwardly scolds herself for it. Being sick? It sucks. It makes it even harder to keep a cool head. Especially when Tony’s being a little shit.
“Fine,” she wipes the air with her hand and strides toward the hall, “I’m going to rest.”
“Thank. You.” Tony glides toward the kitchenette and Natasha doesn’t even fight the fact that he technically won this battle. But she’s so exhausted, she really doesn’t care.

Dear Jedi Ashala, what do you do for fun?
What do I do for fun?
I’m not sure I could say, really. My idea of “fun” would likely differ from what one might expect to hear as a response to such a question.
I suppose one might say that I enjoy witty banter with others, particularly Darth Vowrawn— I mean, Grandfather Jenû... *laughs*
I also find flying a starship to be terribly fun. I think that better befits the question, or thereabouts.
And I find combat fun. So, I undertake training sessions in my spare time.

Exes And Stomach Flus
Based on this request
Tumblr media
Summary: You just came back from a horrible date, so what happens when you hear your ex throwing up on you way back.
Warnings: Hurt/comfort. Self-loathing (N). Break ups. Throwing up. Sick Nat
---
The echoes of a disastrous date reverberated in your mind as you trudged through the walls of the avengers compound. The evening had been a train wreck, courtesy of a pick-me chick whose incessant need for validation grated on your last nerve.
The terrible evening was a stark reminder of why you had distanced yourself from the dating scene in the first place. But even as you tried to push the memories aside, thoughts of Natasha flooded your mind, bringing with them the pain of your breakup.
It had been months since Natasha ended things, leaving you with more questions than answers. There were no explanations, no closure—just a void where your relationship had once thrived. In the aftermath, you had retreated from the avengers, fearing having to see her, seeking solace in solitude as you tried to heal the wounds she left on you.
And so when you reached Natasha's door, yours just 3 more down, you hesitated. Sighing heavily, ready to go to your room and drown your sorrows with a bottle of wine.
You, however, stopped when a muffled sound caught your attention—a retching, guttural sound that sent a pang of concern through you and before you knew it, against your better judgment, your hand was knocking softly on her door.
"Natasha?" you called out, pushing the door open cautiously. The bed had been abandoned but the bathroom lights glowed, and the sight that greeted you was unexpected, yet strangely familiar. There she was, Natasha Romanoff, the Black Widow herself, hunched over the toilet, a ghost of her usual composed self. The sound of her sickness echoed in the room, stark against the backdrop of her vulnerability.
You stepped inside, closing the door behind you. "Hey," you murmured softly, approaching her side. "Are you okay?"
"I'll survive," she said cold and abrupt, although the weakness showed clearly
And that made you falter, feeling like an intruder in her space. The pain of being near her, yet so far from the intimacy you once shared, threatened to overwhelm you. You considered leaving, seeking solace in the company of someone—anyone—but the sight of Natasha's vulnerability rooted you to the spot.
"Nat," you murmured softly, torn between your desire to help and the ache in your heart. "Do you want me to get Clint or someone else?"
You were sure she'd ask for Clint, Wanda at the least, but Natasha's response was immediate, a desperate plea that cut through the air like a knife, a stark contrast to the previous response. "Please, don't leave me," she whispered, her voice barely above a hoarse whisper.
"Nat-asha, I don't know if this is a good idea," you protested weakly, your heart torn between conflicting emotions.
And for the first time in the last few months, her eyes look up at yours with a silent plea in her eyes. A look you knew all too well—a silent request for comfort, for you to be there in her time of need.
Despite the turmoil within, your heart couldn't ignore the silent plea in Natasha's eyes, nor the desperation in her weakened voice as she begged you to stay.
“Please”
For what felt like an eternity, you battled with your own emotions, protesting weakly against the overwhelming urge to leave. But with each passing moment, Natasha's grip on your hand tightened, her silent plea resonating within you, until finally, with a heavy sigh, you relented.
"I'll stay," you whispered softly, the words barely above a breath, yet weighted with the depth of your emotions.
Natasha's relief was palpable, a flicker of gratitude shining in her eyes as she leaned into your touch. "Thank you," she murmured, her voice barely audible over the quiet of the room, the silence, not for long though, as she hunched over the toilet again.
As Natasha retched again, you winced in sympathy, a pang of sorrow tightening your chest. Without hesitation, you moved closer, your hand rubbing soothing circles on her back as she endured another wave of sickness.
"It's okay, Nat," you whispered softly, your voice a gentle reassurance in the midst of her distress. "I'm here. You're going to be okay."
Natasha's only response was a weak nod, her grip on your hand tightening as she struggled to regain her composure. Despite the pain etched on her features, there was a quiet determination in her eyes—a silent acknowledgment of your presence and the strength it brought her.
As the waves of nausea subsided, you helped Natasha to her feet, her body trembling with weakness. With careful movements, you guided her to the bathroom sink, supporting her as she rinsed her mouth and splashed water on her face.
"Can you stand?" you asked softly, concern lacing your voice, when you realised she had finished throwing up.
With a determined nod, Natasha attempted to rise, but her legs wobbled beneath her, threatening to give way. Without hesitation, you stepped forward, your arms wrapping around her waist to steady her.
"I've got you," you murmured reassuringly, your voice a gentle anchor in the sea of uncertainty.
Together, you guided Natasha to the sink, supporting her as she leaned against the counter. With trembling hands, you picked up the toothbrush, applying toothpaste with careful precision.
"Here, let me help," you offered, your touch gentle as you guided the brush along Natasha's teeth. With each stroke, you could feel the tension in her body easing, her breaths coming easier as the discomfort began to fade.
As you helped her rinse her mouth and splash water on her face, you couldn't help but marvel at the vulnerability she displayed—the quiet strength that lay beneath her fragile exterior. She'd only ever shown you this few months after you started dating, and that was after you had admitted that you loved her.
With Natasha leaning against you for support, you guided her to the bedroom, your movements slow and deliberate. You helped her change into fresh clothes, your touch a silent reassurance of your presence.
You settled Natasha into bed, ensuring she was comfortable before taking your place on the opposite side, leaving a significant space between you. Then, in the stillness, you heard what seemed to be a small sniffle, followed by another. And another. And soon enough the sound of Natasha's silent tears filled the room.
As Natasha's tears fell and she let out her first sob, something she never does, only ever silently crying, your concern intensified, your heart pounding with worry. "Nat, what's wrong?" you asked, your voice soft but urgent, reaching out to touch her trembling shoulder that faced away from you.
She recoiled slightly, as if your touch startled her, before finally turning around and meeting your gaze with eyes brimming with pain. "You… you'll hate me," she whispered, her voice barely audible over the sound of her own cries.
Your brow furrowed in confusion, your own heartache mixing with concern for her. "Tasha, whatever it is, you can tell me," you urged gently, your voice tinged with worry.
“The reason-” she cracked, unsure of what to say, “The reason we broke up-”
With a shaky breath, Natasha hesitated, her lips parting as if she struggled to find the right words. "It wasn’t you, it was me," she finally managed, her voice thick with emotion.
A surge of frustration and anger rose within you, the pain of her abrupt departure still fresh in your mind. "What do you mean, it's not me? You ended things without a word, Natasha!" you exclaimed, your voice trembling with emotion. "You left me without any explanation, and now you expect me to believe it's just you?"
As the words spilled from your lips, a torrent of hurt and betrayal and partially confused with why she was bringing it up in the first place, Natasha flinched, as if your words were a physical blow.
She let out a shaky breath.
"I felt unworthy… like all I could offer you was pain and darkness," she confessed, her voice trembling with self-condemnation. "I'm a monster, and you deserve so much more than that."
Natasha's confession struck you like a dagger, each syllable driving a wedge deeper into your heart. Your throat tightened with unshed tears as you listened to her unravel before you, her voice trembling with pain and anguish.
"I'm broken, Y/n," she choked out, her words a broken whisper against your chest. "I don't deserve your love... I don't deserve anyone's love."
Natasha's words hung heavy in the air, her words a painful echo of her inner turmoil, and you felt your heart shatter into a million pieces. The weight of her self-loathing bore down on you like a crushing weight, threatening to break you more than you were by the breakup. And as she broke down before you, her sobs echoing in the darkness, you knew that you couldn't let her face this pain alone.
With sure hands, you quickly gathered her into your arms, pulling her into your chest despite the resistance in her movements. She pushed against you with all her strength, her cries of anguish muffled against your shoulder as she tried to push you away. But you held on, refusing to let go, your grip firm and unwavering as she struggled against you.
With each push, each desperate attempt to break free, your heart broke a little more, the pain of her rejection cutting deep into your soul. But you refused to give up, your love for her outweighing the ache in your heart. And so you held her close, whispering soothing words into her ear as she fought against you, her cries growing louder with each passing moment.
But slowly, oh so slowly, the resistance began to fade, her struggles growing weaker as the tears continued to fall. And as she finally collapsed against you, her body trembling with exhaustion, you held her close, your arms a silent refuge in the midst of the storm.
Gently, you brushed the tears from her cheeks, your touch tender as you cradled her close.
"Nat," you began softly, your voice a soothing balm in the darkness. "You're not everything you claim to be."
With a shaky breath, you launched into a heartfelt monologue, your words pouring forth much like the contents of her breakfast, lunch and dinner, a few moments prior
"You're not a monster, Nat," you asserted, your voice unwavering. "You're one of the bravest people I know. You escaped the Red Room, survived it. When Clint and I gave you a chance, you took it, you took it and never looked back. You're not broken—you're a survivor."
A small smile tugged at the corners of your lips as you continued, recounting the countless moments of humor and warmth that Natasha brought into your life. From her dry wit to her fierce loyalty, each trait painted a picture of a woman far far far away from the despicable figure she saw herself as.
"And let's not forget how you save millions of people, on a weekly basis" you added, a note of pride in your voice. "You risk your life all the time, from stopping bombs from detonating to fighting aliens conjured by gods, and because of you, countless lives were spared. That's not the mark of a monster—that's the mark of a hero."
"And don't even get me started on the cute things you do," you teased gently, a playful twinkle in your eye. "Like the way you scrunch up your nose when you're concentrating, or the way you pretend to hate it when I steal the last slice of pizza. Those quirks, they make you who you are. They make you human."
Leaning in, you pressed a tender kiss to her forehead. "Tasha, you deserve the world," you whispered, your voice filled with sincerity.
"You in the months we were together made me the luckiest and happiest person in the world, just by being next to me. And no matter what lies in your past, no matter what mistakes you think you've made, I'll always see you for the incredible person you are."
Despite the tears still lingering in her eyes, Natasha couldn't help but chuckle at your words, a faint glimmer of light returning to her gaze.
Natasha's tear-stained eyes searched yours, a glimmer of hope flickering within them. "You really think so?" she whispered, her voice barely above a whisper.
"Yeah," you replied, your own voice filled with conviction. "As a matter of fact, I know so"
She gave you a small smile which didn't last long as her stomach lurched again and she was scrambling out, from under the covers.
As Natasha rushed up from the bed, the urgency in her movements palpable, you couldn't help but spring into action once more. Hurrying after her, you offered your support, holding back her hair as she retched into the toilet once more. The sound tore at your heart, a stark reminder of her vulnerability in this moment of weakness.
Once she had finished, you helped her back to bed, guiding her gently until she was settled against the pillows. As she leaned back against you, her breathing labored, a moment of vulnerability passed between you, her words hanging heavy in the air.
"I still love you," Natasha whispered softly, her voice barely audible over the sounds of the room.
You froze, her admission catching you off guard. "I… I just got back from a date," you stammered, the words tumbling out before you could stop them.
The hurt flickered in Natasha's eyes, a guardedness settling over her features once more. With a determined look, she tried to sit up, as if preparing to distance herself once more.
But you couldn't let her, you wouldn't. Without hesitation, you reached out, gently placing a hand on her shoulder to stop her. "Nat, wait," you urged, your voice filled with urgency. "I'm… I'm still in love with you too."
And that seemed to click in her head as she relaxed in your arms again but a small tension lingered in the air, the weight of your admissions still hanging heavy between you. And, just as the silence threatened to become suffocating, you felt a spark of mischief flicker within you.
"Well, I suppose that's one way to get back with your ex," you quipped, a playful grin tugging at the corners of your lips.
Natasha's chuckle was music to your ears, a soft melody that chased away the lingering tension in the room. "I guess you're right," she replied, her voice laced with amusement, before adding. "I'd kiss you right now if my mouth didn't taste of puke."
The humor in her words caught you off guard, a burst of laughter bubbling up from deep within you. "Well, that's a mood killer if I ever heard one," you joked, the laughter easing the weight from your shoulders.
And so, a toothbrush and paste later, you finally got to kiss the ruby red lips of the love of your life again. Knowing that it only got better from this.

Au where Clint dies instead of Nat
Natasha and Kate had been partners for a while but one day, they were on a mission and Kate saved Nat from dying by sniper shot and shot the sniper.
"Thanks, Clint--" Natasha was silent. It was a while since I was mentioned.
"It's okay. I'm sure he's in a good place. I didn't mean to have that effect--" Kate was interrupted.
"It's fine. It was my own fault for the confusion. But hey, that was the last guy, so..."
"Yeah. I gotta get home before my mom gets worried. Have a good night, Nat-- asha."
They both left the scene. Kate went back to the penthouse and Nat went to the warehouse.
Nat sighed. I wish I could've been there to tell her I was watching. It broke my heart seeing her like that. She cried herself to sleep that night.

how do you think specific marvel characters (specifically tony stark) would sneeze? like manner of sneezing and pre and post sneeze, etc etc -
or like how would they handle a cold or allergies?
any snzcanons really :)
GODS I LOVE MARVEL ASKS (*/ω\*)
Ok, so, I showed this off a big in my fic Viral Paradox but I'll hash it out here too!
Tony:
EH FUCK IT. Unrestrained. "Idgaf who sees me sneeze" mindset (except maybe under certain circumstances?)
He might hold back when he's hiding illness, but honestly he probably doesn't do that much, as we see him going back and forth on screen hiding and being openly fucked up on screen. He's got issues and I think it's very situational how he'd handle sneeze or illness.
Definitely a wet sneezer tho 🤭And he'd 100% indulge our kink.
Bruce:
Kittenish. Ironic. And it makes everyone snort with restrained laughter. He gets embarrassed but has a (witty?) remark for anyone who has a snipe about it (usually Tony).
"You don't want to see me when I hulk sneeze."
Tony: "That's super gross, dude."
Bruce: *glare*
Natasha:
*sneezes*
Everyone stares in shock.
Nat: *glowers*
Suddenly everyone's phones all become so interesting.
Nat absolutely stifles. I'll talk about other stiflers, but there are two Main Stiflers on the list, and it's Natasha and Loki (I'll cover him later). These two are the ones who have that 'get it on lockdown dammit!' mindset where they can't bee seen as weak (very similar trauma and backgrounds of people who make them feel weak unless certain criteria are met). Viewing illness or sneezing in general weakness is TRACK for Nat.
Also she basically RUNS the Avenger household and while Tony thinks he could do it fine, Nat knows (and Bruce knows it to lol) that things would hit shit very quickly if Nat left it in his hands, so she just Needs to take a bunch of Dayquil and muscle through ok? It'll be fiiiiine.
(Bonus, she does have a backup plan just in case and it involves putting Pepper briefly in charge of Big Brain stuff --with everyone except Tony making superhero decisions 🤣)
Side Note: Y'all, I give Tony a lot of shit, but just know he's a top tier character for me. I know he's smart and capable. His character development is fucking PEAK. I absolutely would die for him. I just love picking on early Tony.
Cap:
Used to be very sickly; asthma, allergies, the works. He's constantly expecting things to set him off. Probably still has an inhaler (just in case!) But super serum means not much makes with the sniffles. The Avenger fam, however, doesn't know anything other than "Cap is super resilient haha!"
So, when he actually does sneeze, they all freak out OMG OMG IT'S A SUPERBUG™ !! All except Bucky, who i just...reading the paper all chill.
"Relax, yall. Steve's just..." and then he shares a look with Cap and a silent convo... 'are you alright?'
Bruce does bloodwork anyway.
Cap Part 2:
I also like this hc where Cap has been under the ice for so long Steve is photic?? Even though it's not canon I Desire it. Maybe to keep it 'consistent' (i mean, do I really NEED a reason but hufhufhu~) it could be early days only.
Lots of teary eyed squinting and hitching in bright lights, especially while he's being evaluated during the early days of ice recovery. Doctors were annoyed, having to pause their work for random sneezing.
As for snz sound, I image there's a P in there somewhere. Y'all know I like my Z's, but for Cap I think more of a "psh!" or something in that vein.
Thor:
Uhhh God of Thunder. Need I say more? SURE? A pic is worth a thousand words. And this commission says it all, really.
Loud. Booming really. A THUNDER GOD SNZ ECHOS and he's...proud of it. Ahahaha...oh he'll apologize. But yeah. He's fucking proud.
-> This guy can not do the sneeze while hiding scenario. Not...um...unless it ends with getting caught. And...zapped. Which, well, I am prone to writing. Sooooo~
Here's where I'm open to interpretation with Thor. I lean more torward him being a WHINLY LIL SHIT when he's sick, because (I read a few of the Loki/Thor Marvel canon novels because I'm a huge gd nerd) and as younguns it just REFLECTS the whole 'golden child' treatment and 'Thor ate that spaghetti so welll! Good job Thor!!' So I want to say...(and we do see this in the movies, especially early on) he expects special treatment. So, getting sick? *nods sagely*
Thor laying bonelessly across the bed: "You have to take care of me. Bring me <insert special food and drink specifically from Asgard>."
Random Avenger: "....you know I can't actually go there, right?"
Loki:
Magic ⋆.ೃ࿔*:・ Magic ⋆.ೃ࿔*:・fuckinggg Magic chaos sneezes bitches!! Break shit! Stop time! Shit flying around space! Opportunities are endless, really.
And Mr. 'Pardon Me' and 'My Deepest Apologies' definitely has a handkerchief thanks and it's not gross because he can clean it with said ⋆.ೃ࿔*:・MAGIC⋆.ೃ࿔*:・ so.
Our Dapper Asshole stifles because sneezing is weak and how !dare! a sneeze think about making him look weak--and if he has to he will discard it as quickly as possible.
So, as with Nat above, there's the trauma of being seen as weak from younger years in Asgard. I really wish we'd had a Loki prequel or something in the Marvel movies (there's still time Marvel!! *cough!!*) But in the official Loki novels, you can see it.
I would go into detail about this but when I tried to explain it I LITERALLY TYPED FIVE PARAGRAPHS MORE OF SHIT yall 🫣If you ever think I'm making up backstory for Thor or Loki, nahhh I farm my info organically, grass fed. Just trust me. He has major Misfit Syndrome (and as a fellow Misfit Child with a Golden sibling, I think I get their dialogue down better than most of my other writing tbh)
Ok, ahem, back to snz (sorry...) And of course when Loki gets sick his sneezes become less restrained and UnForTunaTelY he just can't stifle woe is him poor baby 👿
Maria:
Soft but firm snz.
I had a paintball partner once whose nose got itchy when he got stressed. I hc that for Maria. She's in a situation where she needs her gun out, and it never fails--her nose flares up.
Scrunching it, she dips into a grated, sometimes growled, half-stifle. Something quick. Eyes closed for the least amount of time possible. Efficiency is important.
Clint:
I know him the least unfortunately. He's not a fave (don't judge me 😭) I'm still wrecked that he was chosen over Nat, my darling momma who WAS RUNNING EVERYTHING AND NO WONDER EVERYTHING IS ABSOLUTE CHAOS RIGHT NOW WHAT DID I JUST SAY EARLIER (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻
*straightens bowtie* Aaaanyway. I think Clint would get sick and hole up. Avoid people like a recluse. He'd have a messy sneeze and a tissue pile and just STOP cleaning up after himself.
"I'll get to that later. Fuck it." And when he feels better, finally, there are just takeout boxes, microwave dinners, and tissues piled up in a raccoon trash nest around the couch and he's like "...I deserve this."

What position does your character sleep in? ( i.e; stomach, side, back, etc. ) Describe why they do this — optional.
&
Does your character have an accent? What does it sound like?
for jedi!ashala;
If they had a choice, would they prefer a subway or a bus for public transportation?
&
Your character has been granted 3 wishes; what would they wish for and why?
for korre;
Do they have any verbal tics? Do they have trouble pronouncing certain words or getting their thoughts across clearly?
&
Are they a quick thinker or do they need time to sort through their thoughts?
&
Finally; if your character was forced to eat one thing for the rest of their life, what would they choose and why?
for vast
Tyûkshâsotasha:
What position does your character sleep in? I would say that Tyûkshâsotasha tends to sleep on her side, most frequently. It’s the most comfortable sleeping position for her, and it allows her to get out of bed at the drop of a hat, if and when it’s necessary to do so.
Does your character have an accent? Hmm... Sorta? Her voice is best described as sounding similar to a Kaasi accent ( so, very Imperial and slightly haughty-sounding ), only rougher, and with undertones that bely the fact that she is from a far-flung, independent planet.
Tumblr media
Korre:
If they had a choice, would they prefer a bus or a subway for public transportation? I guess bus? Since I would imagine that there are speeder equivalents of buses in Star Wars. I don’t know about subways, so XP
Your character has been granted 3 wishes; what would they wish for and why? Pbbbttt... That is a tough one. Either version of Korre would ask for more time with Ashala, there’s no doubt about that.
Another wish might be that he wants the Jedi and Sith to stop fighting and just. Leave each other the kriff alone. Why do the Sith need to take over the galaxy, anyway? Deep Marr thoughts at 3 AM XD
Wish 3 would... probably be for the Sith to stop being Racist / Xenophobic As Fuck. Maybe that wish is a little influenced by many conversations on the topic with Darth Vowrawn, but you can’t prove either way ;)
Tumblr media
Vast:
Do they have any verbal tics? Do they have trouble pronouncing certain words or getting their thoughts across clearly? As for verbal tics, I am not entirely sure; that’s not something I’ve put much thought into when it comes to Vast.
However. Pronunciation is something he struggles with, on occasion. And yes, there are times when he can’t get his thoughts across, in Galactic Basic, Mirialan, or Huttese, so that’s often when he just winds up cursing a blue streak until he figures out what it was he was trying to say.
Are they a quick thinker, or do they need time to sort through their thoughts? More often than not, it’s the latter. Sure, sometimes Vast manages to quickly spit out a sentence in regards to whatever it is he’s thinking about, but it’s not always exactly what he wanted to say.
If your character was forced to eat one thing for the rest of their life, what would they choose and why? I... genuinely don’t know enough about Star Wars cuisine to say one way or the other, so...
[bewildered shrug]

Natasha couldn’t blame him for not remembering their relationship. “They erased your memory. ‘S not your fault. I didn’t remember until Wanda brought the memories back.” She wondered if that would be possible for Bucky. It felt so good to be in his arms again, but Natasha had to remind herself that they weren’t together anymore and that things were different. She pulled away and wiped at her eyes, standing up. “I… I should go. I’ll see you soon.”
Bucky was tempted to try to get her to stay, to fill in some of the questions he had. But he didn't. "Right, I'll see you in 2 days." He spent the next two days first talking to Peter's Aunt, getting anything that could be considered less than normal packed away into a duffle and dropping what he didn't need to bring with him with Happy Hogan.
There was someone May worked with that needed a place to stay for a couple between moving apartments, he showed them where the food for the fire escape cat he fed was. He told him to leave the window cracked at night, showing him that the sheet of thick plastic with the magnetic strip was simple enough for the cat to get through but would keep out any weather pretty well. He introduced him to the neighbor who's dog he walked as well and they exchanged numbers after he explained to the neighbor he'd be out of town anywhere from a few weeks to a couple months.
He didn't even remember close to everything by the time he met up with Natasha again, but he remembered bits and pieces. Most vividly he remembered them finding out about the two of them and threatening her sister to get her to cooperate and threatening her to get him to cooperate. He hadn't gone into the ice as easy as they would have liked that time around, and even if he was still grieving the heart break of Steve leaving him behind? He wanted to get to know her again, to fill in the gaps that he didn't remember.
"Hey Nat-asha," He stopped himself from calling her Natalia, he wasn't sure if she would really want him to. "Where are we headed to first? You mentioned your sister had some chemical that we would need?"

i have a soft spot in my heart for fionna and cake even though i normally hate all genderbends. but fuck. fionna’s design is really the epitome of why i hate them in the first place.
The focus on morphing Finn’s design into a body with prominent chest and hips when Fionna is also a 13 year old girl creeps me the fuck out. and they make her way skinnier than Finn, as if weight plays into femininity at all. it just sort of has the underlying vibe of “pretty girls can’t be pretty with a waist size above x” and i really hate it. there’s nothing wrong with a body type like hers irl obviously but fionna and cake doesn’t exist in a vacuum and i repeat, fionna is 13 in the first episode she appears in.
