ASTROLOGY FUCKING NOTES7❄️🦋🫐
Tumblr media
MOON OPPOSITE/QUINCUNX COMPASSION ASTEROID - 8990 = The ones that can have trouble with being compassionate, & then not being so compassionate. It can be quite conflicting 4them at times, cuz in some moments, they do obviously really feel with others - & then in other moments - they're like "ummm sir, that's their own fault, HELLOO??" Like they can typically be seen as a little mean/not able2 feel other people's pain sometimes. They're usually very straightforward here with what they feel, so some could def take offence. COMPASSION ASTEROID - 8990 CONJUNCT/TRINE ASC = These people are true heroes, when it comes to being humane/compassionate. They always feel with others. They would never not feel with others. They always think of others, & typically always puts others before themselves❤️ - 1st one 2ask if u need any help for sure. These people are the ones seeing a really sad, & horrible movie, where it also ends up being based on true events - and then they'll cry, & think about it for a very long time. They don't understand why anybody would treat anyone bad - "we only got each other??".
COMPASSION ASTEROID - 8990 CONJUNCT/TRINE MC = Seen/known by others as compassionate. Got a reputation of being someone who's very sympathetic, humane, "able 2 put themselves in other people's shoes". But don't be tricked tho, it can be a facade here - you won't know. They choose what u see - not saying they're aren't compassionate, but u get my point, hopefully. VENUS TRINE/SEXTILE/QUINTILE KARMA ASTEROID - 3811 = Accumulated/or accumulating good karma, when it comes to values, passions, self love, love&romance, beauty, aesthetic taste - look at signs&houses💋.
VENUS SQUARE/QUINCUNX KARMA ASTEROID - 3811 = Accumulated/or accumulating poor karma when it comes to self love, passions/hobbies, values, love&romance - partners, or beauty. Can also show up as "owing" something/or that they will "owe" something to a particular person they're in a relationship with/or will be in a relationship with - Or multiple partners - look at signs&houses - persona charts if needed❤️.
Tumblr media
4those who are into men, & marriage - GROOM ASTEROID - 5129 CONJUNCT/TRINE/QUINTILE MONY ASTEROID - 7782 = can show getting bank after getting married/or show up as your husband/fs having money💰.
4those who are into women, & marriage - BRIEDE ASTEROID - 19029 CONJUNCT/TRINE/QUINTILE MONY ASTEROID - 7782 = same as above - can show getting bank after getting married/or show up as your wife/fs having money💰.
💰MONY ASTEROID - 7782 CONJUNCT/TRINE ASC = the grind never stops. It comes all natural 2 them 2 think in lanes where money can get achieved! - They chase, & secure that bag big time. They love the hustle - "a hustler was born the day they got here".
MONY ASTEROID - 7782 CONJUNCT/TRINE NORTH NODE = chasing, & getting that bag is part of one's life purpose/it's a life theme!💰
💰MONY ASTEROID - 7782 SQUARE/QUINCUNX NORTH NODE = money can be hard 2 really achieve in this lifetime, even tho they could chase it/want it really bad - it's bc of their last lifetime. OR chasing money is a big problem 4 them, bc they forget their true purpose here, & only fixate on getting that bag - "money hungry/focused" - "straying from their true path" - "they're blinded".
Tumblr media
URANUS CONJUNCT/TRINE/QUINTILE ASC = Are the ones doing/going about life very differently, than others. They think in very different lanes, original, & untouched lanes - no one can copycat them4shit, cuz ain't nobody moving like they do. You'll never meet two of these people, that's for sure. They appreciate freedom, originality, &realness a lot more than most.
NORTH NODE CONJUNCT/TRINE MC = one whose life purpose/life theme is about establishing yourself in this world! Creating a public persona - chasing, & getting that fame/success, & prestige!
NORTH NODE CONJUNCT/TRINE IC = the one whose life purpose/life theme is family, finding their "people" - creating their own home in this world/establishing a family/roots!
ASC AT 1, 13, 25 = ARIES DEGREE are the ones always wanting to do something fr😭🤣😍, they love being out & about - they like moving around. They're usually very honest, direct, not afraid of standing up for themselves/others, & they can get quite spicy/fiery at times. They don't give out 2nd chances typically, so use the 1st one wisely! They can't stand people who tries to trick them, like they're "dumb"🙄 - they'll disappear quicker than Houdini💨.
PREY ASTEROID - 6157 CONJUNCT SOUTH NODE = used 2 being a prey throughout this life/used 2 being taken advantage of, bc of a past lifetime = they gotta learn how to stand up for themselves, cuz this energy, ain't energying! They gotta speak the fuck up, & let NOBODY take advantage!!!
Tumblr media
MARS SQUARE/QUINCUNX ASC IN SYNASTRY = Asc person can feel overwhelmed sometimes, because of Mars aggressive/in your face energy. Mars could start fights, or want to argue a lot, but the Asc person ain't having none of that. Asc person can see Mars person as 2 dominant, or 2 impatient - 2much attitude. If this is a relationship/a sexual connection - the Asc person could find this sexually attractive about the Mars person after some time, but there will still be times where it will piss off the asc person very much💀.
MOON SQUARE/QUINCUNX MERCURY IN SYNASTRY = Moon person can feel like Mercury person is harsh with their words, & really insensitive at times. Mercury person can feel like the Moon person is 2 sensitive, or takes things 2 personal a lot of the times. Mercury person communicates/banters in a way, that doesn't sit right with the Moon person emotionally - they can get offended. Moon can act out/up bc they don't feel heard/they can feel like their feelings don't matter/like they're irrelevant 2 the Mercury person.
SATURN CONJUNCT/TRINE JUNO IN SYNASTRY = constant/longterm loyalty/commitment from Juno 2 Saturn person! SATURN SQUARE/QUINCUNX JUNO IN SYNASTRY = Juno person either doesn't want 2 commit 2 the Saturn person 100%, OR it can show up as the way the Juno person shows their commitment 2 the Saturn person/the relationship = it doesn't give the Saturn person the stability they seek, or need. SATURN OPPOSITE JUNO IN SYNASTRY = On and off loyalty/stability from Juno/or an on & off relationship between the two! - Juno is 9/10 times the one cutting it off).
Tumblr media
PLUTO CONJUNCT JUNO IN SYNASTRY = LOVE THIS ONE! Deep seated loyalty/commitment from Juno person 2 Pluto person - “Pluto's ride or die"💋. Ain't nobody got Pluto like Juno. Pluto usually hasn't experienced this kind of crazy ass loyalty with anyone before, but they're Pluto = SO THEY FUCKING LOVE THAT SHIT. They're an inseparable duo, very possessive, & very committed - fixation at it's finest - especially in the beginning!
PLUTO SQUARE/QUINCUNX JUNO IN SYNASTRY = Pluto person tries 2 silently keep the Juno person under their control, while they typically keep secrets of their own. Juno person ain't here4it tho. They may be committed 4a little while, but not in the long run. Juno always ends up acting out in ways they've never acted out before = Pluto person starting/creating a change/transformation in Juno/in Juno person's life. PLUTO TRINE/QUINTILE JUNO IN SYNASTRY = Juno is an amazing supporter in Pluto person’s life!🫶🏼 Pluto knows that they can trust, & count on Juno person at all times! Pluto can be kinda possessive at times, but Juno isn’t put off by that! - they're rather intrigued by it, cuz they can be like that2sometimes!💁🏼‍♀️ A natural affinity for helping each other through tough/life changing times.

Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
A while back on Pinterest I saw a really cool quote like this: ‘I hustle like a man because I was raised not to depend on one.’ I understood what it’s trying to say and where it’s coming from; and above all, it really is an empowering idea considering how many women in this world are totally loser-like because their willpower is weak HA But the thing about that quote is…
It got me reminiscing about how I used to be a terrible, terrible workaholic caused by a toxic childhood that had been the complete opposite of that. In my past reality, I hustled like a man exactly because I had been groomed to depend on one. KABOOM!
In a toxic household was a psychopath that worked devilishly hard at having little girls believe that a woman is inherently—by nature—dependent on men. That our survival is at the mercy of men’s charity. Thus a woman must seek to marry a rich man if she wishes to live a happy life. Mind you, this wasn’t a simple case of a shallow Boomer who had grown up in a different era; this really was a psychopath who delighted in creating false realities for little girls to grow up and become absolute losers, in the hope that they never would surpass—never would become better than her.
I was only seven when I began to give that narrative a fuckton of thought. I loathed the idea that a woman is this kind of a helpless creature only because she was born with a vagina; that a woman would never survive without a man’s protection or provision; that a woman’s highest priority in life is to be attractive enough (whatever that means) to seduce a rich man so he wants to marry her. I LOATHED IT. I fucking despised it. What an insult to Love!
At any rate, by age seven, I had come to notice the bullshit that was often spewed by that psychopath. I refused to accept that degrading idea so I began to think and behave differently. I thought to myself one afternoon in the shower:
‘So a marriage is only necessary because of the money, right? But that’s an old people thing. This is a different era—I will make my own money when I grow up. So then, that means I don’t need to get married. I won’t allow myself to become dependent on a man. I don’t want it.’
And so it was that I grew up to become a hustler more resilient than most men because I wanted to rebel against the grooming of the psychopath. It was like a weird coping mechanism or overcompensation or something—not sure which term is more correct LMAO I grew up wanting to be seen as tough and not needing a man’s gentlemanly assistance. I hated being helped by men like, what, you think I can’t help myself? I was always able to help myself.
The problem is… I became way too tough. Waaay too tough for one short girl. I had come to hold myself to impossible standards. I thought that if a man could manage to do this or that, I should be able to do and achieve just the same. My brain is very capable! What’s stopping me?!
The reality of the limits of my physiology (tiny!🤪) as well as my psychology as an autistic girl had not become clear to me at this point. But as the wheel of fortune would have it, at some point in Life my eyes were opened to the very idea of my girlhood and I woke up to the realisation that a woman shouldn’t have to work so hard in Life. DIVINE FEMININE, BEBEH!
One cold and rainy October evening I was lying on my bed, broke as fuck, single as a stick, hungrier and lonelier than a stray cat, feeling all defeated in Life I thought about all of this and repeated to myself quite amusingly miserably:
‘I’m a girl. I’m just a girl. And a really tiny one at that. I shouldn’t have to work so hard. I don’t wanna have to work so hard. I shouldn’t be made to work SO hard. I wanna be someone’s baby girl!’
And I cried and I cried about the fact that I had been so unkind to myself as a girl. That I had allowed society to convince me that it was okay to be so impatient with myself in the name of professionalism! And I cried and I cried because now I was realising I’m really such a soft lovely polite girl who had been forced to fight for I didn’t even know what for the longest time trying to just meet the expectations of a batshit crazy world full of terribly gaslighty psychopaths…
I cried for three days straight, no cap. My youth… My entire Life… For what… And where did that lead me? It’s given me nothing. NOTHING.
By the end of the third day, I made a resolve to treat myself more kindly, more gently because girls are meant to be held with tender care and Love♥︎For the first time in my Life I was able to wholeheartedly accept that I was a girl LMAO That sounds funny but I wasn’t struggling with gender dysphoria—no, I don’t think that ever was the case but… umm… though I always liked the fact that I was a girl, somehow, there was also a part of me that used to view myself as just-a-14-year-old-boy-who-likes-to-play-video-games. I couldn’t even comprehend why I had an appearance that would be considered attractive by men💩
At any rate, so it was that I had held myself captive to impossibly stupid standards of conducts because I wasn’t aware enough of my biology, physiology, as well as psychology as a Goddess! Thinking about it now, it’s so bizarre I lived like that and even managed to survive pushing myself so hard even on those motherfucking days of murderous cramps *wink wink* One time I shed tears feeling so sorry to my younger self because I wasn’t gentle or patient enough with her.
I think the feminine force is supposed to be the embodiment of love and comfort. I think being a girl means I am deserving of an effortless existence. Say what you want if you’re a feminazi, but I want to live enveloped in lightness and ease. I think a girl deserves to be taken care of unconditionally because she’s so complexly fragile and delicate. No, it’s not a weakness. A flower’s delicateness is not a failure. Nor is a butterfly’s fragility useless.
We, are creatures of beauty. And when I was awakened to that reality, I learnt that the first thing I needed to do was stop being an enemy to my fragile beauty. I resolved to hold my femininity in highest regard and not continue to hurt myself with unrealistic expectations based on the male standards of conduct. It had to start with myself because the brainwashed world outside of me was never going to give this to me.
‘I simply do not want to hustle like a man anymore. I don’t think it suits me at all. More important, I don’t think the way men hustle is the standard of a good character! I don’t think they know what they’re doing.’
I, am a feminine force, baby—I don’t chase; I attract. When I hustle, I’m gonna hustle a la Goddess because that’s what I AM. The feminine, the yin, the abstract, holds the magick of the creation of the Universe. Literally I can manifest all I need effortlessly by just breathing calmly and being pretty—in harmony with the melodies of the Cosmic Vibrations💗
Gosh, why didn’t I figure this out earlier?!
I think I’ve now made peace with the homme and femme within though. I think, I’ve pretty much stopped being angry about the ways I used to hustle like a man—posing numerous dangers to myself both physically and spiritually. Ecologically, bish, that wouldn’t have been sustainable in the grander scheme of things!
I still have alternating days I feel more like an homme and a femme every so often but I’ve got to say I like me best on the days I feel most indulgently girly👗On such days, I feel the world is so fine because I’m a woman👒I feel everything is just gonna fall into place eventually because my Goddess Magick is taking care of my Reality. All is well in Divine Timing, my baby girl🎀
And god forbid—I don’t need no man to give that to me either!😉

Virgil
The wrestling career of Mike Jones, who recently passed away, will probably be overshadowed by his status as a meme--the pervasive image of him setting up a lonely gimmick table in conventions, parking lots, and subway platforms. I never could tell if he was desperate for money/attention, or if he was just a natural born hustler trying to make the most of whatever fame he had left.
As a wrestler, Jones peaked as a non-wrestling character--Ted DiBiase's manservant Virgil. As a kid, I didn't pick up on the implicit racism of a rich white guy paying a Black man to do literally anything that was asked of him. I certainly didn't pick up that Virgil didn't do much wrestling or talking because he wasn't very good at either. All I saw was a big mean-looking guy who would stare daggers through you if you messed with his meal ticket. DiBiase didn't particularly need Virgil, but Jones projected the idea that he would be extremely useful in an emergency, like keeping a baseball bat next to your bed. The gimmick was a textbook case of hiding a performer's weaknesses and playing to his strengths.
I wanted Virgil to turn on DiBiase real real bad. Lucky for me, I got into wrestling shortly before it happened, so I didn't have long to wait. I just assumed anybody with big muscles could wrestle, and they wouldn't have set up the situation if they weren't going to push Virgil as a hot new babyface. So I really dug Virgil winning DiBiase's million dollar belt, but then he just kinda lost it and went nowhere after that. I was confused.
Tumblr media
In 1993, WWF Magazine ran a blurb about how Virgil wouldn't quit bugging the editors to give him the cover, so they printed a mock cover in the middle of the issue. I was baffled. Was Virgil turning heel? No, he wasn't doing much of anything. Evidently the editors decided to legit pull a rib on him because he was being a legit pest. This all went over my head at the time.
By the time Jones came to WCW as Vincent, one of the bottom-feeders in the New World Order, it was clear that he just wasn't very good, and nobody was interested in pretending otherwise. In the mid-2000s I first saw the "Lonely Virgil" meme, and after that the whole draw of booking Virgil was the joke of "yeah, we actually brought in that guy." I was never sure if he was in on the joke.
Just the same, every time I'd hear about Virgil--for the rest of his life--I'd get his 1991 theme song stuck in my head, and I'd remember when I thought he was cool. Whatever else you want to say about the guy, for a brief time he got me to believe in him. And in some ways that's all a pro wrestler can ask for. (That, and 25 bucks for an autographed 8x10.)

i think. i think the thing that keeps lodging in my brain about andor is that it isn’t just about fighting fascism, it’s about breaking patterns of fascist thought and belief, about deassimilating, decolonising, recognising the value of life. andor says there are no “essentially” good or bad people, none who are by nature shiny and good heroes for this rebellion or that are by nature canon fodder. andor says this logic itself is part of fascism’s structure, it’s random and purposeful designations of the Some People who must be forced, reformed, made labourers, killed. andor says everyone who is not an active part of a resistance against fascism is complicit with it. there are no good fascists. and yet andor also says that the systemic structures of oppression, poverty, imperialism break people, even “civilians,” that this violence can be a moral violence as well, that not only must a revolution be born of love for the people, it must be born of love for complicated people, out of radical empathy for broken survivors. andor says fuck your Good Marginalized Person/Bad Marginalized Person identity/purity politics, says we will force you to recognise that this messy, complicated, vice-seeking small-town Latino hustler WILL the lynchpin of the liberation of the masses. andor says mutual aid and care for the elderly, for those no longer “useful” to society or even leftist action, is will and must be included in just antifascist work. andor says violence is justified always in the fight against domination, but it also forces the recognition of the consequences of actions, forces the consideration of how the most vulnerable- the prisoners, the elderly, the working class people of color- will be hurt because there is no acceptable amount of canon fodder, collateral damage. andor says most of our heroes will die on screen and this will not be the glory of martyrdom, this will be a profound tragedy at the destruction of life, and though they know they will die they must continue. andor says you are not required to finish the work but neither are you free to desist from it.  andor says andor says andor says....

SILY's Top Albums of 2023
Tumblr media
BY JORDAN MAINZER
Another year of settling into "the new normal" in the music world, for better or for worse, still brought us great records. The underground NYC hip hop scene burst with creativity. Rock and Roll Hall of Famers reinvented old songs. Stalwarts of experimental music, contemporary jazz, and modern-day blues released their career bests. Even archivists had their day. Below are 16 great albums released last year and 6 more honorable mentions no less worthy of inclusion--I just didn't have time to write about them.
Tumblr media
Armand Hammer - We Buy Diabetic Test Strips (Fat Possum)
It's all in the title: on their sixth album, billy woods and E L U C I D navigate through a society where not only is shit that should be free, expensive, but a secondhand market encourages hustlers to make a profit. Amidst capitalist corruption and individualism, the threat of an AI takeover and close calls getting caught with drugs, both emcees face the bleakness while occasionally imagining a better world. As always, the victories are small, but mighty: good weed ("Woke Up And Asked Siri How I'm Gonna Die"), morally righteous laundromat owners ("When It Doesn't Start With A Kiss"), the freedom to bask in schadenfreude ("Niggardly (Blocked Call)"). And yes, it takes a lot for two slow lurching wordsmiths to rise above production from the likes of JPEGMAFIA, DJ Haram, and EL-P, always-inspired samples ranging from E-40 to Sun Ra and Japanese rock band Ghost, and features from Pink Siifu, Junglepussy, and Moor Mother. But they deftly connect the dots from centuries ago to now, presenting societal dysfunction as a core component of our country and world. "George Washington's heart a frozen river, boy / Opps in the backwoods, slave teeth in the mouth when he say ni**a," woods raps, as if to shock you out of complacency and make you numb to the horrors at the same time.
Tumblr media
Arooj Aftab, Vijay Iyer, & Shahzad Ismaily - Love In Exile (Verve)
It's hard to believe that Love In Exile, the first collaboration between singer Arooj Aftab, legendary jazz pianist Vijay Iyer, and multi-instrumentalist Shahzad Ismaily, was recorded live with minimal overdubs. Then again, it's clear there's something special brewing within the trio, who first performed together in 2018. That is, the way in which each performer enters and exits and weaves within another is as natural as it is stunning. On Love In Exile, Aftab sings in Urdu--the sound of her words mattering just as much if not more than their meaning--and Iyer plays piano and electronics, Ismaily bass and Moog. The result is an interplay between beauty and dissonance, minimalism and swells of noise, intimacy and grandiosity. Iyer's piano seems like it's increasingly sure of itself on opener "To Remain/To Return" as Aftab's smoky voice resembles a soulful, mournful reed. Ismaily's bass is slow-lurching and rounded throughout, the steady presence that only so much ripples on songs like "Eye of the Endless" as Aftab and Iyer provide contrast in timbre. Love In Exile is the type of album born out of a moment; yet, it gives seemingly endless pathways in which to get lost.
Tumblr media
Arthur Russell - Picture of Bunny Rabbit (Audika)
Throughout Picture of Bunny Rabbit, Arthur Russell’s voice is as much of an instrument as his bowed cello, fading in and out on “Not Checking Up”, “Telling No On”, and “Very Reason”. The mysterious aura of Russell comes from both not knowing what’s out there and, on the music we do know exists, being unable to tell what he’s saying or what instruments he’s using. A rubbery whooshing pervades “The Boy With a Smile” and “In The Light of a Miracle”. The 8-minute title track sees dissonant cello disintegrating in real time, unfurling like tape over feedback squalls to the point where it sounds like a MIDI version of a guitar solo. At the same time, Russell always knew when to surface. The harmonica on “The Boy With a Smile” creates a rootsy tactility, the controlled chaos of his string playing yielding free percussion. Russell’s vocals rapidly shuffle on “In The Light of a Miracle”, though they’re as clear as ever, contrasting his sticky cello, plainly borrowing rhythms from Indian classical music.

billy woods & Kenny Segal - Maps (BackwoodzStudioz)
The prolific billy woods’ second album with beat mastermind Kenny Segal is centered around touring, inspired by the idea that the road–or the lack of home–is, in itself, home. On Maps, places where people reside are as constantly changing as the landscapes that pass as you’re on the highway. It’s the perfect fodder for woods’ neuroses and pessimism, the low thoughts that occur when you have too much time on your hands but still can’t make sense of your surroundings. He’s constantly searching for stimuli–weed, food, drinks–to distract himself from the human condition. Like the titular “Houdini”, Woods escapes, even if temporarily.

Bob Dylan - Shadow Kingdom (Columbia)
It wasn't just Taylor Swift rerecording their own catalog in 2023. As part of the soundtrack to Alma Har'el's 2021 film Shadow Kingdom: The Early Songs of Bob Dylan, the Bard himself gave us his new versions of old tracks, mostly his Dylan's 60s heyday, save for a new instrumental. Notably, it's his Dylan's record with a band with no drums or percussion, and it's a mystery who played on it, as there are no official credits. It's also his first album of new studio recordings since 2020 opus Rough and Rowdy Ways, so naturally, he leads off with a reflective "When I Paint My Masterpiece". In general, his arrangements are more gentle, from the swirling harmonicas and trailing strums of "Queen Jane Aproximately" to the bluesy, tempo-changing "I'll Be Your Baby Tonight". "Tombstone Blues" comes across like a spooky tale, slowed down, as opposed to the ramshackle stream of consciousness of the original, while the eerie and mournful "What Was It You Wanted" is a revelatory adaptation of the late 80's classic. And "Just Like Tom Thumb's Blues" shuffles along with a calypso groove, almost as if it's a tribute to the late Jimmy Buffett. He may not be doing it to regain the rights to his own songs, but on Shadow Kingdom, Dylan asserts that there's value in revisiting old friends.

Drive-By Truckers - The Complete Dirty South (New West)
The Complete Dirty South is us an opportunity to listen with 2023 ears to a 2004 album that’s truer than ever. The rich still get away with doing illegal things (“Where the Devil Don’t Stay”), increasingly intense weather patterns still devastate the poorest of communities (“Tornadoes”), and government austerity policies still force people to work longer hours, for lower pay (the incendiary “Putting People on the Moon”.) When Patterson Hood sings, “Motherfucker in the White House said a change was comin’ round / But I’m workin’ at the Walmart, Mary Alice in the ground,” it’s the much more realistic, downtrodden version of “Meet the new boss, same as the old boss,” a sharpshooting lyricist’s analysis of the devastating consequences of incrementalism, let alone inaction.

GOLD DIME - No More Blue Skies (No-Gold)
With No More Blue Skies, Andrya Ambro, the former half of No Wave-inspired Brooklyn indie rock duo Talk Normal has delivered the most distilled statement of her artistry to date. Combining her classical training and ethnomusicological studies as a drummer with the hammering intensity of her live performance, the album is a examination of contrast, an exercise in presenting ambiguous questions and smashing them to see if any answers lie within.

jaimie branch - Fly or Die Fly or Die Fly or Die ((world war)) (International Anthem)
Though the late trumpeter and composer jaimie branch’s third album Fly or Die Fly or Die Fly or Die ((world war)) is a final statement, it’s even more effective as an eternal one. It begins with keyboards that sound like church organs, an eerily somber sonic manifestation of irrevocability. As Chad Taylor’s rolling drums enter, branch gives us one of her trademark trumpet blares, as if to announce, “I’m here.” She wasn’t one to spend much more time announcing her presence, though–the track segues into an Afro-Latin style jam, clacking percussion and horns in line with Lester St. Louis’ nervy bowed cello. ((world war)) from then on spends most of its runtime just the way branch liked it, in a groove, with some breaks along the way to remind us of the urgency of the moment.

Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit - Weathervanes (Southeastern/Thirty Tigers)
Over the past few years, Jason Isbell’s had a lot of time to think. Pandemic and lockdown-induced isolation made us all spend a bit more time between our ears, and for Isbell, it was his experience on set for Martin Scorsese’s Killers of the Flower Moon that yielded even more alone time. These spaces in between catalyzed the creation of Weathervanes. Like Isbell’s best records, Weathervanes tackles many areas of life, from getting older and grappling with regret and depression to existing in an increasingly fraught and vulnerable world. What makes it succeed most is the extent to which he relied on his collaborators to make it, purportedly inspired by watching none other than Scorsese seek out the opinions of others while filming Flower Moon.

JPEGMAFIA & Danny Brown - Scaring the Hoes (AWAL)
JPEGMAFIA's called SCARING THE HOES a “practice album,” made with the SP-404–no Pro Tools–after learning it for a year. It certainly has that loose quality you’d think, alongside the exact amount of chaos you’d expect from the debut full-length join-up from him and Danny Brown. Of course, Peggy finds kinship in the deep cuts and the underground, from the underappreciated Bun B to old soul and funk, Japanese pop, and gospel. The samples and production are inspired. At the same time, Peggy knows he’s your favorite Twitter follow’s favorite rapper, so the title itself, referring to something a Very Online Man would say who thinks his taste is too esoteric for women, is tongue-in-cheek. “How the fuck we supposed to make money of this shit?” Peggy asks on the title track. “You wanna be an MC? What the fuck you think, it’s 1993?” The only thing better than effortless tempo changes, switches on a dime from maximalism to dreamy instrumentation, is self-awareness of his own idiosyncrasies. Bonus points for “God Loves You”, which juxtaposes a guttural, spirited gospel sample with the filthiest lyrics on the album.

Matana Roberts - Coin Coin Chapter Five: In The Garden... (Constellation)
On the 5th of their 12 planned Coin Coin albums, saxophone master Matana Roberts tells the story of an ancestor who died after complications from a self-inflicted abortion. Though it's a tragic story, Roberts reclaims the narrative and casts it as part of a wider tale of institutional racism, sexism, and classism. Songs with spoken word are interspersed throughout instrumental expressions of sounds as tangible as tin whistle and as abstract as synth, structures at times free and at times delving even into rock, let alone jazz bops. Each detail of story included is clearly intentional, meant to paint a picture of Roberts' ancestor while portraying their story as not unique. Roberts' spoken word--closer to voice acting, even--is incredible, as they repeat in varying levels of genuineness, "Well, they didn't know I was electric, alive, spirited, fired and free / My spirit overshadowing, my dreams to bombastic / My eyes too sparkling, my laughter too true." Their saxophone is expressive, yet mournful, providing motifs of lamentation and hope at once. On the penultimate "for they do not know", Roberts layers and repeats the album's main refrain, "My name is your name, our name is their name / We are named / We remember, they forget," as if to emphasize the prevalence of their ancestor's story throughout history. And closer "...ain't i...your mystery is our history" juxtaposes Western and African traditions, pointedly demonstrating that the evils brought upon their ancestor are rooted in colonialism and Western hegemony rather than a standalone calamity.

Robert Finley - Black Bayou (Easy Eye Sound)
Seven years into his improbable comeback, Robert Finley views his role as a singer and entertainer as twofold: meeting the audience at the heart while simultaneously giving them advice, telling them the barebones truth when other authority figures won’t. On Black Bayou, he reckons with ideas of homesickness and loneliness, lust and love, selflessness and salvation. Buoyed by longtime collaborator Dan Auerbach of The Black Keys, Finley wrote all of the songs in the studio, and his familiarity with his supporting cast of musicians resulted in songs that were both efficiently recorded and emotionally acute. Kenny Brown’s guitar winces with longing on “Livin’ Out A Suitcase” as Finley’s tired of traveling. On “Waste Of Time”, a song that sees Finley taking pride in rural living even if it means missing out on opportunities provided by cities, the buzz-saw guitars and Jeffrey Clemens’ clattering percussion yield a perfect maximalism to go along with Finley’s claims that, yes, there’s still a lot to digest right outside your doorstep.

Sunny War - Anarchist Gospel (New West)
Sunny War battles self-destruction throughout Anarchist Gospel; in the lead-up to its release, she spoke about her music representing a battle between that side of herself and the one trying to make things better. On “New Day”, she uses the language of addiction to wax on love, hurt, and obsession: “Believing in magic can be tragic / I’m love’s junkie, I’m love’s addict.” One of the record’s true standouts is “I Got No Fight”, where pained guitars and screaming organs exemplify Sunny’s desire for the days to end, depression that buzzes like a fly in her ear. On the gorgeous country tune “His Love”, she sings of an unhealthy relationship, “His love fades, my love grows,” and the timbres of her voice and the instruments similarly diverge, her lurking deep vocal register contrasting the spryness of the backing vocals, guitars, and pattering drums.

Various Artists - Tell Everybody! (21st Century Juke Joint Blues From Easy Eye Sound) (Easy Eye Sound)
For the better part of the past decade, Dan Auerbach's Easy Eye Sound recording studio and record label has showcased some of the best in contemporary blues music, from various regions across the country and spanning sub-genres. Tell Everybody!, the label's latest compilation, makes the case that a current crop of songwriters, vocalists, and instrumentalists are making essential wartime-style juke joint blues numbers. It's comprised of alternate versions of songs from past Easy Eye Sound albums (Jimmy "Duck" Holmes' version of "Catfish Blues", Leo Bud Welch's glistening "Don't Let the Devil Ride"), posthumously released offerings from idiosyncratic legends like James Gang/Pacific Gas & Electric/All Saved Freak Band guitarist Glenn Schwartz, and strong statements from up and comers like Detroit Dobro-drummer duo Moonrisers, Chicago's Gabe Carter, and Kentucky picker Nat Myers. Auerbach even finds room for new songs from himself and The Black Keys, who sound better than they have in years by embracing the drippy psychedelia of their early material on "No Lovin'". And performing the title track (and baring teeth on the cover) is Robert Finley, whose daughter Christy Johnson delivers smooth gospel backing vocals to contrast Auerbach and Kenny Brown's searing guitars, the multi-generational sound of past, present, and future.

Wednesday - Rat Saw God (Dead Oceans)
“Hot Rotten Grass Smell”, the opening track to Wednesday's incredible Rat Saw God, immediately juxtaposes country guitars with shoegaze squall. Songwriter/vocalist/guitarist Karly Hartzman references Smog’s “The Well” before turning inward to a bleak vision: “Your closet froze after you left / Except the people who took your shirts / Closed off your door with yellow tape / Saw myself dead at the end of a staircase.” The song ends with a sudden cut to field recordings of peepers. Heartbreak, anxiety, life, death, both the natural environment and the concrete depression of the South. It’s all there for Hartzman’s poetry, and no moment is too small or too ordinary for worship.

Willie Nelson - I Don't Know A Thing About Love: The Songs of Harlan Howard (Legacy)
Part of me thinks living legend Willie Nelson would rather continue paying tribute to his forebears than do anything else. The late Harlan Howard essentially gave Nelson his first break after hearing some original tunes, signing him to the Pamper publishing imprint in the early 60's. Of course, last year, Nelson would go on to celebrate a 90th birthday and be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, while Howard, who passed away in 2002, is still mostly known behind the scenes, writing songs that would become immortalized by Buck Owens, Waylon Jennings, Ray Charles, and Brenda Lee. So leave it to Nelson to present Howard's best songs, with minimal arrangements, to emphasize the brilliance of his songwriting, the devastating simplicity of lines like "I'm about as helpless as a leaf in a gale." Nelson leads a stellar backing band through blues stomps ("Excuse Me (I Think I've Got A Heartache)", a screaming version of "Busted") and plaintive and empathetic waltzes ("Life Turned Her That Way"), exemplifying a three chords and the truth philosophy appropriate for all moods and experiences.
Honorable Mentions:
Bob Dylan - The Bootleg Series, Vol. 17: Fragments - Time Out Of Mind Sessions 1996-1997 (Columbia/Legacy)
The Clientele - I Am Not There Anymore (Merge)
Daniel Bachman - When The Roses Come Again (Three Lobed)
Danny Brown - Quaranta (Warp)
Gazelle Twin - Black Dog (Invada)
Lonnie Holley - Oh Me Oh My (Jagjaguwar)

Jude Ward

Twisted From Judy Hopps of Zootopia
Rabbit Beastman
D.O.B: September 24th
Age: 17
Second Year Royal Sword Academy Student
Height: 5′4
Bio:
A Rabbit from the Rural areas of the Shaftlands. He comes from a farming background with his family and the only in his family to gain magic. Jude being a bit of a runt was often picked on for his size, but despite that was able to overcome his shortcomings through sheer determination and hard work.
He was the smaller member of his old schools Spelldrive team. He gained much praise which earned some distain from jocks due to such a small bunny able to play as well as the bigger guys but was able to earn some respect when he easily got past the school’s rival team
Throughout his schooling he has practice his magic in hopes to get into a good school and low and behold his hard work paid off when Royal Sword Academy sent him an invitation.
Personality:
Witty and quick on his feet. Jude is an exceptional student at RSA. Optimistic and independent you always see a smile on the rabbit’s face. This could be because he’s at his dream school. Due to people picking on his height and seemingly small frame he can get a little self-cautious, but when he can use his stature to his benefit he can get really cocky as he openly talks smack to the Night Ravens Team.
He’s said to be encouraging to all, especially those that are not from wealthy families like himself as he wants them to succeed. While most might not like Night Raven College Students, Jude tries not to judge them all with the same disparaging brush and thinks that they could be better.
He is a bit of a rule follower but doesn’t mind bending it if it means success in whatever goal he has set. Despite his good natured attitude he is known to be a bit of a hustler and highly observant
Born: Shaftlands
Unique Magic: Hop to It
“Hop to it” enhances the users Speed. When Jude uses this he runs around a mach speed. It only works on ground and sadly not in the air on the broom. For those with UM that require you to have him stay still, good luck with that. If he catches you trying to ensnare him in a UM spell he will zip around so you can’t get him and will tackle you down

I want to understand why Otae wants to be number one in everything, like she wants the spotlight to be always on her as much as she can.
It’s so consistent. From the way she chooses uglier companions for the group date episode, to making sure she gets to be the heroine in every gintama movie, to being the leader and spokesperson of diamond perfume, to squeezing the most out of every yen she could get her hands on, to making sure her suitors have her as top priority, to having gintoki’s attention on her at all times, to being the most popular hostess of the cabaret club, to rising to the top of kabukichou as empress
And like... she’s a natural born leader too. She moves people, she moves the damn plot. She speaks with the authority of a seasoned diplomat, commander, jail warden, hero, villain. She’s talented but she works her ass off. She’s the real hustler with a go-getter attitude, hungry to prove and affirm her worth over and over again.
She’s a magnetizing, polarizing, shining, healing and destructive force of nature.
What’s her motivation? What’s her drive? Is it just selfishness? Is it pride? Is it for power? Is it her rightfully stepping into a leadership role she had been groomed for? Is it her just fulfilling her own wishes witth her own hands?
She’s the villainous heroine, Otae.
I Wanna examine her brain so baaaad.

Paul Newman!
Since so many people all over the world found Newman so appealing, it matters very little that I am skeptical of such blue-eyed likability. He seems to me an uneasy, self-regarding personality, as if handsomeness had left him guilty. As a result, he was more mannered than Brando when young, while his smirking good humor always seemed more appropriate to glossy advertisements than to good movies. The crucial film in his career was The Hustler (61, Robert Rossen), in which George C. Scott surveys and dismisses him as a born loser, a flashy athlete without stamina or character. Repeated viewings of The Hustler only show up the “sensitive” muscularity of Newman’s part. Scott’s intended heavy grows in interest and appeal, and I find myself rejecting Rossen’s sentimental drama, barricaded as it is by billiard balls, and itching for Scott’s insight to be vindicated. Hawks, surely, would have stood The Hustler on end and rubbed Newman’s nose in the chalk.
A major star by the early 1960s, Newman worked hard to be something more than the vehicle for other people’s fantasies. In 1968, he directed his wife in Rachel, Rachel, a very creditable movie albeit made solemnly and ostentatiously to provide her with a decent part. After that, Newman also codirected Sometimes a Great Notion (71) with Richard Colla, and directed his wife again in The Effect of Gamma Rays on Man-in-the-Moon Marigolds (72). As a director, he is full of good intentions, thematic gravity, and the wish to foster sensitive acting. But not much more; not enough, certainly, to prevent the feeling of a diligent, intelligent, reformed hustler trying to work for the good of the community.
That may seem an unkind characterization. But there were early and unmistakable signs of a young middle-aged man wondering what could replace prettiness. Just as his habitation of rugged “wild ones” was never totally convincing -- so, too, his “straight” parts seem neutered and derivative. Could it be that Newman was always uncomfortable with his natural assets—such handsomeness—and never convinced by them? That would account for the uneasy mixture of porous cockiness and mumbling naturalism, just as it fits with his urge to prove himself as a serious citizen.
When he died, it was as if strangers had lost a reliable friend—the stardom was never in question. In truth, he didn’t leave enough good films. But he was uneasy and he never told us why.

“Most little girls are made from sugar, spice & everything nice. But Nola? Nola was a chaotic mix of crystals, hood, and wish a nigga would, and that shit had me stuck..” - Darnell “Stunna” Jeffries
To say that my parents were prepared for my arrival would be a stretch. Hell, I don’t even think Oshun knew the magnitude my presence would have on the world when I arrived that warm Friday morning in May of ‘92.
I was an only child, born in New Orleans, LA to Haitian-American Giséle Devereaux and Bahamian-Jamaican Leonard Baptiste. We lived a comfortable life, my mother being a pediatric nurse at Tulane Medical Center and my father an entertainment attorney. If I could describe my childhood in one word, it would be diverse. From old nursery rhymes to books about our independence and freedom, my parents made sure that my island heritage was thoroughly ingrained in me. So much so that by the time I was 5 years old, I was fluent in not only English, but French, Spanish, and my family’s regional dialects of Haitian Creole and Jamaican Patois.
It was also because of my heritage that I was extremely charismatic and a natural born hustler. My paternal grandfather would always joke that I could sell water to a fish and charm a rattlesnake out of its rattles.
“It’s the eyes, I tell you!” He would always say. “Them eyes gone get a lot of men in trouble with this one.”
He wasn’t wrong. One bat of these big ole brown eyes, coupled with a smile from my full lips granted me my every desire each and every time. A blessing and a curse if I were to be honest. When I wasn’t dancing Kompa with my mother or in the studio with my father when he met with clients, I was on the corner of our block selling my homemade Nola honey lemonade. It was a neighborhood favorite and I sold out each and every time I made it. Many of the older women in the neighborhood offered to pay me for the recipe, but I never told. It was a mix that I’d come up with myself and I was quite proud of it. I’d like to think that Oshun was fond of it too, as all of my manifestations came to life whenever I left some on her altar.
“I’ve never seen anything like it,” my father remarked proudly, listening as I sang along to one of my mother’s favorite Kompa songs. “Her intelligence is mind-blowing. Do you know she made $4,000 this week from her lemonade? At this rate, she’ll be a millionaire before she goes to high school.”
“She’s far ahead in her studies too,” my mother adds with a smile. “Her counselors project her to be in college by the time she’s 13.”
“And if she follows in your footsteps, she’ll have her BSN or MD by the time she’s 21,” my father says with his chest proudly poked out.
“Actually, I don’t think I want to go to medical school,” I said, alerting them that I had been listening to their conversation. “I want to major in the arts: music, theater, painting. Those are the things that fuel my soul.”
“Well whatever you choose, we’ll support you 1000% my little sunflower,” my father smiled.
“Besides, I hate the sight of blood,” I added with finality, earning a hearty laugh from them both.
Only off by 2 years, I received acceptance letters from Harvard, Yale, and MIT on my 14th birthday. The decision was an easy one, as I had fallen in love with MIT’s campus when we toured the previous summer. I chose to major in Theater Arts with a minor in music. Music was a huge part of my life due to my father’s occupation, and I just knew that I was going to be the next Michael Jackson.
“You can study that here, mon chéri,” my mother whined as my father loaded my last suitcase in the trunk. “Why do you have to go so far away?”
“Mommy, I’m only going to be a 3-hour flight away. It takes longer than that to go see granmé in Saint-Marc.”
“Exactly! You’re going to see your granmé, family. I don’t know those colonizers.”
I playfully rolled my eyes at her antics. She had the nerve to call me a brat, yet here she was throwing a tantrum about me going off to college. Before I could offer a rebuttal, my father’s hearty chuckle rang through my eyes.
“Cut the cord, Giséle. The gyal may be young, but she got a good head on her shoulders. She’ll be just fine. Besides, she know what to do in case somebody mess with her, ain’t that right baby?”
I shot him a knowing grin before twirling my necklace between my fingers. Hoodoo was a major practice on both sides of my family and when I was born, my maternal grandmother blessed a talisman and placed it around my neck for protection.
“I know, baba.”
The flight was shorter than I initially thought. I arrived in Massachusetts in 2 hours, opting to take an Uber to campus. I was thankful that I was granted a single room for no additional cost, perks of my scholarship. I chose to decorate my dorm like my room at home. Sunflowers and mirrors donned the wall opposite my bed, an homage to my orisha head, Oshun. Under that was my altar and my meditation corner. I picked yellow and gold decorative pillows to match the yellow cloth of the table and added some sandalwood fans to appease my goddess. The wall behind my bed housed my vinyls and various pictures of my parents and grandparents, as well as the Jamaican, Bahamian, & Haitian flags, homage to my island heritage.
“Now this feels like home,” I said proudly, lighting my favorite cinnamon scented incense to relax my growing nerves. Classes began the next day and I was beyond excited to get started. I was already mentally prepared for the side eyes and snarky remarks when people found out my age and what my first name was. But in the back of my mind, I was ready. I was ready to take on the world and show everyone just what the 5’0 pre-teen had to offer.
I started the next morning with a silent prayer and an offering to my goddess. I left her some of my Nola honey lemonade, 5 peel oranges drizzled with cinnamon and honey, and 5 cowrie shells.
“Asé Oshun,” I said silently before snuffing the 5-day candle. I was thankful that I roomed by myself. Explaining my rituals and ancestral practices is something that I didn’t have the energy for, especially to a non-black person.
I intentionally set my alarm for an hour before my first class so that I may take my time to familiarize myself with the campus. I took in the lush greenery, making mental notes of all the places I wanted to sit for a study session before making my way to the auditorium.
My Script Analysis professor went around the room doing the usual ice breaker activities: name, age, hometown, etc. When it was my turn, she offered me a stool to stand on because I was so small compared to everyone else.
“Whose kid is that?” I heard a male voice call out over the quiet auditorium. I simply smiled proudly and began my introduction.
“Bonjour. Je m'appelle Hennessy.”

Hi you have a nice cool informative page imo. Have you seen my chart before? If not i was wondering if you can tell me a few things like my dominant planets and if i have creative/attractive placements? Is jupiter in 8th or 9th? Would moon trine venus still have influence even at 8°? Now finally in terms of compatibility, do you have women examples big 3 for me? https://i.ibb.co/FHgPPM9/astro-2gw-darren-marquardt-24316-116785.png
I wish I had money for a reading but not during this time sorry ha. While I would appreciate it, if not totally cool I respect that. Have a wonderful day.
Hello!! So, I’m here with the chart interpretation and answers to the questions will be right after the chart interpretation. It’s a long read, maybe grab a coffee Haha.

DC in Aquarius at 8 degrees( ideal partner, long-term partnerships, enemies, relationships)- Ideal partner and one on one commitments. You probably appreciate  A very open-minded person who’s also into details. when it comes to relationships, you could be the type of person who’s very accepting and needs an accepting person. Also indicates you’re kinda de-attached in a way. Saturn being the ruler indicates an older spouse or partnership later in life. You could have had to learn a lesson or deal with karma regarding relationships.

Could like doing work on your own ,maybe even own business.
Sun in Capricorn at 26 degrees. sun in 6th house( earth sign in earth house at earth degree, stability, and money).
The ruler is Saturn. Capricorns are generally very wise people. They are the old souls of the zodiac. Self-reliant and ambitious. patient and family-oriented. They also don’t tolerate bullshit. being a cardinal sign, they’re all about taking action. Want it? then stop talking and start doing kind of people. if responsibility was a game, you’d be the winner. It comes to you naturally. You are a born hustler with that 6th house and Taurus degree. True to yourself, you can withstand pressure. You could be good at financing. You can figure out what you want and know how to achieve it. You could be known for your routine, planning, or managerial qualities. You like to deliver high-quality results and you’d be utterly disappointed in yourself if you failed. You could also like to help people. What to look out for, is workaholism. It’s very important to take care of your health.
Moon in Leo at 18 degrees. moon in the first house.
being a Leo moon, you are as warm as the sun at heart. Inner happiness and generosity are easy to find or you can create them yourself. An optimist, you put your whole heart into a relationship. Tho you would want to be as rational as possible, your emotions are on full display when you’re sensitive and comfortable with anyone. You could be a good actor lol. You are very caring and to there’s so much passion here, when approaching things that matter to you you are very gentle. What to watch out for: stubbornness or being bossy because your sun, moon and asc literally scream “ Born Leader” and there are two sides to everything. Just dropping it:)
Mercury in Capricorn at 29 degrees. Mercury in the 6th house
A Scientific Mind. Your mind is made and wired for seeing through planning. You could make a good CEO. That’s the energy from the sun, moon, asc and mercury here. mars in Aries helps a lot too. Mercury is in its natal house so your thinking and communication are very sharp and to the point. Facts and logic are only discussed in the workspace. people can always count on you. Slight nervous problems are indicated. Mercury is at a ‘critical’ degree.
Venus in Sagittarius at 9 degrees. Venus in the 5th house( venus in fire sign at fire degree in a fire house, the passion and chase)
You are a happy-go-lucky person in love. In actual work-life, if you could be serious, with your partner you prefer to have adventures and life lessons. You might like women who have a great sense of humor and is deeply philosophical. Not someone who could be figured out in one go (which is not really possible). You prefer long-term committed partnerships. You want to learn and grow together with your partner. Someone who can help you let loose, be a bit carefree and not worry about everything. You could have had many relationships, or might just seem like a person who falls in and out of love. When you are passionate, nothing stops you. You could get along with children or have a connection with them. something about travel and foreign is significant too.
Mars in Aries at 5 degrees. mars in 9th house (mars in a fire sign in fir house at fire degree again... the drive)
Mars in Aries in the 9th house seeks out new adventures and experiences. “You have to risk it to experience it. and you will only ever learn and grow from experience” is their mantra. Confident in your abilities, nothing can shake you off your ground. Through higher education or pursuing it could give you some sought of reputation. Very ambitious and Possessive. You want what’s yours and only should have it. Relationships created out of mere passion and procrastination should be avoided. Avoid ego and self centered-ness. He’s a fighter and likes someone who is a fighter as well. Strong sex drive and appeal.
Jupiter in Pisces at 20 degrees. Jupiter in the 8th house (Jupiter in water sign in water house at water degree...heightened intuition and sensitivity)
You attract good luck and abundance by channeling your empathetic side, which should be easy with this placement. This placement gives you an interest in spiritual knowledge and the occult. You can inspire others with your philosophy of life and death. Be wary of people being jealous of you or vice versa.
Saturn in Sagittarius at 17 degrees. Saturn in the 5th house.
Saturn in signs can tell what way we are forced earn to control ourselves, and the house where the repression or limitation occurs. So, even if there are other planets in the 5th house, Saturn here somewhat restricts its full potential. You have your own beliefs and might sometimes find or have the need to prove them. Meditation can help you with your somewhat rebellious nature. Saturn mostly disciplines us so there are things to learn related to Sagittarian or Leonian matters. Growth through “Tough love”.
Uranus in Sagittarius at 24 degrees. Uranus in the 5th house.
Uranus represents forward innovative thinking, technology, and sudden changes. Uranus in sag makes you an optimist and someone who’s almost always has a broad mind. But, restlessness could easily get to you. Ready for courageous experiences. Sudden frequent bursts of energy. In 5th, it makes you an unusually creative person. There’s originality in your art. You might have secret talents that surprise people. Your love life could be off the track or go through sudden changes. It could have a
Neptune in Capricorn at 6 degrees. Neptune in the 5th house.
imagination is Intensified, especially in creative pursuits. You could be good at concealing things, or you could make a good liar. You possibly dream of status and wealth. Even if you are not completely in, the opposite sex is somewhat invested in you. You know how to give attention in a way that people remember it.
Pluto, north node and Chiron interpretations are different for everyone, and they are far more personal individual experiences, so I’ll leave the themes regarding them below. Hopefully, you can figure out how each plays a role in your life.
Pluto in Scorpio at 9 degrees. Pluto in the 4th house
Pluto is the planet of dark secrets, death, and transformation. But fear not, it’s also like the first break of light at dawn. That is if we are ready to embrace the journey it will take us on. It enables our soul to transform. Here, home and family bonds are the focus. Power struggles or deep transformations in home life could happen after certain truths have been said or any from the past comes to light. Emotional intensity.
North node in Aries at 15 degrees. North node in 9th house
north node denotes purpose, which manifests in different ways for different people. NN in Aries Asks you to embrace the Arian energy more with the strength you already have pertaining to a south node in libra. Justice is important to you, and you could be a giving person. Learning more and focusing on self needs and your soul mission is what you could probably learn.
Chiron in Gemini at 16 degrees. Chiron in the 11th house
Chiron represents our deepest wounds in this lifetime. whether we decide to heal them or not is totally up to us. Chiron in Gemini in 11th points to feelings of unintelligence or miscommunication among the community. You could be smart, but never actually felt like that or people always overlook it. Themes- communication, intelligence, community, internet, technology, self-doubt.
Fortune in Capricorn in 6th house- You could be lucky with jobs or at work with your hard work and maturity.
Dominant planets- Mars, Jupiter, Pluto(all in the signs of their rulership- mars in Aries, Jupiter in Pisces, and Pluto in Scorpio).
creative/attractive placements- Your Leo moon and rising is naturally a charismatic and creative placement. (discussing both of which relate to physical beauty and an attractive aura)-
Venus trine ascendant
Venus trine mars
Pluto sextile neptune
ascendant trine mars
sun conjunct mercury
Moon trine Venus (at orb 8 degrees)- So this can fit into the charming placements category. 8 degrees orb is not the strongest (0,1,2,3 orbs are strong aspects) one, but it nevertheless supports emotional harmony in relationships.  But since the moon is in a square with Pluto (which is also at an 8-degree orb) there could be conflict in emotions between keeping the harmony and acting out of passion or intensity.
Yes, Jupiter is in 8th. The interpretation was given above:)
Compatibility- Based on your Juno and descendant sign- I would match you with a
Virgo sun, Libra moon, and libra rising. or
a Capricorn sun libra moon and libra rising.
Vigo/Capricorn sun with Sagittarius moon and libra rising.

A Common Laborer’s Revenge
Tumblr media
My brother David, being a born hustler, was always walking the fine line between what was legal and what was not. He had a car and often parked illegally, got a ticket, but never bothered to pay the fine. One day at work the police came to arrest him for all his unpaid tickets. The company president realized he couldn’t afford to lose him and paid all the fines. He made David agree to have the money deducted from his wages.
The unpaid fines were where David’s hustling and natural understanding of psychology came together in a master stroke of a hustle. Wade Repro had a purchasing agent named Brian who everyone hated, especially David. Brian was egotistical, and condescending to the other people at work because he had a college degree and a desk job and the rest of us were “common laborers”. In fact, most of the people who worked there were highly trained tradesmen. Brian made a big mistake one day by claiming he earned far more money than the rest of us.
David saw his chance to hustle Brian and shut him up at the same time. David noticed that his pay stub always showed the total amount of his deductions (including paying back the fines) rather than what was actually being deducted that week. His stub showed $500 in deductions when it should have shown more like $25. David bet Brian that his deductions were more than Brian’s weekly pay. Brian was too stupid to recognize a hustle and took the bait. The bet was for $100 which was about how much David was paying to rent a house every month. It was also more than my weekly pay which was less than $50 at that time. Friday noon was when we all got our weekly wages, David carefully folded his pay stub so all that showed was the deductions. Brian confidently displayed his weekly pay, which was far, far, less than $500. Brian’s face, usually kind of a reddish color, went very pale. Brian was also completely silent since the entire company heard about the bet and we were gathered to witness the outcome. Brian had a big change in attitude after that.
