The past few months have been ridiculously busy for me. I have found myself involved in so many projects, that I often just feel like I’m going, going nonstop. In the midst of finding balance between my professional and personal life, I’ve had moments when I have had to step back and just….exhale. You spend all day just holding your breath through work and life, that you easily forget to let it out - you forget to just breathe. Lately, my spiritual and meditative practices have ramped up. I’ve created opportunities of calmness for myself that begin with a nightly routine and end with a morning routine. It’s so important to start your day on the right footing. Preparing yourself mentally and spiritually sets the tone for the day. Most importantly, awareness that at the end of it all, you’ve got this. ❤️ I am not sure who needs to read this, but know in both chaotic and tranquil times, there is the choice of peace of mind.
