Been binging on Hidden love, a Chinese drama lately and it's actually soo cute that my brain is malfunctioning. For my first Cdrama, I believe it's a good start. This was a friend's suggestion and it's living upto the expectations as of now.

I was actually a little irked by how young the kid Sang Zhi looks though. Like her younger self is a 14 year old teen but the girl looks no older than 8 in my eyes and i would have maybe dropped the show on the very first episode if not for Duan Jiaxu's angelic face and smile. But sticking with the show has been worth it coz it keeps getting cuter.

Duan Jiaxu is at this point a neon green flag and he somehow keeps on getting greener every episode. I really don't know how that is possible. I am half way through and that boy is just too nice a person till now. And the kind of nice where you know that the person has a good heart, like they are not doing it to show anything or make someone like them. They are just warm. No wonder Shang Zhi fell so hard because it's kinda impossible to not fall for him.

Angelic, indeed.

Sang Zhi is a sweetheart as well and her first heart break felt so personal even though you could understand the situation. She really conveys how it feels to have that first crush. I can't wait for these two to finally get together now and be the absolute perfect couple that they would be.

I have another favourite as of now, in the form of Mr Sang Yan. I believe he is the most accurate and wholesome representation of an older brother that i have seen lately. A complete goofball who will tease his sister to death but will hold her while she cries and tell her that he has her back at all times. The literal best, I am not even kidding. I am truly blown by how real his character feels and how much of an impact he has made with the screen time that he has. He is again someone who is just genuinely nice, and it's clear in the way that he treats his family and his friends.

Some really good representation of men, to be honest. And a really good representation of how puppy love feels. That first crush, the first time someone makes your heart feel all warm. It's painfully sweet and i am truly in for the ride.

Okay firstly, wow. Mimi the way Jungkook redresses OC's bandage, it's so domestic and cute. And how they're both vulnerable to each other (Jungkook especially since it's the first time), it's so sweet and it's actually something that happens in real life..

I love how realistic this whole fic is mimi. 1) They sleep on TWO beds and not on one like how it goes in most stories/dramas/movies. 2) OC does not end up wearing Jungkook's sweatshirt and she wears other actual clothes. 3) The owners of the guesthouse don't automatically assume they are a couple and how one person addresses Jungkook as OC's friend to her. I love thisss. Mimi you're giving us such nice butterfly-inducing scenes that are not only REALISTIC but also when both OC and Jungkook are PROFESSIONAL. The way Jungkook and OC both know they're attracted to each other and they both want to seek eachother's company but refrain from doing so because they know it's not professional and they have to stay in their limits, that's really nice mimi. And also how OC acknowledges the crush she has on Jungkook and tries to act on it like an actual mature adult.

As for your question regarding OC as a friend… yes, it seems like she’s always on the receiving end especially with Jimin and Soomin who drive to her, treat her, are affectionate to her. But she’s the type of person that people like being around bc of the emotional safety she provides - as I got older, I learned that this is an important yet underrated aspect of any relationship. Yoongi told her once that she gives comfort to people, and her friends feel this. Jimin and Soo are rich socialites who also deal with alot of stress and drama but they let all that go with OC. They’re themselves with her, and she doesn’t push them away. Yoongi has a no-nonsense attitude but she doesn’t judge him; he’s introverted and she doesn’t force him to socialize or anything. He didn’t want their friendship to change and she didn’t let it. There’s something welcoming about her. She can’t offer much of the material things but there’s safety in her presence, and that’s what Jungkook has realized, too. And that’s what I love about her. They’re all subtle since she’s not a grand person, but the care is truly felt by the other person.

Day 29: Exhibition Program

Ain’t No Mountain High Enough

Just soo much fun! I love how they say for touring shows they always want to have a program that’s just for them and is fun and they get to dance. They love their more emotional programs too but they love having that balance and fun creative outlet and entertaining an audience with something not so serious in theme. I also love hearing Scott describe the song and the dance- T loves Marvin Gaye and so of course scootie will love dancing with her to one of her fave songs- anything to make her happy, and as always sneaks in a back front door brag for how amazing T is while demeaning himself (oh scootie pattotie 🥲🤦‍♀️). And you can so see how happy they are. Not to mention the CRAZY tricks, superb skating skills and star power. This version from worlds is particularly endearing. During the practice they are obviously trying to remember it as it’s the first time they are performing it, presumingly having learned it over the previous summer maybe or sometime earlier in the season. It’s cute to see T taking the lead in the practice and then also in the performance kinda coz Scott.. doesn’t know what he’s doing 😄 in the most adorable way. You can see their personalities shine in a way that kinda takes you back to them as kids from an audience perspective- we know them as these incredible athletes who are oly and world champions and can perform anything and everything to supreme quality, but getting to see them just have fun, as T would say much later (post retirement) that the giddy joy they had dancing together as kids learning dances and playing characters, she kinda lost the excitement in that until they made their comeback. But this program here I think you see a little bit of it and I hope they did to. Overall it’s just so pure to see two best friends doing what they love together. That is the basis of everything about them and in this dance it is maybe the most obvious 💙

Good day yall I would like to take this time to vent on how I went on tiktok a few days ago and my fyp was just overflowing with wesper edits and the shadow and bone cast edits so I was like " why are there so many edits of this series?" and " why is it always this ship that's going around, aren't there any other ship?". Mind you, I am one of those people who haven't watched the series and living under a rock apparently. Then I watched shadow and bone and was like "Huh, so that's why?". It then made me realize that I had come across a few edits of the series a few time but me being the great procrastinator I am just take note of it in my head to watch for later which in my case would probably be months later when season 1 is already passed and months into season later into s2.

And one observation i have: JACK WOLFE IS SOOO CUTE, MY HEART JUST CANT HANDLE IT!!! I know hes a grown man but nobody ever told me he was so cute!! And please don't lecture me on how I can't call a grown man cute coz you cant just stand there and tell me that not once since shadow and bone came out you do not find him cute.

andrew keenan bolger was born on the 16th may 1985 in detroit. he has 2 older sisters, maggie and celia ( who won a tony award for “to kill a mockingbird”!) he’s married to scott bixby since 2018 and their relationship is so nice and wholesome it’s so cute.

HES 5’4. IM 5’5. it’s so funny to think he’s shorter than me but whatever 😭😭

his first broadway role was in the OBC of seussical as alternate Jojo in 2000-2001 of which he did ONE broadway show then got kicked coz he hit puberty LMFAO poor 15 year old andrew

he then went on to be robertson ay in mary poppins THEN went in a woekshop for newsies and papermill and broadway( fun fact i think he’s the only actor who stayed in the same role for the workshop, papermill then obc of newsies )

during newsies he got a lot of fans which honestly yeah real but in march 2013 he left newsies to begin rehersing for tuck everlasting which didn’t make it until 2016 bc there wasn’t a suitable theatre for a transfer to broadway yet ( another fun fact if it had stayed in the realm of 2013 sadie sink would have played winnie instead of sarah charles lewis )

then in 2017 he was in kris kringle the musical playing kris kringle and in 2021 he was in seven deadly sins the off broadway musical playing phillipe

in september ( not sure if going ahead due to sag aftra ) he’s gonna star in “dracula a comedy of terrors” which seems very fun!! he posted a rlly funny photo of him wearing vampire teeth

also the note about his lack of dancing skills reminded me of his old youtube videos and one video he was talking about an audition he botched (there was basketball choreo he was supposed to learn) and instead, because he didn't know what to do, he just put the basketball in his shirt and pretended to be pregnant??? hey directors like a strong acting choice and he delivered.

In-Soo was lucky to have a lot of friends in Mount Phoenix. But there was some that held a special place in his heart and Kaz was one of them. As different as they were, they had found love and respect for each other. 

So Kaz shouldn't be surprised when a big box appeared at his front door, black and wrapped in golden ribbon. New boots were waiting for him inside, as well as a card.

They were cute, they were so fucking cute and of course Kaz decided to put them on for the day immediately. Ready to break them in however he needed to, and the best way to do that? Was to move his ass all the way over to Insoo’s new place just as he had said he would in the SNS. It was in fact ‘tomorrow’ now so he tucks the card (that he will be safely putting in his nightstand) into his big puffy jacket and loads up the shit in the car.

Unfortunately for Insoo, this present actually caused a bit of a fuss since he had to made sure him AND juyeon-coz he doesn’t trust him enough yet to not blabber about the gift-to stay in another room so he can set it up.

As quickly as he can he sets up the piece of furniture he had made for his best friends new home. A old retro tv converted to make a cat bed for Bomi, on the back was a deep green floral wallpaper that acted as the tv backdrop while he even places numerous little plants and pots on the top to really liven the space and hopefully make it comfy for Bomi as well.

written in the back, behind the wood where it meets with the wall, there is a little carved message, probably not to be seen until way later.

Pleased with his work he yells out, blocking the way to the door to Insoo’s room so it will be a surprise. “Okay! Get your ass over here, Innie!”

What do you wish you had the courage for?

I wish I had the courage to say no. I wish I had the courage to confront people and call them out on their bs. I wish I had the courage to be different, to be who I am, unafraid to be judged by others. I wish I had the courage to be everything I ever wanted to be....

College has been a rollercoaster of emotions, mostly bad ones. I met this one guy during induction, nd we became pretty good frnds. But as i started hanging around him more nd more, ive seen soo many red flags. He doesn't take accountability for his actions, he always blames something or another for his failure. He talks shit about his family, who as far as I've seen, is so caring, but who am I to have an opinion ant his family matters. I don't know what happens behind the scenes, and I don't get to comment on that. He gets so angry while gaming, snapping at the most smallest inconvenience. Like the other day, my roommate accidentally tripped over the extention box, which was connected to my frnds laptop, nd he blasted my roommate. And then, asks in a "cute" nd "apologetic" way, "Are you Angry" to my roommate. That pissed me off. He always does that. Gets angry, hurts the other person's feelings, and then apologizes INSTEAD OF CHANGING HIMSELF. He keeps complaining that the reason he doesn't get marks in maths is coz they didn't teach that stuff in his prev school, but doesn't try to solve suns nd improve himself either. If u know that this stuff is new fr you, you should hv studied it SOMETIME BEFORE 24HRS OF THE EXAM. And omg he keeps asking me to teach him stuff. Like , once or twice is fine, BUT THE DAY BEFORE EVERY EXAM?? UMM I NEED TO STUDY TOO?? And also he doesn't even hv the most basic knowledge.. I am not here to teach you everything frm the beginning. We both attend the same classes, if i can do everything properly without any help, you should be able to atleast understand the basics of the class if u listen rightttt. Then I can help. And omg the other day he told me that he cried coz "he didn't have anyone" like??? I was ALWAYS there fr him. And ok, you can say whatever u want abt me, but there is this another guy who's just the sweetest, nd he ALWAYS took care of him. Saying that he didn't have anyone is a huge insult to that guy. Nd then when he told me abt this in class, he told me that I'm his "best frnd" but I don't even care. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO SAY TO THAT?? LIKE OH DON'T WORRY IM THERE FR YOU? LIKE I WAS THERE FR YOU ND YOU STILL FELT THAT WAY SO LIKE HOW WILL THAT HELP. Then he told me that when he was born, he was abt to die. And I was like, well you sure are so lucky that you lived coz?? WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO SAY TO THAT RANDOM PIECE OF INFO? Like the moment he said that, I knew what he was gonna follow it with, that he should hv died nd suicide nd blah blah blah. And then he told that. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO SAY THEN OMG😭 And then he told me that everyone who he ever loves leaves him. Maybe coz ur pretty fucking manipulative? Like what is the point of all this 😭 Welp that's that. I didn't talk much to him today(i slept on accident last night writing this rant so currently it's the next day) nd I had SUCH A GREAT DAY. Now, let's go to the next problem ✨

This is pretty stupid but MY ROOMATE KEEPS DRINKING ALL OF MY WATER?? MD DOESN'T FUCKING REFILL IT. I get so fucking annoyed. I always drink water the first thing in the morning. So i fill my 500mL waterbottle the prev night, BD EVERYDAY ITS FUCKING EMPTY WHEN I WAKE UP. ND ALSO THROUGHOUT THE DAY I FILL MY WATER ND WHEN I WANNA DRINK IT ITS ALWAYS FUCKING EMPTY OMFG IT'S DRIVING ME INSANE I HATE HIM SO MUCH. He's also so fucking lazy nd dirty nd SEVERELY LACKS BASIC MANNERS. I hate him 🥰

I'm done ranting fr now, nd now I'll go cry coz idk what else to do.

Aww but the schedule is soo cute! One addition: after the rough tickles are over, Sam doesn’t just leave: every time he insists on staying afterwards to cuddle him until he falls asleep. So it goes like:

also the idea of all the conversation with punz about how dream was ‘tortured in prison’ now has to be dream explaining to punz that sam actually used tickle therapy “😒” and punz teasing him about it AH
